Unraveling Of The Official
911 Story Continues

Today in America, we are witness to a great unraveling, the likes of which we have never seen before. There are no historical precedents. For many months now the official narrative about the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on America has been coming apart, and I mean: at the seams. The official story about that terrible day is disintegrating. The trend shows no sign of abating and in recent weeks it even appears to have accelerated. At the present rate, soon there will be nothing left of the official version of events but a discordant echo and a series of extremely rude after shocks.

Is our nation prepared to face those rude shocks?

The unraveling began within weeks of the release of the 9/11 Commission Report (in July 2004) with the shocking revelation that members of the 9/11 commission were convinced that government officials, including NORAD generals, had deceived them during the investigation­­­in essence, had lied to their faces during the hearings.[1] According to the Washington Post the members of the commission vented their frustrations at a special meeting in the summer of 2004. The panel even considered referring the matter to the Justice Department for a criminal investigation.

The unraveling continued in 2006 with the release of a follow-up volume, Without Precedent, authored by the two men who had co-chaired the commission, Thomas H. Kean and Lee H. Hamilton. The men had come under increasing fire ever since the release of their final report for presiding over what many now believe was a failed investigation. Stung by so much criticism, Kean and Hamilton felt the need to explain (and defend) themselves. The gist of their 2006 book is easily summarized. They write: "We were set up to fail."

The bleeding continued in May 2007 with the stunning announcement that former BYU physicist Steven Jones had found residues of thermate, a high temperature explosive, in the dust of the collapsed World Trade Center.[2] The discovery has the gravest implications for our nation, and probably for this reason the announcement went reported in the US media. In a later chapter I will discuss this important evidence in detail.

Yet another startling revelation occurred in December 2007 when we learned that the CIA destroyed evidence, in the form of audio-tapes, deemed vital to the official investigation.[3]
The news prompted 9/11 Commission co-chairs Kean and Hamilton to fire off an angry salvo in the New York Times in which they charged that the CIA had obstructed their investigation.[4] Their blunt accusation was explosive and should have caused every American to sit up and take notice. Unfortunately, the average American probably failed to connect the dots because, as usual, the US media offered nothing in the way of helpful context or analysis. We were fed the usual diet of tidbits and sound bytes: a wealth of minutiae. The big picture remained elusive.

But back to the unraveling story.

Starting in 2002, the CIA conducted interrogations of captured Al Qaeda operatives, including Abu Zubaydah and Ramzi Binalshibh, at undisclosed CIA prisons outside the US. During these interrogations the CIA resorted to "enhanced interrogation techniques" (the CIA's euphemism for torture) to extract information.[5] The methods included "waterboarding," which induces a sensation of drowning in the unlucky individual. Evidently, the CIA decided for its own internal reasons to video-tape these early interrogation sessions. However, years later (in 2005), Jose A, Rodriquez, the CIA's Director of Operations, ordered the tapes destroyed. For what reason? Well, according to current CIA Director Michael V. Hayden, because the tapes posed "a serious security risk."[6] Hayden went on to clarify his rather cryptic remark, and explained to the press that if the tapes had become public they would have exposed CIA officials "and their families to retaliation from Al Qaeda and its sympathizers." The excuse was flimflam, but the US media hung on Hayden's every word as if he were speaking gospel. The press certainly did not throw him any hard balls. Nor did they press him on the point.

Hayden also claimed that the CIA had notified the appropriate committee heads in Congress in 2005 before destroying the evidence. But according to the Times this was immediately denied by the top two members of the House Intelligence Committee. A spokesman for Representative Peter Hoekstra (R-MI), who at the time chaired the oversight committee, said that he was "never briefed or advised" that the tapes even existed, let alone "that they were going to be destroyed."[7]

Kean and Hamilton had a similar reaction­­­outrage. In their article they state categorically that the CIA never informed them about any taped interrogations, despite their repeated requests for all pertinent information about the captured Al Qaeda operatives, who were then in CIA custody. In fact, as damaging as the news about the CIA's destruction of evidence surely was, the story exposed an even more serious problem. One might naturally assume that the official commission charged to investigate the events of 9/11 would have had unfettered access to all of the evidence pertinent to the case, including government documents and key witnesses. This goes without saying. Access was vital to the success of the investigation. How else could the commission do its work? Yet, it never happened.

CIA Stonewalled the Official Panel

In their article Kean and Hamilton summarize their dealings with the CIA.[8] They describe their private meeting with CIA Director George Tenet and how he denied them access to the captured members of Al Qaeda. Which means, of course, that the panel never had a chance to conduct its own interviews. Tenet even denied them permission to conduct second-hand interviews with the CIA interrogators, which Kean and Hamilton felt were needed to "to better judge the credibility of the witnesses and clarify ambiguities in the reporting."[9] Ultimately, the commission was forced to rely on third-hand intelligence reports prepared by the CIA itself. Many of these reports were poorly written and incomplete summaries[10] which, according to the co-chairs "raised almost as many questions as they answered."

In order to resolve the many uncertainties the commission prepared a list of questions, which they then submitted to the CIA. The questions covered a range of topics, such as the translations from the Arabic, inconsistencies in the detainees' stories, the context of the questioning, how the interrogators followed up certain lines of questioning, and the assessments of the interrogators themselves. But the CIA's response was less than helpful. In their article Kean and Hamilton state that "the [CIA] general counsel responded in writing with non-specific replies." This is a bland way of saying that the agency stiffed the panel. Not satisfied, Kean and Hamilton made another attempt to gain access to the captives, but were again rebuffed during a head-to-head meeting with Tenet in December 2003. For this reason the ambiguities and other questions went unresolved and still flaw the commission's final report. Yet, as I have indicated, the more serious problem was the panel's lack of access to begin with, a problem that was by no means obvious until the recent story broke in the mainstream press. As we now know, Kean and Hamilton had inserted a caveat in their report (on page 146) conceding that they were denied access to the witnesses. Most readers, however, probably pass right over it without understanding its awful significance. I know I did, the first time I read the report.

The latest unraveling also came with a twist. Not even Porter J. Goss, CIA Director at the the time, knew that the tapes had been destroyed. That decision, as noted, was made by Jose A, Rodriquez, the CIA's Director of Operations­­­as in covert operations. According to the Times, Goss was angered to learn he had been left out of the loop.[11] But Goss declined to make a public statement. What are we to make of this? Why was the CIA chief kept in the dark about the destruction of evidence deemed vital to the 9/11 investigation? This is just as shocking as the destruction of the tapes because it points to a disconnect in the chain of command. Was the CIA's covert branch, long notorious for staging rogue operations, up to its old tricks? Are there loose cannons at Langley still?

The 9/11 Commission Report was packaged and sold to the American people like some trendy product. The US media has told us countless times it is the definitive version of the events of September 11, and in 2008 most Americans probably take this for granted. When something is repeated enough times on television people begin to believe it whether it is true or not. This is what happens when mass marketing is made to serve a political agenda. We witnessed a similar phenomenon during the run-up to the 2003 US invasion of Iraq, when President G.W. Bush's mantra about Saddam's Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and his supposed links to Al Qaeda were drummed into the brain of every American. Today, of course, we know different. None of it was true. Yet, on the eve of that war a Washington Post poll found that 70% of Americans believed that Saddam was responsible for 9/11. The case is a sobering example of the power of the corporate media to shape public opinion with­­­let us call it by its true name­­­propaganda.

OK. It is now 2008. Is America prepared to face reality? The 9/11 Commission's lack of direct access to the captured members of al Qaeda can only mean that the official 9/11 investigation was fundamentally compromised from the outset. No other conclusion is possible, given the latest disclosures. In their recent article Kean and Hamilton do not repudiate their own report, at least, not in so many words. But they come close. They insinuate that the CIA's stonewalling now calls into question the veracity of key parts of the official story, especially the plot against America supposedly masterminded by Khalid Shiekh Mohammed and approved by Osama bin Laden. Until now, the nation has assumed that all of this was soundly based on the testimony of the captured al Qaeda operatives, several of whom supposedly confessed. This is the story told in the 9/11 Commission Report. However, when you probe more deeply you discover the devil lurking in the details. I personally believe there was a plot by al Qaeda to attack America. Yet, without independent confirmation about what the captives actually confessed to, precisely what was said and by whom, indeed, whether they confessed at all, there is absolutely no way for us to know how much of the official story is true and how much was fabricated by the CIA for reasons we can only guess.

For all that we know, the entire story is a pack of lies. It comes down to whether the CIA is telling the truth. Should we believe them? Another important question is: How did the miscarriage of a lawful process of discovery happen, given that Congress invested the 9/11 Commission with the authority to subpoena evidence?

Philip Shenon's New Book

Now, in February 2008, along comes a new "tell-all" book by Philip Shenon with much to say about the above, and some answers.[12] His book's sub-title, The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Commission, sounds very promising. Nor does the author fail to deliver. Shenon covered the 9/11 Commission for the New York Times and over the course of the investigation he personally interviewed many of the commissioners and staff. His book is an overnight best-seller, and for good reason. It is a well-written expose and affords our best look yet at what went on behind-the-scenes. Instead of burdening us with his personal opinions, Shenon plays the role of reporter, and describes what happened through the eyes of the commissioners and staff. The book provides valuable insights into why the investigation failed.

Of course, we already knew large parts of the story. We knew about National Security Adviser Condoleeza Rice's incompetence, for example, and about the serious conflicts of interest on the commission, particularly in the case of Philip Zelikow, who served as the panel's executive director. In that capacity Zelikow controlled many facets of the investigation, including the scheduling of witnesses and the vital flow of information between the staff and commissioners. Zelikow also edited (and, no doubt, doctored) the final report. In addition to being a long-time confidante of Rice, with whom he coauthored a book, Zelikow served on Bush's transition team and even drafted a national security strategy paper that became the basis for the Bush administration's attempts in late 2002 to justify the coming war against Iraq. It is hard to believe that Kean and Hamilton, who claim their goal was to lead a nonpartisan investigation, would have knowingly hired such a man­­­a neocon­­­to manage the day-to-day affairs of their panel. According to Shenon, it only happened because Zelikow failed to report the full extent of his ties to the Bush administration when he submitted his resume for the job. If Zelikow had been more forthcoming he would have been instantly eliminated from consideration. But this hardly excuses Kean and Hamilton for failing to properly vet the candidate.

Shenon's most important revelation is sure to fuel the unraveling process. Shenon names CIA Director George Tenet as one of the government officials whom the commissioners and staff were certain had lied during the hearings.[13] Tenet gave testimony on three occasions (in addition to the private meetings with Kean and Hamilton) and in each of these hearings the CIA Director suffered from a faulty memory, frequently responding with "I can't remember." Initially, the commissioners were inclined to be sympathetic and gave the director the benefit of the doubt. (Tenet's supporters at the agency reportedly made excuses for their boss: George could not remember because he was dead-tired, physically exhausted from dealing with the war on terrorism, and suffering from sleep deprivation­­­not getting enough shuteye.[14] Poor old George.) But gradually the tide turned. By Tenet's third appearance it was obvious to everyone he was perjuring himself.

Curiously, there no mention of this spectacle in the 9/11 Commission Report. Why not? Kean gave the reason at the panel's first public hearing in New York City, when he said: "Our...purpose will not be to point fingers." The comment was not well received. According to Shenon, it prompted a rumble in the audience, including sneers from the families of the victims who wanted those officials responsible to be held accountable.[15]

It is important to understand that when Tenet stiffed the commission he was carrying on a time-honored Langley tradition. For the first 25 years of its existence the CIA functioned entirely outside our constitutional framework of government. Like it or not, this is the disturbing reality. The state of affairs prevailed until the Watergate era when the Church hearings exposed a laundry list of criminal activities by the CIA, such as domestic spying, the assassination of foreign leaders, the overthrow of governments, plus the nasty habit of deceiving Congress. The Church hearings shocked the nation and led to the creation of House and Senate intelligence committees to provide the democratic oversight that was sorely lacking. At any rate, that was the intent. But as with so many good ideas it never worked as expected. The CIA soon found ways around the oversight process. This is not surprising when you consider that the agency's expertise is clandestine operations. Today, the Intelligence Committees in both houses are widely viewed as a joke, and despite a chorus of denials from the agency and its admirers the perception is undoubtedly correct. To his credit, Shenon touches on the problem. The author mentions that one of the commissioners, former Senator Slade Gorton (R-WA), once served on the Senate Intelligence Committee but quit in frustration because of the lack of any serious business. Said Gorton: "I felt it was a useless exercise­­­I never felt I was being told anything that I hadn't learned in the Washington Post."[16] Does such an agency deserve our trust and respect?

As to why Kean and Hamilton did not make more aggressive use of their authority to subpoena evidence, Shenon's answer is not very satisfying but rings true. The co-chairs were overcautious because they wished to avoid a legal showdown that would drag out in the courts.[17] A legal stalemate threatened to delay their investigation beyond the mandated deadline, which in their view would have been tantamount to a Bush victory. It was a huge mistake, however. Had Kean and Hamilton stood tough and issued blanket subpoenas early in the investigation as their legal counsel advised, the inevitable showdown in the courts would have worked in their favor. Bush and Tenet would have been perceived­­­correctly­­­as obstructing the investigation and would have come under increasing pressure and scrutiny. That sort of confrontation would have served the discovery process and the cause of 9/11 truth. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. This helps to explain why the official investigation failed in its stated objective: "to provide the fullest possible account of the events surrounding 9/11."[18]

Although Philip Shenon supports the official narrative, his research was so narrowly focused that his rather casual discounting of "conspiracy theorists" can do no harm to the 9/11 truth movement. (Here, of course, "conspiracy theorist" means anyone who does not agree with the official conspiracy theory.) Judging from his book, Shenon appears to be genuinely unaware that in 2007 the evidence shifted decisively in favor of the "conspiracy theorists." It is ironic that, whatever his personal views, his book is likely to speed the unraveling process.

The showdown with the CIA, though long delayed, appears to be developing as I write, and it portends­­­I believe­­­a coming shift in the terms of the debate, away from the previous discussion about the incompetence of officials and "security failures" to more grave issues. But how this important drama will be played out remains unclear. Obviously, a new legally empowered investigative body is urgently needed, since the 9/11 Commission no longer exists. While there are many reasons to worry about the future­­­­we have entered the most dangerous time in our history­­­­the good news is that, once begun, the unraveling process is irreversible. It moves in only one direction: forward. As in the famous nursery rhyme, the official reality is falling apart and the pieces will never be put back together again.

The Clinton Syndrome

Real-life events of the more or less recent past, could read like a super-hypped fiction book. The problem? Big-time book publishers are not inclined to tell the factual truth about the murder of JFK and a lot of other happenings.

Why? Simple.. The publishing cartel, made up of just a few handfuls of mega-corporations, like the rest of the oil-soaked, spy-riddled monopoly press, is not inclined to disturb the well-planted fairy tales of our era.

This non-fiction story could begin at the time Hillary Rodham Clinton, Vincent W. Foster, Jr., and Webster Hubbell were lawyer-strategists for a firm providing worldwide bank computer software services.

In retrospect, some claim there were "trap doors" built in to some of the software so that spying could be done on banks, both friend and foe. Of course, the firm denied it was occurring.

For various reasons called "The Rabbi", Foster was more or less the kingpin. All three were tight with the Espionage Establishment.

In the 1980s, Foster became the "mystery man" in the purloining of vast amounts of super-secret U.S. military missile codes. Friends of the U.S., Israel became the beneficiary of secrets relating such as to Iraq. Since Iraq regularly threatened harm to Israel, maybe these "secrets" should have been routinely shared with Israel.

No one within the U.S. bureaucracy was prepared to later explain how Jonathan Pollard, a low-level naval analyst, was able to walk right through security with such large quantities over a period of time of secret documents each having built-in devices to trigger off alarms.

All this happened while Foster law partner Hillary was wife of the Arkansas Governor,Willam ROCKEFELLER Clinton. [As to ROCKEFELLER Visit www.skolnicksreport.com, series on "Wal-Mart and the Red Chinese Secret Police".]

For the first few months of the Clinton White House, Foster was Chief Deputy Counsel. The FBI Director, William Sessions, had a very elite team investigating corruption of both top Democrats and Republicans, Most would consider that a forbidden task.

On flimsy and ridiculous accusations, Sessions was sacked in July, 1993. The very next day, Foster was murdered. Each with different reasons, Bill and Hillary were part of the cover-up calling the Foster death a "suicide". He was found dead in a Civil War Memorial Park laying next to a cannon. The site is part of an area next to the American CIA headquarters in Virginia under twenty four hour satellite imaging surveillance. Every blade of grass is observed. The satellite imaging showed his dead body was moved from near the White House parking lot to Fort Marcy Park.

So there were images available to immediately disprove that Foster was a "suicide". [The National Reconnaissince Office, NRO, is in charge of such imaging. The head of that program, Daniel Potter, was later murdered to silence him.]

Because of Clinton domestic policy blundering, Clinton was faced in 1994 with a Republican majority in Congress. He offset this by having prior knowledge, and permitting a federal office building in Oklahoma City, to be blasted apart with multiple explosions, internal and external. [See "The Final Report" mentioned later.] 169 died as a result, including numerous children in the federal office building nursery for employees' children. Bill Clinton falsely publicly blamed it all on "domestic militias" threatening to "overthrow the U.S. Government"

Questions remain about the role of domestic surrogates acting for or with several thousand Iraqi militingsary defectors resident in Oklahoma City, brought into the U.S. by Daddy Bush knowing full well some were double agents.

[Timothy McVeigh's Chief Criminal Defense Counsel, Stephen Jones, in a little-mentioned 185 page petition in a higher court prior to trial raised these issues from both the open public court and the secret court record. I was one of the first after the multiple bombings to publicly raise the question of domestic dissidents as surrogates for Iraqi military defectors implicated in the bombings. Some 2,000 Iraqi ex-soldiers with their families reside in and around Oklahoma City funded and paid for as to housing and expenses by the U.S. Government.

By 1996, there were several scandals possible to burst from just below the surface to wreck Bill Clinton.

[1] Appointed by Bill, U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Ron Brown, had secretly arranged with Bill's blessings, U.S. financial, industrial,and MILITARY secrets to be conveyed to Red China.

Ron Brown told close friends he is not going "to take the fall" for Bill Clinton. Brown was facing federal criminal indictments. Brown went on a business trip to Yugoslavia with a planeload of engineering company executives promoting European business.

A small airport expecting the plane had their key employee under orders to intentionally move over the guide-in beam. On April 3, 1996, t he plane crashed into a hill. Of those onboard, only two survived. A woman stewardess who walked from the plane apparently uninjured. She somehow arrived at the hospital dead, her main artery mysteriously having been cut.

The airport official? What happened to him? Shortly after the crash, he was found shot in the chest, supposedly a "suicide". In violation of procedure, the U.S. Military and others conducted no aircrash investigation, writing off the aircrash as merely "an accident". And, of course, there was no inquiry into the airport employee's "suicide". And shortly after this "suicide", another airport employee was found dead, likewise explained away as a "suicide".


A whistle-blower later in a U.S. government laboratory showed a camera picture from the x-ray of Ron Brown's head, showing he had been shot through the top of his head with a .45 caliber weapon. For daring to speak out, the picture maker was fired and black-balled. [Search google.com "Ron Brown" for stories about the assassination of Ron Brown, such as one by WorldNetDaily.]

Ron Brown was a partner in the very clout-heavy lobbyist firm headed by Tommie Boggs, son of Congressman Hale Boggs (D., La. and having been a member of the Warren Commission as to the death of JFK.) who disappeared in a plane flight to Alaska after having made public statements expressing misgivings of the Warren Commission conclusion that Oswald was the "lone assassin".The Congressman disappeared , October, 1972, a monh before Nixon was re-elected President. The Congressman's daughter, Cokie Roberts, later falsely said her late father was satisfied with the Warren Commission statements.

At the same time Ron Brown was murdered, his partner, Tommie Boggs, was the victim of an attempted assassination. [Tommie was no angel. According to a story in the Wall Street Journal in 1982, Tommie Boggs was the lobbyist for Central America Death Squad leaders.

[2] Somewhere embedded in U.S. History is the tradition that if the Commander-in-Chief is to be arrested for treason, that the ones to do it have to be the Navy and Naval Intelligence. So a group of dissident Admirals and Generals was formed. In military jargon called "flag officers", they had compiled proof that under the Uniform Military Code, they are authorized to arrest their Commander-in-Chief for treason. If he has them arrested for mutiny, the flag officers, if not assassinated, would prove at Courts Martial, that Clinton committed treason, aiding and abetting sworn enemies of the United States of America. Namely, that Clinton and a gang of confederates were conveying U.S. financial, industrial, and MILITARY secrets to the Red Chinese Secret Police. Further, that Clinton, like his predecessors, was allowing, permitting, condoning, and acquiescing in, that the Red Chinese Secret Police were, with impunity, operating in sizeable numbers. on U.S. soil. And were committing mischief and murders to the detriment of the U.S.

Moreover, from time to time in the White House, Clinton was breakfasting with Wang Jun, the head of the Red Chinese Secret Police. Of course, there were conflicting interests in the situation. Purported "Independent Counsel", Kenneth W. Starr, supposed to be investigating the wrongdoing of Bill Clinton and Hillary, was the UNREGISTERED foreign lobbyist for the Beijing Red Chinese government. And even moreso, Starr had as a private law client, the selfsame Wang Jun.

So, the Clinton Justice Department, at any moment, could wreck Starr and have him arrested.

For security purposes, the dissident "flag officers" went out of uniform and were sheltered by French authorities in a Paris suburb. Seldom, if ever, mentioned. The French played a crucial role in assisting General George Washington cause the surrender of the British army at Yorktown. By the later Treaty ending the American Revolutionary War, there is a secret proviso, that France is to have the rights for ever, to come on U.S. soil with open or clandestine military force and intelligence operations, by way of assisting their bound-in-blood ally, the American people.

So, when Britain invaded America again, in the War of 1812, French troops aided America in driving the British off our soil, after the Brits in 1814 had burned down the U.S. Capitol. Many thousands of dead brave French troops are buried in the U.S.

So, as to Clinton, the dissident "flag officers" amounted to upwards of twenty four. Their team leader, according to historical tradition, was the highest naval officer in uniform, Admiral Jeremy Boorda, Chief of Naval Operations. Those that assassinated Boorda, on May 16, 1996, using two different caliber weapons, no doubt took especial delight that they had snuffed out an "American Jew", and thus had fulfilled their bloodlust revenge because "The Jews killed Jesus" and that "The Jews" were plotting against the rest of the world.

Another "flag officer", dissenting against Commander-in-Chief Clinton's treason was General David McCloud, head ot he Alaska Military District. Assassinated by a sabotaged plane crash, McCloud had been in a position to know what the American CIA and FBI had done to coverup what was done with Congressman Hale Boggs and his fellow airplane pasenger, Congressman Nick Begich,Sr. (D., Alaska) when their plane was crashed and seized by a highly secret U.S. group in Alaska. By the way, WHO drove Cong. Boggs to the airport? Why a young man named Clinton.

So by assassinations, the patriotic military coup, attempting to counter Clinton White House treason, was aborted.

[3] After the murder of Vincent W. Foster, Jr., his widow, Lisa, on January 1, 1996, married an Arkansas Federal Judge, James Moody. [She had previously leaned on Bill Clinton to make her new intended husband a Federal Judge in Arkansas.] The Judge and his son Neil moved into the Foster residence. The new stepson was curious. In the absence of his parents, he from time to time rummaged through the home pursueing rumors that the house had records somewhere linked to reasons why Bill and Hillary covered up the murder of Vincent W. Foster, Jr.

It was late August, 1996. The stepson had struck gold! He had records relating to the reasons Bill and Hillary had ulterior motives to falsely accept the conclusion that Foster was a "suicide".

Scheduled for Chicago was the Democrat Convention. The found documents could be revealed on the first Tuesday of the Convention. After all, some fifteen thousand journalists and media moguls and technicians were expected to be there.

A press conference by the Foster stepson would destroy Clinton. No doubt, the only other good choice for President candidate would be Albert Gore, Jr. The stepson contacted independent-minded journalists in Chicago who advised him to hold a Convention press conference upon very short if any notice, so as to be on the safe side.

The stepson did not mention to these journalists that he also contacted Washington Post hotshot Bob Woodward who promised one million dollars for the story.

The stepson had no understanding of the realities and dangers of the monopoly press. The stepson, still wet behind the ears at 29, bragged to his young pals he was about to become a millionaire. And that Bob Woodward told him that the Washington Post would go to press just about the time before the Tuesday Democrat Convention blockbuster press conference, and that Woodward would deliver him a certified check for the one million dollars.

On the Sunday before the supposed scheduled Tuesday press statement, Neil Moody drove his car to the parking lot of a pancake restaurant and there met Bob Woodward. Others in the parking lot heard shouting and screaming coming from the car with the stepson and Woodward. Some of the stepson's pals were nearby.

Suddenly, Woodward got out of the car with the stepson hollaring at him, and Woodward shouting back and slammed the door. The car took off.

The police later discovered the car, with the stepson dead at the wheel, and the auto smashed up against a cement abutment. Interviewed by the Chicago independemt-minded journalists, the local police said they cannot figure out how the car got that way. It was physically impossible, they said, for the car, on its own to get into that position. They said that the only way the car could be there as if some OTHER car slammed into the stepson's car at great speed and pushed the car into the cement abutment.

So the treacherous Bob Woodward, a creature of the intelligence apparatus, apparently was the pilot fish to put an end to the stepson's dream of getting one million dollars for the secrets of Vincent W. Foster, Jr.

[4] In July, 1996, a group of elite French intelligence officers had completed their work in the U.S. They had proof of Bill Clinton's treason with the Red Chinese Secret Police. This data was useful to support the dissident American flag officers from time to time taking refuge in a Paris suburb.

These French intelligence operatives and their team leader were scheduled to take off from New York bound for Paris on TWA Flight 800. Of the upwards of 60 French nationals on Flight 800 were eight or more of the team. Was their team boss fore-warned? He refused to join them on Flight 800.

An Israeli flight of El Al was supposed to be in the slot for take-off. Instead, Flight 800 took off and shortly thereafter was hit with two missiles. They came up from the water from a former Soviet submarine, by 1996 owned by Iran, with a Russian mercenary crew. Some contend the operation was also orchestrated by a renegade group of The Mossad, Israeli Intelligence.

The missiles caused the plane to blow up and all on board died and the plane parts ended up on the bottom of the ocean. With fore-knowledge and so much as ordering it to happen, Clinton in the beginning refused to order a U.S. dredge operation to get up pieces from the ocean bottom. So, the French gathered a crew of some 300 technicians, and just as they were set to take off for New York, Clinton relented. He ordered a vast dredge operation.

From the way the plane pieces ended up on the ocean bottom, it was clear some external weapons had shot off the front of the plane.

Pieces by pieces, as retrieved, were located in a high-security warehouse operated by the FBI.

Later, the FBI accusd an investigative reporter of somehow getting from that warehouse certain pieces of the plane which he apparently had a laboratory analyze. The reporter's conclusion was in a book contending missiles hit Flight 800. "The Downing of TWA Flight 800" by James Sanders. Also appearing on our Chicago-based public access cable TV program, Sanders contended the FBI wants to jail him because of the publication of his book. He asserts residue of missiles is on some piece of the plane retrieved from the bottom of the ocean.

Bill Clinton did not want any suspicious data showing foul play brought down Flight 800 to come out before his 1996 expected re-election as President. About a week after the re-election, Pierre Salinger made a highly controversial statement from Paris. For some years previous he had been stationed there as ABC TV Network Chief Foreign Correspondent. [It was in the period after 1988-89, when the American CIA subsidy had been transferred from CBS to ABC, to help fund ABC's overseas news bureaus. for intelligence gathering not news gathering.]

Salinger could be manipulated. Having been Press Chief in the John F. Kennedy Administration, Salinger knew plenty of JFK assassination secrets. After that period, he lost a great deal of money in a Bermuda venture. Some claim he should have been prosecuted and jailed for fraud and swindle. So he took up residence in Paris.

Salinger's post -1996 election statement was that a U.S. warship, the USS Normandy, a guided missile cruiser, was part of a mock exercise offshore New York and by mistaken friendly fire shot down Flight 800. NBC right after his press release immediately heckled him down, riddling him with impolite so-called "questions" usually reserved to confront "enemies". Some later claimed the Salinger episode was disinformation by him to sidestep the Clinton order to take down that plane because it had French intelligence operatives with documents proving Clinton committed treason.

The several hundred eyewitnesses who saw missiles coming up from the water to Flight 800 were not allowed or asked to testify at hearings of the highly politicized, conflict-of-interest trap, called the National Transportation Safety Board.
The NTSB and the FBI released a flood of big lies, that Flight 800 was downed because of a defect in a fuel chamber being ignited somehow.

[5] Instrumental in much of the foregoing has been Rahm Emanuel. In various of my prior website items, we mentioned how he raised three million dollars, by apparent blackmail, to jump-start Clinton's presidential campaign starting in 1991.

Rahm Emanuel is an expert in blackmail which he politely refers to as "opposition research". For the first couple of years of the Clinton White House, Emanuel, as White House advisor, had an office desk right up against the door to the Oval Office. He once bragged about this on a local TV Program in Chicago.

He has been the Acting Deputy Chief, for North America, of The Mossad, Israeli Intelligence. During the first Persian Gulf conflict, Emanuel, with dual U.S./Israeli citizenship, went to Israel to serve in their intellience and defense forces. [Emanuel is no stranger to political assassination. His father was reputedly part of the Israeli assassin team that murdered Sweden's Count Bernadotte, part of a U.N. team in Palestine in 1948.]

About 1994, leaving Clinton White House service, Rahm Emanuel became Managing Director of Wasserstein, Perella Company, He and they were reputed experts in money laundering huge amounts of illicit funds, through the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, for the Red Chinese Secret Police. The clandestine funds reportedly came from secret weapons transactions in which Red China, Israel, and others participated, as well as from stolen and smuggled gold dealings for and on behalf of reportedly international swindler Marc Rich. Other secret Red Chinese funds came from the selling of human body parts harvested from political prisoners in Red China, condemned to death as their heart, lungs, kidneys, livers, and such were needed, for example, by Rockefeller's hospitals at the University of Chicago, a center for such transplants.

To attempt to get the corrupt treasonous stink off themselves, Wasserstein, Perella with Rahm Emanuel, merged into Dresdner Bank.

Some time previous, the district was represented by Cong..Dan Rostenkowski, who became a defrocked Congressman having been sent to federal prison for embezzling funds from the private bank of the House of Representatives.

Through family links, Emanuel is tight with those in Hollywood. That is what we call, by the German word, Hofjuden, Royal Court Jews who do the bidding of royalists, such as the British Monarchy which has been from before World War Two, pro-Nazi and tied to Adolf Hitler. They anger Christians in that the movie -makers fail and refuse to produce any movies depicting holocausts against Christians such as perpetrated by Soviet butcher Josef Stalin.

"Rosty" as he is called,, was a sizeable stockholder in a Chicago-area bank, Garfield Ridge Trust & Savings Bank that reportedly was a transit point and money laundry link from the CIA dope funds from the Mena, Arkansas dope airport and the Mena Bank owned by the Clinton-Bush linked ethnic Chinese Riady Family also financially linked to Ron Brown. According to published reports, the Riadys apparently had one or more of their people as officials of the Commerce Department .linked to Ron Brown. The funds from Mena went up through Rosty's bank and then, reportedly, to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, laundered as some other supposed transactions, benefitting Bill Clinton, Daddy Bush, and Ollie North jointly with Marc Rich, the international swindler headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.

Aiding and abetting these political and financial gangsters has been Michael Chertoff. As a key official in the Criminal Division of the Justice Department, Chertoff played an important role in falsely designating the death of Clinton White House Deputy Counsel Vincent W. Foster, Jr., as a "suicide" when there was covered up pleny of evidence including satellite imaging, showing Foster was murdered.

Chertoff as Chief Counsel of a Senate investigating committee supposedly inquiring into the criminality of Hillary Rodham Clinton, reportedly sabotaged his own work to corruptly protect Hillary.

To help the American Gestapo go forward, White House occupant and resident George W. Bush has appointed Chertoff head of Homeland Security. Chertoff has previously demonstrated his suitability for all this by being an ostensibly corrupt Federal Appeals Judge.

The patriotic military coup to arrest Commander-in-Chief Clinton for treason was aborted by political assassinations of at least ten of the dissident "flag officers".

Now a much larger group of "flag officers" vows to grab their Commander-in-Chief George W. Bush for treason, as authorized by the Uniform Military Code. Rogue Satellite's Rotten $10B Legacy

That satellite that’s due to be shot down this week was bad news, even before it got off the ground. The failed orbiter, USA-193, is widely believed to be part of a classified surveillance in space program known as Future Imagery Architecture, or FIA. And FIA is known as one of the biggest defense-technology boondoggles in recent history — "perhaps the most spectacular and expensive failure in the 50-year history of American spy satellite projects," The New York Times once wrote.

FIA was originally supposed to be a constellation of satellites using electro-optical and radar sensors to "gather clearer and more-frequent images — even at night and when there is a cloud cover — of enemy military activity than current satellites can,” the Los Angeles Times notes. Initially scheduled to launch in 2005, FIA looked like it might become the “most expensive program in the history of the intelligence community,” according to Globalsecurity.org.

When Boeing won the FIA contract, back in 1999, it was something of a coup. Lockheed was the country’s big satellite builder, not Boeing. As the Los Angeles Times observes, the company "had little experience manufacturing satellites with optical lenses that can take close-up pictures from space of objects on the ground.”

Google To Store Patients Health Records

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Google Inc. (GOOG) (GOOG) will begin storing the medical records of a few thousand people as it tests a long-awaited health service that's likely to raise more concerns about the volume of sensitive information entrusted to the Internet search leader.

The pilot project to be announced Thursday will involve 1,500 to 10,000 patients at the Cleveland Clinic who volunteered to an electronic transfer of their personal health records so they can be retrieved through Google's new service, which won't be open to the general public.

Each health profile, including information about prescriptions, allergies and medical histories, will be protected by a password that's also required to use other Google services such as e-mail and personalized search tools.

Google views its expansion into health records management as a logical extension because its search engine already processes millions of requests from people trying to find about more information about an injury, illness or recommended treatment.

But the health venture also will provide more fodder for privacy watchdogs who believe Google already knows too much about the interests and habits of its users as its computers log their search requests and store their e-mail discussions.

Prodded by the criticism, Google last year introduced a new system that purges people's search records after 18 months. In a show of its privacy commitment, Google also successfully rebuffed the U.S. Justice Department's demand to examine millions of its users' search requests in a court battle two years ago.

The Mountain View-based company hasn't specified a timetable for unveiling the health service, which has been the source of much speculation for the past two years. Marissa Mayer, the Google executive overseeing the health project, has previously said the service would debut in 2008.

Contacted Wednesday, a Google spokesman declined to elaborate on its plans. The Associated Press learned about the pilot project from the Cleveland Clinic, a not-for-profit medical center founded 87 years ago.

The clinic already keeps the personal health records of more than 120,000 patients on its own online service called MyChart. Patients who transfer the information to Google would still be able to get the data quickly even if they were no longer being treated by the Cleveland Clinic.

"We believe patients should be able to easily access and manage their own health information," Mayer said in a statement supplied by the Cleveland Clinic.

The Cleveland Clinic decided to work with Google "to create a more efficient and effective national health care system," said C. Martin Harris, the medical center's chief information officer.

Google isn't the first high-tech heavyweight to set up an online filing cabinet in an effort make it easier for people to get their medical records after they change doctors or health insurance plans.

Rival Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) last year introduced a similar service called HealthVault, and AOL co-founder Steve Case is backing Revolution Health, which also offers online tools for managing personal health histories.

The third-party services are troublesome because they aren't covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPPA, said Pam Dixon, executive director of the World Privacy Forum, which just issued a cautionary report on the topic.

Passed in 1996, HIPPA established strict standards that classify medical information as a privileged communication between a doctor and patient. Among other things, the law requires a doctor to notify a patient when subpoenaed for a medical record.

That means a patient who agrees to transfer medical records to an external health service run by Google or Microsoft could be unwittingly making it easier for the government or some other legal adversary to obtain the information, Dixon said.

If the medical records aren't protected by HIPPA, the information conceivably also could be used for marketing purposes.

Google, which runs the Internet's most lucrative ad network, typically bases its marketing messages on search requests and the content on Web pages and e-mail contained in its computers.

It's not clear how Google intends to make money from its health service. The company sometimes introduces new products without ads just to give people more reason to visit its Web site, betting the increased traffic will boost its profits in the long run.

Cross Dressing Bush Judge Resigns

That I find this story so hilarious probably says more about me than the cross-dressing federal judge in question, but as they say these days, it is what it is. The punch line is probably the best part.

[Federal Judge Robert] Somma worked in private practice for years in Boston before he was appointed to the bench by President Bush in December 2004.

Yes, the fact that Bush appointed him as a federal bankruptcy judge does crack me up, but let’s start at the beginning.

Somma’s Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan hit a pick-up truck from behind about 11:29 p.m. on Feb. 6, the police report said. No one was hurt.

Somma, who lives in Newbury, Mass., fumbled in his purse for his driver’s license before handing it to the officer who later arrested him, the police report shows.

“He had a difficult time locating his license in his purse. He passed over it multiple times before removing it,” officer Paul J. Thompson wrote in his report.

The officer offered no other details with regard to the judge’s attire or accessories. Nor would representatives of the Manchester Police Department or the city solicitor’s office, which worked out the negotiated plea agreement with Somma’s lawyer…

But lots of other people did offer those details, of which Audrey Hepburn would have been proud.

When authorities removed him from the vehicle, they said he wore a black women’s cocktail dress, fishnet stockings and high heels.

But in his mug shot, the judge appears to be wearing blue eye shadow. Way to wreck a really chic look, Robert.

And where, you might ask, was the judge going that night dressed that way?

Somma told police he had been at the Breezeway Pub where he had one gin and tonic about two hours earlier, the police report reveals. He later said he drank two gin and tonics.

The Breezeway Pub, at 14 Pearl St., bills itself as “New Hampshire’s favorite gay and alternative bar,” according to its web site.

The arresting officer reported Somma smelled of alcohol, slurred his speech and fell backwards against the door frame while getting out of his car.

The Boston-based judge chose the bar in question, according to local rumor, because his wife, Wendy, was out of town and no one knew him in New Hampshire. Sounds like Wendy is pretty cool, though.

“I suspect that he will not be interested in talking to anyone from the newspaper, and I’m his wife,” said a woman who answered the telephone at the judge’s home yesterday. She referred media calls to Gary H. Wente, chief administrative officer for the First Circuit Courts.

Somma showed his sense of style to the end. He phoned in his resignation from a vacation spot in the Caribbean. If I were him, I think I’d just stay there.

Texans Protest NAFTA Super Highway

As Senators Clinton and Obama prepared to debate in their state, Texans were marching in protest over the NAFTA superhighway known as the Trans-Texas Corridor, or I-69, the primary purpose of which is to speed the delivery of goods coming in from Mexico to proposed inland ports.

The TTC is planned to span the state of Texas from Laredo, on the Mexican border, to Texarkana, on the border with Arkansas, to continue north to Canada. The projected cost is $183 billion over fifty years, with no American companies expressing interest in financing it.

With no public approval required to begin construction, repeated calls against the TTC at public meetings, with seldom a word of support, may easily go unheeded.

"This is about international--global companies that are coming in and having their way with our politicians," says Terri Hall of TexasTURF. "It doesn't matter what does to the people in the path," she continues, "it doesn't matter what it does to our way of life..."

"Citizens here," says an unidentified man at a public hearing, "are not going to bear the burden so Wal-Mart can get their cargo into the U.S. cheaper and faster."

Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) is among opponents of the TTC, doubting the intentions of those planning its construction. He cites millions of acres subject to eminent domain, which the state promises to use against landowners who protest, and also notes that he has yet to encounter a person that supports the TTC.

"Frankly," says Texas Department of Transportation's Phil Russell, "we're in a different day and age right now, and the way we built our roadways fifty years ago simply isn't keeping up with the congestion that we're seeing here in Texas now."

"This is really messing with Texas," quips an incredulous Lou Dobbs to anchor Bill Tucker. "You can't tell me that Governor Rick Perry and the head of the Department of Transportation down there--that they're dumb enough to say that, because all of this traffic's coming out of Mexico, that Texas citizens should be funding the highway that is needed as a result of that traffic. That's absolutely idiotic."

"If people are putting up with this nonsense from their state government, and Governor Rick Perry, and their Department of Transportation," Dobbs continues, "these aren't the Texans that I know, and who I respect mightily."

NORTHCOM Furthers NAU Police State Agenda

The criminals in the U.S. government are continuing the push for a militarized North American Union police state. According to an announcement on U.S. Northern Command’s web site, an agreement has been signed between U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and Canada Command (CANADACOM) that allows the military from either nation to support the armed forces of the other during a civil emergency. This agreement helps to further erode the sovereignty of both nations by allowing a foreign military to support that nation’s military during any type of civil emergency. Essentially, Canadian military forces would be allowed to support U.S. military forces during a declaration of martial law. This is just another step towards the formation of a North American Union martial law apparatus which USNORTHCOM unveiled with the public release of their Vision 2020 document. The Vision 2020 document outlines plans for USNORTHCOM to seek closer ties with various military institutions, government bodies and private entities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico leading up until the year 2020.

U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, and Canadian Air Force Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais, commander of Canada Command, have signed a Civil Assistance Plan that allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency.

“This document is a unique, bilateral military plan to align our respective national military plans to respond quickly to the other nation's requests for military support of civil authorities,” Renuart said. “Unity of effort during bilateral support for civil support operations such as floods, forest fires, hurricanes, earthquakes and effects of a terrorist attack, in order to save lives, prevent human suffering and mitigate damage to property, is of the highest importance, and we need to be able to have forces that are flexible and adaptive to support rapid decision-making in a collaborative environment.”

“The signing of this plan is an important symbol of the already strong working relationship between Canada Command and U.S. Northern Command,” Dumais said. “Our commands were created by our respective governments to respond to the defense and security challenges of the twenty-first century, and we both realize that these and other challenges are best met through cooperation between friends.”

The plan recognizes the role of each nation's lead federal agency for emergency preparedness, which in the United States is the Department of Homeland Security and in Canada is Public Safety Canada. The plan facilitates the military-to-military support of civil authorities once government authorities have agreed on an appropriate response. U.S. Northern Command was established on Oct. 1, 2002, to anticipate and conduct homeland defense and civil support operations within the assigned area of responsibility to defend, protect, and secure the United States and its interests.

Similarly, Canada Command was established on Feb. 1, 2006, to focus on domestic operations and to offer a single point of contact for all domestic and continental defense and security partners.

The two domestic commands established strong bilateral ties well before the signing of the Civil Assistance Plan. The two commanders and their staffs meet regularly, collaborate on contingency planning and participate in related annual exercises.

If the establishment was really supportive of protecting U.S. national sovereignty why on earth would they allow USNORTHCOM to establish an agreement with Canada that allows their military to support our military during civil emergencies? This is a direct violation of each nation’s sovereignty and another obvious step towards a North American Union.

Clearly, the U.S. government is ratcheting up their plans for martial law and using the phony threat of homegrown terrorism as an excuse to implement their militarized police state agenda. The threat of martial law is finally now being reported in the establishment media. The San Francisco Chronicle recently ran a report on plans for martial law which covers important issues such as Bush’s NSPD-51 which makes the president a dictator during a catastrophic emergency, HR 1955 which classifies thought crimes as potential terrorist acts, KBR detention centers, the Military Commission Act and more. We broke the NSPD-51 and HR 1955 stories last year and both have been major topics of conversation in the alternative media for quite sometime.

There is no question that the U.S. government is preparing for martial law domestically, but the long term goal is to establish a martial law apparatus for North America. They are merely beginning the implementation of what has been announced in the Vision 2020 document. There is little question that this deal between USNORTHCOM and CANADACOM is another step towards forming a North American Union that is ruled by a militarized police state.

An astonishing journal paper. 1 November, 1993. FASEB Journal, volume 7, pp.1381-1385. Authors—Stephan Dirnhofer et al. Dirnhofer is from the Institute for Biomedical Aging Research of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. A quote from the paper: "Our study provides insights into possible modes of action of the birth control vaccine promoted by the Task Force on Birth Control Vaccines of the WHO (World Health Organization)."A birth control vaccine? What? Yes. A vaccine whose purpose is to achieve non-pregnancy where it ordinarily could occur.Sterilization? "In 1995, a Catholic human rights organization called Human Life International accused the WHO of promoting a Canadian-made tetanus vaccine laced with a pregancy hormone called human choriogonadotropic hormone (HCG). Suspicions were aroused when the tetanus vaccine was prescribed in the unusual dose of five multiple injections over a three month period, and recommended only to women of reproductive age. Amtrak Steps Up Police State Measures

WASHINGTON (AP) — Amtrak will start randomly screening passengers' carry-on bags this week in a new security push that includes officers with automatic weapons and bomb-sniffing dogs patrolling platforms and trains.

The initiative, to be announced by the railroad on Tuesday, is a significant shift for Amtrak. Unlike the airlines, it has had relatively little visible increase in security since the 2001 terrorist attacks, a distinction that has enabled it to attract passengers eager to avoid airport hassles.

Amtrak officials insist their new procedures won't hold up the flow of passengers.

"On-time performance is a key element of Amtrak service. We are fully mindful of that. This is not about train delays," Bill Rooney, the railroad's vice president for security strategy and special operations, told The Associated Press.

Nor will the moves require passengers to arrive at stations far in advance, officials said. Passengers who are selected randomly for the screening will be delayed no more than a couple of minutes, Amtrak chief executive Alex Kummant said.

"We're very conscious of the fact that you're in an environment where commuters have minutes to go from train to train," he said.

Concern about Amtrak security has been mounting since the 2004 bombings of commuter trains in Madrid that killed 191 people. Trains also have been bombed in London, where 52 people were killed in a series of blasts in 2005, most of them on subway trains, and in Mumbai, India, where 200 people were killed in 2006 on commuter trains. Russia also has had several bombings on subway, commuter and long-distance trains.

The new procedures draw heavily on measures being used in the New York City subways, Rooney said. That model has been upheld in court challenges, he noted.

Amtrak plans to roll out the new "mobile security teams" first on the Northeast Corridor between Washington and Boston, the railroad's most heavily used route, before expanding them to the rest of the country.

The teams will show up unannounced at stations and set up baggage screening areas in front of boarding gates. Officers will randomly pull people out of line and wipe their bags with a special swab that is then put through a machine that detects explosives. If the machine detects anything, officers will open the bag for visual inspection.

Anybody who is selected for screening and refuses will not be allowed to board and their ticket will be refunded.

In addition to the screening, counterterrorism officers with bomb-sniffing dogs will patrol platforms and walk through trains, and sometimes will ride the trains, officials said.

Tim Connors, director of the Center for Policing Terrorism at the Manhattan Institute, said rail systems require a completely different approach to security from the one used in aviation.

"Rail moves a lot more people than air does," he said. "It's designed to be an open system that can move a lot of people fast."

One of Congress' biggest advocates for passenger rail, Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., said the security initiative makes sense as long as it doesn't cause delays.

"Given that terrorists have chosen passenger rail as one of their targets of choice, provided this doesn't slow things down or require additional longer lines and waits, this plan is certainly worth trying," he said in a statement.

Connors said random screening could be effective.

"A random approach is actually more effective than a constant one," he said, adding that when procedures don't change, it's easier for would-be terrorists to find weak spots.

Amtrak hopes the new force can serve as a powerful deterrent to would-be terrorists.

"What we are trying to do is make sure the bad guys know we're out there but don't know where we'll be, or when," Rooney said.

Amtrak did not provide figures for the program's cost, but said its total security budget — including police, security strategy and emergency preparedness — is about $60 million. The railroad has about 400 security personnel, including about 300 sworn police officers, Kummant said.

Amtrak's previous passenger screening consisted of sporadic identification checks by train conductors, which the railroad says it plans to continue. Passengers also are required to show ID when buying tickets from station agents, though there is no such requirement from passengers buying tickets from self-serve kiosks.

The Transportation Security Administration is also expected to continue sporadic deployments to stations around the country.

Amtrak has received a number of federal grants aimed at boosting security, but officials said there was no specific mandate to implement the changes.

"There is no new or different specific threat," Kummant said. "This is just the correct step to take."
