Michigan Crowd Boos McCain

Sen. John McCain of Arizona, winner of last Tuesday's New Hampshire primary, drew cheers and jeers from an audience of over 500 conservative activists in Michigan over the weekend.
Just days ahead of the Michigan primary, McCain was one of three Republican presidential hopefuls, including former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Rep. Duncan Hunter of California, to visit the Americans for Prosperity Summit held Saturday in the Detroit suburb of Livonia.
McCain was alternately cheered and jeered by the vocal, pro-growth, "limit-the-government" activist crowd. He was cheered for his military service and for his pledges to maintain a strong defense, to cut taxes and to veto earmarks, but he was booed for his stances on immigration and the environment.
McCain's signature lines such as, "We need to send Washington a message: 'No earmarks -- not 10,000, not one. Zero!" drew thunderous applause, McCain's attempt to bring "a little straight talk" about Michigan's flagging economy seemed to fall flat.
Globalism, he told the audience, is not going away. "Some jobs that have left Michigan aren't coming back, and the answer is not to create false hopes that we can bring back lost jobs -- but to create new ones," McCain said, to a stony silence.
McCain, who engaged the audience in a lengthy Q&A period, drew howls of protest and boos when he expressed support for allowing most illegal aliens to stay in the United States and when he opposed against any form of protectionism.
The Arizona Republican even promised one vocal detractor in the audience, John A. Hillman of Livonia, Mich., he would personally phone him and answer his questions as soon as he got back on his campaign bus.
Hillman, a car salesman, told Cybercast News Service he hopes McCain does call.
"Look we don't necessarily need protectionism for the American automobile industry, but it would be nice if we were on a level playing field, which we've never been on," Hillman said after the speech.

Dollar Hits Record Low Vs Swiss Franc

The dollar fell on Monday to its lowest level in seven weeks against the euro and yen on fears that weak U.S. corporate earnings will push the economy closer to recession, requiring the Federal Reserve to slash interest rates.
Some of Wall Street's largest banks will be reporting their earnings this week, beginning with Citigroup on Tuesday, and currency dealers will be watching for indications of how much the credit crisis is damaging their bottom lines and increasing the risk of prolonged economic weakness.
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke's comments last week that the central bank stood ready to take "substantive additional action" to maintain growth cemented expectations for a half-percentage point cut in the Fed's benchmark interest rate to 3.75 percent.

Bush Administration Backs Gun Regulation

WASHINGTON -- In their legal battle over gun ownership and the 2nd Amendment, gun- control advocates never expected to get a boost from the Bush administration.
But that's just what happened when U.S. Solicitor General Paul D. Clement urged the Supreme Court in a brief Friday to say that gun rights are limited and subject to "reasonable regulation" by the government and that all federal restrictions on firearms should be upheld.
Reasonable regulations include the federal ban on machine guns and other "particularly dangerous types of firearms," he said in the brief. Moreover, the government forbids gun possession by felons, drug users, "mental defectives" and people subject to restraining orders, he said.
"Given the unquestionable threat to public safety that unrestricted private firearm possession would entail, various categories of firearm-related regulation are permitted by the 2nd Amendment," Clement said. He filed the brief in a closely watched case involving Washington, D.C.'s ban on keeping handguns at home for self-defense.
The head of a gun-control group said he was pleasantly surprised by the solicitor general's stand.
Paul Helmke, president of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Handgun Violence, said he saluted the administration for recognizing a need for limits on gun rights.
Alan Gura, a key gun-rights advocate who is leading the challenge to the District of Columbia's gun law, expressed disappointment at the administration's position. He said he was troubled that Clement advised the justices to send the case back for further hearings in a lower court.
"We are not happy. We are very disappointed the administration is hostile to individual rights. This is definitely hostile to our position," Gura said.
This year, for the first time, the court is expected to rule squarely on whether the 2nd Amendment gives individuals a right to have a gun despite laws or ordinances restricting firearms.
In the past, this amendment has sometimes been read as protecting only state militias. It says: "A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

FCC Asks Comcast About Internet Filter

NEW YORK (AP) -- Comcast Corp. Monday said it has received letters of inquiry from the Federal Communications Commission regarding complaints that the company actively interferes with its subscribers' Internet traffic.
A coalition of consumer groups and legal scholars asked the agency in November to stop Comcast from discriminating against the sharing of certain types of Internet data among subscribers.
Two groups also asked the FCC to fine the nation's No. 2 Internet provider $195,000 for every affected subscriber.
And Vuze Inc., a company that distributes video using BitTorrent file-sharing technology, later filed a separate complaint, asking the FCC to clarify how much power Internet service providers have in controlling traffic on their lines.
In an investigation last year, The Associated Press found that Comcast in some cases hindered file sharing by subscribers who used BitTorrent. The findings, first reported Oct. 19, confirmed claims by users who also noticed interference with other file-sharing applications.
Comcast denies it blocks file sharing, but acknowledges milder interventions to improve the flow of traffic for the majority of its customers.
"We look forward to responding to the FCC inquiries regarding our broadband network management," said David L. Cohen, an executive vice president at Comcast, in a statement.
"We believe our practices are in accordance with the FCC's policy statement on the Internet where the Commission clearly recognized that reasonable network management is necessary for the good of all customers," he added.
Peer-to-peer file sharing is a common way to illegally exchange copyright files. But many businesses also are rushing toward it for legal distribution of video and game content.

Oil Crisis As Barrels Go Missing, According to Audit

How do you not notice when 308,000 barrels of oil go missing?
That's the question government auditors were asking after they looked into the Department of Energy's management of oil received for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, a critical program to assure energy stability in the U.S. in case of an oil crisis.
To help add to the reserve, DOE receives a portion of the royalty oil that the Department of the Interior gets in return for allowing petroleum companies to drill on government lands and waters.
The department's Inspector General Gregory H. Friedman and his auditors found that in 28 percent of the oil transfers they examined, the amount received did not match the estimated amount to be shipped by the Interior Department's Minerals Management Service.
"To illustrate our findings regarding discrepancies, during a four-month period in Fiscal Year 2005, two Department contractors reported receiving 308,000 barrels of royalty oil less than the amount that MMS had scheduled for delivery to the market center. Yet, despite this significant shortfall, the Department took no action to resolve the discrepancy and to ensure that it had received all of the oil shipped by MMS," according to the audit.
Eventually, the auditors received documentation from MMS to explain reasons for the discrepancy, including "a decision by MMS to sell royalty oil rather than ship it to the Department," although 32,000 barrels could still not be accounted for in the above example.
Reached for comment, a spokeswoman for the department issued a statement. "We are confident that all royalty oil transferred to DOE was properly delivered to the SPR. However we recognize the need for enhanced controls and as such, we have followed the recommendations of the report and taken steps to strengthen the RIK program by collecting additional supporting documentation for oil receipts and increasing coordination with MMS to facilitate monthly confirmation of the quantity of oil transferred."
Last year, the Interior Department's MMS was investigated by the Government Accountability Office for losing track of billions of dollars in royalties. A GAO report in May 2007 determined that an increase in the royalty rates, which were among "the lowest government takes in the world," could potentially increase revenue by $4.5 billion over 20 years and help ensure "a fair rate of return for the American people from oil production on federally leased lands and waters."

They spit and spat at each other. They condemn and degrade one another. They blame and accuse their competition. They sling mud while they stand neck deep in their own muck.
You may notice the media and presidential candidates on both sides drive the fourth most important issue in the polls--illegal immigration-into the "ignore-at-all-costs" section of the debates.
The main stream media led by Charles Gibson, Brian Williams and Katie Couric-- bury any reports about illegal alien migration topics. From their powerful anchor chairs, why don't they direct hard questions toward the candidates?
If you remember during final debates between Bush and Kerry, CBS correspondent Bob Schieffer said, "The most emails I've received for me to ask questions are illegal immigration."
Bush and Kerry spent less than 90 seconds on the issue. Today, again, our national politicians and media avoid answering concrete questions on this nation's most pressing crisis: 20 million illegal aliens imbedded and growing inside the USA.
Hard facts show Arizona's Senator John McCain signed the 1986 amnesty for illegals, but did nothing to stop them for the next 20 years of his never-ending senate career. McCain, a former recipient of La Raza's esteemed Capital Award, today runs on a full-out amnesty program with unlimited immigration. He voted for S. 1639 to double legal immigration, continue chain migration and maintain the annual jackpot "Diversity Immigration" of 50,000 from third world countries.
For many years, John McCain has worked with Ted Kennedy to pass legislation that rewards millions and millions of illegal aliens with legal status and a path to citizenship. Sen. Jim Demint of South Carolina commented on the 2007 McCain-supported senate amnesty plan by saying "This rewards people who broke the law with permanent legal status, and puts them ahead of millions of law-abiding immigrants waiting to come to America. I don't care how you try to spin it, this is amnesty."
Mike Huckabee frequently attempts to deceive voters when he refers to positions he took with regard to "the children of illegal aliens." The truth reveals Huckabee supported college scholarships and in-state tuition rates. He condones anchor babies regarding the 14th amendment. Governor Huckabee supported driver licenses for illegal aliens. As governor, he did nothing to stop meat processing plants in Arkansas to aid, abet, assist and employ illegal aliens.
Huckster's plan allows illegals immunity from immigration enforcement. He provides a "path to citizenship" creating 20 million new voters from guess who? What do you think your lives will be like when they become voters? See his record:
An Arkansas voter said, "Huckabee lies more than Bill Clinton!"
If Hillary Clinton becomes president, you can count on her latest comment being the end of any border security. When told about a man's wife being an illegal, Clinton, "No woman is an illegal." If Clinton reaches the White House, you can expect wide open borders.
Rudy Giuliani harbored, protected and encouraged illegal aliens in New York City while the mayor of the Big Apple. Actions speak louder than words.
Obama voted for doubling legal immigration and amnesty for all illegals. If he reaches the White House, expect massive amnesty bills and swamping of the USA with millions more immigrants.
John Edwards stands star-struck out of touch with the enormous dangers of relentless immigration. Expect wide open borders if he gained the presidency.
Who then, might stop illegal immigration and stand against amnesty?
Mitt Romney, Duncan Hunter and Ron Paul could save this country from further invasion of its borders by Mexico and other third world countries.
Ron Paul said, "I don't think the problem of illegal immigration will ever be solved until we have a healthy, thriving economy."
"The talk must stop," Ron Paul said. "We must secure our borders now. A nation without secure borders is no nation at all. It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left unlocked. This is my six point plan:
Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.
Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.
No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. That's a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.
End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.
Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods.
Governor Mitt Romney opposed driver licenses for illegal aliens, supported English immersion, vetoed in-state tuition for illegal aliens and supported the training of his Massachusetts state troopers to enforce federal immigration laws.
As you, the American public continues in your apathy and non-interest, along with zero involvement--you allow most of the candidates to obfuscate, cloud, suppress, ignore and deny any action on illegal and legal immigration. If you don't force Gibson, Couric, Williams, Blitzer, Smith, Sawyer and the rest to ask hard questions, you'll see all candidates duck and cover from immigration.
Since Bush ducked and covered seven years ago, over 15 million illegal and legal immigrants crossed our borders and imbedded themselves inside our country. As destructive as the last 15 million immigrants proved to be as they overran our educational systems and hospitals, as well as overloaded our prisons--if we elect another open borders, mass immigration president, the next 15 million illegal and legal immigrants will destroy our capacity to function as a sustainable civilization. Why? Simple answer: those 15 million become a part of the predicted 70 million immigrants that will grow our population by 100 million people in three decades.
Ignoring unrelenting, unending and massive immigration creates unsolvable political, cultural, social and environmental consequences. My vote goes to Ron Paul!

The Darker Side
Of HR 1955

Much has been said about this Bill. It doesn't lay the foundation not for a new temporary McCarthy-type era of a form of witch-hunting, but rather an era of permanent silence of all dissident thoughts and actions. Like all laws, sooner or later the Constitutional validity of this law (if it makes it into law which appears likely) will be tried in a courtroom.
But before that day comes when someone comes along with deep pockets to do this, there will be countless others who won't be able to challenge it. OJ Simpson proved that despite the most damning evidence, with deep enough pockets you can buy your way out of a capital crime.
And with even deeper pockets to pay the high per-minute cost of a lawyer authorized to argue in front of the Supreme Court, anyone can challenge a new law. But before any law can be argued in front of the US Supreme Court, it must pass through all the lower courts first which also costs some serious money. It will take many years to make it through that due process. And in that time, countless numbers of people without deep pockets will be punished for breaking the law.
More than four years ago, everyone seemed to rejoice when we had a Republican-controlled Congress. At least that's how the media portrayed the "victory" on Capitol Hill. I was in the car driving to work at the time I heard the news of the Democratic victory, and damn near hit a bus broad-side because I was laughing so hard.
That victory turned out to be a false hope as more civil rights than ever before were taken away or threatened. Under the "new freedom" no civil rights are guaranteed to anyone, and they were more likely to be before 2001. The only hope people had left was for the usually-liberally minded democrats to help protect the people. In other words, tell the fox he's been re-hired to guard to henhouse.
Finally the democrats started to take control of Capitol hill. Was that a good thing? I'll leave you to be the judge of that. First, let's look at the list of just who sponsored HR 1955, according to Uncle's website:

If we tally up who's in what party here, we can see from the government's website [1] that 11 Democrats and just 3 Republicans sponsored HR 1955. That's a ratio of almost 4:1! No one seems to be talking about this aspect of the Bill. Yet is does speak volumes how this handful of mostly democrats accomplished a staggering landslide vote as described here:
Oct 23, 2007: This bill passed in the House of Representatives by roll call vote. The vote was held under a suspension of the rules to cut debate short and pass the bill, needing a two-thirds majority. The totals were 404 Ayes, 6 Nays, 22 Present/Not Voting. [1]
The statement above "The vote was held under a suspension of the rules to cut debate short and pass the bill" speaks volumes about the railroad job performed to pass this one. Cut debate short? How about no real debate at all! Another one of those "all decided beforehand behind closed doors" tricks. This is a clearly a violation of due process. We must remember it's OK for Capitol Hill to break the law - but not you and me. "Who said life was fair?" we heard growing up. No, it's more like "Who said the law applies to everyone?"
This Bill has far-reaching implications, perhaps even more so than the infamous Patriot Act. It's important to remember that ALL "Acts" are labeled for WHAT or WHO they are targeted at. The Riot Act was against people rioting, RICO Act was against racketeering and crime, and the Patriot Act was clearly written to nail patriots. Now we have HR 1955 with the official title of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007.
THIS BILL CHARGES THE FOX WITH GUARDING THE HENHOUSE
As with any Bill it's all in the details. So I've presented a few here a few of them to show the threat to free speech it represents, with almost no real safeguards. First, let's look at the supposed safeguards in the Bill:
SEC. 899F PROTECTING CIVIL RIGHTS AND CIVIL LIBERTIES WHILE PREVENTING IDEOLOGICALLY BASED VIOLENCE AND HOMEGROWN TERRORISM.
(a) In General- The Department of Homeland Security's efforts to prevent ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism as described herein shall not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens or lawful permanent residents.
(b) Commitment to Racial Neutrality- The Secretary shall ensure that the activities and operations of the entities created by this subtitle are in compliance with the Department of Homeland Security's commitment to racial neutrality.
(c) Auditing Mechanism- The Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Officer of the Department of Homeland Security shall develop and implement an auditing mechanism to ensure that compliance with this subtitle does not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of any racial, ethnic, or religious group, and shall include the results of audits under such mechanism in its annual report to Congress required under section 705.'
Looking at each of these three "protections" causes alarm bells sound inside anyone's head unless they are dead.
In section (a) we see the fox that guards the henhouse being charged with insuring the fox won't violate anyone's civil rights. We can always trust the fox to guard the fox?
In section (b) we are given the promise of racial neutrality. Perhaps this only applies to illegal aliens coming across the Mexican border in droves, every day of the week. They must be exempt of course.
In section (c) we see there will be an auditing mechanism. Again, the fox is charged with protecting the chickens (you and me) from harm.
In all fairness, I must acknowledge that SOMETHING must be done. After all, since we were given that "new freedom" by the self-appointed Decider some 6 years ago, nothing has been the same. He told the media in a December 2000 press conference when asked how hard it would be as president which I quote verbatim here: "This job would be a heck of a lot easier, if this were a dictatorship... [chuckling] just so long as I'm the dictator." Apparently he was more serious than anyone thought.
Yes, something must be done. We've had so many "home-grown terrorist attacks" since 2001 (I'll spare you that dog-eared-date for the moment) that we've all lost count. It's been just terrible. Restaurants blowing up, pungi-stick traps dug in ChinaMart parking lots during the night, water supplies poisoned and big box stores being stormed every day by radical right-wing extremists and television and radio stations being taken over by terrorists every week. Every day something more terrible happens in the news. And the worst attack of all? America's freedom attacked loud-mouth-threatening Bill-O of FIX NEWS. (Most likely one day someone will shut up Bill-O permanently, perhaps with a lawsuit.) What - you didn't see or hear any of this happen? But we still need HR 1955.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS OF THE BILL
We'll look at a few of the wonderful benefits this blindly-voted-on-Bill gives to the American people. Benefits for which all should be on bended knee bowing in gratitude and be grateful for. Uncle only wants the best for us. Today, ask not what you can do for your country - but what your country can do TO you.
We should remember all this and show our gratitude to Uncle for the misery, unemployment, jumping gas prices and other wonderful blessings. Now I'll show my gratitude and share with you more of the glories of HR 1955. According to Sec. 2 of the Bill, this is to be amended to Title VIII of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, 6 USC 361.

Why would the government include a link to a Cornell website? Perhaps they are the REAL authors of HR1955.
What else does this Bill provide? Here's more of it:
Sec. 899b (1-8) rambles on about ideological and "home-grown" based terrorism, as though this sort of thing is happening all the time. When was the last time you heard about any "home-grown terrorism" in the news? More nonsense.
Sec 899b - (9) Certain governments, including the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia have significant experience with homegrown terrorism and the United States can benefit from lessons learned by those nations.
Does the above section suggest a video camera on every corner? There is little doubt that the UK must be the largest customer of CCTV cameras on the planet. Maybe the USA can start putting up these idiotic harassment devices everywhere, driving the price down for the good of all. Or, perhaps we can have a new breed of storm-troopers modeled after the SAS in the UK. (The "SAS" stands for Special Air Service, not "Shoot All Suspects" as some might imagine.) In intelligence circles in the USA, CIA stands for "Can't Infiltrate Anyone."
The majority of the Bill specifies who and what members of what committees will serve as the oversight. In other words, watching the fox who watches the fox, who in-turn guards the hen-house. Just what the government needs is to form yet another committee.
A TEST THAT PROVED BIG BROTHER DOESN'T CARE REAL THREATS
When big brother (oops "Homeland Security") ran an ad back in 2001 for anyone to alert the government to possible terrorist targets, I answered the call. My curiosity wanted to see just what H.S. would do about a real possible prime location for a terrorist attack. Being the pessimist about Uncle that I am, I told my wife at the time "watch and see- they will do absolutely nothing." She was worried about the men in black with machine guns and battering rams would show up, "knocking" on the door.
While they have sloppily entered my home several times while we were out by picking the lock and poking through my computers, they haven't used a battering ram. Even the CIA agent recruiter played by Robert DeNiro in the film "The Good Shepherd" would be ashamed. Years ago, I left a letter in my computer just for these covert (overt) visitors to read. In case they haven't found it yet, it's a file named "NSA.TXT." I used a generic text file format to be sure they could open it OK.
Anyway, I told HS about a city named _________ (name withheld here lest I be blamed for something) where water travels underground for some 30 miles from a fresh water lake, through four aqueducts under hundreds of acres of woods and farms to a medium-size city. So what's the big threat here? The VENT PIPES are in an uninhabited wooded area. These pipes let fresh air into the aqueduct to help water flow.
Here are the questions:
* Are there new fences erected around the area, or were there any in 2001? No.
* Are the vent pipes tall too tall for anyone to reach? No- they are all at waist height. I have stood beside one and you can HEAR the water rushing by deep underground.
* Did the government ever get back to me about this? No, in spite of the highly detailed information I provided.
What a joke H.S. was and still is. Seriously, this water supply is a real security issue. But here we are SIX YEARS LATER and nothing has been done.
So now Bills like HR1955 are being promoted. And most likely in the same way as the original, infamous civil-rights-stealing Patriot Act. If you are a WMD (Washington Money Droid) don't read it but vote for it. I for one am thoroughly ashamed. Traitors everywhere you look. Benedict Arnold would be proud to be among these politicians who claim to be "good citizens."
And all in the name of two tall buildings that were demolished, simply for the insurance profit of one man. After all, if you were Silverstein buy the WTC complex wouldn't YOU want to know if your multi-billion dollar investment was full of asbestos that would cost more to remove than the buildings were worth? Sure you would. And you can bet he knew about it, too. I think that WTC really stands for "Wow Tremendous Cash."
It was the most efficient bang-for-the-buck ever pulled off in history:
* Silverstein walks away with the full policy payment thanks to his lawsuits
* Two big asbestos headaches are gone, with taxpayers flipping the tab to remove all the debri and ship it to China.

The 2001 date is dragged out time after time and another veiled threat issued by the Decider whenever anyone on Capitol Hill even starts to question a new draconian law or any appointment of a bosom-buddy to any office. And then the Decider gets his way yet again. You can be sure that we'll hear about 2001 several times on 1/28/08, when the Decider is supposed to decide to give his State of the Union speech. Yet another waste of air time, for it will say nothing. He's intent on destroying the Union purposely, but you can bet he won't talk about that on January 28th.
Think things will be better in 2009? Don't count on it. If the Decider has his way there won't be an election in November 2008. Elections will be suspended because the Decider and his cronies will make sure all hell breaks loose just before November. And $375 million dollars worth of Haliburton POW camps will finally be open for business. I wonder if the first prisoners in each camp will get a bottle of champaigne to share, just before the torture sessions begin? Perhaps the silent knights who work in the Pentagon will finally have had their fill of this clown. Or are they already trembling in fear of the Decider?
I have to go now. There are some men outside in black uniforms holding machine guns and wielding a battering ram. They are knocking on the door quite loudly using their toy. Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to camp I go

Face Exposure In Dope
Bust - Part One

Corrupt top IRS and Illinois State Revenue and other officials, are reportedly incriminated in a sizeable dope bust in a Chicago suburb. The narcotics arrests, attempted to be downplayed by politically worried state and federal drug agents, occurred in the first business day of the new century. That came in the wake of our exclusive related stories aired on our weekly public access Cable TV Show, cablecast within Chicago on November 29, 1999.
On that one hour program, we had the picture of an ocean-going boat, renamed "California Rose", owned and operated by current and former IRS officials of the Chicago Region Office and State Revenue collectors. Plying the Caribbean and with trips to Mexico, England, Portugal, Spain, and elsewhere in Europe, the boat is reportedly used for on-board and off-shore laundering, disguised as gambling monies and such, of massive funds from dope trafficking, gun running, and major underworld and tax-cheating enterprises. The boat is reportedly linked to an accounting operation near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, apparently specializing in all-cash so-called "bookkeeping", run by former IRS officials.
As shown in undisputed court records, some of the same revenue officials are also reportedly silent partners in a Chicago suburban shopping center, Cermak Plaza, in which money laundering from illicit enterprises is likewise conducted. The shopping mall is reportedly linked to the nearby First National Bank of CICERO, in the mafia enclave long known as Al Capone Land. According to federal judicial financial disclosure records, the shopping center is owned by Chicago U.S. District Judge George M. Marovich [(312)435-5590]. The revenue officials and that Judge reportedly use their official position to protect and condone the money laundering and criminality.
Reluctantly describing the early morning drug bust, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration officials said they snatched a cache of more than 835 pounds of marijuana with a wholesale value of $835,000. The drug operation was through one or more apartments in Kingspoint Condominiums, located in Chicago's western suburb of Addison. [Footnote One]. Reporters accidentally found out about the arrests and questioned the drug officials as to why they sought to avoid press coverage on the sizeable drug raid. No real answers were given. The reporters omitted this from their routine press reports. Also omitted, was why FEDERAL officials brought the suspects to a STATE court and prison facility.
A few weeks prior to the arrests, we sent by Registered Mail, six heavy volumes of documents relating to the misdeeds of top state and federal tax collectors, including those in the Chicago Region IRS Office as well as state officials in the Illinois capitol; the documents were received by the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of the Treasury, Washington, D.C. [Footnote two.]
The drug arrests are just a small recent part of a highly complex series of events revolving around four large apartment buildings, the selfsame Kingspoint Condominiums, in Addison, Illinois. Started about 1980, the buildings were built on land owned by Chicago-based Apollo Savings & Loan Association, owned by known mobsters jointly with corrupt top officials of the IRS and the Illinois Department of Revenue. Now defunct, the S & L was a money washing apparatus for criminal enterprises and major tax-cheaters. The downfall of Apollo was whitewashed by some of Chicago's too numerous bank-owning crooked judges.
As shown by undisputed court documents, the sole owner of the buildings was Joseph Andreuccetti, a caulking contractor. Andreuccetti has been swindled out of more than 50 million dollars by a series of banks. To make good his pending claims, a federal regulatory agency parked 58.4 million dollars in 1983, with Household International and Household Bank, the principal owner of which is the Vatican. General Counsel of Household was William Colby, former Director of the American CIA. At a key point in the Andreuccetti Affair, in 1996, Colby was murdered by a foreign intelligence team and disguised as a "boating accident". Previously, Colby had likewise been General Counsel of Nugan Hand Bank, like Household, a CIA proprietary operation. Amid scandals and murders, Nugan Hand Bank disappeared in 1980. In 1988, 50 million dollars of the federal funds escrowed with Household, disappeared and could not be located despite searching by more than 32 U.S. Government bookkeepers. The funds were secretly transferred by John E. Gierum, a supervisor of the funds and crony of the Hillary Rodham family. Gierum and Hillary resided in the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge. Gierum went to law school with Hillary's brother. In a confession made to me as a reporter, in the presence of his former client, Joseph Andreuccetti, Gierum complained that Bill and Hillary Clinton were seeking to frame and jail him for the mysterious 50 million dollar disappearance. When confronted in court, Gierum did not dispute the details of the confession.
The 50 million dollars showed up in Little Rock, Arkansas, in an attempt to cover up the 47 million dollar embezzlement of Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan, for which Bill and Hillary Clinton are subject to federal criminal prosecution.
Congressman Dan Burton [R., Ind.] commented on how Clinton sent the mysterious 50 million dollars out of the U.S. to a known dope money laundry in the Caribbean. [Congressional Record, 5/29/96, pages H-5627-28.] The 3 million dollar difference, between the 50 million dollars secretly transferred, and the 47 million for the embezzlement cover up, is known in mob jargon, as "street tax". The three million dollars quickly showed up in the hands of reputed "fixer" from Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, who moved to Arkansas to raise "campaign funds" for Clinton's presidential campaign, by apparent extortions and shake-downs. Describing Rahm Emanuel as a "fixer", the Chicago Tribune commented on how the 3 million dollars which apparently just showed up, was used to jump-start Clinton's campaign and put him in first position. [Chicago Tribune Magazine, Sunday, 11/23/97, page 34.] Clinton rewarded Rahm Emanuel by making him for six years, on and off, White House Senior Advisor.
Undisputed court records show the theft of the Kingspoint Condominiums buildings, to victimize Joseph Andreuccetti, was started by bank disbursements falsely showing payment to Andreuccetti who never received such payments. In fact, the funds were taken by Christian Henning, Jr., godson and nephew of Bishop Paul Marcinkus, up to 1991 head of the Vatican Bank and originally from Cicero, the gangster stronghold. Henning falsely labeled himself as Andreuccetti's "partner". With the aid of Marcinkus-dominated First National Bank of Cicero, Henning and other persons were permitted by First National Bank of Cicero jointly with corrupt IRS officials and reportedly under the supevision of the Arthur Andersen accounting firm, to misappropriate the funds for Henning and his cronies own purposes.
According to Italian authorities, First National Bank of Cicero, Marcinkus, the Archbishop of Barcelona, Spain, and a CIA-agent and corrupt paymaster living in Italy, were implicated in a vast operation with the mafia, the Vatican Bank, and the American CIA. They were all accused of smuggling clandestine gold, osmium nuclear bomb triggers, and high quality counterfeit foreign currencies. In Italy, it is known as the Roger D'Onofrio Affair, named after the CIA agent living near Naples.
It was always puzzling why and how First National Bank of Cicero pushed Joseph Andreuccetti and his wife into INVOLUNTARY bankruptcy and kept them there for almost 14 years, one of the longest pending cases of its kind. The case all the while was heard by Chicago Chief Bankruptcy Judge John D. Schwartz, a former official of First National Bank of Cicero and through nominees, a concealed stockholder of that Bank. [Sept.1984 to December 17, 1997 was the pendency of the cases.]
In 1990, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Auctioneer, Wallace Lieberman, instead of auctioning off the buildings, bought the buildings himself jointly with a known mobster who had long been granted immunity by the corrupt IRS in Chicago, Robert Bellavia. Shortly after Vatican Bank Chief Marcinkus returned to Chicago in 1991, Lieberman was murdered, gangland-style, near the Marcinkus-dominated First National Bank of Cicero. Bellavia was suddenly and quickly prosecuted and sent to prison, the hurry-up work of an IRS team ordered to do so by their superiors. [Our TV Show were the only ones to air a one-hour documentary on the murder of Lieberman.] At about that time, as Lieberman was dumped into the cemetery and Bellavia parked in jail, top IRS officials and State Revenue officials stole the Kingspoint Condominium buildings for themselves personally, not for the public Treasury. To cover up this top-level corruption, computer records as well as back-up records were "glitched out", so that land titles and such disappeared or were concealed. A matter of undisputed court record are the related and pertinent admissions and confessions of an IRS official, as to this, speaking for the Acting Chief of the Criminal Investigation Division of IRS, 9/20/94, interviewed for 90 minutes by myself in the presence of Joseph Andreuccetti.
From the beginning of the events to misappropriate the Kingspoint Condominiums, by corrupt revenue officials, narcotics agents have known the buildings and adjoining parking lots were "immune" locations for the safe distribution of dope and transfer of large sums of dope cash. Both the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in Chicago, and their predecessors, as well as the Chicago FBI, have granted absolute immunity to the reported drug traffic centered in or near the buildings. The state and federal authorities knew, as well, that some of the dope traffic was part of the massive Japanese mafia, the Yakuza. For example, authors of the book, "Yakuza", Dubro and Kaplan, contended in a radio broadcast that the Japanese underworld owns 50 per cent of the high-rise buildings built in downtown Chicago during the heyday of the 1980s.
Living near the Kingspoint Condominiums has been Congressman Henry Hyde [R.,Ill.], implicated himself with corrupt top revenue officials. Hyde, head of the House Judiciary Committee that limited impeachment of Clinton to sexual matters, reportedly owns a strip joint in an unincorporated area adjoining Chicago. Hyde's reputed establishment uses strippers from Russia and other foreign countries, and violates regulations of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, INS. Hyde's reputed strip club, featuring total or near total nudity, reportedly keeps no records or reports for the state or federal revenue, as required by law.
A federal agency brought a damage suit in Chicago Federal District Court against Henry Hyde and other former directors of the west suburban Clyde Savings and Loan Association, contending these S & L officials by their wrongful acts, caused the federally-insured institution to go under. Among other things, Hyde was accused of causing 67 million dollars of the thrift's funds to mysteriously be transferred to Arkansas where it disappeared. Congressman Hyde, head of the House Judiciary Committee with power to remove corrupt federal judges, arrogantly said he is not going to pay a dime to the federal government despite their documented claims against him. The case was decided, naturally, by U.S. District Judge George M. Marovich, subject to blackmail because of his ownership of a mobster shoppping center jointly with corrupt revenue officials, as earlier stated. Operating under a malign if not corrupt influence, Judge Marovich heavily punished the OTHER former S & L directors, but turned loose Hyde without paying a dime.
According to reported media records as well as law enforcement files, the following occurred in 1988. An undercover news team, accompanied by anchor face XXXXX, of XXXXX's Chicago outlet, WMAQ-TV, Channel 5, put themselves in a position to videotape the delivery of a suitcase full of cash from the Japanese mafia, the Yakuza. Married into the Utley family that owns the license of Channel 5, XXXXX has long been a "faucet" for elements of the Organized Crime Strike Force of the U.S. Justice Department. From them, she received a tip of the fund transfer, to be done with the reported assistance of members of the purported church group headed by Rev.Sun Myung Moon who on behalf of the Korean CIA owns the Washington Times. The "church" has been accused by some in law enforcement of being a device to use huge sums in the U.S. from funds from Asia and South America, suspected proceeds of dope trafficking, gun smuggling, defense contract kick-backs, and other illicit activities.
According to the Justice Department leak, the huge cash was reportedly to be picked up by as yet then unknown representative of the Illinois Republican Party, to be used or disguised as alleged "campaign funds" concealing their illegal foreign origin. The clandestine video crew and XXXXX were accompanied or "shadowed" by Chicago-based agents of British counter-intelligence, MI-6, because the funds had been conveyed by and through Hong Kong, then still a British colony.
These undercover operators were flabbergasted when Congressman Henry Hyde showed up himself, and accepted and took charge of the suitcase full of cash. They should not have been surprised, however, since Henry Hyde wears two hats: [1] as Congressman and [2] in violation of the U.S. Constitution's mandate of Separation of Powers, Hyde is also the head of CIA's "black budget", huge covert operations funds for political assassinations and other dirty tricks.
XXXXX reportedly told her crew later that Channel 5 News Director told her that the TV station intended to run the videotape incriminating Henry Hyde. XXXXX management in New York, however, forbade the airing of the clandestine videotape. XXXXX already had their own problem, she apparently was told, since a Chicago-based activist, using a recorded phone message, already had implicated an XXXXX Vice President himself in the dope traffic. [Referring to a recorded phone message by me as head of our group. The XXXXX criminality was hushed up when the XXXXX dope traffic matter was blamed onto a low-level black technician as a scapegoat who was hustled off to jail.]
XXXXX and their XXXXX in Chicago still have the videotape. [AND SO DO CERTAIN OTHER FOLKS.] The videotape shows Congressman Henry Hyde apparently picking up and taking transfer of the Japanese mafia suitcase stuffed with cash, apparently in one of the parking lots of Kingspoint Condominiums, that is, in a zone with absolute "immunity" by the DEA, the FBI, and other state and federal agencies, including the IRS and State revenue, whose officials stole the buildings.
Media records and law enforcement files reportedly go on to state that the reliable informants of the Justice Department and the DEA contend the foreign funds were transferred to be used as so-called "campaign contributions" by the Republican Party.
The INVOLUNTARY bankruptcy and all that happened was just a smokescreen for corrupt public officials to steal the buildings and use the area as a form of Switzerland, a neutral zone for dirty business, such as the dope traffic.In statements in court records, Joseph Andreuccetti attributes the hell he has been put through for twenty years, as his "failure to become a member of the traditional Italian and Sicilian mafia" as required by the correct politics in America.
Top honchos of the monopoly press are in a position to know what the dope bust was all about but most likely will remain silent.

Below is a transcript of testimony in the Japanese Parliament that was broadcast live nationwide on NHK television. The Member of Parliament talking about 911 is Yukihisa Fujita from the Democratic Party of Japan. After the testimony Mr. Fujita says he got lots of phone calls from other members of Parliament thanking him for having the bravery to bring up 911 in Parliament. He also got one death threat.
Meanwhile, I asked the Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan to invite him for a press conference. Each of several attempts to send an e-mail to the FCCJ about this resulting in my hotmail account freezing and my computer crashing. Also, it was amazing to watch the shameless verbal acrobatics of American corporate journalists trying to prevent this press conference from taking place. Fortunately, journalists from the rest of the world supported a press conference and we will try to get it to take place as soon as possible.
The secret government's control of Japan is falling apart. A few weeks ago one of Japan's leading commercial TV networks also broadcast a 911 truth program during prime time. One other national network and several local networks have also broadcast such programs.

This will be the last televised broadcast of this committee for so I would like to talk about the origin of the war on terrorism which was the attacks of 911. On September 11 of 2002 I went to a theater house for a charity concert to help build a school in Afghanistan. They chose to have the charity concert on that day as a gesture of respect for the dead. Normally 911 commemorative events are for the people who died in New York but the people who held this event decided that more innocent people died as a result of 911 in Afghanistan than in New York. So they built a grade school near where the statue of Buddha was destroyed in Bamiyan. The name of the school is "the school of hope." They also lit candles to commemorate the dead both in Afghanistan and in New York in the year 2002, one year after the attacks. So, when discussing these anti-terror laws we should ask ourselves, what was 911, what is terrorism? So today, I would like to talk about the beginning of the war on terror.
So, I would like to ask the people who call this law an anti-terror law to realize that the biggest victim of the war on terrorism has been Afghanistan so I believe helping the people of Afghanistan should be our biggest priority. I would like to ask Mr. Inuzuka about this.
Tadashi Inuzuka walking to the microphone:
As Mr. Fujita says the main purpose of this law is to provide peace and security to Afghanistan. And, as he says, the biggest sufferers have been the people of Afghanistan. Afghanistan has 1.7 times the land area of Japan and 20 some million people live there. Also, because of a drought on the Eurasian continent close to 5 million have died due to water shortages. Even now 1 million people live close to the main battlegrounds. So, the main purpose is to provide stability to those war zones so in that context what should Japan do? However, instead of providing support by providing fuel to the U.S. forces we at the Democratic Party have decided that providing water is more important. The philosophy behind our anti-terror law is to get the ruling party to help deal with this problem.
Head of the committee: Mr. Fujita
Mr. Fujita:
I would like to talk about the origins of this war on terrorism. You may recall that in November I asked you if terrorism was war or if it was a crime. And the whole start of this war on terrorism was 911. What I want to know is if this event was caused by Al Qaeda or not. So far the only thing the government has said is that we think it was caused by Al Qaeda because President Bush told us so. We have not seen any real proof that it was Al Qaeda. I would like to know why the Prime Minister thinks it was the Taliban who was responsible for 911. Committee Chief, I want to ask the Prime Minister because he was chief cabinet officer at the time.
Prime Minister Fukuda:
Since the attacks we have communicated with the U.S. government and other governments at different levels and exchanged information. According to secret information obtained by our government and reports put together by foreign governments the 911 attacks were carried out by the international terrorist organization known as Al Qaeda.
Mr. Fujita:
So, you are talking about both secret and disclosed information. My question is has the Japanese government carried out its own investigation using the police and other resources? It is a crime so surely an investigation needs to be carried out. When a Japanese journalist was shot in Myanmar you carried out an investigation. In the same way over 20 Japanese people died on 911 so surely the government carried out its own investigation and decided that Al Qaeda was responsible. So, what kind of investigation did you carry out? At the time you were Chief Cabinet Secretary so surely you would know better than anybody so I want to ask you about your investigation.
Prime Minister Fukuda:
After the 911 attacks the National Police Agency sent an emergency anti-terror team to New York. They met with U.S. government officials and gathered information about missing Japanese.
Mr. Fujita:
So you are saying over 20 people died as a result of a crime and most of those people were working in New York. Also there were some Japanese who died in the four airplanes that were hijacked. I would like to know exactly how many people died in the buildings and how many died in the airplanes. I also want to know how you confirmed this. I would like the Foreign Minister to answer for me.
Foreign Minister Masahiko Komura standing at right in front of microphone:
We found the bodies of over a dozen Japanese following the simultaneous terror attacks carried out on September 11 2001. We were also informed about the death of 11 more people by the U.S. authorities. In total 24 Japanese died in those attacks. Of those 2 were in the airplanes.
Mr. Fujita:
I would like to ask what flights the two Japanese who died in the airplanes were on and how you determined who they were. If the foreign minister does not know it is OK to get a bureaucrat to answer:
Foreign Ministry division chief Ryoji Tanizaki:
Since this a question of fact, I will answer. As the Foreign Minister said, of the 24 people who died two were on the airplanes. One of them was on United Flight 93 and the other was on American airlines flight 11.As for how we know this, well I do not have the information in front of me but we were told by U.S. authorities and, in general, they use DNA testing. So we believe that is how we know about those two people.
Mr. Fujita:
So you are saying you do not know because you do not have the documents. Also, you say you believe there was DNA testing but you do not know. So what I want to say today is that this was a crime and crimes are supposed to be investigated. So the government needs to inform the victims families of the results of their investigation. Also, instead of just observing the anniversary of 911 every year you must be gathering information and reacting to it. So, during the past six years have you been supplying the families of the deceased with information? I would like to ask the Foreign Minister to answer.
Foreign Minister Masahiko Komura:
So you do not want to ask any more about how we confirmed the deaths of Japanese but want to know about reports to the victims families? We provided the families with information about the bodies and about compensation funds. Also, for the 13 Japanese whose remains we found, we helped the families deal with the bodies. We also financial support visits to the World Trade Center site for the families on every anniversary.
Mr. Fujita:
Since I do not have much time I would like to ask about the suspicious information being uncovered and the doubts people world wide are having about the events of 911. Many of these doubters are very influential people. In such circumstances I believe the Japanese government, which claims the attacks were carried out by Al Qaeda, should be providing the victims families with this new information. In that context I would like to ask several questions.
First of all I would like to get all members of the committee to look at this panel and look at the pictures I have provided you with. This is concrete evidence in the form of photographs and other types of information. The first photograph has computer graphics attached to show how large the plane that hit the Pentagon was. A 757 is quite a large airplane with a width of 38 meters. So as you can see even though such a large plane hit the pentagon there is only a hole that is too small for the airplane. This is a photograph taken of firemen at work and you can also see there is no damage of the sort an airplane that large should make. I would also like you to look at the lawn in front and notice that there are no airplane parts on it. Let us now look at the third picture, which is also of the pentagon taken from a U.S. TV news report has captions that show the roof of the Pentagon is still intact. Again even though a huge airplane is supposed to have hit, there is not enough corresponding damage. Now let us move to the next photograph. Here is a photograph of a hole, as Minister Komura knows the Pentagon is a very strong building with many walls. Yet the airplane has pierced them. But as you know, airplanes are made of the lightest possible material. An airplane made of such light material could not make a hole like that. Next I would like to show a photograph of how the airplane hit the building. The airplane made a U-turn, avoiding the Defense Secretary's office and hitting the only part of the Pentagon that had been specially reinforced to withstand a bomb attack.
Also, in the middle of page five we have a comment from a U.S. airforce official. He says I have flown the two types of airplane used on 911 and I cannot believe it would be possible for someone who is flying one for the first time to be able to carry out such a maneuver. Also, as you know, they have not recovered the flight recorders from most of these 4 airplanes. Also, there were more than 80 security cameras at the Pentagon but they have refused to release almost all of the footage. In any case, as you have just seen there is no picture of the airplane or of its wreckage in any of these photographs. It is very strange that no such pictures have been shown to us.
As you know Japan's self-defense forces have their headquarters in Ichigaya. Can you imagine if an airplane hit a major city, if an hour and a half after an airplane hit New York that an airplane could hit the Pentagon? In such a situation how could our allies allow such an attack to take place. I would like the Defense Minister to answer this.
Defense Minister Fuyushiba Ishiba:
I have not prepared so I will have to answer ad-lib. If such a situation took place then the airforce would send fighters up to shoot down any airplanes. This is what happened with an attack on the German constitutional court. In the case of Japan our reaction would depend on what kind of airplane it was, who was flying it and what their purpose was. However, according to our laws it might be hard to order an airplane to be shot down just because it was flying at a low level. We would probably have self-defense forces fly with it and ask for a cabinet decision. Since an airplane would have many people on board we would have do discuss what to do. This happened a long time ago but a Cesna airplane was flown into the house of a person called Yoshio Kodama. There was also an All Japan Airways flight bound for Hakodate that was hijacked and had the pilot killed. It would be best if such a thing never happened but we need to prepare new laws for such situations and discuss them in Parliament.
Mr. Fujita:
Since we are running out of time I would like to present a new piece of evidence. Please look at this panel. The first picture is one you see often of the two towers that were hit by hijacked airplanes. I could understand if this happened right after the airplanes hit but here we can see large piece of material flying a large distance through the air. Some flew 150 meters. You can objects flying in this picture as if there was an explosion. Here is a picture I took from a book. This lets you see how far the objects flew. The third picture is of a fireman who was involved in the rescue talking about a series of explosions in the building that sounded like a professional demolition. We cannot present video today so I have written a translation of what the fireman said. Here his is saying "it went boom boom boom like explosions were going off."
Here is something said by a Japanese research team of officials from the fire department and the construction ministry. The interviewed a Japanese survivor who said that while she was fleeing there were explosions. This testimony appears in a report prepared with the aid of the construction ministry and the fire department. Now I would like you to see the following picture. Normally it is said that the twin towers collapsed because they were hit by airplanes. However, one block away from the twin towers is building number 7. It can be seen in the following map a block away from the WTC. This building collapsed 7 hours after the WTC buildings were attacked. If I could show you a video it would be easy to understand but take a look at this photograph. This is a 47 story building that fell in this manner (He drops and object to demonstrate). The building falls in five or six seconds. It is about the same speed as an object would fall in a vacuum. This building falls like something you would see in a Kabuki show. Also if falls while keeping its shape. Remember it was not hit by an airplane. You have to ask yourself if a building could fall in that manner due to a fire after 7 hours. Here we have a copy of the 911 commission report. This is a report put out by the U.S. government in July of 2004 but this report does not mention the collapse of the building I just described. It is not mentioned at all in here (he waves the book). FEMA also issued a report but they also fail to mention this building. Many people believe, especially after seeing the story about building number 7, that something is strange. Since this is an incident where many people died people think is should be investigated.
We are running out of time but I would also like to mention the put options. Just before the 911 attacks, ie on September 6th, 7th and 8th there were put options put out on the stocks of the two airlines United and American that were hit by hijackers. There were also put options on Merril Lynch, one of the biggest WTC tenants. In other words somebody had insider information and made a fortune selling put options of these stocks. The head of Germany's Bundesbank at the time, who is equivalent to the Governor of the Bank of Japan, said there are lots of facts to prove the people involved in the terror attacks profited from insider information. He said there was lots of suspicious trading involving financial companies etc prior to the attacks. The had of the Bundesbank was willing to say this much. I would like to ask the Finance Minster about these put options. Did the government of Japan know about this, and what do you think about this? I would like to ask Finance Minister Nukaga about this.
Finance Minister Fukushiro Nukaga:
I was in Burkina Fasso in Africa when I heard about this incident. I decided to fly immediately to the U.S. but when I got to Paris I was told there were no flights to America. So I only heard what was reported later about the facts. I know there have been reports about the points you raise. So we made it obligatory that people provide ID for securities transactions and for suspicious transactions to be reported and we made it a crime to provide money to terrorist organizations. We believe the international financial system should not be abused. In any case, terrorism is a horrible thing and must be condemned. This type of terrorism cannot be stopped by one country but needs to be stopped by international society.
Mr. Fujita:
I would like to ask finance specialist Mr. Asao to tell me about put options. A group of people with large amounts of money, clear insider information and financial expertise would have been necessary for such a thing to take place. Could a few terrorists in Afghanistand and Pakistan carry out such a sophisticated and large scale set of transactions? I would like to ask Mr. Asao to respond.
Keiichiro Asao:
I understand put options are a deal to sell stocks at a fixed price. In this case somebody must have had insider information to carry out such transactions because nobody could normally predict these airlines would have their planes hijacked. So, I believe this was certainly a case of insider trading.
Mr. Fujita:
Prime Minister, you were Chief Cabinet Secretary at the time and as somebody has already noted, this was an incident of the sort that humanity had never previously experienced. Also, there appears to be a lot more information about this incident coming out now than came out in the months after the attacks. Now that we are an internet and visual society, this information is being made public so if we look at the situation now, the whole starting point for these two laws , the start of the war on terror itself, as you have seen from the information I have presented, has not been properly investigated or analyzed. So I do not believe the government has acted properly by investigating this incident or asking the U.S. government for an explanation. So far we have not started refueling U.S. ships yet so I think we need to go back to the beginning and not just simply and blindly trust the U.S. government explanation and indirect information provided by them. There were too many victims so I think we need to start again from the beginning. We need to ask who the real victims of this war on terrorism are. I think the citizens of the world are its victims. Here in Japan we have disappearing pensions and disappearing records about victims of Hepatitis C contaminated blood but everything I have presented on facts and confirmable evidence. Let us talk about the vanishing black boxes, vanishing airplanes and vanishing remains. Also lots of the remains of these buildings have disappeared. Even FEMA says that prevented it from carrying out a proper investigation. We need to look at this evidence and ask ourselves what the war on terrorism really is. I can see the ministers nodding in agreement but I would like to ask Prime Minister Fukuda. Please look at me. I have heard that when you were Chief Cabinet Minister at the time you felt many strange things about these attacks. Do you not think it was strange?
Prime Minister Fukuda:
I never said I thought it was strange.
Mr. Fujita:
Prime Minister what about the origin of the war on terror and the idea of whether it is right or wrong to participate in it? Is there really a reason to participate in this war on terror? Do we really need to participate? I would also like to ask about how to really stop terrorism.
Prime Minister Fukuda:
We believe based on evidence provided to us by the U.S. government that the attacks of 911 were carried out by Al Qaeda. We need to put an end to Al Qaeda terrorism. That is why international society is united in the fight against terrorism. Here, concerning a law passed by the Democratic Party last year and based on UN resolution 16595. This is a resolution passed in response to the terrorist attacks on the U.S. So you passed the law agreeing with the UN didn't you?
Mr Fujita:
Did you confirm about the bodies and the facts behind the resolution because that is why you claim to be participating in this war on terrorism. So I believe to end terrorism we need to pass a law that actually helps the people of Afghanistan. I would like Mr. Inuzuka to talk about the law and about the fight against terrorism.
Tadashi Inuzuka:
Among the many problems raised by MP Fujita the thing we need to worry most about is that the people in Afghanistan can live in peace and without worries. That is the core of the issue of ending terrorism. Without discussing this but just operating behind the back lines by supplying oil and not thinking about the entire situation or the people involved it is nonsense to debate this law. This law should be made for peace and security in Afghanistan. Our country needs to pass a real anti-terror law.
