Count Cherep-Spiridovitch was a Czarist general who battled the Bolsheviks in the 1917 Russian Revolution.

The fact that "Secret World Government" is generally considered "right wing" and "anti Semitic" is revealing:
1) It shows the extent society already has been brainwashed and subverted by the Rothschild conspiracy.
2) It reveals how the bogus issue of antisemitism is used to divert attention from a genuine mortal threat to humanity.
3) It explains the true meaning of "right wing crackpot" and why the Left is an instrument of the bankers.
EXAMPLE: THE US CIVIL WAR
Compare the treatment of this war in "The Secret World Government" with "A Peoples History of the United States"by Howard Zinn, a leftist, who cannot utter the word "Rothschild."
Cherep-Spiridovitch cites an interview with the German chancellor Otto von Bismarck in 1876. Bismarck explained that the Rothschilds who controlled Europe were afraid the United States would become independent of them if it remained one nation.
"They foresaw tremendous booty if they could substitute two feeble democracies indebted to the Jewish financiers for the vigorous republic confident and self providing. Therefore they started their emissaries in order to exploit the question of slavery and thus to dig an abyss between the two parts of the republic." (180)
The Illuminati used the Masonic "Knights of the Golden Circle" formed in 1854 by George W. L. Bickley, to spread racial tension by making slavery an issue. Members included Lincoln assassin John Wilkes Booth, Confederate President Jefferson Davis, and his adviser Judah P. Benjamin, the Confederate Secretary of War, a Rothschild agent.
The plan was to divide the United Sates between England controlled by Lionel Rothschild and France, controlled by James Rothschild. France was to take over the whole South while Canada annexed the defeated North. In 1863 France and Spain invaded Mexico with 30,000 troops. The embattled Confederate States actually offered Louisiana and Texas to France in exchange for assistance.
Britain and France were ready to snuff out the young republic but were deterred by Russia, the only European power not in the Rothschild's thrall. Czar Alexander II sent his fleets to New York and San Francisco and declared that an attack on Lincoln would be an attack on Russia.
Meanwhile Lincoln created "greenback" dollars to finance the war and escape indebtedness to the foreign financiers. "They understood at once that the United States would escape their grip," Bismarck said." The death of Lincoln was resolved upon. Nothing is easier than to find a fanatic to strike." (180)
Compare this with Howard Zinn who although a "socialist," makes no mention of European financiers. His book is a soap opera of the oppression by the poor by the rich. He depicts the Civil War as a clash of capitalist "elites."
"The Northern elite wanted economic expansion.... The slave interests opposed all that. " (189) Again, "The American government had set out to ... retain the enormous national territory and market and resources. " (198)
In other words "capitalism" in general and not the Rothschild Illuminati caused this heinous war that cost 500,000 soldiers' lives and eight billion dollars. Is it any wonder these bankers, who are the real establishment, love the Left? Is it any wonder they populate our universities with pious Marxists (and feminists) who never question why they are pulling down big salaries if they are really defying the establishment?
Another Pied Piper is Noam Chomsky who attributes all evil to capitalism and American imperialism. As far as I know, he never mentions the Rothschilds, the llluminati, the Council on Foreign Relations or the New World Order. He pretends that Oklahoma City and 9-11 were NOT inside jobs.
"We shall erase from the memories of men all facts of previous centuries which are undesirable to us," say the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion." "And leave only those which depict all the errors of the government of the goyim." (Protocol 16)
The problem is not American capitalism but the control of the nation's credit by a small private international cartel which has used this advantage to build a monopoly in every key industry. This international group is behind western imperialism and every war. Its totalitarian occult agenda (a.k.a, globalism, feminism, diversity) is now corporate policy.
The big government vs big business paradigm diverts attention from the Illuminati bankers who run both. It places the blame on capitalism and the US, which has been under Illuminati control for at least a century. It teaches each new generation to be alienated from their country, culture and economic system, and to become dysfunctional and impotent.
The bankers love socialism and Big Government. They have a monopoly of money and need a monopoly of power (i.e. government.) Together, these Rothschild banker monopolies are the essence of Communism. Rothschild pawns (liberals, socialists etc.) are elected by bribing the people with social services and jobs which create debt (and profit.)
The bankers need to institute a global police state (New World Order) to ensure that no nation challenges their credit monopoly or defaults on their "debt."
ANTISEMITISM
Antisemitism is another tactic to divert attention from the Rothschild's plan for world tyranny.
Cherep-Spiritovitch concludes:
"According to Bismarck the awful Civil War in America was fomented by a Jewish Conspiracy, and Abraham Lincoln the hero and national saint of the United States was killed by the same Hidden Hand which killed six Romanov Czars, ten kings and scores of Ministers only to easier bleed their nations." (181)
He is not talking about Jews in general but only those who advance the Rothschild Illuminati agenda. His book makes an appeal to righteous Jews, and recognizes that many non-Jews have sold out.
"The Jews should bring to bay the 'Satanists' who corrupt the countries in which they have found asylum," the Preface says: " the Gentiles should render every Judas who accepts the bribes of the Jews."
Bankers and their agents (B'nai Brith etc.) deflect this challenge by conflating the Rothschilds with all Jews. Thus they transform a political cultural and economic issue into a racial one that can be dismissed as 'prejudice.'
Why do so many Jews think they are responsible for the Rothschilds and the Illuminati? It looks suspicious.
The bankers' Satanic Conspiracy is the source of antisemitism. The sooner more Jews oppose it; the sooner antisemitism will disappear.

And The Gold Crisis

Far too many people believe the common fairy tale that geniuses are in charge of financial affairs. History is riddled with the monumental blunders of the big money crowd.
If the price of gold goes up, it tends to discredit paper money. After all, some do consider gold the only real, independent money, separate and apart from Governments. The Bank of England has been part of a scheme to force down the price of gold. Up to about the summer of 1999, gold had been pushed down to just a touch over 250 dollars per ounce, a recent historical low. The best, most efficient Canadian mines have a cost of production at 285 dollars per ounce. So the Bank of England announced for September, 1999, another sale of gold supposedly from "their Reserves". This was joined with stories, not every one believed, that OTHER central banks were tired of having gold reserves and were and are likewise selling off and discarding their Treasures.
There was, however, a deep dark secret. The Bank of England does not really have that much "gold Reserves". They have used up their gold in two World Wars as well as numerous devaluation attacks on the British Pound Sterling which once was $4.80 for one British Pound. AND, all the while to the last minute falsely denying that the Pound was about to be devalued.
Some believe that the person using the name "Clinton" was ordered, by the secret societies that installed him as President,to start the war against Serbia which had not attacked any foreign country, least of all the U.S. A simple reason: The new Euro Dollar was declining against the so-called "U.S. Dollar". So the Europeans had a financial interest to get the U.S. into a financial disaster called Kosovo, to wreck the Dollar. When it is all said and done, WHO will have to pay for reconstructing the bombed out bridges, factories, and buildings in Serbia? You guessed it: the common ordinary U.S. taxpayer suckers. Not the Rockefellers, Mellons, Morgans, and other ruling families WHO PAY NO TAXES, hiding their fortunes through Foundations and corruption of the Internal Revenue Service.
So to try to force down the price of gold even lower than $250 per ounce, the Bank of England was selling gold it did not really have. Upon the downfall of the Soviets, the Dutch arranged to steal thousands of tons of Soviet gold with the help of criminals in Moscow, the newly rich open market "miracle" entrepeneurs, former Commissars. After all, there was a time when the Moscow government was the world's second largest gold producer. Maybe not longer true with the great decline in production in general since 1991.
In its simplest form, the Bank of England was selling gold borrowed from thieves in Amsterdam. NOTE: The Dutch have been a transit point for Vatican financial schemes. By the way, that nation which is forever fighting off the seas---the Netherlands being below sea level---has used strong-arm tactics to prevent ANY speculating against THEIR currency, the Guilder. Currency speculators know it is a death warrant to mess with the Guilder which remains stable in an unstable world.
Reputed currency gangster George Soros became reportedly aware that the Bank of England was playing a dirty, dangerous game with someone elses' stolen gold. To counter him, the central bank of Britain has reportedly instigated stories such as: Soros is a world-class gangster, which he probably is; Soros is using stolen insider secrets which he probably is; and to appeal to a growing number of Anti-Jew bigots, calling him, through other people's mouths, a "dirty,rotten Jew", thus defaming and slandering all Jews in general.
So Soros and other worldwide pirates joined with the Swiss--who never were sweet angels--to attack the Bank of England. There is a pertinent principle of commodity trading called DELIVERY. The commodity traders sometimes joke that the items you speculate in might someday be ordered to be DELIVERED, like to be dumped on your front lawn. The currency bandits reportedly have been ordering the Bank of England to DELIVER the gold they supposedly sold in auctioning off THEIR "Gold Reserves". That is where is the trouble started. So the price of gold began shooting up, for a number of reasons.
REASON NUMBER ONE: Could the Bank of England DELIVER stolen gold without unraveling the whole Dutch-Former Soviet Gold Robbery? Also, the Dutch through their bank octopus, Algemene Bank Nederland, ABN, have been buying up FOR GOLD, banks in 15 U.S. cities. For example, ABN bought up a long-known reputed money laundry for bribing judges called La Salle National Bank of Chicago, now the flagship in the U.S. for ABN. La Salle National Bank was one of only two out of 20,000 U.S. National Banks in 1964 that refused to disclose their 20 largest stockholders of record when demanded by the House Banking Committee under Chairman, Congressman Wright Patman of Texas. A populist, he caused a report of the national bank ownership to be published in 1964 the first and only time of such in U.S. history that National Banks were requred to list their major owners for a U.S. Government published Report.
REASON NUMBER TWO: It is little known that the U.S. has a contract arrangement with Saudi and Japan. THEIR vast ownership of U.S. Treasury bills, notes, and bonds, are subject to being paid, upon their demand, IN GOLD. No U.S. citizen is allowed to convert their U.S. bonds into gold upon demand. Further, the Persian Gulf oil producers have an arrangement that their sale of oil to the West is payable in so-called "U.S. Dollars", actually, Federal Reserve notes backed by nothing, not gold, not silver, just hot air promises. Upon demand, however, only the Saudis have the right to DEMAND payment in GOLD instead of "U.S. Dollars". So the world price of oil is pegged to the "U.S. Dollar". AND Saudi can get gold for THEIR oil.
Another secret, known to gold mining and marketing experts, is that the Federal Reserve has an unwritten policy of a trip-wire: $410 per ounce. For example, the Fed with the help of the monopoly press in the market crash of 1987, concealed for weeks and weeks that the Fed was lifting heaven and earth to keep gold from topping 500 following the Crash. Over the years, whenever gold even approached $410 per ounce, the Fed and the press-fakers started an attack on gold, such as: gold does not pay interest but lays dormant; gold is a barbaric metal from the past, no longer needed; gold is useless to own it; and similar fables suddenly circulated by the paper money crowd.
I find it interesting that over a period of years, I was the ONLY JOURNALIST to go to the annual meeting called the Chicago Gold Conference, gold experts from all over the world. The press-whores, fronting for the paper money cartel, never printed a single word of the all-day Chicago-based meeting.
Rumors are circulating, believed by savvy folks to have validity, that the Bank of England needs a rescue of 200 BILLION DOLLARS to bail out their blunders. If the Federal Reserve, circulating their Notes masquerading as "U.S. Dollars", has to send that many paper lifeboats to London, where will they get it? And will it sink the "U.S. Dollar"? And by having more so-called "U.S. Dollars", that is Federal Reserve Notes, printed? Of course, that inflation would simply cause gold to go even higher.
Do not be surprised, however, that the monopoly press says little, if anything, about the Bank of England or is it the BUNK OF ENGLAND, and the gold crisis. And no surprise if the press-liars start circulating stories about gold, that, after all, gold is no good to have.
Wags with gold teeth claim, that when gold is high in price, they have to hire a guard for their mouth.

The Pope had his Index of Forbidden Books. Japan had its Thought Police against subversive or dangerous ideologies. And the United States Congress and President Bush have learned nothing from those examples.
Congress is perched to enact the "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 20007 (Act)," probably the greatest assault on free speech and association in the United States since the 1938 creation of the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC). Sponsored by Rep. Jane Harman, California Democrat, the bill passed the House of Representatives on Oct. 23 by a 404-6 vote under a rule suspension that curtailed debate. To borrow from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat, the First Amendment should not distract Congress from doing important business. The Senate companion bill (S. 1959), sponsored by Susan Collins, Maine Republican, has encountered little opposition. Especially in an election year, senators crave every opportunity to appear tough on terrorism. Few if any care about or understand either freedom of expression or the Thought Police dangers of S. 1959. Former President John Quincy Adams presciently lamented: "Democracy has no forefathers, it looks to no posterity, it is swallowed up in the present and thinks of nothing but itself."
Denuded of euphemisms and code words, the Act aims to identify and stigmatize persons and groups who hold thoughts the government decrees correlate with homegrown terrorism, for example, opposition to the Patriot Act or the suspension of the Great Writ of habeas corpus.
The Act will inexorably culminate in a government listing of homegrown terrorists or terrorist organizations without due process; a complementary listing of books, videos, or ideas that ostensibly further "violent radicalization;" and a blacklisting of persons who have intersected with either list.
Political discourse will be chilled and needed challenges to conventional wisdom will flag. There are no better examples of sinister congressional folly.
The Act inflates the danger of homegrown terrorism manifold to justify creating a marquee National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Ideologically Based Violence (Commission) in the legislative branch. Since September 11, 2001, no American has died from homegrown terrorism, while about 120,000 have been murdered.
In the so-called post-September 11 "war" against international terrorism, Mr. Bush has detained only two citizens as enemy combatants. One was voluntarily deported to Saudi Arabia; the other was indicted, tried and convicted in a civilian court of providing material assistance to a foreign terrorist organization. And employing customary law enforcement tools, the United States has successfully prosecuted several pre-embryonic terrorism conspiracies amidst numerous false starts.
Prior to September 11, homegrown terrorism consisted largely of Timothy McVeigh, Eric Rudolph, the Unibomber and the D.C. Metropolitan area snipers. The Act, nevertheless, counterfactually finds "homegrown terrorism ... poses a threat to domestic security" that "cannot be easily prevented through traditional federal intelligence or law enforcement efforts."

Judicial Watch Announces List of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” for 2007
Washington, DC –Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, today released its 2007 list of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians.” The list, in alphabetical order, includes:
1. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY): In addition to her long and sordid ethics record, Senator Hillary Clinton took a lot of heat in 2007 – and rightly so – for blocking the release her official White House records. Many suspect these records contain a treasure trove of information related to her role in a number of serious Clinton-era scandals. Moreover, in March 2007, Judicial Watch filed an ethics complaint against Senator Clinton for filing false financial disclosure forms with the U.S. Senate (again). And Hillary’s top campaign contributor, Norman Hsu, was exposed as a felon and a fugitive from justice in 2007. Hsu pleaded guilt to one count of grand theft for defrauding investors as part of a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.
2. Rep. John Conyers (D-MI): Conyers reportedly repeatedly violated the law and House ethics rules, forcing his staff to serve as his personal servants, babysitters, valets and campaign workers while on the government payroll. While the House Ethics Committee investigated these allegations in 2006, and substantiated a number of the accusations against Conyers, the committee blamed the staff and required additional administrative record-keeping and employee training. Judicial Watch obtained documentation in 2007 from a former Conyers staffer that sheds new light on the activities and conduct on the part of the Michigan congressman, which appear to be at a minimum inappropriate and likely unlawful. Judicial Watch called on the Attorney General in 2007 to investigate the matter.
3. Senator Larry Craig (R-ID): In one of the most shocking scandals of 2007, Senator Craig was caught by police attempting to solicit sex in a Minneapolis International Airport men’s bathroom during the summer. Senator Craig reportedly “sent signals” to a police officer in an adjacent stall that he wanted to engage in sexual activity. When the police officer showed Craig his police identification under the bathroom stall divider and pointed toward the exit, the senator reportedly exclaimed 'No!'” When asked to produce identification, Craig presented police his U.S. Senate business card and said, “What do you think of that?” The power play didn’t work. Craig was arrested, charged and entered a guilty plea. Despite enormous pressure from his Republican colleagues to resign from the Senate, Craig refused.
4. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA): As a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee's subcommittee on military construction, Feinstein reviewed military construction government contracts, some of which were ultimately awarded to URS Corporation and Perini, companies then owned by Feinstein's husband, Richard Blum. While the Pentagon ultimately awards military contracts, there is a reason for the review process. The Senate's subcommittee on Military Construction's approval carries weight. Sen. Feinstein, therefore, likely had influence over the decision making process. Senator Feinstein also attempted to undermine ethics reform in 2007, arguing in favor of a perk that allows members of Congress to book multiple airline flights and then cancel them without financial penalty. Judicial Watch’s investigation into this matter is ongoing.
5. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R-NY): Giuliani came under fire in late 2007 after it was discovered the former New York mayor’s office “billed obscure city agencies for tens of thousands of dollars in security expenses amassed during the time when he was beginning an extramarital relationship with future wife Judith Nathan in the Hamptons…” ABC News also reported that Giuliani provided Nathan with a police vehicle and a city driver at taxpayer expense. All of this news came on the heels of the federal indictment on corruption charges of Giuliani’s former Police Chief and business partner Bernard Kerik, who pleaded guilty in 2006 to accepting a $165,000 bribe in the form of renovations to his Bronx apartment from a construction company attempting to land city contracts.
6. Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR): Governor Huckabee enjoyed a meteoric rise in the polls in December 2007, which prompted a more thorough review of his ethics record. According to The Associated Press: “[Huckabee’s] career has also been colored by 14 ethics complaints and a volley of questions about his integrity, ranging from his management of campaign cash to his use of a nonprofit organization to subsidize his income to his destruction of state computer files on his way out of the governor’s office.” And what was Governor Huckabee’s response to these ethics allegations? Rather than cooperating with investigators, Huckabee sued the state ethics commission twice and attempted to shut the ethics process down.
7. I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby: Libby, former Chief of Staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, was sentenced to 30 months in prison and fined $250,000 for lying and obstructing the Valerie Plame CIA leak investigation. Libby was found guilty of four felonies -- two counts of perjury, one count of making false statements to the FBI and one count of obstructing justice – all serious crimes. Unfortunately, Libby was largely let off the hook. In an appalling lack of judgment, President Bush issued “Executive Clemency” to Libby and commuted the sentence.
8. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL): A “Dishonorable Mention” last year, Senator Obama moves onto the “ten most wanted” list in 2007. In 2006, it was discovered that Obama was involved in a suspicious real estate deal with an indicted political fundraiser, Antoin “Tony” Rezko. In 2007, more reports surfaced of deeper and suspicious business and political connections It was reported that just two months after he joined the Senate, Obama purchased $50,000 worth of stock in speculative companies whose major investors were his biggest campaign contributors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that benefited from legislation Obama pushed just two weeks after the senator purchased $5,000 of the company’s shares. Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law.
9. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who promised a new era of ethics enforcement in the House of Representatives, snuck a $25 million gift to her husband, Paul Pelosi, in a $15 billion Water Resources Development Act recently passed by Congress. The pet project involved renovating ports in Speaker Pelosi's home base of San Francisco. Pelosi just happens to own apartment buildings near the areas targeted for improvement, and will almost certainly experience a significant boost in property value as a result of Pelosi's earmark. Earlier in the year, Pelosi found herself in hot water for demanding access to a luxury Air Force jet to ferry the Speaker and her entourage back and forth from San Francisco non-stop, in unprecedented request which was wisely rejected by the Pentagon. And under Pelosi’s leadership, the House ethics process remains essentially shut down – which protects members in both parties from accountability.
10. Senator Harry Reid (D-NV): Over the last few years, Reid has been embroiled in a series of scandals that cast serious doubt on his credibility as a self-professed champion of government ethics, and 2007 was no different. According to The Los Angeles Times, over the last four years, Reid has used his influence in Washington to help a developer, Havey Whittemore, clear obstacles for a profitable real estate deal. As the project advanced, the Times reported, “Reid received tens of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from Whittemore.” Whittemore also hired one of Reid’s sons (Leif) as his personal lawyer and then promptly handed the junior Reid the responsibility of negotiating the real estate deal with federal officials. Leif Reid even called his father’s office to talk about how to obtain the proper EPA permits, a clear conflict of interest.

I will always believe this is one of the worst plagues in world history because as you said it can damage DNA for generations to come.

Highlights of 2007 - Relations Between Russia and the UK Plummet to New Low

Relations between Russia and the United Kingdom reached an all-time low as London and Moscow swapped diplomats over the latter's refusal to hand over a suspect in the poisoning death of Alexander Litvinenko, Andrei Lugovoi.
Litvinenko died of polonium poisoning in November 2006, and London blamed his former colleagues in the FSB. In May, Britain's Crown Prosecution Service presented Russian authorities with a formal request to extradite Lugovoi, a security services officer who was singled out as the culprit. Russian prosecutors refused, citing the Constitution which bars extradition.
In response, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband made the wild suggestion that Russia amend its Constitution. On July 19, Russia declared four British diplomats persona non grata, three days after Britain had expelled four Russian diplomats.
The expulsion marked a low point in relations that have been less than perfect for several years. Russia has been trying to get the UK to extradite business tycoon Boris Berezovsky, who was tried this fall in Russia in absentia and found guilty of embezzlement. Britain refused, citing the difference in the "gravity" of the alleged crimes.

The United States wants to place a radar station in the Czech Republic and intercepter missiles in Poland, saying the components would defend European allies against a possible Iranian strike.
Gorbachev, 76, whose policies of glasnost and perestroika - openness and restructuring - helped end communism in the Soviet Union and its satellites, criticized the high level of military spending by the United States.
"Does America intend to fight the rest of the world, does America need to build a new empire? They will not succeed," Gorbachev said at the close of a meeting of the World Political Forum, a group he founded in 2003 that includes many former high-ranking politicians.
Gorbachev, who won the 1990 Nobel Peace Prize, said negotiations with Iran needed to continue with the involvement of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency, to ensure Iran did not produce nuclear weapons.
Gorbachev said he hoped the United States would not attack Iran during the remainder of the term of U.S. President George W. Bush.
"There still one year that President Bush has on his hands. Let's hope that he will not take the risk... of military action against Iran," Gorbachev said, adding that such an attack "at the very least" could provoke increased terrorist attacks, an energy crisis and "even result in a big war."
Asked about Russian President Vladimir Putin, Gorbachev said that, while he initially had doubts about Putin being able to lead Russia, he now supported him.
"Putin is a very capable person, a wise person, a man of strong character, of few words but with good management skills," Gorbachev said. "Now he is more than just a manager, he has become a credible political leader."
Gorbachev added that he supported the Russian president because Putin's policies were consistent with his own social-democratic positions,
"Putin is pursuing policies that benefit the majority of the Russian people," Gorbachev said.

When it comes to surveillance and the treatment of classified information, President Bush is making up the rules as he goes along
Earlier this month, senator Sheldon Whitehouse made a stunning revelation: the president is not legally obliged to follow his own executive orders.
Executive orders are the directives the president issues to explain how he will implement existing laws. They cover things like the organisation and legal conduct of the intelligence community, the treatment of classified and unclassified information and interrogation techniques approved for the CIA.
Whitehouse read from a legal opinion he had declassified to explain this point:
An executive order cannot limit a president. There is no constitutional requirement for a president to issue a new executive order whenever he wishes to depart from the terms of a previous executive order. Rather than violate an executive order, the president has instead modified or waived it.
Or, as the senator explained in his own words, that means the president believes: "I don't have to follow my own rules, and I don't have to tell you when I'm breaking them."
Whitehouse raised the issue in the context of the executive order that governs surveillance. As he explained, that executive order is the only thing preventing US intelligence agencies from spying on Americans when they travel abroad. But since the president can ignore that executive order if he chooses, that protection amounts to little. "[U]nless Congress acts," Whitehouse said, "here is what legally prevents this president from wiretapping Americans travelling abroad at will: nothing. Nothing." Of course, Americans would have no way of knowing that their government could wiretap them as they travel abroad, because they have no way of knowing whether the president has modified an executive order without revealing it publicly. On the contrary, since the order appears untouched, Americans would fairly believe they were safe from wiretaps overseas, all because the department of justice's office of legal council ruled the president doesn't have to tell us when he changes the rules.
The executive order governing surveillance may not be the only one that Bush has modified without revealing he has done so. It appears that Bush has also modified the executive order governing the treatment of classified information from its plain text meaning.
That particular executive order is one that the office of the vice president (OVP) seemed to be violating for years. Starting in 2003, OVP refused to reveal its classification and declassification activities, as the order required. And when the National Archives came to inspect OVP's classification procedures in 2004, OVP staffers refused to let the inspection take place. Finally, Bill Leonard, who as the head of the information security oversight office is the person in charge of reporting on classified materials, appealed to the department of justice for guidance. For six months, Leonard got no response. It wasn't until Congress threatened to withdraw funding from Cheney's office that the administration bothered to inform anyone that the executive order didn't mean what it appeared to mean. "The president has asked me to confirm to you that ... the office of the vice president, like the president's office, is not an 'agency' for the purposes of the order." And even then, they only informed Leonard indirectly. As Leonard describes it: "I was told that the order meant something other than what I (and others) thought a plain text reading would indicate, especially in the context in which it was originally developed."
This is the stuff of Alice in Wonderland or Calvinball, in which cartoonish figures can simply change the rules mid-game. "'When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone,' it means just what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less." "Any player may declare a new rule at any point in the game ... The player may do this audibly or silently depending on what zone ... the player is in." Only in this case, the rules the cartoonish figure keeps changing have very real consequences - affecting our civil rights and our ability to keep classified information secure.

Let US be perfectly clear on just one thing going into 2008: Congressman Ron Paul of the 14th District in Texas will NOT be allowed to win. Period end of discussion.
I have previously written that Congressman Ron Paul is America's last hope of restoring the constitutionally limited republican form of government envisioned by BOTH our Federalist and anti-Federalist Founding Fathers. And both Federalists and anti-Federalists abhorred cash-raising and lobby-dominated political parties that catered to pay-offs from big money. For it is the political parties and their supportive cash-bearing lobbies and big corporate benefactors that comprise The Establishment which has replaced the will of the people.
Ron Paul is the only candidate with not only a rock-solid political campaign platform to rescue and restore constitutionally limited government in the United States; he is the ONLY candidate offering such a vital platform! The informed and adamantly dedicated patriots of American constitutionality and the American tradition of noble leadership, as well as an exemplary national moral code that served US and the world so well as the desirable, perfected model of responsible government envied throughout the world, has been reduced to smoke and ashes by our political class harlots in both the White House and the Congress. They serve only The Establishment and its untold wealth. And as Congress is unable to impeach, and is unable to investigate the deliberate assault on the American people on 9/11, they are more than able and willing to pass "legislation" that unconstitutionally bans firearms ownership for war veterans and to launch investigations of drug improprieties in professional baseball.
Ask yourself, does this "legislation" serve the interests of "We the People," or those of The Establishment? And recall the power elite's ultimate motive: the creation of a New World Order by disestablishing national sovereignties and subjugating the world's citizens to serfdom. The horrific and egregious violations of our nation's rule of law by the Bush regime supported and protected by the Democratic Congress operating totally under the dictatorial control of a criminal vice president entrenches an "administration" seemingly run by deranged or mindless criminals; and upon closer scrutiny, it is obvious that this is precisely what it has become! It is pure madness to reverse Mankind's progress towards individual freedom and world peace!
It has always been the United States that has served as the sovereign role model for all the nations of Earth to emulate. In fact, that was the collective hope of the Founders in creating this nation of limited government allowing unlimited freedom to live life to its fullest while promoting and protecting the fruits of our honest labor in utilizing private property to create both personal and national wealth. It was the means to lead the way forward to spread such individual freedom globally. We demonstrated that a republican form of government can endure, and that a government of, by and for the people, and affirming a peoples' success at self governance, was viable if indeed unprecedented.
No greater assault upon both America and its founding hypothesis has ever been so horrifically successful in this nation's history than the unrelenting destructive legalistic barrage and well-planned and orchestrated follow-through than by these most destructive and far-reaching attacks from the present criminal Cheney-Bush dictatorship. The soviet regimes of Lenin and Stalin and every dictatorship in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics since have ever even come this close to achieving the threat we now face under Cheney-Bush. Even the so-called greatest monster in the world, Adolf Hitler and his Nazis, didn't come anywhere this close to completely annihilating America's principles and way of life. And in reality, it was Hitler who most aggressively stood up to the international bankers that offered the greatest militaristic challenge via his attempts to defeat New World Order communism.
As mentioned, Congressman and physician Ron Paul is America's last hope, both in terms of validating our constitutional form of government and in once again providing measurable participation by the people in their own governance. But Paul stands in defiant opposition to all that has been planned and prepared for US by The Establishment. It is both futile and naive to believe the latter will simply stand aside for this, the most serious threat since their recently launched and rapidly deployed hijacking of our government via the Bush and Clinton crime families in the last 20 years.
The corporate power elite has desperately tried to simply ignore Dr. Paul by giving him absolutely no broadcast air time at all. Cable and broadcast TV debates were orchestrated by The Establishment's propaganda arm, the mainstream media [MSM] whose "moderators" were programmed to steer puffball questions to Establishment favorites emphasizing the non-differences of both the candidates and the two flavors of the power elite's unitary welfare-warfare party. True controversial issues and those of vital relevance regarding America's survival were deftly avoided. And concentrated "face time" for Establishment and MSM favorites was promoted, while anti-Establishment real choice, Congressman Ron Paul, was hardly recognized and mostly ignored.
Yet, in debate poll results surveys, Paul consistently came out way ahead or showed an unusual and strong showing. This prompted some of the more immoral, unethical and lower-end MSM debate hosts, such as FoxNews, to quickly remove poll results in order to protect Establishment picks. As former Alabama Democratic Governor George Wallace once correctly observed, there isn't a "dime's worth of difference between Democrats and Republicans." And there is also no difference between today's conservatives [neocons] and liberals. They all support big government welfare and warfare and aggressive American global imperialism.
Considering the MSM's mission of marginalizing Paul, it is both unusual and completely unsuspected for them to recognize and consider Congressman Paul such that now he is being permitted an interview spot not only on CBS' "Face the Nation" with Bob Schieffer, but to have that interview followed up by yet another lengthy interview with Tim Russert onNBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday morning, December 23rd. It didn't take long to sum up Russert and NBC's intent in going back in time as far as possible to dig up anything that could even remotely be used as dirt to smear and stain Congressman Paul's reputation to help knock him out of the running. Russert even resuscitated MSM darling and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's idiotic challenge of Paul during one on the first anti-Paul biased debates wherein Paul was denigrated for offering that we may have provoked Middle East terrorists by being "over there." Then Russert tried to link him to the "9/11 Truth Movement": "You mentioned September 11th, a former aide of yours, Eric Dondero said this. 'When September 11th happened, he just completely changed,' talking about you. 'One of the first things he said was not how awful the tragedy was, it was, 'Now we're going to get big government.' Was that your reaction?"
The points Russert was trying to score was that Paul was a radical and held the actions of our country in contempt. Additionally, Russert tried to link Paul to the 9/11 truth seekers. Both attempts were well fielded by Paul, and considering that the majority view of the American public aligns with Paul's views, and not with Russert, the MSM, the Democratic and Republican Party's views, Paul more than held his own with informed viewers and thinkers. Russert showed his true colors and hostility to a patriotic American who only wants the best for his country. Russert's contempt personifies his and the MSM's contempt for patriotic, thinking Americans.
At one point in the interview, I noticed Dr. Paul stammering a bit. This was understandable as Paul began to realize NBC's attempt to denigrate and belittle his genuine reverence for the United States Constitution. He was struggling to stifle a building anger, but he did manage to do so, reserving time to take a future stab at Russert's despicable and unprofessional MSM bias. When the opportunity came, Dr. Paul asked Russert if he pounded other guests on his show the way he was just interrogated. Russert was disrespectful, accusatory, and attempted to steer the interview to discredit Paul.
The MSM has progressed from ignoring Paul, to marginalizing him, and to where now they are trying to smear him. Simpleton and non-journalist, Matt Drudge, an MSM wannabe, keeps offering a side panel on his website offering that a brothel operator and his female employees are key supporters of Dr. Paul; talk about desperation! It is easy to understand that more such gutter-level smears will be forthcoming.
But in the event that a real square-off debate takes place between Paul and any of the incompetents, whether it be Hillary, or Huckabee, or "Madman" McCain, it is clear that BOTH Congressman Paul's position on the Constitution AND his voting record in Congress will literally destroy any and all of the opposition. The electorate disapproves of Bush by close to a 70 percent majority. And more than 70 percent of American citizens as well as more than 70 percent of those serving in the American military oppose the continuing war in Iraq. Close to half the electorate wants Bush and Cheney impeached, and over 60 percent of Americans believe the government was directly involved in some way in the attacks on theWorld Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Yet Russert clawed and fought his way to legitimize the minority points of view he and NBC are promoting on these issues instead of serving as the journalistic source of inquiry for the people.
As I have written in a prior essay, the increasing popularity and media exposure of Dr. Paul will morph into an Establishment crisis. The power elite and their media have underestimated the true grassroots power of the Internet and the growing youth movement that supports Dr. Paul. The Establishment will now use their latest and most polished, proven technological weapon: electronic vote fraud. This will most definitely be used, and as I have offered in earlier efforts, is in all likelihood well past the planning stage. And a sure way to tell that this huge fraud is well underway in America is the deafening silence from The Establishment's MSM.
Just as the White House pedophile scandal was made to disappear via media silence, and just as the DC Madam blockbuster story had its "legs" chopped off by the MSM, election vote fraud has been totally removed from the American Public's radar screen. The Downing Street Memo was never approved nor launched by the American MSM's gatekeeper, The New York Times, and today, most Americans never heard of it nor have any understanding of its relevant significance. And Vice President Cheney's orchestrated outing of CIA supervisory operative, Valerie Plame, in retaliation for her husband's New York Times editorial challenging the Niger yellowcake hoax used in a Bush State of the Union message, a Title 18 felony violation, was also puffballed by the MSM. The out-of-sight-out-of-mind approach by the corporate media worked magnificently to squelch information and debate on these vital matters of public interest.
And not remaining idle, the Cheney-Bush regime is legalistically taking further action to isolate the American people from obtaining the necessary information to rein in this horrific, despicable organized and unconstitutional criminal regime. Using its authority, as opposed to its control of the MSM, the latter a tool of The Establishment that lords over our political class and its government, the Cheney-Bush regime's Federal Communications Commission has just ratcheted up further legal centralization of the big media to make it even bigger and more powerful.
In her article, "The FCC's Christmas Gift to Big Media," Amy Goodman writes in TruthDig.com and carried also on Common Dreams' website on December 26th: "On Dec. 18, the five commissioners of the Federal Communications Commission met in Washington, D.C., and, by a 3 to 2 vote, passed new regulations that would allow more media consolidation. This, despite the U.S. public's increasing concern over the nation's media being controlled by a few giant corporations."
Goodman continues: "Dissident FCC Commissioner Michael Copps said of the decision: 'We generously ask big media to sit on Santa's knee, tell us what it wants for Christmas, and then push through whatever of these wishes are politically and practically feasible. No test to see if anyone's been naughty or nice. Just another big, shiny present for the favored few who already hold an FCC license-and a lump of coal for the rest of us. Happy holidays!'"

Here's Goodman again: "It was Bush-appointed FCC Chairman Kevin Martin, now just 41 years old, who rammed through the rule changes. He has served President Bush well. As deputy general counsel for the Bush-Cheney campaign in 2000, he was active during the Florida recount. Before that he worked for Kenneth Starr at the Office of Independent Counsel during the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Rumor has it that he may run for governor of his native North Carolina. His wife, Cathie Martin, was a spokeswoman for Vice President Dick Cheney in the midst of the scandal around the outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame. She now works on Bush's communications staff.
The federal regulation in question is the newspaper-broadcast cross-ownership ban. It has for decades prevented the same company from owning both a television or radio station in a town as well as a newspaper. Underlying this ban is the core concept of the public interest. Copps couldn't have been clearer: 'Today's decision would make George Orwell proud. We claim to be giving the news industry a shot in the arm-but the real effect is to reduce total newsgathering.' Mergers will result in newsroom layoffs and less, not more, coverage of local issues."
And not only is the Cheney-Bush dictatorship giving The Establishment further control over communications and information vital to the public interest, but Cheney-Bush is now launching its all-out war on the election process. In an article in the Washington Post this past Sunday, December 22nd entitled, "As Primaries Begin, the FCC Will Shut Down," Poststaff writer Matthew Mosk opens: "The federal agency in charge of policing the torrent of political spending during the upcoming presidential primaries will, for all practical purposes, shut its doors on New Year's Eve.
The Federal Election Commission will effectively go dark on Jan. 1 because Congress remains locked in a standoff over the confirmation of President Bush's nominees to the panel. As a consequence, the FEC will enter 2008 with just two of six members -- short of the four votes needed for the commission to take any official action.
'There is, in effect, nobody to answer the phone,' said Robert F. Bauer, a leading Democratic campaign finance lawyer.
Although the 375 auditors, lawyers and investigators at the FEC will continue to process work already before them, a variety of matters that fall to the commissioners will be placed on hold indefinitely. Chief among them are deciding whether to launch investigations into possible campaign finance violations and determining the penalties."
How totally convenient for Cheney-Bush! One federal commission, handpicked by Bush, burns the midnight oil to ram through new regulations giving more power to a government-supporting news media that only mass produces administration-favoring propaganda, while another one, not yet totally under administration control, is shut down for the rapidly upcoming presidential elections.
And in another Washington Post article by Robert Barnes, "Partisan Fissures Over Voter ID Justices to Hear Challenge to Law," the December 25th article opens, "The Supreme Court will open the new year with its most politically divisive case since Bush v. Gore decided the 2000 presidential election, and its decision could force a major reinterpretation of the rules of the 2008 contest." Really?!
We are referencing the 2000 presidential election debacle only a week shy of 2008, the year of the most important presidential election in history? Why has this taken seven years to resolve? And all that is being reported on here are issues relative to registered voter identification? But what about electronic voting equipment anomalies and fraud?

Quality control at virtually all levels in the manufacturing process was non-existent. The screens actually had air bubbles in them causing the screen system to "float" over the finger sensing electronics. And quality control for the "mainframes" involved shaking them by hand and listening for rattles. And the latter q/c inspection involved tiny samples of the sweatshop's total manufactured output.
It is now two presidential elections later, and Congress, its GAO, the FEC, and all the other relative federal commissions have been either unable, or unwilling, to remedy this glaring electoral failure. Yet MSM talking heads continue to emphasize the importance of Americans in exercising their "freedom" to vote. But why is this important to the MSM if election fraud is not, and hasn't been for EIGHT YEARS??? Why does it take a seasoned reporter, free from the yoke of Establishment MSM control and supervision, and an independent news organization such as HDNet, to report the facts and truth?
Now reflect upon Bush's FCC maneuver. Will this improve accuracy and reporting in the only constitutionally sanctioned profession, a "free and independent press?" It is becoming increasingly clear that The Establishment is more than just OK with fraudulent elections, just as long as they get to control them and pick the political class stooge they want in place to rule over US. We are now more than ever, land of fraud, and home of the slave.
