Obama's Global Tax Up For Senate Vote

A nice-sounding bill called the "Global Poverty Act," sponsored by Democratic presidential candidate and Senator Barack Obama, is up for a Senate vote on Thursday and could result in the imposition of a global tax on the United States. The bill, which has the support of many liberal religious groups, makes levels of U.S. foreign aid spending subservient to the dictates of the United Nations.
Senator Joe Biden, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has not endorsed either Senator Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton in the presidential race. But on Thursday, February 14, he is trying to rush Obama's "Global Poverty Act" (S.2433) through his committee. The legislation would commit the U.S. to spending 0.7 percent of gross national product on foreign aid, which amounts to a phenomenal 13-year total of $845 billion over and above what the U.S. already spends.
The bill, which is item number four on the committee's business meeting agenda, passed the House by a voice vote last year because most members didn't realize what was in it. Congressional sponsors have been careful not to calculate the amount of foreign aid spending that it would require. According to the website of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, no hearings have been held on the Obama bill in that body.
A release from the Obama Senate office about the bill declares, "In 2000, the U.S. joined more than 180 countries at the United Nations Millennium Summit and vowed to reduce global poverty by 2015. We are halfway towards this deadline, and it is time the United States makes it a priority of our foreign policy to meet this goal and help those who are struggling day to day."
The legislation itself requires the President "to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to further the United States foreign policy objective of promoting the reduction of global poverty, the elimination of extreme global poverty, and the achievement of the Millennium Development Goal of reducing by one-half the proportion of people worldwide, between 1990 and 2015, who live on less than $1 per day."
The bill defines the term "Millennium Development Goals" as the goals set out in the United Nations Millennium Declaration, General Assembly Resolution 55/2 (2000).
The U.N. says that "The commitment to provide 0.7% of gross national product (GNP) as official development assistance was first made 35 years ago in a General Assembly resolution, but it has been reaffirmed repeatedly over the years, including at the 2002 global Financing for Development conference in Monterrey, Mexico. However, in 2004, total aid from the industrialized countries totaled just $78.6 billion - or about 0.25% of their collective GNP."
In addition to seeking to eradicate poverty, that declaration commits nations to banning "small arms and light weapons" and ratifying a series of treaties, including the International Criminal Court Treaty, the Kyoto Protocol (global warming treaty), the Convention on Biological Diversity, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The Millennium Declaration also affirms the U.N. as "the indispensable common house of the entire human family, through which we will seek to realize our universal aspirations for peace, cooperation and development."
Jeffrey Sachs, who runs the U.N.'s "Millennium Project," says that the U.N. plan to force the U.S. to pay 0.7 percent of GNP in increased foreign aid spending would add $65 billion a year to what the U.S. already spends. Over a 13-year period, from 2002, when the U.N.'s Financing for Development conference was held, to the target year of 2015, when the U.S. is expected to meet the "Millennium Development Goals," this amounts to $845 billion. And the only way to raise that kind of money, Sachs has written, is through a global tax, preferably on carbon-emitting fossil fuels.
Obama's bill has only six co-sponsors. They are Senators Maria Cantwell, Dianne Feinstein, Richard Lugar, Richard Durbin, Chuck Hagel and Robert Menendez. But it appears that Biden and Obama see passage of this bill as a way to highlight Democratic Party priorities in the Senate.
The House version (H.R. 1302), sponsored by Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash.), had only 84 co-sponsors before it was suddenly brought up on the House floor last September 25 and was passed by voice vote. House Republicans were caught off-guard, unaware that the pro-U.N. measure committed the U.S. to spending hundreds of billions of dollars.
It appears the Senate version is being pushed not only by Biden and Obama, a member of the committee, but Lugar, the ranking Republican member. Lugar has worked with Obama in the past to promote more foreign aid for Russia, supposedly to stem nuclear proliferation, and has become Obama's mentor. Like Biden, Lugar is a globalist. They have both promoted passage of the U.N.'s Law of the Sea Treaty, for example.
The so-called "Lugar-Obama initiative" was modeled after the Nunn-Lugar program, also known as the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program, which was designed to eliminate weapons of mass destruction in the former Soviet Union. But one defense analyst, Rich Kelly, noted evidence that "CTR funds have eased the Russian military's budgetary woes, freeing resources for such initiatives as the war in Chechnya and defense modernization." He recommended that Congress "eliminate CTR funding so that it does not finance additional, perhaps more threatening, programs in the former Soviet Union." However, over $6 billion has already been spent on the program.
Another program modeled on Nunn-Lugar, the Initiatives for Proliferation Prevention (IPP), was recently exposed as having funded nuclear projects in Iran through Russia.
More foreign aid through passage of the Global Poverty Act was identified as one of the strategic goals of InterAction, the alliance of U.S-based international non-governmental organizations that lobbies for more foreign aid. The group is heavily financed by the U.S. Government, having received $1.4 million from taxpayers in fiscal year 2005 and $1.7 million in 2006. However, InterAction recently issued a report accusing the United States of "falling short on its commitment to rid the world of dire poverty by 2015 under the U.N. Millennium Development Goals..."
It's not clear what President Bush would do if the bill passes the Senate. The bill itself quotes Bush as declaring that "We fight against poverty because opportunity is a fundamental right to human dignity." Bush's former top aide, Michael J. Gerson, writes in his new book, Heroic Conservatism, that Bush should be remembered as the President who "sponsored the largest percentage increases in foreign assistance since the Marshall Plan..."
Even these increases, however, will not be enough to satisfy the requirements of the Obama bill. A global tax will clearly be necessary to force American taxpayers to provide the money.

BEIRUT, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah threatened Israel with "open war" on Thursday and accused the Jewish state of killing a top commander who was among the United States' most wanted men.
"Zionists, if you want this type of open war then let the whole world hear: let it be an open war," Nasrallah told mourners at the funeral of Imad Moughniyah, a legend to Hezbollah but one of the men most wanted by Israel and the United States for planning attacks that killed hundreds.
Moughniyah, hunted by Israel and the United States for two decades, was killed by a bomb in Damascus on Tuesday.
Shi'ite Muslim Hezbollah and its main backer Iran accused Israel of assassinating him. Israel rejected the charge, though its Mossad spy service had long sought to kill him.
Even before Nasrallah spoke, the Jewish state put its embassies and other interests abroad on high alert and boosted troop deployments on the Lebanese border for fear of reprisal.
"We have the right, like all human beings, of self-defence and, God willing, we will do whatever is required to defend our brothers, leaders, people and our country," Nasrallah said, addressing the mass funeral via video link.
He said the group's initial investigation into the killing showed that Israel was behind it. Nasrallah gave no details but said it was an attack outside the "natural battleground" -- both sides of the Lebanon-Israel border.
The United States voiced strong concern over his remarks. "Quite clearly, Hezbollah has a long record of carrying out violent acts, acts of terrorism around the globe," State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said.
Nasrallah said that while the assassination was a painful blow, it would not weaken Hezbollah or its military structure. A visibly emotional Nasrallah said Moughniyah had played a major role in Hezbollah's 34-day war against Israel in 2006.
Naim Kassem, Nasrallah's deputy, lead prayers over Moughniyah's coffin, flanked by other members of Hezbollah's leadership, at a mosque in Beirut's southern suburb.
Pallbearers in camouflage fatigues carried the casket, draped in Hezbollah's yellow flag, into the street for a funeral procession attended by tens of thousands of men and women and led by a military band.
Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki attended the funeral and read a condolence note from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
HARIRI ANNIVERSARY
Reflecting deep divisions in Lebanon, Moughniyah's funeral took place shortly after a rally by the anti-Syrian ruling coalition to mark the third anniversary of the killing of former Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri.
A large crowd waving red, white and green Lebanese flags, gathered in pouring rain at Martyrs' Square in the centre of Beirut for speeches by anti-Syrian leaders, including Hariri's son and political heir, Saad.
Hariri said his hand was extended to the Syria-backed opposition to end 15 months of conflict that has deepened communal divisions and left the country without a president since November.
Nasrallah responded: "When we see that the extended hand is sincere, it will only be met by an extended hand."
Hariri's assassination on Feb. 14, 2005, plunged Lebanon into its worst crisis since the 1975-90 civil war and led to the withdrawal of Syrian forces from the country. Anti-Syrian politicians blame Damascus for his death. Syria denies any role.
Moughniyah was the most senior member of Hezbollah to be killed since its previous secretary-general, Abbas Mussawi, died in a 1992 Israeli helicopter ambush in southern Lebanon.
Moughniyah was implicated in the 1983 bombings of the U.S. embassy and U.S. Marine and French peacekeeping barracks in Beirut, which killed over 350 people, as well as the kidnapping of Westerners in Lebanon in the 1980s.
Israel accuses Moughniyah of planning the 1994 bombing of a Jewish centre in Buenos Aires that killed 85 people and of involvement in a 1992 bombing of the Israeli embassy in the Argentine capital that killed 28.
The United States indicted him for his role in planning and participating in the 1985 hijacking of a U.S. TWA airliner and the killing of an American passenger. Washington welcomed Moughniyah's death.
Moughniyah is thought to have been commander of Islamic Jihad, a shadowy pro-Iranian group which emerged in Lebanon in the early 1980s and was believed to be linked to Hezbollah.

After Britain's humiliating retreat from Dunkirk June 4, 1940, Winston Churchill defiantly declared, "We shall fight on the beaches...we shall never surrender..."
His confidence was based on his certain knowledge the United States would back Britain to the hilt.
The vast majority of Americans were against intervention. But a covert British propaganda and "dirty tricks" campaign, employing almost 1000 people in NYC (mostly Brits and Canadians), had hijacked democracy with the full cooperation of the FDR administration. It illustrates how London-based central bankers control the American people to this day.
The Republican Party was against intervention. Thanks to the British, the Republican Presidential nomination June 28, 1940 went to an unknown pro-intervention pro-conscription "internationalist" Wendell Wilkie, a lifetime Democrat who had never held public office.
On the eve of the costliest war in US history, (one million dead or maimed, $2 trillion in 1990 dollars), Americans were not given a choice. There wasn't an anti-war candidate. Does this remind you of 2004 or 2008?
More than propaganda was involved. The organizer of the Republican convention, Ralph Williams, an "isolationist" (doublespeak for patriot) conveniently died May 16 and was replaced by a lifelong British agent Sam Pryor who packed the convention with Wilkie delegations and supporters shouting, "We want Wilkie."
True, Williams was 70 years old. But historian Thomas Mahl says that the British mandate included murder and he implies this took place. Heinrich Muller, the Chief of the Gestapo who worked for the CIA during the Truman administration confirms that the British killed many Americans who got in the way. " [Wilkie's] nomination exempted President Franklin Roosevelt from the normal pressures of an election campaign," Mahl writes in his explosive book "Desperate Deception: British Covert Operations in the US, 1939-44." (1998)
Walter Lippmann wrote, "the sudden rise and nomination of Wendell Wilkie was the decisive event, perhaps providential, which made it possible to rally the free world...Under any other leadership but his, the Republican Party would ... have turned its back on Great Britain..." (164)
If a Republican nationalist like Robert Taft had won the nomination, Churchill was prepared to make peace with Hitler and abandon Stalin to his fate. The Jewish holocaust wouldn't have occurred because of Hitler's wish for good relations with England. In a repeat of World War One, American intervention prolonged the war with disastrous consequences for mankind.

CENTRAL BANKERS AND SPIES
The Rockefeller and Morgan empires are part of the central banking cartel. At the highest level, all intelligence agencies (MI-6, CIA, Mossad, KGB) answer to this cartel, not to their national governments.
"British Security Coordination," (BSC) part of MI-6 handled the Illuminati campaign to frog march the USA into World War Two. It was financed by the Rockefellers and Morgans and housed rent-free on the 38th Floor of the "International Building" of Rockefeller Center.
"This was a convenient address," Mahl writes. "Several British agencies promoting intervention were also housed here. The British Press Service was located on the 44th Floor. The British intelligence front group Fight for Freedom located its operations on the 22nd floor in the same building, also rent free." (11)
Wendell Wilkie had been an organizer at numerous Democratic conventions. He was the President of a Morgan-controlled insurance company and a member of the "Fight for Freedom" executive. His whole campaign was financed and organized by the Morgans and British intelligence but made to look homespun.
After losing the 1940 election, Wilkie worked closely with FDR to sabotage nationalist Republicans and was briefly considered for FDR's VP in 1944. Instead, his usefulness apparently at an end, he conveniently died in that year at age 52 of a "streptococci throat infection" contracted in hospital.
The BSC's minions might be forgiven for thinking the Rockefellers were opponents of Fascism. In fact, the central banking cartel brought Hitler to power. The Rockefellers provided the Nazis with oil and owned part of Germany's largest industrial concern, I.G. Farben. They provided the Nazis with indispensable technology and materiel before and during the war, at the expense of the US war effort.
Charles Higham's book "Trading with the Enemy" demonstrates that the central bankers had an intimate economic relationship with the Nazis through corporations like Standard Oil, General Motors, Ford, ITT and the Chase Bank.
Defeating Nazism was not the immediate goal of American intervention. The goal was to have a long, devastating and lucrative war, leading to greater concentration of power in their hands through the Cold War and world government (the European Union and the United Nations.)
THE MODUS OPERANDI
In the 1930s, the American people learned how the bankers had maneuvered the US into World War One for great profit. Congress passed a battery of legislation to prevent this from happening again. British PM Neville Chamberlain called the US Congress "pig headed and self righteous nobodies."
Thus the Illuminati had to change public opinion before FDR could commit the US to war. Their main weapon was the mass media, literally owned by the central bankers or controlled by advertising from their cartels.
In 1940, publications owned by the central bankers and their front men included The New York Herald Tribune, The New York Times, PM, The Chicago Sun, The Cowles Group (Look), Time Life, The Washington Post and the Baltimore Sun. All were decidedly for intervention. Hollywood also produced war propaganda. Alexander Korda, director of "Lady Hamiliton" and "The Lion has Wings" was a British agent.
Journalists achieved success as spokesmen for British Intelligence. They included Walter Winchell, Drew Pearson, Dorothy Thompson, Walter Lippmann, James Reston and Hubert Bayard Swope.
Public opinion polls were rigged or edited to give Americans the impression they favored intervention. For example, a British agent David Ogilvy put out the Gallup polls.
Nationalist politicians like Hamilton Fish, Martin Dies and Burton Wheeler were smeared as pro-Nazi and anti Semitic. They were hounded with false charges and eventually defeated. One, Senator Arthur Vandenburg changed his mind with the help of beautiful socialites working for British Intelligence.
The British manufactured German atrocity photos and a phony map purporting to be a Nazi plan to divide South America. This map helped FDR overturn the last remaining neutrality legislation. Phony horoscopes fore casted ruin for Hitler and American "isolationists."
Like the Communists, the British formed numerous groups that masqueraded as grass roots organizations. They included "Friends of Democracy," "The League for Human Rights," the "Fight for Freedom Committee."
After the war, the Rockefeller's Council on Foreign Relations ensured that official histories of American intervention were written. They did not want a repeat of the embarrassing revelations of how the US was tricked into World War One.

The British would have abandoned Stalin only as a last resort. British Freemasonry (i.e. the central bankers) was behind the Bolshevik Revolution but by pretending to be opposed, Britain was able to betray their allies, the nationalist White Russians. The bankers were going to let the two titans fight it out like monsters in a Japanese B-movie but Hitler had to lose because Germany represented a much greater threat to their plans than Russia.
Mahl's book provides glimpses into this confluence between the central bankers, the British, Jewish leaders, and the USSR.
For example, the BSC subsidized the Overseas News Agency, which was a branch of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, founded by Jacob Landau. Banker Felix Warburg also subsidized the JTA, whose job was to publicize persecution of Jews. Landau was also on the executive of "Fight for Freedom."
Decrypted VENONA messages (wires between the Soviet embassy and Moscow) reveal that Landau was working for both the British and the Soviets. He traveled to Mexico City in 1943 and had several meetings with the Soviet ambassador.
Mahl writes: "the VENONA messages reveal...Soviet secret intelligence had thoroughly penetrated BSC and its offspring OSS" (which became the CIA.) (49)
William Stephenson headed BSC. His Second -in- Command was Col. Charles "Dick" Ellis a member of MI-6 who organized and ran the future CIA. According to Mahl, Ellis was "also suspected of working for German and Soviet intelligence services." (194) (Neither men were Jewish.)
This picture is consistent with the view that the central bankers control all Intelligence agencies and wars are just a charade.

Had an investigation been done into the crime of failing to file the “currency transaction reports” in August 2001, then we would know who made the cash withdrawals in $100 bills amounting to the $5 billion surge.
When reviewing the record of July and August of 2001, Bill Bergman noticed a $5 billion surge in the currency component of the M1 money supply—the third largest such increase since 1947. Bergman asked about this anomaly—and was removed from his investigative duties.
It's been over six years since 9/11, but U.S. regulatory entities have been slow to follow through with reports about the complex financial transactions that occurred just prior to and following the attacks. Such research could shed light on such questions as who was behind them—and who benefited—and could help lay to rest the rumors that have been festering.
Warning bells about anomalies in the fiscal sector were sounded in the summer of 2001, but not heeded.
Among those who has since raised questions was Bill Bergman. As a financial market analyst for the Federal Reserve, he was assigned in 2003 to review the record of July and August of 2001. He noticed an unusual surge in the currency component of the M1 money supply (cash circulating outside of banks) during that period. The surge totaled over $5 billion above the norm for a two-month increase.
The increase in August alone was the third largest single monthly increase since 1947, even after a significantly above-average month in July.
Surges in the currency component of M1 are often the result of people withdrawing their cash to protect themselves lest some anticipated disaster (such as Y2K) befall the economy. In January of 1991 a surge was recorded (the then second-largest since ’47), which could be attributed to “war-time hoarding” before the Iraq I invasion, but could also be attributed to financial maneuverings and liquefying of assets relating to the BCCI enforcement proceedings.
Bergman points out that the August 2001 withdrawals may have been, to a large extent, caused by the Argentinian banking crisis that was occurring at the time. However, he raises the point that no explanation has yet fully answered the important question: Why was the cashing out of billions of dollars just before the 9/11 attacks never investigated?
It’s possible that the answer to this question is also the answer to the other follow-the-money questions surrounding 9/11; and despite an embarrassing heap of evidence, neither the press, nor Congress, nor any agency with investigative responsibility has done its job on our behalf. On the contrary, their inaction might reasonably be construed as a cover-up.
Bergman "followed the money," including developing a framework for working with money-laundering data and “suspicious activity” reports for monitoring and investigating terrorism. The questions he asked about what happened during the summer of 2001 should have led to investigations, which should have resulted in the prosecution of those with foreknowledge of the attacks.
Those who follow the history of the 9/11 fact-finding movement know that there is a laundry-list of unanswered questions that are just as compelling as those put forth by Bergman.
And there is also a laundry-list of whistle-blowers who have been fired and subsequently ignored. So it is not at all surprising that Bergman was removed from his investigative duties, and that his concerns were not publicly addressed.
Bergman's supervisor instructed him to follow up on an unanswered question he had raised pertaining to an August 2, 2001 letter from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve to the 12 Reserve Banks. This letter urged scrutiny of suspicious activity reports. Bergman learned of the pervasiveness of the warnings of the 9/11 attacks, and wondered how thoroughly these warnings had permeated the financial system.
In this capacity as Federal Reserve investigative point-man, and with his money-laundering portfolio being guided by his supervisor's directive, he asked the Board why they had issued their August 2, 2001 directive, and whether this related to any heightened intelligence of a terrorist threat. His position was then eliminated, and a crucial investigation was terminated before it could even begin.
Another 9/11 Commission Misrepresentation
Footnote 28 of the Staff Monograph on Terrorist Financing from the official 9/11 Commission Report states that the National Money-laundering Strategy Report for 2001 “didn’t mention terrorist financing in any of its 50 pages.”
True? No. The NMLS Report mentions it 17 times.
One gets the impression that the commission staff (under Philip Zelikow) was trying to paint the picture that there wasn’t a lot of co-operation between those involved in counterterrorism and the banking regulators in 2001.
Why do they paint this picture, inasmuch as the contrary is the case? In fact, anti-terrorism was an important element of the National Money Strategy, and it was included and emphasized in its Report annually. It may have been part of the reason why the August 2, 2001 letter urging scrutiny of suspicious activity reports was issued in the first place.
In turn, the billions in currency shipments of July and August 2001 are completely omitted in the 9/11 Commission Report.
I make bold to point out that the official story-line is that the attacks were accomplished by "the evil-doers" on a shoe-string budget with little money changing hands. Therefore, according to Zelikow et al., it is pointless to look at large flows of money in an investigation of the attacks. That makes perfect sense—unless you happen to have a brain.
To state the obvious, there are two reasons why Zelikow et al. made the false statement regarding there having been no references to terrorism in the National Money-laundering Strategy Report.
One reason could be to justify and encourage more scrutiny (legal or otherwise) of small transactions generally, e.g. via USAPA, and the other could be to establish (read: invent) a reason for missing the evidence pertaining to the attacks. ('Transactions too small. No one could find.') And since the real money trail points to foreknowledge within the financial community at large, and, possibly, the Federal Reserve specifically, the "low-budget terrorism" story-line that the 9/11 Commission had established needed to be protected.
If such a lack of attentiveness to a financial transaction of $5 billion goes unnoticed in August 2001, then a reason had to be established for this lack of attention. And Bergman’s attentiveness to the Board of Governor’s August 2 letter was the fly in the ointment, as this letter proves that the Board was indeed attentive to suspicious transactions, even very, very large ones. Bergman’s question of “Why” is therefore key to yet another avenue of inquiry.
All the News that’s Permissible to Print
Note that a few dollars sent to an Islamic charity could warrant arrests, investigations, front-page stories, and, sometimes, torture and many years in jail. That's Propaganda 101: 'Large amounts of money do not fund major acts of terrorism. Small amounts do. Small amounts covered the 9/11 tab, therefore large amounts didn’t.' The news coverage, creating high-profile prosecutions for relatively small transactions, reinforces this scenario.
With this in mind, we suggest that the reader follow the story of Mark Siljander (major coverage) on the one hand, and also follow the Times UK reports from Sibel Edmonds (verboten in the US mainstream press) on the other hand. Edmonds told me recently of the major foreign media outlets that had offered to report her story. Not one major outlet did so in the US.
R.T. Naylor suggests, in his wonderful book Satanic Purses, that any major terrorist event that involves a lot of money is 'state terrorism,' and this is independently confirmed by Sibel Edmonds’ statements as to the enormous sums changing hands at the time of the 9/11 attacks. I suggest that her testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee (Leahy and Grassley) gave the lie to the official financial myth of 9/11.
If Bergman had been allowed to continue his investigation, I suggest that he would have uncovered the same thing. Note that the drug money and other illicit transactions described by Edmonds occurred during the same time period, and the amounts in the billions are comparable.
The Law
To members of the constabulary: the operable statutes are
1) The 1970 Bank Secrecy Act that imposed new financial reporting requirements to facilitate the tracing of questionable transactions and
2) the 1986 Money Laundering Control Act that criminalized the act of money-laundering.
Also operable, and of particular relevance in a historical context, is the 1917 Trading With the Enemy Act that was relied upon in October of 1942 to seize the assets of “Hitler’s Bankers in America,” Union Banking, (involving bank vice president Prescott Bush under his father-in-law and bank president, George Walker).
The law is not always followed, and the required “currency transaction reports” are sometimes not filed. The 9/11 Commission Report and the National Money-laundering Strategy Report for 2001 did not identify those who are involved with large cash transactions. Had the paperwork been done in August of 2001, or an investigation done into the crime of failing to file the “currency transaction reports,” then we would know who made the cash withdrawals in $100 bills amounting to the $5 billion surge.
Information about what transpired took years to develop after the fact. For example, the Federal Reserve fined United Bank of Switzerland and Riggs Bank in 2004.
Mr. Bergman states that he doesn’t want to be a dog barking up the wrong tree, but the authorities, apparently under orders from our top officials, are preventing a standard investigation and the most obvious prosecutorial methodology from going forth.
Congress could step in; a prosecutor could step up. But don’t hold your breath.

October 17, 2007 -- Who says Barack Obama doesn't have what it takes to be president? Turns out, he's a distant cousin of both Dick Cheney and George Bush.
The vice president's wife, Lynne Cheney, announced her discovery yesterday while hawking her new book, "Blue Skies, No Fences," on MSNBC.
When asked if she would support Hillary Rodham Clinton because she is a woman, Lynne Cheney said, "I have to admit to a certain bias here . . . Dick and Barack Obama are eighth cousins."
Mrs. Cheney said that it was "an amazing American story that one ancestor . . . could be responsible down the family line for lives that have taken such different and varied paths."
Then asked if she supported Obama she quickly said, "No."
Obama's camp made light of the family ties. "Every family has a black sheep," said spokeswoman Jen Psaki, with tongue firmly planted in cheek.
The Chicago Sun-Times revealed the genealogical link in early September, claiming that the shared ancestors were Mareen and Susannah Duvall, 17th century immigrants from France.
The newspaper, however, claimed that the senator from Illinois and the vice president were 11th cousins.
The Duvalls are Obama's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparents, and Cheney's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparents, the paper said.
George W. Bush and Obama, meanwhile, are 10th cousins once removed - linked through a 17th century Massachusetts couple, Samuel Hinckley and Sarah Soole, according to the Sun-Times.

Bob Woodward Coverup

Investigating a mass media celebrity and his immediate family, can get you on the monopoly press crap list.
A case in point is Washington Post bigshot Bob Woodward and his father, who was Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Du Page county, the county just west of Chicago in Cook County.
It was the spring of 1973. I got on several radio talk shows. Talking about the sabotage of a United Air Lines plane that pancaked in a residential area just short of Chicago's Midway Airport. Among those onboard were twelve Watergate figures, including Dorothy Hunt, wife of the Watergate burglar. According to the data compiled by us. Mrs. Hunt survived the crash but was poisoned with cyanide on the ground by the FBI who were first on the scene.
She was a courier of "hush money" from the Nixon White House to arrange the silence of key witnesses, or, if necessary, to have them blackmailed or wiped out. Also, she had in her baggage kept on a seat near her for which she purchased extra tickets, several million dollars in cashier's checks and other funds traceable to Nixon. For several months in 1973, we did not publicly divulge that we had "liberated" the entire file of the National Transportation Safety Board, a federal whitewashery tied at the time and also now to the air line industry that feared the term "airplane sabotage" as being against their business.
I was rebuffed each time I tried to interest in these details Bob Woodward, the Washington Post hotshot that was pursueing the Nixon White House. Finally, about April, 1973, there was a huge meeting at the Mayfair Hotel in Washington, of alternative media folks. I was there with some of my pals.
On the stage of the gathering of more than 1300 was Bob Woodward. He paused to answer questions from some of the journalists lined up at a microphone set up in the aisle. I had a pal of mine to be first in line. Woodward was questioned as to why he and the Washington Post were covering up the sabotage of what we called the Watergate Plane crash in Chicago, which occurred one month after Nixon's November, 1972 re-election as President. My pal accused Woodward of fronting for the FBI and the CIA who wanted Mrs. Hunt, the Watergate "bag lady" to be shut up.
Woodward was surprised and not prepared to deal with the question. Plainly, he was upstaged. Many in the audience began heckling Woodward and gathered around my associate at the ballroom floor microphone. Evidently Woodward did not notice me sitting in my wheelchair in a balcony. I told another one of my pals to hurry up, and get the hotel manager to give my pal at the mike a step ladder.
So there was one of my associates, having blanked out Woodward on the stage, and my pal from the top of the step ladder, began explaining to the large audience how the plane pancaked into a residential neighborhood just short of Midway Airport. One hundred and fifty FBI agents were waiting near the airport to grab Mrs. Hunt. She and her husband had been accused of shaking down Nixon for several million dollars. The Hunts had proof that Tricky Dick was implicated in the plot to publicly execute President John F.Kennedy in Dallas, November 22, 1963 and blame it on a "lone assassin".
The FBI agents with apparent advance knowledge that the plane was sabotaged to be steered into the ground short of the airport, arrived on the scene ahead of the nearby local fire department and police that reacted to an alarm within two minutes. The FBI headquarters downtown was about ten miles away.
FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, according to a story published in the "Crimson" Harvard University newspaper, apparently had been been murdered in May, 1972, poisoned in his home a month before the Watergate break-in. Hoover's "hatchet man", Mark Felt , did all kind of dirty and blooy tricks against critics of the FBI. For example, Felt, as second in command of the FBI, and his gang, for the benefit of Bob Woodward, ostensibly arranged to falsely jail my associate who had been at the ballroom microphone fingering Bob Woodward.
Also in early 1973, our court reform group was working on unearthing a massive unpublicized fraud in a case being heard by Woodward's father, Du Page County Chief Judge Alfred Woodward. He had the Equity Funding case involving hundreds of millions of dollars defrauded from pension funds and school districts and various public and private entities.
Chief Judge Woodward had a strange background. Previously he had been with both the army AND the navy intelligence agencies. HOW was that possible? In the Equity Funding case, Chief Judge Woodward gave pay-outs from the top of the remaining money to two Watergate figures, including Nixon White House bigshot Erlichman.
The Chief Clerk of the Du Page Court told me, that although the file is a "public record", Chief Judge Woodward had it in his office and was so far not allowing anybody to examine the file. I rolled my wheelchair up to his office and told Chief Judge Woodward I was going to stay right there until he released the court file for me to look at. He said if I do not go away, he was going to have me arrested. I told him I would sue him for false arrest as I had a right to examine a public court record.
We nowadays have about the only copy of the court file showing how Chief Judge Woodward corruptly and arbitrarily favored two Nixon Watergate figures over and above all other claimants who got almost nothing.
In 1973, Bob Woodward apparently arranged for a Washington Post reporter, Ron Kessler, to fly into Chicago to interview me supposedly and finally about my charges that the Watergate plane crash was the result of sabotage. This was prior to the time I revealed we had the entire government file to back up our charges.
Kessler spent less than fifteen minutes talking to me and he took no notes; then he demanded my pals drive him immediately back to the airport. His two part series in the Washington Post was prominently shown in the newspaper, condemning me as a "liar" not knowing what I am talking about. In later years, Kessler wrote a book supposedly showing he is an "expert" on the FBI.
In 1973 and thereafter, Bob Woodward held several press conferences in the Chicago-area. Each time I was there. I was sitting there before the media event was to start. Woodward showed up, pointed at me and I had said not a single word up to that point, and Woodward said that either the local police or security patrol should arrest me and remove me.
I informed Woodward that if any such supposed law-man so much as touched my wheelchair to begin to grab me and roll me away, that I would sue Woodward and such police agents for false arrest. Woodward said I am not part of the regular media. I said I was an alternative media journalist, not obligated to get a so-called "press pass" from the U.S. Secret Service or the police.
The press-fakers began shouting at me, "Skolnick, will you get the hell out of here. You are holding up the press conference."
Years later, our court reform group investigated a situation involving a Chicago-area hospital of which Chief Judge Woodward was a director. Judge Woodward, and other judges, were named defendants in a federal lawsuit charging them with arranging satanic rituals against children in the Judge-directed hospital. The suit was brought by a grandmother of such a damaged child. The Chicago federal judge, however, as corrupt as State Court Chief Judge Woodward, put the case out of court without any hearing or legal formalities. (Some of the federal judges in Chicago are currently interlocked with another corrupt hospital recently causing a "pissing match" commotion between such judges and the chief federal prosecutor in Chicago who has been investigating the hospital.).
Some thirty admirals and generals considered that Richard M. Nixon together with Henry Kissinger had committed treason in the way they conducted the Viet Nam War. Apparently these military brass did not, however, want to conduct a public execution of Nixon---a political assassination---and hence, they instigated Bob Woodward of Naval Intelligence with no journalism background, to be the front for a story of Nixon's misdeeds.
A well-documented book takes Bob Woodward to task as not telling the public a complete story of how he supposedly got into the Watergate Affair. Bob Woodward went to Yale University as a history major near the time that George W. Bush, likewise a supposed history major, went there. Is Woodward, like Bush, a member of the Skull and Bastards Society meeting for satanic homosexual rituals in a windowless building at Yale, called "The Tomb" ?
What recently prompted George W. Bush to permit Bob Woodward to interview Bush at length in the White House? Woodward,, a supposed author of several books, apparently has his books "ghost-written".

What better example of stupid, self-defeating behavior than the latest advice of a veteran feminist?
In an article entitled "Marry Him" (Atlantic Monthly, March 2008) Lori Gottlieb advises her sisters to "settle"--marry anything in sight...and fast. This kind of abject surrender, while satisfying in an "I told you so" way, is also sad.
Millions of women who outsourced their common sense and trusted the media, their teachers, their leaders and their society are now high-and-dry. They were told they could have it all but most can't.

There are three times as many single women in their 30's now than there were in the 1970's. By the time these women have established their careers, many are too hard bitten and used, and the good men are all gone.
They are the victims of the most evil, most successful, social engineering program in history. It was designed to turn out exactly as it has: give them career instead of family. But until feminists acknowledge that they are victims of a cruel hoax, they won't be able to salvage whatever is left.

Ms. Gottlieb begins by describing a picnic where she and a friend (both with babies by sperm donors) are not feeling "satisfied." Surprise. They miss not having husbands. No doubt the children will miss not having fathers.
"Ask any soul-baring 40-year-old single heterosexual woman what she longs for in life...what she really wants is a husband..." Gottlieb confesses.
While she and her friends "still call ourselves feminists and insist we're independent and self sufficient...every woman I know-no matter how successful and ambitious, how financially and emotionally secure, feels panic ..if she hits 30 and find herself unmarried."
Sounding very much like a Jewish harridan, or Oprah, her advice is to "Settle!" Forget about true love, his annoying habits, his halitosis or abysmal sense of aesthetics. Marriage, she has discovered ,is about having a team-mate, even if he's not the love of your life. She even recommends gays as possible mates.
How did she end up like this? Too much "education" I imagine. Too much feminist empowerment and Hollywood- fueled expectations of romance and men. Earlier in life, she dumped someone because although they had "strong physical chemistry" and their "sensibilities were similar, they proved to be a half-note off, so we never quite felt in harmony, or never viewed the world through quite the same lens."
Apparently, she was looking for a clone.
"Now, though, I realize that if I don't want to be alone for the rest of my life, I'm at the age where I'll likely need to settle for someone who is settling for me. .. We lose sight of our mortality. We forget that we, too, will age and become less alluring. ...Which is all the more reason to settle before settling is no longer an option."
"Take the date I went on last night. The guy was substantially older. He had a long history of major depression and said, in reference to the movies he was writing, "I'm fascinated by comas" and "I have a strong interest in terrorists." He'd never been married. He was rude to the waiter. But he very much wanted a family, and he was successful, handsome, and smart. As I looked at him from across the table, I thought, Yeah, I'll see him again. Maybe I can settle for that. But my very next thought was, Maybe I can settle for better. It's like musical chairs-when do you take a seat, any seat, just so you're not left standing alone?
"But then my married friends say things like, "Oh, you're so lucky, you don't have to negotiate with your husband about the cost of piano lessons" or "You're so lucky, you don't have anyone putting the kid in front of the TV and you can raise your son the way you want." I'll even hear things like, "You're so lucky, you don't have to have sex with someone you don't want to."
"The lists go on, and each time, I say, "OK, if you're so unhappy, and if I'm so lucky, leave your husband! In fact, send him over here!"
"Not one person has taken me up on this offer."
Did I say "Pathetic" ?
COMMENTARY
My advice to single women in their 30's is -Do Not Panic. Do not "Settle." You are far better off alone than with a misfit. Also, whatever you do, do not have a child out-of-wedlock or from a sperm bank. That diminishes your chances of marriage big-time. Gottlieb is desperate to "settle" mainly because she has an infant on her hands.
The key thing to realize is that feminism was not spontaneous grass roots social change as it is portrayed. It was social engineering designed to phase out gender, marriage and the nuclear family. There are half as many nuclear families now than there were in the 1960's. The destruction of the family is part of a larger agenda to destabilize and depopulate society in advance of a thinly veiled totalitarian world government. Sexual liberation is part of this agenda. Men see no reason to marry now that unfettered sex is so plentiful. I advise women to consecrate sex for long-term loving relationships and end them in 6-8 mos. if marriage is not imminent. Don't waste time on window shoppers.
Feminists have been neutered by adopting the male role model and eschewing the feminine one. They need to rediscover their natural feminine instincts. This involves finding a man they can believe in, and nurture, and not settle for less. True love stems from the sacrifice that women make for the person they love. Let him lead and keep your mouth shut about all his faults. But don't let him take you for granted and dump him if he doesn't love you back big-time!
Generally speaking, the people behind elite social engineering are satanists in the sense that they want to be God. They want to define what is true according to their interests. They want to override God (Truth) AND Nature.
Women were designed to marry and have children in their late teens and early twenties. That's when they are irresistible to young men. They should marry men who have graduated and are starting their careers.

Daily Kos: CIA Engineered Controlled Opposition?

Is it possible Markos Alberto Moulitsas Zúñiga, leader of the “Kossaks,” that is to say followers and fawners of the Daily Kos, is a CIA operative? Francis Holland, posting on the My Left Wing messageboard, details Moulitsas’ relationship with the CIA:
“Markos Moulitsas Zúniga, owner of the DailyKos website, now admits that he spent six months in the employ of the US Central Intelligence Agency in 2001,” writes Holland. “In a one-hour interview on June 2, 2006 at the Commonwealth Club, Moulitsas, also known as ‘Kos,’ admitted that he was a CIA employee and would have ‘no problem working for them’ in the present.”
“I applied to the CIA and I went all the way to the end, I mean it was to the point where I was going to sign papers to become Clandestine Services,” Moulitsas admits in the interview. “And it was at that point that the Howard Dean campaign took off and I had to make a decision whether I was gonna kinda join the Howard Dean campaign, that whole process, or was I was going to become a spy. (Laughter in the audience.) It was going to be a tough decision at first, but then the CIA insisted that if, if I joined that, they’d want me to do the first duty assignment in Washington, DC, and I hate Washington, DC. Six years in Washington, DC that makes the decision a lot easier.”
Moulitsas considers the CIA “a very liberal institution,” never mind the agency, according to John Stockwell, former CIA Station Chief in Angola (see my John Stockwell: The Third World War video), is responsible for killing more than six million people.
This is a very liberal institution. And in a lot of ways, it really does attract people who want to make a better, you know, want to make the world a better place…. Of course, they’ve got their Dirty Ops and this and that, right but as an institution itself the CIA is really interested in stable world. That’s what they’re interested in. And stable worlds aren’t created by destabilizing regimes and creating wars…. I don’t think it’s a very partisan thing to want a stable world. And even if you’re protecting American interests, I mean that can get ugly at times, but generally speaking I think their hearts in the right place. As an organization their heart is in the right place. I’ve never had any problem with the CIA. I’d have no problem working for them
Is it possible Mr. Moulitsas does not have a problem with the documented fact the CIA’s predecessor, the Overseas Secret Service, imported Nazis to work for the soon to be created CIA under General Reinhard Gehlen? “Gehlen was far from the only Nazi war criminal employed by the CIA. Others included Klaus Barbie (’the Butcher of Lyon’), Otto von Bolschwing (the Holocaust mastermind who worked closely with Eichmann) and, SS Colonel Otto Skorzeny (a great favorite of Hitler’s),” writes Mark Zepezauer (The CIA’s Greatest Hits, Odonian Press, 1994). “There’s even evidence that Martin Bormann, Hitler’s second-in-command at the end of the war, faked his own death and escaped to Latin America, where he worked with CIA-linked groups.
Or that the CIA financed the P-2 Masonic lodge, connected with the Vatican and the Mafia, and enthusiastically supported Operation Gladio, the “strategy of tension” terrorist “stay behind army” effort in Europe, responsible of train station bombings and assassinations, run by former SS Nazis? Is it possible Mr. Moulitsas supports the CIA effort to create shell banks such as the Bank of Credit and Commerce International, accurately characterized by former CIA director and current Sec. Def. Robert Gates as “the Bank of Crooks and Criminals International”? Does Moulitsas support the idea of MK-ULTRA, a program designed to test “radiation, electric shocks, electrode implants, microwaves, ultrasound and a wide range of drugs on unwitting subjects, including hundreds of prisoners at California’s infamous Vacaville State Prison,” as Zepezauer notes? Or what about the CIA getting into the heroin business with the Corsican Mafia, paving the way for highly profitable drug importation operations in Central America and Afghanistan, money used not only to enrich the “investment” (in death and misery) bankers but also used for the CIA’s black budget? How liberal is it to engage in assassination, genocide, and plotting the overthrow of governments in Iran, Guatemala, Indonesia (where more than 500,000 people were put to death, many of them due to CIA drafted “death lists”), and dozens of other countries?
Of course, the CIA long ago penetrated the “liberal” as well as the “conservative” corporate media in America. “Among the executives who lent their cooperation to the Agency were William Paley of the Columbia Broadcasting System, Henry Luce of Time Inc., Arthur Hays Sulzberger of the New York Times, Barry Bingham Sr. of the Louisville Courier-Journal and James Copley of the Copley News Service. Other organizations which cooperated with the CIA include the American Broadcasting Company, the National Broadcasting Company, the Associated Press, United Press International, Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps-Howard, Newsweek magazine, the Mutual Broadcasting System, The Miami Herald, and the old Saturday Evening Post and New York Herald-Tribune. By far the most valuable of these associations, according to CIA officials, have been with The New York Times, CBS, and Time Inc.,” writes Watergate journalist Carl Bernstein (Rolling Stone, Oct. 20, 1977). “From the Agency’s perspective, there is nothing untoward in such relationships, and any ethical questions are a matter for the journalistic profession to resolve, not the intelligence community.”
Indeed, it would appear Markos Moulitsas finds nothing “untoward in such relationships,” if we are to believe his above quoted comments.
Finally, Moulitsas’ relationship with the CIA makes perfect sense, as Daily Kos appears to be yet another political front operation tasked with cracking the whip over “progressive” Democrats and marching them off to support the Bilderberger Queen Hillary Clinton and her probable running mate, Barack Obama, both on record as supporting the neocon plan to reduce the Muslim world to a smoldering wasteland, albeit with stylistic policy changes. It is no secret the CIA has long stage managed the controlled opposition and Moulitsas’ admitted relationship with the agency should be considered a coup de grâce, an effort designed to reduce the “progressive” Democrat opposition to the invasion and occupation of Iraq and the impending attack to be leveled against Iran as little more than an empty and absurd rhetorical slogan.

The Mother Of All Rip-Offs

Low interest credit and "financial innovation" are a deadly-combo. They've knocked the banking system for a loop, clogged the credit markets with billions of dollars of subprime sludge, and left the real estate market sprawling on the canvas. Still---even though $2 trillion of capitalization has been wiped-out from falling home prices; and even though the financial system is in a terminal state of paralysis---no one has been held accountable. In fact, not one trader, mortgage lender, rating's-agency official, fund manager, or investment banker has been indicted or charged with criminal wrongdoing.
NOT ONE. The system operates without rules or guard rails. It's the Wild West!
The system is so thoroughly marinated in corruption, that every trace of regulatory-oversight has been removed. The SEC is little more than a public relations sham loaded with business-friendly sycophants who try to sustain the publics confidence while kow-towing to their corporate paymasters. It's a complete hoax. Last week, the Chairman of the SEC, Christopher Cox, gave a speech at the Ronald Reagan Building. He said:
"We've already launched an initiative in this area to investigate possible fraud or breaches of fiduciary duty involving collateralized debt obligations. Among the issues confronting us this year will be determining whether bank holding companies and securities firms made proper disclosure in their filings and public statements of what they knew about their CDO portfolios and their valuations. We'll determine whether brokers carefully followed suitability requirements when they sold complex debt-related derivatives that shortly afterward went bad. And in this area, as elsewhere, we'll be investigating whether unscrupulous insiders used non-public information to bail out of these securities or to sell them short, in violation of the securities laws."
Huh? So, after 6 years of sitting on the sidelines watching the fat-cat investment banks and hedge funds sell dodgy securities, (comprised of mortgages from unemployed thrift-store workers with bad credit) Cox has finally decided to "to investigate possible fraud or breaches of fiduciary duty."
What a joke. Trillions of dollars have been lost, the financial system is reeling, and the nation is headed into recession. We want scalps---not excuses!
Did Cox know that the CDOs, the MBSs, the ABCP and the rest of the alphabet soup of "structured investments" were unalloyed garbage?
Yes, of course, he did. Everyone knew. But they were making so much money selling snake oil to credulous investors they couldn't help themselves. They went ape. Two week's ago TV investment guru, Jim Cramer, even admitted that he and his business buddies used to call the investors who bought these sketchy "debt pools" "morons" and Bozos". That says it all, doesn't it?
Does Cox expect us to believe that he and his Keystone Cops at the SEC didn't know what was going on?

Here's a video clip from the Daily Show with Jon Stewart with CNN's personal finance editor, Gerri Willis. Willis explains in simple terms how the subprime fiasco evolved. She acknowledges that the loans were made to "people who really couldn't afford to pay them off" and that when "Wall Street saw how successful they were, they decided to sell them as investments all around the world". Good thinking, eh? She even admits that the sellers knew that the investments were rotten but duped their customers by saying "Trust us" . Unfortunately, the naive investors found out later that "they were sold swampland in Texas".

America's Greatest Threat

Polls show voters in this election year most concerned about issues such as healthcare, the economy, and immigration. Yet the American people face a much greater threat. This threat is never publicly acknowledged, much less debated on national TV.
Supremacist Jews dominate ownership of mainstream American media; they are able to favorably promote only the candidates they prefer. Is it any surprise that only liberal-leaning, pro-Zionist candidates are Presidential front-runners? (See,
Through controlling the largest TV networks and book/newspaper publishers, Jewish media moguls encourage Zionist and liberal ideas. They influence political debate on civil rights, hate laws, immigration, unconditional support of Israel and war with Iran-as well as sexual morality. The record of Jewish-dominated media is that it initiates discussion and acceptance of ideas that destroy our national culture and morals.
Mainstream media gives the impression that the anti-Christian ideas they promote have risen on their own merit. Nothing could be further from the truth. We evolved from slime? A woman has every right to kill her unborn child? Sodomy is "gay" (a happy alternative to marriage)? These powerfully destructive premises are artificially and constantly inserted into national discussion. Traditional Christian values are excluded or belittled.
The 21st century voter has watched a lifetime of Jewish-produced TV and movies and read primarily only the largest Jewish-owned newspapers and periodicals (such as Time, Newsweek, US News and World Report, etc.). He believes his thinking starts with untainted premises. He thinks that reasoning from such premises will bring him truth. How wrong he is! If he does not question the premises implied by liberal Jewish media, he can't help arriving at liberal conclusions.
Jewish media thus creates an electorate very attracted to a "mainstream" combination of liberal, pro-Zionist, semi-conservative ideas. Voters are pre-programmed to elect middle-of-the-road politicians. Such officials lack the character necessary to ever resist the power brokers who, through generations of mass conditioning, manufacture the kind of voters who put them in office.
Media All Powerful?
For at least the last 50 years, grassroots movements have risen with hopes of exalting a stalwart Christian conservative candidate to the White House. Heroes from the right-such as Barry Goldwater and George Wallace-aspired to satisfy populist hope of arresting the downward moral spiral.
Yet except for the Reagan Revolution, these movements have been disappointed. We now witness another failure with the declining prospects of Rep. Ron Paul. The power of Jewish media and its two-party establishment remains too overwhelming to be resisted by even the most spirited and well-funded populist revolt. (The Democratic Party receives as much as 60 percent of their contributions from Jews, who constitute only about two percent of Americans. The Republican Party increasingly solicits and receives similar Jewish support. 1)
Pathetically, Christian conservatism in America rejects discussion of the Jewish origin of media forces that perpetually undo them. Again and again, the Christian right bewails attack and defeat by "liberals." But their disappointment isn't enough to motivate them to identify their oppressors as Jewish.
A recent example: WorldNetDaily.com just published several major articles describing California Christians' outrage over S.777, a homosexual rights bill criminalizing any student or teacher who publicly objects to homosexuality. Christians threaten to pull as many as 600,000 of their children from the public school system. Furious with Gov. Schwarzenegger, they specifically blame him. But conservative media, to my knowledge, has not blamed the primary culprit behind S.777: its Jewish activist and lesbian creator, Rep. Sheila Koehl. (See,
We also don't see national outrage from conservatives against the Jewish Anti-Defamation League for persuading 45 states to enact their potentially Christian-persecuting hate crime laws. Over the past 18 years, ADL has worked closely with many Jewish state legislators to quietly pass a multitude of hate and workplace bias crime laws. For example, in 2006 kosher-observing, orthodox Jewish activist Rep. David Litvack, one of a tiny minority of Jews in the Utah legislature, spearheaded passage of Utah's hate crimes law. 2
Meteoric Rise of Jewish Media
How has Jewish media grown to such influence that it, not the people, chooses our President? It began more than a century ago through refusal of evangelical leaders in America to heed Christ's warning to "beware of the leaven (Talmudic teachings) of the Pharisees" (Luke 12:1). The Pharisees created modern Rabbinic or Talmudic Judaism. They, not the Bible, are still revered by all major branches of Judaism as its greatest ethical and religious guides. 3
St. Paul added to Christ's warning, saying, "the Jews...both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets and drove us out. They are not pleasing to God but hostile to all men, hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles that they might be saved; with the result that they always fill up the measure of their sins. But wrath has come upon them to the utmost." (I Thess. 2:15)
The church also ignored St. Paul.
Most evangelicals believe Talmudic Jews, though misguided in their rejection of Christ, enjoy God's unconditional blessing. They imagine a Biblical curse on anyone who strongly criticizes Jews or Israel. Their unblinking approval created an enormous absence of criticism of Jews, Judaism, and Zionism during the 20th century in western society. A whole race and religion has been granted exemption from searching public scrutiny or criticisma privilege only afforded to master races, religions, or ideologies throughout history. In this vacuum, Jewish media control mushroomed, becoming the ethical, political, and informational guide for the Western world.
Christ commanded that the Pharisees and their spiritual descendants be kept under perpetual suspicion by His followers. The church has done the opposite. Now increasingly derided and persecuted by Jewish media and by Jewish political and civil liberty pressure groups (such as ADL and ACLU 4), the church attempts to extricate itself from such oppression. But it can't. So cowed are church authorities that they are terrified even to identify the leaders of the media octopus as Jewish. They are legitimately fearful that not only the Jews but also their own followers, whom they helped the Jews brainwash through generations of "love Israel" propaganda, will turn upon them. They will be reviled as anti-Semitic and lose all support.
Evangelicals helped create this predicament by lacking moral courage and respect for Biblical truth. Now they possess even less of these virtues. They hope against hope for the appearance of a "quick fix" President, as Ronald Reagan provided a generation ago. Yet even if another Reagan offered himself to the nation, the Jewish media monster would program voters to reject him.
In short, the church is under judgment. Christ said that if Christians lost their spiritual "salt" -- their loyalty to Biblical truth -- they would be "trodden under the foot of men." (Matt. 5:13) That is exactly what is happening to the evangelical right as it is trampled by the media-influenced electoral process. Its only long-term hope is to do the opposite of what has created this dilemma: repent of being ashamed of Christ's solemn warnings to be suspicious of Judaism. It must despise the epithet "anti-Semitism" and actively teach all believers to do what has been previously unthinkable: obey Christ and teach that Talmudic Judaism is something of which to be wary, and not bid Godspeed to. Only by such a complete return to obedience to Christ is there any hope of diluting and restraining Jewish media control America's greatest threat.
