THE POWER ELITE'S USE OF WARS AND CRISES

When Congressional Reece Committee research director Norman Dodd's legal assistant Kathryn Casey looked at the planning documents for the founding the Carnegie Endowment, she found something quite revealing. She found that they determined war would be helpful in furthering their objectives. Relevant to this, Rene Wormser in FOUNDATIONS: THEIR POWER AND INFLUENCE (1958) wrote that the head of the endowment, Nicholas Murray Butler used the endowment's funds to get the U.S. into World War I.

The year after the endowment was founded in 1910, Robert Minor's cartoon in the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH in 1911 depicted members of the power elites (John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, J.P Morgan, etc.) welcoming Karl Marx and his "socialism" to Wall Street. The next year Woodrow Wilson ran for president, and his "handler" for the power elite, Colonel Edward M. House, assured his bosses that Wilson would support the Federal Reserve's establishment in 1913.

The year after that (1914), the power elite arranged the first World War long before the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand on June 28 by members of the Narodna Odbrana (Black Hand) secret society. On May 29, Colonel House in Berlin wrote to President Wilson: "Whenever England consents, France and Russia will close in on Germany and Austria." The trick would be to make Germany think England would not enter the war. This was done by British Secretary of State Sir Edward Grey misleading German Ambassador to England Prince Karl Max Lichnowsky. Grey was close to the (Lord Alfred) Milner Group which was executing power elite member Cecil Rhodes' plan for world government.

Milner was the power behind the scenes in British government. He, not Prime Minister David Lloyd George, actually ran British foreign affairs. Milner was favorably disposed to Marxian socialism, and pro-Bolshevist Sir Basil Zaharoff (an armaments dealer who had sold arms to both sides in several wars) was consulted by President Wilson and Prime Minister George before any major military operation. This is according to author Donald McCormick, who said Zaharoff sought to divert munitions away from anti-Bolshevists.

When World War I began, Helmuth Johannes Ludwig von Moltke was head of the German General Staff. Interestingly, he was married to Dorothy Rose-Innes, the daughter of Sir James Rose-Innes, a member of Rhodes' Association of Helpers, as was their son Helmuth James von Moltke.

It was important for the power elite to drag the U.S. into the War, and so Lord Esher (executive committee member of Rhodes' secret Society of the Elect) wrote in his diary on August 3, 1917: "Can there be any doubt that the war has made for progress?" He followed this on August 11 with "Mr. Henry Morgenthau asked me to call on him.... He was one of the principal supporters of President Wilson.... They are ready to sacrifice the lives of American citizens.... Mr. Morgenthau realizes the importance... (of) shedding American blood at the earliest possible moment." Morgenthau would be a founding member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which was largely funded and staffed by J.P. Morgan and John D. Rockefeller interests.

One of the key connections to these interests was William Boyce Thompson, who in 1914 became the first-term director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. And the WASHINGTON POST (February 2, 1918) reported: "William B. Thompson, who was in Petrograd from July until November 1917, has made a personal contribution of $1,000,000 to the Bolsheviki for the purpose of spreading their doctrine in Germany and Austria."

While in Russia from July to November 1917, Thompson was head of the Red Cross mission there. The Red Cross was heavily dependent upon Wall Street and especially J.P. Morgan interests for donations. Therefore, these interests were able to use the Red Cross to further their goals. Thompson's assistant, Cornelius Kellher, is quoted in George Tennant's RUSSIA LEAVES THE WAR as stating: "The Red Cross complexion of the mission was nothing but a mask." FDR adviser and Soviet agent in the 1940s Harry Hopkins was assistant to the general manager of the Red Cross in Washington, D.C. In December 1917, Raymond Robins succeeded Thompson as head of the Red Cross mission in Russia, and on December 26 Robins called Morgan senior partner Henry Davison (chairman of the War Council of the American Red Cross, whose son in 1920 would become a member of Skull & Bones) asking him to urge President Wilson to continue intercourse with the Bolshevik Government.

Both Robins and his wife were associated with Bolshevik activities in the U.S. Robins was a protege of Colonel House and one of his heroes was Cecil Rhodes. According to Bruce Lockhart (sent to Russia by Lord Milner and Prime Minister George) in BRITISH AGENT (1933), "Robins was the only man whom Lenin was always willing to see and who ever succeeded in imposing his own personality on the unemotional Bolshevik leader." Lenin capitulated to Robins' ultimatum to remove Saalkind as Assistant Commissar for Foreign Affairs.

Carroll Quigley in TRAGEDY AND HOPE (1966) wrote: "More than 50 years ago (before 1916) the Morgan firm decided to infiltrate the Left-wing political movements in the United States." And the Morgan-controlled American International Corporation (AIC) was probably the primary supporter of the Bolsheviks. On October 17, 1817, AIC director William Saunders (deputy chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York) wrote to President Wilson: "I am in sympathy with the Soviet form of government as that best suited for the Russian people." Other AIC directors in 1917 were Pierre du Pont, J. Peter Grace, Otto Kahn, Percy Rockefeller (Skull & Bones member), Frank Vanderlip (president of Rockefeller's National City Bank), and others. Julius Hammer (chairman of Occidental Petroleum Corporation) and his son Armand (who was a Soviet citizen) were also strong supporters of the Soviet.

Colonel House in 1912 authored PHILIP DREW: ADMINISTRATOR promoting "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx." And one of his aides, Kenneth Durant, became assistant secretary for the Soviet Bureau in the U.S. When the premiers of France and Italy (Clemenceau and Orlando) later expressed concern about the Bolsheviks and their westward expansion, Colonel House in his diary wrote that he deliberately mislead them into thinking there was nothing that could be done about it.

President Wilson was simply a puppet of the power elite, manipulated by their agent Colonel House. And on November 28, 1917, Wilson ordered there should be no interference with the Bolsheviks' revolution. Not long thereafter, the U.S. legation in Bern, Switzerland cabled Washington "asking why the president expresses support of Bolsheviki, in view of rapine, murder and anarchy of these bands" (U.S. State Department decimal file 861.00/1305, March 15, 1918). What is telling about American members of the power elite supporting the Bolsheviks is the fact that even before the war ended, Soviet troops were fighting and killing American soldiers in the Archangel region!

Robert Minor, whose cartoon I mentioned earlier, was a socialist who went to Russia in March 1918 and then worked in the Commissariat for Foreign Affairs. He even prepared propaganda against American soldiers and was arrested, but Colonel House and President Wilson intervened on his behalf and he was released without going to trial (probably because he was not doing anything different than Thompson and Robins).

Colonel House was managing the power elite's plan to bring about "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx," and the First World War was a necessary part of that plan. After the war, the CFR was founded largely by Colonel House's group "the Inquiry," and in the CFR's FOREIGN AFFAIRS (June 1923) Colonel House: "If war had not come in 1914 in fierce and exaggerated form, the idea of an association of nations would probably have remained dormant, for great reforms seldom materialize except during great upheavals."

The first association of nations the power elite planned, the League of Nations, didn't materialize as the world government they desired, and therefore a Second World War had to be arranged. In case you don't believe World War II was planned, how else do you explain that power elite agent H.G. Wells in 1933 in his THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME said in about six years the war would begin over a German-Polish dispute, and Germany invaded Poland on September 1, 1939 with Britain and France declaring war on Germany two days later? Moreover, how else do you explain power elite agent Sir Julian Huxley on December 5, 1941, saying he hoped America and Japan would be at war "next week," and the attack on Pearl Harbor occurred Sunday, December 7, 1941, the first day of the next week? The power elite knew that the second "association of nations," the U.N. formed after World War II, would also not be their desired world government, as H.G. Wells in THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME said they would succeed on their third attempt resulting from a conference in Basra, Iraq. This is why the current war in Iraq was planned by the power elite.

Cecil Rhodes' and the power elite's goal was and still is the establishment of a World Socialist Government via linking regional economic arrangements, and Lenin and Stalin were important parts of this. In Vienna in January 1913, Stalin had advocated national loyalties become subservient to regions. And the year after Colonel House's FOREIGN AFFAIRS article appeared, Stalin in April 1924 said that according to Leninism "a single world system of economy constitutes the material basis for the victory of socialism."

It was also in this time (1920s) that Jean Monnet developed his plans for the first of these economic regions, the European Union. His lawyer was a young John J. McCloy, the successor to Colonel House in managing the power elite's plan. In 1936, McCloy sat in Hitler's box at the Berlin Olympics, and during the 1940s Secretary of War Henry Stimson (Skull & Bones member who initiated George H.W. Bush into Skull & Bones) questioned "whether anyone in the Administration ever acted without having a word with McCloy."

From 1953 to 1970, McCloy was the chairman of the CFR, during which time he swam with Soviet dictator Nikita Khrushchev in late July 1961 at the Black Sea. In the early 1950s, Frederick Schuman in THE COMMONWEALTH OF MEN: AN INQUIRY INTO POWER POLITICS AND WORLD GOVERNMENT wrote that one way permanent peace is attainable is "through the voluntary merging of sovereignties in a global polity, with a World-State emerging out of agreement."


McCloy was followed as CFR chairman by David Rockefeller from 1970 to 1985. During that time, Bahai leader John Ferraby in ALL THINGS MADE NEW (1975) wrote similarly to Schuman that "we have entered a new era, in which the unification of mankind can be adequately organized only by a world state."

"World State" and "New World Order" were both terms used by H.G. Wells to refer to a world government. This concept was adopted by a number of people, and in JOURNEYS FOR A BETTER WORLD (1994), U.N. Secretariat official Jean Richardot declared that "a prosperous united world representing a true New World Order could only be attained step by step. While we are still far from world government, we must first focus on essential issues that work in that direction."

As I have written before, a single global currency is an important part of this effort to achieve a world government. In that regard Sarah Perry (director of VISA's Strategic Investment Program) is quoted in THE SINGLE GLOBAL CURRENCY (2006) as remarking in 2001: "When VISA was founded 25 years ago, the founders saw the world as needing a Single Global Currency for exchange. Everything we've done from a global perspective has been about trying to put one piece in place after another to fulfill that global vision."

And how will the single global currency be brought about? Nobel prize winner Robert Mundell (known as "the Father of the Euro") in a speech titled "A Decade Later: Asia Knew Responsibilities in the International Monetary System" delivered in Seoul, South Korea, in May 2-3, 2007, revealed: "International monetary reform usually becomes possible only in response to a felt need and the threat of a global crisis. The global crisis would have to involve the dollar," and a single global currency would be "a contingency" to this global dollar crisis. As you are aware, the dollar is currently in crisis, plummeting in value.

David Rockefeller in his MEMOIRS (2002) admitted being part of a secret cabal conspiring with others to bring about a world government. This plan was revealed 100 years ago by Robert Hugh Benson in LORD OF THE WORLD (1907), in which he wrote that "in 1917... communism really began.... The new order began then." Ten years before the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution in Russia, Benson foretold it. Benson also wrote of a future European Parliament, American Socialism, and "the final scheme of Western Free Trade" occurring after 1989. He revealed that in the end, continent would unite with continent, the appearance of peace would deceive many, and that "the Humanity Religion was the only one."

This final replacement of God by man as the final moral authority will characterize biblical end times. As I mentioned in my December 31, 2007 NewsWithViews.com column "Iraq, Iran, and Pakistan," Ezekiel 38:5 indicates that in the prophecy regarding Gog and Magog, Persians (Iranians) will come against Israel. According to Joseph Farah, recently on Israeli secular television were in-depth reports on Gog and Magog describing the forces that will be aligned against each other in Revelation 20. On one side will be Israel, the U.S., Britain, France and Germany. On the other side will be Iran, Russia, China, Syria and North Korea. The Gog and Magog war is also mentioned in the Koran in Sura 18:94 and 21:96, and the Iranian mullahs have also recently been referring to this. According to the Koran, the people paid tribute to "The Conqueror" Dhu al Qarnayn popularly understood to be Alexander the Great (who was at the time considered Lord of the West, the East, Persia, etc.), to erect barriers against the wild and lawless tribes of Central Asia (Mongols from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.). However, in a prognostication of the approaching "Judgment" of the world, the tribes break through the barriers when the people degenerate morally, and the wild tribes "swiftly swarm from every hill" against the formerly protected people written about in the Koran.


Writing of Alexander the Great in this part of the world was Rhodes Trust member Rudyard Kipling (who has swastikas on his early books) in THE MAN WHO WOULD BE KING. What is happening in the unfolding of Rhodes' plan for world government, which in turn will lead to the fulfillment of end times biblical prophecy.

Microsoft Case

Chicago Federal Appeals Chief Judge Richard A. Posner was appointed as mediator in the Microsoft case. Who is he really?


For twelve years he was a professor at the Law School at the University of Chicago, founded by the oil-soaked Rockefeller Family. One thing you can say about Richard A. Posner. He has been clever. His fellow law professor, some say his shadow, is Frank H. Easterbrook.

They have been quite a team. They reportedly represent Rockefeller's University of Chicago's ONE BILLION DOLLARS stock portfolio. Few stop to realize, some universities are actually huge, tax-exempt money ships, that survive wars and depressions, even, like in France, the overthrow of government.

While a professor, Posner formed and became the President of Lexecon Inc. Their press agent describes it as" a firm comprised of lawyers and economists who perform economic and legal research and support clients in antitrust cases and other litigation." The firm supplies "litigation services". But that is not how some of its critics describe it. They reportedly say it is made up of experts in applying the "big fix" in and out of Court. Lexecon, according to some critics, works a malign, if not corrupt, influence on judges in important cases. Later, as a federal appeals judge, Posner reportedly retained a financial interest in this reputed "court fixing" enterprise.


In more recent years, Lexecon was swept up in a series of smelly cases. Charges and counter-charges flew up and back, in and around the Courts, like bullets of jurisprudence. "Blackmail", "extortion", and hints of even worse that that. Few commentators, however, on Lexecon wanted to be publicly quoted by name on the really dark side of the accusations, "bribery of judges". But some who claimed to know about this enterprise of "litigation services", somehow whispered from what they felt in their heart of hearts, that knowing how to get away with strong-arming court officials, evening black-mailing or bribing them, is what Posner's creation is reportedly all about.


Under President Lyndon B. Johnson, Posner worked his way into the center of the secrets of influencing the monopoly press. Posner was General Counsel to President Johnson's task force on communications policy. An expert on anti-monopoly matters, Posner actually reportedly arranged for the newsfakers to avoid becoming the target of a shakedown by the Justice Department's Anti-Trust Division, notoroiously politically-motivated and highly corrupt. Blackmail and counter-blackmail seems to be the machinery of American government. And Posner for years and years has been in a position to know about and operate such mechanisms.

In December, 1981, President Ronald Reagan appointed Posner [(312)-435-5806] to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, in Chicago, hearing cases from federal courts in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and petitions to review federal agency rulings. [Some claim Reagan starting early on, did not attend to Presidential business that much and it was handled, actually by Vice President George Herbert Walker Bush, former head of America's secret political police, the CIA. Thus, Bush, in violation of the U.S. Constitution's 22nd Amendment, was actually "President" for 12 years.]


Few caes actually have the statutory or other right to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. The petitioners in the bulk of the high court's cases have to, in effect, knock on their door and beg permission to enter to be heard. It is called, filing a Petition for Certiorari. In a recent term of the U.S. Supreme Court, with 1600 such "begging" petitions pending, the 9 high priests in that temple rejected, without explanation, each and every such Petition, with just one word "Denied".

The bad news, by the way, is sent by collect telegram to the petitioners or their counsel. That term, and thereafter, of that Court, they were either tired, lazy, or indifferent, or needed a nursing home. The High Court judges are most all multi-multi-millionaires. Do they decide matters involving their own financial interests? Some think so. When Justice Clarence Thomas was appointed to the Court and being ratified by the U.S. Senate, he started to mouth off about "natural justice". He stopped himself just as he was about to mention that the infamous "Dred Scott" decision was a proper decision under "natural justice". Still on the books, that pre-Civil War ruling held negroes to be mere slave chattel and baggage that could legally be moved from State to State.

[For better or worse, I have held for years the record of having petitioned the high court more than any other petitioner in U.S. history. So I understand plenty about the High Court.]


So, the High Court in Washington being for most a dead letter, Judge Posner knows HIS court in Chicago is the end of the line for most cases. What is Judge Posner's specialties? Being known, for one, as an alleged "workaholic", churning out thousands of federal appeals court rulings. He would have you believe he takes no vacations and even working on his "Opinions of the Court" as most are called, day and night. More realistically, like every reviewing court judge, he has tucked away a virtual warehouse of law clerks, law professors, and such, who "ghost write" court decisions for him, awaiting his named to be thereon affixed.


Many of Judge Posner's rulings are joined in by his sidekick, ever-present, 7th Circuit Judge Frank H. Easterbrook [(312)-435-5808]. Afraid to being quoted by name, lawyers have complained to me as head of a court reform group and TV Program moderator/producer, that Judge Easterbrook is on mind-altering dope. The appeals judges sit in panels of three to hear "oral argument", the verbal presentation of a few key points. Judge Easterbrook has been observed, in the middle of counsel's oral argument, to laugh to the ceiling. One lawyer told us he was affronted by this, and politely asked Judge Easterbrook what the joke was. So, one day, to verify this, I came to the Court of Appeals and personally observed the same. It seemed obvious to me, Judge Easterbrook is either a combination of mentally unbalanced together with using dope.

Talking about this and other things on our weekly public access Cable TV Program got us in "trouble" with Judge Posner and his sidekick who I jokingly called Judge Easterbunny. Here are some of what happened to us: During William Rockefeller Clinton's first campaign for President, in 1992, on our TV Show we documented how Hillary Rodham Clinton had a business-woman partner, Diane Lewis, who was protected from prosecution by the corrupt FBI. Diane Lewis''s handwritten notebooks were shown up on our TV screen. Diane Lewis secretly sold missile and missile parts to known terrorists worldwide, in violation of U.S. Export laws. Our show set off a clamor, and in September, 1992, Diane Lewis was arrested but later released upon her plea that she was "helping the CIA" and that the Justice Department did not dare start up with the partner of the new First Lady.

Thereafter, Hillary put myself and my TV associate, Joseph Andreuccetti, on her "enemies list" to be harassed by America's secret political police, the FBI. The Clinton Presidency has actually been under the unconstitutional control of Hillary. There is by the way no statutory or Constitutional office or title of "First Lady". Hillary Rodham Clinton ORDERED the U.S. Military to attack at Waco. SHE ordered the U.S. Military to have U.S. warplanes bomb CIVILIAN targets during the Kosovo War in 1999. In Serbia, hospitals, churches, and schools were obliterated, with great loss of life, upon the ORDERS of Hillary Clinton, to bring that small nation to their knees being the excuse.

Hillary ORDERED the FBI to harass certain reporters, those particularly good at condemning the Clinton administration as being treasonous and corrupt. By 1995 and 1996, some PAID reporters were forced out of their jobs. We are NOT paid journalists, rather court reformers and researchers, part of a public interest group, Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts. Since 1991, we run an unpaid, non-commercial, one hour weekly public access Cable TV Show, cablecast in Chicago, on judicial and other bribery and political murders.


I and my associate Joseph Andreuccetti, brought a damage suit against Hillary Clinton and others, filed in Chicago's Federal District Court. We contended that Hillary, without actual federal authority, put us and other journalists on an "enemies list" to be harassed. Unlike us, paid reporters similarly damaged have been too chicken to either join our suit or bring their own litigation. They figure that somehow, they will get another good-paying job if they "behave" themselves.

The case was assigned to Chicago Federal District Judge George M. Marovich [(312)-435-5590]. As shown in our undisputed federal court records, part of our troubles were caused because we were investigating a west suburban shopping mall, Cermak Plaza Shopping Center, OWNED BY JUDGE GEORGE M. MAROVICH. He is subject to blackmail, we contended in Court, because enterprises in that shopping mall are reputedly money laundries for underworld illicit funds. Silent partners in these deals include top corrupt officials of the Illinois Department of Revenue and the IRS, Chicago Region office. Hillary and her lawyers obviously were blackmailing him. He did NOT disqualify himself. Instead, Judge Marovich conducted the case like in a "mailbox" court. We were not allowed to appear publicly in his Courtroom. Judge Marovich, without any formal hearings, dismissed our case, contending---get this---that we had too many specific facts, dates, and details for HIM to consider.

Under federal statute, a federal district court litigant---like us---has a statutory guaranteed right to appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Circuit, that is, Judge Posner's Court. Despite our rights, Judge Posner ruled that our case, although pending in his Court, would not be heard. AND, Posner ordered the Clerk of his Court, to remove our highly detailed appeal briefs from the Courthouse by sending them back to us in a box. FURTHER, he ruled that I and Andreuccetti are thereafter permanently barred from every federal court in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. We "knocked on the door" of the U.S. Supreme Court by Petition for Certiorari. Only one word came back from the Nation's Capitol, our petition was "denied", that is, the High Courts priests refused to open the door. Thus, by Federal Appeals Court "order" are federal constitutional rights are cancelled and uneforceable.


Over the years we have learned the secrets of corrupt judges. In important, politically and financially potent cases, and those with big corporate bucks involved, the judges handling the appeal CHANGE THE UNDISPUTED FACTS. A long list of case law, U.S. Constitutional precedents, statutory interpretations, and such, cannot easily be "fixed". So the judges issue a ruling with straight out lies, judicial perjuries. The appeal record from the lower court, to put it simple, shows the uncontested facts show it is "day". For corrupt and political purposes, the appeal judges write in their ruling saying the case involves "night". Applying prior case law precedents involving "night", the judges issue their corrupt ruling. Appeal briefs have attached what is called an "Appendix" of Record, reprints of some of the pertinent court papers from the lower court. In Judge Posner's Court, 15 copies of the same are filed. On the other hand, the Judges' rullings are PUBLISHED in law reports, printed in the many thousands of copies, sitting on the shelves of law officeds, law libraries, and such, nationwide. Without the "Appendix" to double check, how would you know you are reading a judicial decision that is a fake, a fraud, and a judicial perjury?

Early on in our court reform work since 1958, we began compiling hard to get copies of the Appendices of Court Record, in some places called Abstracts of the Record. In comparing that to the many-copy published decisions, we noted that in important cases the judges issued a pack of lie, in certain cases.

Would honest appeal judges do such a thing? Every once in a while a more outspoken or foolish appeal lawyer dares to put into the Court record a list of Judge Posner's monstrous liess. For example, lawyers for a now defunct Telex terminal vendor dared document in their anti-monopoly case against Western Union, Judge Posner lied by changing the uncontested facts to favor Western Union. Thus overturned was the vendor's 36 milllion dollar lower court verdict against Western Union.

Also: Chicago Sun-Times "Law Talk" Column, 11/30/86, page 46.] On behalf of Posner, his "shadow", Judge Frank H. Easterbrook, to scare would-be outspoken lawyers who are very rare, threatened horrendous multi-million dollar punishment against the lawyers and their client for filing a "disrespectful" petition. What is "disrespectful" by showing that Judges commit judicial perjury, in other words, are straight out liars? Is Judge Posner a King, put in place by divine right, and thus it is disrespectful to document his frauds upon HIS OWN COURT?

Since September, 1993, Judge Posner has been Chief Judge. He and his "shadow", reportedly dope-using, ever-present, Judge Frank H. Easterbrook, specialize, in important cases, in issuing these fraudulent decisions packed with fairy tales, changing the uncontested facts as established in the lower court. In past examples, over the years unearthing corrupt judges and their rotten rulings, we began our investigations where we suspected the "big fix", in court cases as follows:

1. We obtained copies of the court records, briefs, and appendices of record and compared them with the rulings of the Judges. If the judges failed, neglected, or refused to correct their falsehoods in their rulings, then the judges must have been under a malign, if not corrupt, influence by the alleged "winner" in their court.


2. We then began examining the judge or judges "closet", their financials, their ownership of properties whether tied to known scammers and criminals, and banks. And the banks which have nominee accounts for offshore use by the Judges, where "escrowed" funds are sent. "Escrowed" funds for judges are simply bribery money or assets parked offshore in advance of a decision to be corrupted. If the Judge complies with the corrupters, the escrowed funds are then forwarded to the next step, being the Judge's offshore account. In other stories we have pointed out the major reputed enterprise for the same being the huge Dutch octopus, Algemene Bank Nederland, ABN, with branches in 15 U.S. cities, and whose flagship is La Salle National Bank in Chicago. Most of the Judges in Chief Judge Posner's Court are bankers, so the whole corrupt process, as to them, is made simple. By the way they refuse TO DISQUALIFY themselves when their financial interests are involved in the appeal. Guess who wins in their crooked court?

3. By this means, we put together our accusations against judges over the years. As the head of our group, I proceed, at great risk to myself, to directly confront, in their Court, the thus accused judges. Over the last 42 years of our work, judges' stooges have grabbed me,some eight times, wheelchair and all, and dumped me in prison, for "contempt of court". Almost in every instance, the Establishment then threw away the judges for having the bad sense like an incompetent gangster, to cause a public ruckus, and had such judges prosecuted and jailed for bribery and tax evasion.


In his alleged "decisions", Judge Posner promotes a principle invented by him, of "economic efficiency" as to court cases. In his decisions, despite the law and the facts, it is not economically "efficient" for an underdog to be able to get damages from a misbehaving corporate interest. So the underdog must lose, for the preservation of the large corporate interests. Posner applies the same rotten principles in civil rights cases, knocking down, jointly with Judge Easterbrook, the bulk of such cases. How? By falsifying the uncontested facts and applying his infamous theory of "economic efficiency". Judge Posner used such corrupt means to wreck the appeal of four black army reserve non-coms suing their superiors in a racial discrimination suit. The blacks were asked to leave their unit because the superior officers wanted to make it more white. Using his fraudulent methods, Judge Posner destroyed the blacks' appeal. Chicago Lawyer Magazine, March, 1983.

As the Chief Judge, of the federal appeals court in Chicago, Judge Posner assigns the workload. In really important cases this is crucial to the "big fix" whether by blackmail, bribery, or other exdtra-legal methods. In the really, really important cases needing to be "fixed" on appeal, Chief Judge Posner assigns HIMSELF to the appeal often jointly with Judge Easterbrook and a harmless third member of the appeals panel as a stooge. By this means, Chief Judge Posner put in the fix on one of the most important unpublicized appeals. Schurz Communications, Inc., et al., vs. Federal Communications Commission et al. U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Cir., No. 91-2350 and consolidated cases, on Petition for Review of Orders of the F.C.C. As stated in the Court record, "At the core of the controversy in this proceeding is the question of what restrictions, if any, should be places on the television networks' acquisition of financial interests or syndication rights in programs produced by non-network producers for their network schedules. Befoe being appointed to the bench, Judge Posner was retained as a laegal expert by CBS, now a litigant in the instant proceeding,and provided an affidavit to support CBS' opposition to a provision in the antitrust consent decree (entered by NBC) that is essentially identical to the FCC's 1970 financial interest and syndication rule. The Commission decision that was reviewed by this Court substantially relaxed the agency's 1970 rule. In his opinion for the Court, however, Judge Posner reachd beyond this modified 1991 rule and not only opines on, but suggests that it may be appropriate to vacate the original 1970 rule (WHICH WAS NOT BEFORE THE COURT). Under these circumstances, 28 U.S.C. Sec. 455 requires that Judge Posner disqualify himself. The federal statute, like the Code of Judicial Conduct, states that a judge 'shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned'" (Emphasis added.)

MOTION FOR DISQUALIFICATION of Judge Posner, filed November 18, 1992, in No. 91-2350. The Motion when on to detail "Judge Posner's Prior Work for CBS" and "The Failure to Disclose Judge Posner's Prior Work for CBS". An excerpt: "Judge Posner did not publicly disclose his prior work for CBS....Nor did counsel for the networks disclose the fact that CBS had previously retained Judge Posner as a legal expert, despite the fact that the same law firm (Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering) that presented argument for the networks before this Court also represented CBS when that network retained Professor Posner to assist it in its efforts to prevent the NBC decree from bein entered. In Fact, Lloyd N. Cutler of that law firm appeared as counsel in both proceedings. It was only during the week before oral argument in the case, and only in the course of reviewing documents for a proceeding relating to the consent decree, that counsel for the Coalition happened upon Judge Posner's affidavit.


The MOTION FOR DISQUALIFICATION went on to detail "The Relationship Between Judge Posner's Prior Work for CBS abd His Opinion For the Court in this Case". The Motion implies that Judge Posner inserts matters into the case that are not before the Court and not in the Court record. In other words, creating matters out of the air, judicial perjuries.


JUDGE POSNER, despite the incriminating, undisputed details about his conflict of interests favoring the TV Networks, REFUSED TO REMOVE HIMSELF.


NOW AS TO CHIEF JUDGE RICHARD A. POSNER AND THE MICROSOFT CASE.

Long-pending in this Nation's capitol has been the U.S. Justice Department anti-monopoly case against Microsoft. After a very lengthy trial, Washington, D.C. Federal District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson, in a blistering decision, based as he says on the evidence he heard in his Court, condemned Microsoft as being a monopoly in violation of federal law. BUT then Judge Jackson did something of which he should have known better. Judge Jackson, supposedly to try to straighten out the Microsoft mess, appointed Chief Judge Richard A. Posner of Chicago, as a mediator for a supposed out-of-court settlement. Chicago Tribune two stories, November 29, 1999. Microsoft case sent to mediator. Chicago Tribune, November 20, 1999. The Chicago Tribune on 11/20/99, falls all over themselves saying what kind of a wonderful judge is Chief Judge Posner. NOTE: traditionally the head of the parent firm, Tribune Company, has also been the Chairman of the Board of the super-secret Federal Reserve District Bank in Chicago, tied to the banker-judges on Posner's rotten court. Then the monopoly press tells us that lawyers for Microsoft and the Justice Department have met with Chief Judge Posner in Chicago.


To some who are savvy as to Judge Posner and his unpunished, unpublicized criminality,---well it is like sending the would-be targets to meet with an assassin cloaked in judicial robes. Some one who can be bought, blackmailed, or compromised in various ways.

We have to assume that Microsoft's expensive lawyers know the truth about Chief Judge Posner. And the U.S. Justice Department with their adjunct, FBI,part of America's secret political police, with their secret records, wiretappings, stool pigeons, and dossiers, know plenty about Chief Judge Posner. Short of straight out bribery, blackmail of the Judge is a way of getting your way with a known super crook like Posner. Is the Clinton Justice Department merely shadow-boxing? In 1994, we pointed out that Microsoft had an armlock on the U.S. Justice Department and their FBI. Why and how? Well, the Justice Department and the FBI have stolen, FROM MICROSOFT and are using in their offices nationwide and particularly in Chicago, Microsoft's copyrighted software. (Soft of like the infamous INSLAW case.) AND THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND FBI HAVE NOT PAID MICROSOFT. So, if Microsoft wanted to really stick it to the Justice Department and the FBI, well, Microsoft could bring a court counter-claim against them for hundreds of millions of dollars, for theft of property and use of stolen property, Microsoft's copyrighted software. And Microsoft could rightfully claim that the Justice Department brought the anti-trust case against Microsoft for ulterior purpose, to deter Microsoft from making damage claims against the Justice Department and the FBI.

Cynics proclaim as to Microsoft's software called Windows: IS THEIR A WINDOW TO SEE WHAT IS REALLY IN MICROSOFT'S WINDOW? And more to the point, wishing a plague on them all, some curse them all, saying: May all their systems crash---Judge Posner and his banker-judges, Microsoft, the FBI Secret Police, and the Injustice Department, all of them.---

The document is of global importance because Skype is used by tens or hundreds of millions of people daily to communicate voice calls and Skype (owned by Ebay, Inc) promotes these calls as being encrypted and secure. Harvard's Larry Summers Calling for Government (meaning YOU the taxpayer) Bailouts of the Banking Cartel. (That is the next goto down).

We went down this road before during the S&L bailout of the 80s. While we were sold the bailout of the S&Ls as saving widows and orphans, the reality is that the majority of accounts reimbursed through the Resolution Trust Corporation were numbered, brokered corporate investment accounts, some of which were being used for covert money laundering/growing by the CIA's Iran-Contra operation.

The way it worked back then was simple. First, President Bush (elder) increased the maximum insurable deposit limit for S&Ls from $10,000 to $100,000. That set the stage. Cash from the cocaine flowing north along the Iran-Contra pipeline was blended with cash from legitimately owned business like convenience stores, multi-screen cinemas, or any business with a heavy cash flow, and then deposited in a target S&L in numbered brokered accounts of just under $100,000 each.

A front company is formed by the CIA druggies, which buys some worthless land, and either flips it to run up the price, or uses a compromised appraiser to inflate the worth of the land. In the case of Whitewater, the land was appraised based on the claim that Bill Clinton would use the power of the Governor's office to run roads and water mains out to the remote site.

The front company then approaches the target S&L and using the inflated real estate as collateral, borrows back the money they deposited into the numbered accounts. The S&L does not know they are dealing with the same people twice. The proceeds from a loan are non-taxable, and can be sent anywhere in the world, clean and ready for use. During Iran-Contra, much of that money was used to pay covert suppliers for the Contra resupply effort, through "loans" issued by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, loans which were never repaid.

The front company, loan money in hand, vanishes., The loan defaults, and the S&L finds itself holding a chunk of land that is nowhere near worth the money that was borrowed on it. The S&L collapses, and the Resolution Trust Corporation steps in with a checkbook filled with tax dollars to reimburse the depositors. And here is the beauty of the scheme. Those CIA Iran-Contra druggies who have already borrowed back out their own money, are still on the books for their original deposits! So, the RTC writes them a new check, which means that for every million the CIA druggies ran through the scheme, they got roughly $1,800,000 back! All at no risk, without having to send the money outside the US, and all on the backs of the US taxpayers. This is why the RTC wrote checks without taking too close look at the S&L's books, and why those RTC investigators who asked too many questions, like John Parnell Walker, were killed.

So, here we are again, with a lot of over-valued real-estate floating around, used as collateral on a lot of loans, the lenders are in trouble, and once more the taxpayers will be asked to pick up the tab. And somewhere in the darkness, the insiders chuckle that Americans are so stupid as to fall for the same trick twice in a row.

Beyond fiscal stimulus, further action is needed

Markets and perceptions of the economic outlook change rapidly. Even two months ago most observers doubted predictions of a US recession, saw no need for a fiscal stimulus, and thought that inflation fears should constrain monetary policy. Now, Washington is more or less settled on a stimulus package that will exceed $150bn; markets at one point last week expected a Fed funds rate below 2 per cent by September. The debate about recession is now about how deep and global its impact will be.

There is enormous uncertainty around economic or financial forecasts. It is possible that pessimism will recede as declining interest rates and dollar exchange rates increase demand. It is more likely, though, that the situation will deteriorate further as perceptions of declining growth increase credit spreads and risk premiums in financial markets, leading to reduced lending, borrowing and spending exacerbating the pessimism about growth.

Perhaps inevitably given the complexity of the problems, policy measures have seemed ad hoc and reactive: measures to increase bank liquidity one week; to help homeowners avoid foreclosure another; to work towards fiscal stimulus another; to lower interest rates most recently. Confidence would be well served by a comprehensive programme of measures that offers the prospect of accelerating growth and insures against a prolonged downturn. Until that happens, it will be difficult for confidence to return.

Substantial monetary and fiscal stimulus is now in train. This will reduce the severity of any recession and provide some insurance against a protracted downturn. Along with macro-economic stimulus in the US, there is the need for further policy development in three other areas – repair of the financial system, containing the damage caused by the housing sector and assuring the global co-ordination of policy. This column addresses the first of these imperatives; I will address the remainder in the near future.

Financial institutions are holding all sorts of credit instruments that are impaired but are difficult to value, creating uncertainty and freezing new lending. Without more visibility, the economy and financial system risk freezing up as Japan’s did in the 1990s.

It is therefore tempting to suggest that paper be aggressively marketed so that prices can be “discovered” and uncertainty resolved. More of this needs to happen. But in the current environment few are looking to increase risk and even fewer are willing to finance increased risk-taking. As a consequence, the prices discovered are likely to be very low and to reflect market conditions more than underlying credit quality. This could trigger cascading liquidations leading to panic.

Proper policy regarding valuing assets and forcing their sale depends on distinguishing between prices that reflect fundamentals and prices that reflect current illiquidity. Good policy is art as much as science, depending as it does on market psychology as well as the underlying realities.

The essential element, if there is to be more transparency in the financial system without a major credit crunch, is increased levels of capital. More capital permits more recognition of impairments and makes asset transfers easier by increasing the number of potential purchasers. It is preferable for the economy that banks bolster their capital positions by diluting current owners than by shrinking their lending activities. A critical element of regulatory policy should be insisting on increased capital in existing financial institutions. From this perspective the recent efforts by a number of major financial institutions to raise capital from sovereign wealth funds are constructive. But more will be necessary.

Efforts to infuse capital into existing institutions should be matched by a greater effort to ensure transparent and fair valuations. A capital market where the same loan is valued at one price in a bank, another in a different bank, another in a conduit and yet another as a hedge fund asset to be margined cannot be the basis for sound economic performance.

It is critical that sufficient capital is infused into the bond insurance industry as soon as possible. Their failure or loss of a AAA rating is a potential source of systemic risk. Probably it will be necessary to turn in part to those companies that have a stake in guarantees remaining credible because they have large holdings of guaranteed paper. It appears unlikely that repair will take place without some encouragement and involvement by financial authorities. Though there are many differences and the current problem is more complex, the Long-Term Capital Management work-out is an example of successful public sector involvement.

While attention to date has focused on capital infusions into existing institutions, it would be desirable for capital to be injected into new institutions that do not have the legacy problems of existing ones and can meet the demand for new lending. Warren Buffett’s recent entry into bond insurance is an example. There are grounds for concern about the adequacy of the flow of lending for student loans, automobiles, consumer credit and non-conforming mortgages. In each of these areas, there may be a need for collective private action or for government measures.

Normal economic performance will not return without a return to normality in the credit markets. The fear that pervades the markets will not abate of its own accord, nor is there a silver bullet. But consistent, determined approaches to doing what is needed to resolve each of the problems that arise will, in the end, re-establish confidence.

US, Britain stung by an Afghan temper

Admiral William Fallon, head of the US Central Command, traveled to Tashkent, Uzbekistan's capital, last Thursday. It was the first visit by a high-level US military officer since Uzbekistan President Islam Karimov evicted American troops from the Karshi-Khanabad airbase in Uzbekistan (used for ferrying supplies for Afghan operations) in retaliation for the covert American encouragement of the abortive Andizhan uprising in the Ferghana Valley in May 2005.

Central Asian leaders can be excessively polite. Karimov told Fallon, "We see your visit ... as a meaningful event in relations between the US and Uzbekistan." Karimov went on to say the

visit was a chance to discuss "issues of common interest, first of all in the military and arms sphere". To be sure, Karimov knew his strategic defiance of the George W Bush administration has paid off splendidly well.

He will be justified in estimating that Washington is desperately keen to regain influence in Tashkent so it can effectively counter Russian and Chinese influence in Central Asia. He sizes up that the medium-term US objective will also be to consolidate a permanent North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) presence in Central Asia. In short, the Bush administration has learnt the hard way that Uzbekistan is a key country in Central Asia.

But in immediate terms, US Central Command is badly in need of Tashkent's cooperation for operating a second air corridor to Afghanistan so that the heavy dependence on Islamabad gets somewhat reduced.

Kabul rejects Washington's choice
What lends urgency to Fallon's mission to Tashkent is the criticality of the Afghan situation. Much thinking has gone into Fallon's mission and it was preceded by months of mediation by the European Union between Washington and Tashkent. Karimov took time to relent. Yet, ironically, the fragility of the overall situation in Afghanistan is such that the thaw in US-Uzbek relations was overtaken within 24 hours of Fallon's mission by dramatic developments in Kabul.

In a series of statements over the weekend, President Hamid Karzai's government rubbished a major decision taken by Washington and London on the appointment of Lord Paddy Ashdown as the United Nations' super envoy in Kabul.

Kabul knew for months about the impending appointment of Ashdown as a key step in a new NATO strategy spearheaded by the US and Britain, aimed at stabilizing the Afghan situation. Karzai knew detailed planning had gone into the move involving NATO, the EU and the United Nations Security Council. But Karzai waited patiently until the eleventh hour before shooting it down publicly on Saturday in a interview with the BBC while attending the World Economic Forum meet in the Swiss resort town of Davos. The move was pre-planned and carried out in a typical Afghan way with maximum effect.

Karzai insists there has been a serious misunderstanding of motives because Kabul had never taken a "decision" on Ashdown's appointment. He is perfectly right in saying so. But in actuality, Karzai has put on display his proud Afghan temper. He has taken umbrage that Washington and London took the decision on Ashdown's appointment in consultation with Brussels and thereupon got UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon to execute it, all the time taking Kabul's agreement for granted.

Karzai had fired a warning shot recently by expelling two diplomats from the UN and European Union. But Washington failed to take notice. US commanders have routinely ignored Karzai in the conduct of the heavy-handed war. On a number of occasions, he cut a lonely figure, left to pick up the debris after coalition forces behaved like a marauding army in Afghan villages where three quarters of the people live. Each instance humiliated him and eroded his credibility, especially among Pashtuns. Now, by saying no to Ashdown's appointment, Karzai settles scores. Washington and London should have known Karzai's Afghan snub was long overdue.

At the same time, it is much more than a snub. An Afghan snub is never one-dimensional. Karzai knows his rejection of Ashdown's appointment is bound to go down well with the Afghan elite.

Second, Karzai anticipated that Ashdown, true to his reputation in the Balkans, would function like a colonial viceroy. Karzai knows that the Western agencies and organizations operating in Afghanistan lack coordination. But a "unified command" under Ashdown would create a counterpoint in Kabul to Karzai's own authority. Karzai didn't want that to happen.

The bottom line concerns Karzai's political future. He sizes up that Ashdown is part of a political package leading toward a post-Karzai era. There has been persistent chatter in recent weeks that Zalmay Khalilzad, US ambassador to the UN - an ethnic Afghan - is in the mix for a run as president of Afghanistan. According to Washington Post columnist Al Kamen, Karzai took the rumor seriously and point-blank asked Khalilzad about it when the two met in London in October, but Khalilzad "didn't give a Shermanesque response".

At any rate, no matter Karzai's own motive, his act of defiance will have serious consequences at different levels. The UN has certainly taken a beating. Ban made a last-minute personal intervention with Karzai. Evidently, Ban had no clue about Afghan character. The UN's capacity to spearhead the political process in Afghanistan now stands seriously impaired. This deprives Washington of a neutral international bridge - but under its control - leading toward the Taliban camp, which is a pre-requisite for commencement of any meaningful intra-Afghan dialogue.

Meanwhile, the war hangs perilously on the edge of an abyss. Almost everyone is talking to the Taliban one way or another. Confusion is near-total. All this is happening at an awkward time when NATO lacks a counterinsurgency strategy. In particular, Britain, which lately assumed a lead role within NATO, has been embarrassed.

Karzai singled out British operations in Afghanistan for criticism in an interview with the Times newspaper of London on the eve of his meeting with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in Davos on Friday. Karzai alleged that Afghan people "suffered" from the coming of the British. He had little praise for the 7,800 British troops deployed in Afghanistan. He said, "Both the American and British forces guaranteed to me they knew what they were doing and I made the mistake of listening to them. And, when they came in, the Taliban came."

There was an angry rejoinder from No 10 Downing Street. The very next day, Karzai went public with his rejection of Ashdown's appointment. This spectacular Afghan-British falling-out goes beyond a mere blame-game. At the root lies Karzai's insistence that it will be his sole prerogative to decide on the appointment of key provincial officials and that he will not brook top-level requests from NATO commanders and diplomats. (But Karzai also knows in the Afghan bazaar, any snub to Britain will enhance his stature, given the complicated history of Afghan-British relations.)

As The Times commented, "British forces believe that, in many respects, their Afghan allies pose more of a challenge to their mission than the Taliban ... It is the Afghan government that is now proving more of an obstacle to stability in an area where a mixture of official corruption, ineptitude and paranoia are stymying British efforts." There is bound to be questioning in Britain about the government's policy. After all, a total of 87 British troops have died in Afghanistan since 2001 and Britain has spent US$3.2 billion on its military campaign there.

The setback to Britain's leadership role will impair Washington's effort to drum up greater NATO involvement in southern Afghanistan. Hardly 10 weeks lie between now and the NATO summit meeting in Bucharest, Romania. Again, Washington's monopoly over the political process in Afghanistan itself has got frayed at the edges. How long more will the monopoly be sustainable when the war has been almost lost already? Reports indicate Russia has been pressing for Turkey's Hikmet Cetin in place of Ashdown.

On a broader geopolitical plane, it remains to be seen how long Washington can keep Karzai away from the reach of the Russia-dominated Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Russia and China-dominated Shanghai Cooperation Organization. From the Ashdown saga, Karzai must have realized his capacity to shake up US strategy in the region. In an interview with CNN in Davos on Thursday, Karzai said, "We have opened our doors to them [Iran]. They have been helping us in Afghanistan." Karzai then insisted that the Bush administration has "wisely understood that Iran is Afghanistan's neighbor". Karzai was speaking hardly two days after the latest attempt by Washington to isolate Iran over its nuclear program at the meeting of the "Five plus One" (US, UK, France, Russia and China plus Germany) in Berlin on Tuesday.

Musharraf wards off US pressure
But it is in Islamabad that the reverberations of Karzai's mini-revolt will be most keenly felt. The impasse in the "war on terror" weakens Washington's capacity to further undermine President Pervez Musharraf or to pressure the Pakistani military. Conversely, Musharraf will know that his own defiance of Washington's recent attempts to dictate the nature of the political set-up in Islamabad now enters a conclusive phase. He will know that with such a first-rate mess-up in the war in Afghanistan, Washington is hardly in a position to be intrusive, let alone dictate terms of engagement to him. In a curious way, Karzai has considerably smoothened for him the passage from now until the elections in Pakistan on February 8.

In all probability, Pakistan, which has excellent intelligence outfits in Kabul, knew in advance that Karzai was about to give shock-and-awe treatment to Washington. Clearly, Musharraf has begun finger-pointing at anyone who will even remotely suggest the need of deploying US troops on Pakistani soil.

US Defense Secretary Robert Gates virtually challenged Islamabad in his sensational press conference in Washington last Thursday where he made the unsolicited offer - despite Islamabad's repeated rejection of the idea - that "we [US] remain ready, willing and able to assist the Pakistanis and to partner with.

Unimaginable Intentional Human Suffering

Perhaps one day we shall know the truth about being, and being alive on planet earth, whether life on every living planet is as messed-up as it is here. Earth's problems must be unique, as they are of man's own creation, man-made disasters caused by ambitious men who are allowed to rise to the top, where they dominate us for self-gain. We allow our leaders to take the positions of power that they desire, instead of actually choosing who shall lead us. Humans tend to submit to those who claim authority, since it is easier to believe in symbols of power, than it is to personally submit to the tedium of the reasoning process. As a people, we tend to follow the natural order of things along the path of least resistance. By taking the easy way out, we give our blessing to the law of the jungle.

It is natural for societies to become dominated by powerful elites, who gain control of the inner workings of government and commerce, in order to bend them both to their will. "Meritocracy" and other forms of "social Darwinism," describe the belief that "success" by this definition justifies the survival of the fittest capitalism (globalism) that has decimated the world. The brutal belief system widely promoted as "neoconservatism" is behind the fascist agenda that emerged from the bowels of corporate-owned "think tanks." These elitist thinkers believe that it is necessary for our government to "cull" the "useless eaters" from the face of the earth, through forced population reduction and perpetual war. They are the true radicals, possessed by "extremist belief systems." Their plans for us are the end program of a centuries-old class war between the elitist self-proclaimed neo-aristocrats, who would be masters of mankind and the rest of the human race. The neocons are nothing new, just the latest, most-concentrated form of this egotistical brand of pure evil.

If the elitist "one-worlders" were correct about being the "natural leaders" of the world, dedicated to saving the most noble of mankind from the excesses of the dirty masses, then their cold-blooded plans might be justified by the results, by anyone who survived them. The plan is to kill-off a significant portion of the earth's "dead weight," keep another segment as a labor force and extend their own lives through genetic and eugenic research. They are not being all that secretive about this research, only about where it all is meant to lead us. If the idea of rich men carrying-out a plot to kill-off billions of poor people isn't enough to motivate the masses into torch-carrying mobs, I can't imagine what would be enough.

People with any conscience at all can see the obvious evil inherent in the selective use of genocide as an element of state policy, for the purpose of eliminating entire populations that are in our way, and thereby terrorizing others into submission with our killing power and basic lack of morality. It is unconscionable that a "civilized" nation would seek to force its will upon other nations by terrorizing them into submission under fear of certain death. This is an abomination upon the American spirit, equal to the abomination in which this spirit was founded, when we wiped-out the first Americans, in claiming our parasitic "manifest destiny."

The fact that genocide is an acceptable form of warfare is testimony about the many evils which we have learned to accept. The collective conscience of the human race and the mind of God demand that we act to make genocide unacceptable, once again. Ideas cannot fight against raw power, unless they become a shared idea, driving a political momentum. We have to make our countrymen see the reality beyond the illusions of the nightly dream-weavers and the patriotic drum-beaters.

The people of the United States must be made to understand that, more than ever, genocide is government policy, before they will rise-up in righteous indignation to it. It is a clear-cut case of "good – vs. – evil," with the evil being the world's number one source of state terrorism, the government of the United States of America. The American people can only save themselves if they are made aware of the fact that they are under attack by those who claim to be their trusted leaders. Likewise, all the people of the earth are under attack by their own governments, who serve as American representatives, to help conquer the earth and corrupt all life. The people of every nation must rise-up and become their own governments, the only truly democratic government.

In opposition to the leadership of the elite, which stands leeringly over the dying American corpse, there is another leadership rising-up, the researchers and writers who are exposing and resisting the corrupted power structure. We are those who would dig beneath the official lies to expose the bloody roots of corruption that support all that is hostile to human life. We are the voluntary citizens' press corps, dedicated to taking up the task of reporting on government deceptions, a job that the mainstream media has forsaken. One day, when freedom prevails, the alternative media will replace the sell-outs and the official lie-passers of the nightly news. But, until that blessed day, researchers like Prof. Michel Chossudovsky will keep turning-up the soil for us, exposing the inner workings of our criminal government. His important research on the roots of the Islamic Militant Network and its CIA origins has blown the lid off the most important story of the Twenty-first Century.

The names and keywords that other researchers have associated with the genocidal plans of the elite are too numerous to list or remember here, yet to do so would weave a sordid tale of interconnections and plots that clearly intersect in complicated patterns. By listing the elements of the octopus, we lay-out the proof of an elitist conspiracy for the few who care enough to open their eyes. But, in order to reach the distracted and pre-occupied majority, we must stick to single key issues like the "Global 2000" report, to tell the genocidal plans of our government, while secret war plans like "Operation North Woods," demonstrate just how far they are willing to go to start wars, the key to the war on terror.

The case proving government complicity in the 9/11 attacks which initiated the war on terrorism is becoming stronger every day. In addition to all the forensic evidence from the attacks and the unbelievable string of "coincidences" that made the attacks possible, we now know that Islamist terrorists, "associated with al Qaida" have been key elements of US foreign policy up until, and including, the time of the Trade Center attack. We have begun to understand the depth of US/CIA involvement in the destabilizing of a dozen or more countries with these highly-trained Islamic "insurgencies." This criminal foreign policy of creating radical Islamic militias for the purpose of starting wars in nations now at peace creates ever-expanding bands of Islamic uprisings throughout the Middle East and southeast Asia, justifying genocidal counter-attacks as "fighting terrorism."

The US is following the time-tested strategy developed by the Israelis (who first implemented it as a double-edged sword for waging war to thin-out the Muslims, while increasing the number of Islamists gradually) to justify greater and greater waves of ethnic repression. For, if you plan to one day force an entire population out of their ancient homeland, in order to colonize it, you will first need to rationalize a massive wave of state terrorism that will be needed for the task. For this, you will need an army of credibly bloodthirsty Islamists, to justify the monstrous offensives into civilian populations. This is why Israel created Hamas and the US and Israel created al Qaida.

Our government and many of our people have whole-heartedly embraced Israel's implementation of ethnic cleansing policies in Gaza and Lebanon, seeing them as dress rehearsals for our own genocidal plans against other innocent Muslims around the world.

The barbaric acts committed by Israel against the captive Gaza population are not the acts of moral people. Every act of repression, every secret move to limit the rights of Arabs, is intended to provoke reactions from the mostly defenseless people, in order to justify counter-reactions from the world's fifth most powerful military force. For Israel to "save face" in its international PR campaign, images of terrorists must be created to defend against. If Palestinians do not attempt to defend themselves with primitive weapons, then the Zionist oppressors will be hard-pressed to justify targeted assassinations and other brutal tactics meant to drive them from their homes. Palestinians, like Americans and all other targeted populations must follow the scripts that have been written for them and rise-up in defiant acts of self-defense, so that all the complainers can be bombed into bloody submission. The only difference between modern American/Israeli fascism and classic Nazism is the modern capability to control all information and suppress the truth.

The scale of the intentional suffering being inflicted by supposedly moral human beings, who consider themselves superior to their victims, is unimaginable. What is even more unimaginable is the international spectacle of other supposedly moral nations fawning over the killers, each nation trying harder than the next to suck-up to those who are starving helpless children, depriving them of medicine, and mowing them down with cannon and machine gun fire, in order to wipe them from their land and erase them from the "pages of time." The international horror shows of "diplomacy" and "humanitarianism" are shams, meant to seduce the masses into reveling in the bloodlust that is scheduled to head in their direction. "Negotiations" with pseudo-humanitarians like Bush, Olmert and Cheney can be nothing more than discussing terms of surrender. One day soon, the entire earth will rise-up against this axis of evil. Our actions today will determine if the people of America stand with the rest of the world against our own government, or if we will continue in our surrender to the beasts of the modern jungle, who intend to devour everything we hold dear.

The earth is standing at the edge of a dark precipice; on the other side is the greatest epic in mankind's history, waiting to be written, waiting for those of us who dare to take up the pen and to fight the darkness of the lies. An army of freedom-writers, who are as dedicated to defending life as the enemies of life are dedicated to ending it, can bring forth a new sustaining vision of life. We must first choose to place our own freedom in jeopardy, by stepping forward to stop those who would take us into the void in a vain gamble to crush most of the earth's life for the sake of greater "profit."

It is time for all of God's children to take a stand together. It is time to end the American nightmare (formerly known as the American dream).

A China base in Iran?

In the aftermath of President George W Bush's recent tour of the Persian Gulf, coinciding with a similar trip by France's President Nicolas Sarkozy, culminating in a deal with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for a small French base, Iran's security calculus has changed. It has almost reached the point of Tehran considering the option of reciprocating the perceived excess Western intrusion into its vicinity by allowing a military base for China at one of Iran's Persian Gulf ports or on one of its islands.

Without doubt, this would be a significant geopolitical move on both Iran's and China's part, bound to unsettle the US superpower that enjoys unrivalled hegemony in the oil region and which hasunsettled China with its recent civilian nuclear agreement with India, widely interpreted as a long-term "containing China" initiative.

In the tight interplay of geopolitics and geo-economics, with China heavily dependent on energy imports from Iran and other Persian Gulf states, the trend is definitely toward China's naval complement of its flurry of energy deals in order to secure its precious oil and (liquefied) gas cargo ships exiting through the narrow corridors of the Strait of Hormuz.

Presently, China's strategy is confined to the port city of Gwadar along the southwestern coast of Pakistan in Balochistan province, strategically located near the Hormuz Strait. Yet, due to the close US-Pakistan relations, it is highly improbable the US would permit Islamabad to enter into strategic relations with Beijing so that China, still lacking a formidable navy, could utilize it for power projection in the region.

Not so with Iran, which is constantly threatened by the US, and now France, and which already enjoys observer status at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), headed by China and Russia. Iran's bid to join the SCO has been stalled partly as a result of the standoff over its nuclear program, but will likely succeed in the not too distant future should the present patterns of Iran-Russia and Iran-China cooperation continue.

Regarding the latter, China has already surpassed Germany as Iran's number one trade partner. Sinopec, China's largest oil refiner, has just finalized a multi-billion dollar deal to develop the giant Yadavaran oil field, and this is in addition to the "deal of the century" contract for natural gas from Iran's immense North Pars field. Chinese contractors are also busy constructing oil terminals for Iran in the Caspian Sea, extending the Tehran metro, building airports, among other projects. And this while China arms sales to Iran have included such hot items as ballistic-missile technology and air-defense radars.

The growing Iran-China cooperation on the energy and trade fronts is bound sooner or later to spill over into more meaningful military cooperation and, in turn, this depends to some extent on the ebbs and flows of Iran-US and China-US "games of strategy", particularly if China feels additional pressure from the US on the geopolitical front.

For sure, Iran's willingness to show a greater willingness than hitherto to embrace China's naval vessels making port calls to Iran is now in the cards, this as a prelude to more extensive agreements up to and including provisions for a small Chinese naval outpost on one of Iran's Persian Gulf islands.

Again, such a scenario, sure to raise the serious ire of Washington, depends on a number of intervening variables. These include future US moves in the Persian Gulf, for example, whether or not the US military will end up utilizing some of the man-made artificial islands set up by the UAE. If so, thus enhancing the US's power projection capability with regard to Iran, Tehran may be more inclined to try to offset the US's leaning so heavy on it by playing the "China card".

To reiterate, France's bold new move in the Persian Gulf is equally unsettling to Tehran, which finds the new pro-US turn of French foreign policy detrimental to its national interests. The net result is the cognitive bifurcation of "West" versus "us" [1] that nicely dovetails with the new "eastern orientation" of Iran under President Mahmud Ahmadinejad. This is part and parcel of an energetic new "globalist" approach that includes new strategic openings with certain Latin and Central American nations.

In other words, it is sheer error to misinterpret Iran's "new foreign policy" as one-dimensionally regional or continental in nature, despite its narrow focus on Iran's immediate regions.

"Iran cannot remain indifferent to the aggressive geopolitical maneuvers against it by Western nations [who are] targeting Iran in no unmistakable language," says a prominent political science professor at Tehran University.

The professor loudly wondered how France would react if all of a sudden Iran started setting up bases near its coastline or, for that matter, how Washington would respond to an Iranian base in Iran-friendly Nicaragua? "They definitely need a wake-up call that national security is not a one-way process."

While Iran's political pundits are not yet willing to concede that Iran is now at the stage to allow a Chinese base along its vast Persian Gulf coastline, nonetheless quite a few agree that with the changing geopolitical milieu representing potentially serious national security threats to Iran, all options must remain open.

Unit Member Says ‘Fighting 69th’ Victimized by Depleted Uranium

Soldier says military ignores soldiers made gravely ill by tours in Iraq

Sgt. Stanford Mendenhall is a member of the U.S. Army’s famed “Fighting 69th” Battalion who’s marooned at home with a variety of serious illnesses—while struggling to stay alive.

But for this soldier, the mother of all battles is taking place stateside, not in the distant sands of Iraq where powerful sandstorms blow around all manner of filth and toxins, as Mendenhall experienced directly.

The Suffolk County, N.Y. soldier understands that a number of other members of his battalion are a lot like him: Once supremely healthy, only to serve in Iraq and come home physically and psychologically shattered from innumerable illnesses that are both hard to explain and virtually impossible to treat.

Mendenhall and his wife, Linda, strongly suspect that a significant cause is depleted uranium exposure in the Iraq war. The same culprit is suspected in the cancer deaths of young soldiers in their 20s, as reported by AFP last year.

Almost at a total loss on what to do to help her husband—given the apparent unwillingness of the allegedly hostile military chain of command to help him—Linda explained their plight to American Free Press. He can’t work, she’s working full-time, money is scarce and, aside from sundry exams and some back surgery, the soldier claimed he has gone more than two years without proper medical care since leaving the battle theater.

Mendenhall—who’s now 45, having left Iraq in 2005 after just one year—has a number of vexing health problems. He said his problems started with persistent and severe back and chest pain. and that he now has chronic lung granuloma (sometimes linked to TB); along with pulmonary hypertension, osteoporosis, low testosterone and a metabolic bone disease that befuddled doctors at theMayo Clinic.

Blacks such as Mendenhall rarely get osteoporosis, he said, and it does not run in his family. His wife said he started out with the less severe osterperia but that it remarkably became full-blown osteoporosis in about one year, from 2006-07.

The Mayo doctors felt they could not treat Mendenhall and advised he get medical treatment from the Veterans Administration (VA) or a specialized military hospital such as Walter Reed.

Depleted uranium, or DU, first was widely used as a weapons component by U.S. forces in the First Gulf War. It’s an ultra-dense metallic substance that’s used defensively in armor, and is extensively used as a super-hard penetrating agent on the tip of explosive rounds to easily demolish armored vehicles and other hardened targets. Its detonation by U.S. forces, however, exposes combatants on both sides as well as civilians to radioactive fragments and aerosols, among other types of toxic fallout. It is dangerous and must be handled according to strict guidelines.

When widely used, it can contaminate soil and water, and can be ingested by unprotected troops and other people via the skin, through the lungs, open wounds etc. Other health hazards for soldiers cannot be written off. They include experimental vaccines, insecticides, diseasebearing pests etc.

Linda recalled how healthy her husband was all his life, until he served in Iraq in the infantry. She remembers him dashing out the door in the morning to work as a letter carrier.

He did heavy lifting all the time. “He was one of those people who didn’t even need an aspirin,” she said. Today, however, Mendenhall, who served in the Army a total of 22 years but has not been discharged, can hardly lift a thing. A tumor developed on a fracture on his back. He and his wife also must struggle with a military establishment whose chain of command makes him attend Medical Evaluation Board meetings that assess his status for possible disability-payment authorization down the road. But they have not given him “line of duty” status that could get him on an express lane to a proper military medical facility.

Then there is the “polite” brush-off the Mendenhalls have repeatedly received from Sen. Hillary Clinton (DN.Y.) when the former first lady’s legislative office was asked to help Mendenhall get the right treatment.Much the same from Sen. Charles Schumer’s (D-N.Y.) office: Apparent
“concern” expressed in returned calls, amid claims legislators “cannot tell the military what to do.”

The Mendenhalls have approached several private hospitals but were told that treatment must be obtained at military facilities. The run-around never seems to stop. Linda said she has placed 600 phone calls to Joseph J. Taluto, the adjutant general of the New York Army National Guard in Albany.

The purpose was to inquire about transportation, medical referral to Walter Reed, and incapacitation-pay issues. She said she sent Taluto 50 certified letters.

But Taluto—whose position puts him just under the governor in charge of New York National Guard units—allegedly never responded. Other military bureaucrats are said to have intervened to cancel appointments.

“They told us that the whole battalion was contaminated with DU,” Linda said, referring to a Family Readiness Group meeting (routinely assembled for all deployed battalions to meet with spouses and parents of soldiers).

Linda said her husband, with whom she has had four children, at times seems like he could pass away. But they don’t know what else to do—other than keep fighting. This is no longer the so-called “war on terror,” which was sparked by the 9-11-01 attacks. Instead, the war is here, against the very establishment for which the soldiers enlisted to fight.
