A greater military commitment now is necessary if we are to achieve long-term success in Iraq. John McCain agrees with retired Army General Jack Keane that there are simply not enough American forces in Iraq. More troops are necessary to clear and hold insurgent strongholds; to provide security for rebuilding local institutions and economies; to halt sectarian violence in Baghdad and disarm Sunni and Shia militias; to dismantle al Qaeda; to train the Iraqi Army; and to embed American personnel in Iraqi police units. Accomplishing each of these goals will require more troops and is a crucial prerequisite for needed economic and political development in the country. America's ultimate strategy is to give Iraqis the capabilities to govern and secure their own country."
Hello Jeff -- The above is from McCain's own McCain 2008 website. It is easy to see what his agenda is going to be. And it is equally easy to see
that the more US troops in Iraq the greater the insurgency (resistance).
Let's take some of these issues:
'Train the Iraqi Army?' We have been doing that for years. It it isn't trained by now, it is hopeless.
Halt sectarian violence? These sects have been fighting for hundreds of years what makes Mr. McCain think he can flood American troops into Iraq to stop such violence? Bribery works far easier.
Next and very important, to 'embed American personnel in Iraqi police units'? That would mean Americans would take orders from Iraqis?
How long would all this go on for? A hundred years or more, apparently.
Al Qaeda and other resistance groups will continue to bring troops into Iraq, and find plenty of willing participants in the country. The longer Americans are in Iraq, the more Iraqis, even those who at one time favored the overthrow of Saddam, want America out of their country.
Now, as for McCain claiming to lower taxes? Who is going to pay for this troop buildup...and '100 years of war'? Someone pays for this, and it is us the taxpayer.
Just how is Mr. McNasty going to build up troops and equipment while lowering taxes? Has anyone ever asked him?
I would love to hear how this would be accomplished.

Hillary Clinton has rebounded in the Democratic race, partly by delivering bruising blows to her opponent, but the imminent release of her White House schedules could give Barack Obama fodder for attacks of his own.
Clinton has struggled with questions about the records from her years as first lady that remain unreleased, despite requests filed under US freedom of information laws. No evidence has surfaced thus far to suggest the records would prove embarrassing to Clinton, but the long delay in their release has stoked speculation and prompted Obama backers to challenge her support for government transparency.
During the most recent Democratic debate, Clinton depicted the current administration as complicit in the delay — prompting George Bush's aides to direct blame back at Clinton.
The final word came this week from the national archives, which is clearing Clinton-era records for release to the conservative interest group Judicial Watch. The group has sued to gain access to Clinton's papers from the 1990s and was promised 10,000 pages of her White House schedules in advance of a court hearing scheduled for March 20.
The schedules are a potential treasure trove for Obama. The Illinois senator has hammered Clinton for refusing to release her tax returns, while her aides have fired back at Obama for releasing only one year of his requests for the controversial spending projects known as "earmarks".
The archives told Judicial Watch that Clinton's phone logs would take one to two years to be cleared for public release, a delay the rightwing group called "ridiculous". Its records request was filed three months after the archives began accepting them.
Still, the 1990s documents have remained sealed for nearly two years while a representative for the Clinton family examines them. The group is seeking records from the former first lady's ill-fated task force on healthcare reform via a separate lawsuit.
While the tense Democratic race threatens to rage at least until the Pennsylvania primary on April 22, Republican nominee John McCain has a head start in raising money and lining up supporters.
McCain's efforts to woo the Republican base remain shaky, however. Ten conservative senators chose the hour of Bush's endorsement of their nominee to release a package of hard-line immigration bills — playing up McCain's more liberal approach to the issue.
One prominent Democratic senator responded by driving a wedge between McCain and the right, challenging the nominee to disown his colleagues' proposals.
"[I]t is important for Senator McCain to define his position on this cynical Republican effort," said Robert Menendez, who has endorsed Clinton for president.
"The mainstream of America knows full well that the immigration system is broken, but they also recognize that an unbalanced, narrow approach won't fix it."
A Democratic-leaning political group called the Campaign to Defend America (CDA), organised under the same financial rules as the 2004 pro-Bush group Swift Boat veterans for truth, also joined the fray.
The CDA began airing $1m worth of television adverts yesterday that lambaste McCain as an extension of Bush, dubbing him "McSame".

Moxie and Muscle—Jewish And Catholics Politicos Behind Immigration Enthusiasm
Congressional voting patterns on immigration policy differ strikingly according to the religious affiliation of the elected official. Jews and Catholics are the strongest immigration enthusiasts. It’s an update of the old saying about the Mafia: Jews provide the moxie (money/media support), Italians (Catholics) the muscle (votes). In contrast, Presbyterians, as a group, are the strongest advocates of immigration restriction.
Episcopalians, with about as many federal legislators as Jews, present a paradox. In the U.S. Senate, they are decidedly pro-immigration. But in the House, they are decidedly pro-restriction (at least relative to the generally disgraceful standards of federal politicians). This may reflect the fact that it takes a lot more money to run a Senate race, so there is a lot more need to sell out to win. This is part of why, as a progressive, I personally think we need publicly funded elections and a lifetime ban on Senators taking money from any source other than their Senate salary/pension—even if it means paying these folks as well as they do in Singapore…and I would treat infractions even more harshly than they do there.
But also the pool of Episcopalian members tends to reflect all the people who were ever confirmed as Episcopalians, many of whom have never been active in that denomination as adults and may even have other religious affiliations—as, apparently, John McCain now does. [VDARE.COM NOTE: On June 9, 2007 he was Episcopalian, on September 16, 2007 he was a Baptist. (His wife Cindy is a Baptist, as are their children.) He happened to be in South Carolina, campaigning against Mike Huckabee, when he said he was a Baptist.]
To some extent, Episcopalian is still the safe default mode denominational affiliation in America.
Also paradoxically, religious groups at the poles of the immigration debate have the highest ratio of Senate representation compared to their proportion of the overall U.S. population. Specifically, Episcopalians are 10 times as common in the U.S. Senate as in the general population, Jews 4.6 times as frequent, and Presbyterians 8.46 times as frequent.
Methodists, LDS (Mormons), and Congregationalists all have slight over-representation ranging of 3.54, 2.6, and 4 times their proportion of the general population. Baptists, Lutherans, and Catholics have a level of representation roughly equivalent to their numbers in the general population. (I left some religious groups with only one Senator or a small number of Representatives out of this study.)
Roman Catholics, Jews, Presbyterians, Baptists, Methodists, Episcopalians, LDS,(Mormons) Congregationalists and Lutherans are the religious "power groups" in the U.S. They constitute 84% of the Senate—and just 42% of the general population, twice their numbers in the population as a whole. The other 58% of the population is represented (religiously) by just 16% of the senate. That ratio is also present in the House, which was supposed to reflect the population "in miniature".
At the other extreme, some 14.1% of the US population professes no organized religion. There aren't any Senators who admit to that. (Four Congressmen do bravely list "unspecified".) Unquestionably, the religious denominations claimed by legislators exaggerate the reality of their active membership.
Americans for Better Immigration is an immigration restriction group that rates congressional voting records. The average congressional grade is a (shameful) C (2.0), which indicates support for one of the laxest immigration policies in the world.)

Judges Getting The Message

Four children including two brothers were killed, and 12 others were hospitalized with injuries, in Minnesota last week when a van reportedly ignored a stop sign and barreled into a school bus. The driver of the van, who did not speak English or have a valid driver's license, was charged with homicide.
Authorities described the driver as an illegal alien using a phony name. She had pled guilty in 2006 for driving without a license.
For years, courts and lawyers have intimidated towns from protecting themselves against the invasion of illegal aliens. In 2006, Escondido, California backed away from its housing ordinance to curtail leases to illegal aliens and even agreed to pay $90,000 in legal fees to plaintiffs challenging the law.
Last summer, a federal court slapped down an attempt by Hazleton, Pennsylvania to penalize employers and landlords who hire and lease to illegal aliens. Hazleton had been hit by an influx of illegal aliens and victimized by some of their shocking crimes.
But in August, Newark, New Jersey, no stranger to violence, was shaken by the brutal murder of several college-bound teenagers who were harmlessly enjoying music at a playground. The victims were black, and the perpetrator was an illegal alien from Peru who had been previously charged with raping a five-year-old girl but released despite his obvious illegal presence in this country.
Another imported crime is driving too fast the wrong way on highways, with the headlights turned off, in order to escape detection while smuggling drugs or people. Several deadly crashes resulting from this practice have been reported.
The American people's outrage at law violations by illegal aliens was heard loud and clear by the Senate when it defeated the amnesty bill last year. Now, even judges may be getting the message.
In December 2007, a federal judge in Oklahoma upheld an Oklahoma law requiring state contractors to determine and verify the immigration status of new hires. Judge James H. Payne threw out a legal challenge to the law.
Less than two months later, in January 2008, federal Judge E. Richard Webber emphatically ruled against illegal aliens who had sued to overturn a similar ordinance enacted by Valley Park, Missouri, a town near St. Louis. The court upheld the ordinance, which was directed at employers who were hiring illegal aliens.
The third strike against illegal aliens came in February when federal Judge Neil V. Wake rejected each and every argument challenging a new Arizona law that imposes penalties on businesses that knowingly hire illegal aliens. He dismissed the claim that federal law somehow ties the hands of state and local governments seeking to protect their own citizens.
These three decisions in three different parts of the country included both Republican and Democratic-appointed judges. In the term loved by the mainstream media, there is now bipartisan judicial support for state and local legislation against illegal aliens.
Law Professor Kris Kobach says these decisions give "a green light to other communities" seeking to pass similar ordinances.
The mayor of Hazleton, Lou Barletta, vigorously supported his city's ordinance cracking down on illegal aliens. Despite being vilified by liberal Pennsylvania newspapers, he won nearly 95 percent of the vote in his Republican primary for reelection last year.
But that wasn't all! In the same election, he also won the Democratic nomination on a write-in vote, defeating the leading candidate in the Democratic primary by a stunning 2-to-1 margin.
In the Arizona case, the court noted the research of Harvard economist George Borjas, who concluded that hiring illegal aliens depresses wages for legal workers because the illegals accept lower pay without benefits. Those hardest hit are uneducated legal workers, who lost $1.4 billion in 2006 in the form of lower wages in Arizona alone.
The nine months between now and the November election give states, cities and towns ample time to do what Congress has failed to do: protect us against the lawless entry of illegal aliens. That means penalizing employers who hire illegal aliens and landlords who lease to them.
It is long overdue for our public officials to rid the U.S. of imported crimes and to stand up for our legal workers, especially the poorly educated ones who need an entry-level job to start building their lives. Now that we have a green light from the courts, states and cities should proceed full steam ahead to protect us from illegal aliens.

On January 24th, 2008, United States Department of (USDA) Agriculture Secretary Chuck Conner announced the availability of $74.5 million in emergency funding to combat the light brown apple moth (LBAM) infestation in California (1). This announcement comes in conjunction with the release of the California Department of Agriculture's (CDFA) expanded aerial spray zone, which includes the entire cities of San Francisco, Oakland, Berkley and many others.

More than two million people who live in these and other targeted cities are scheduled to be exposed this spring or summer to chemicals that that have never been tested on humans or animals before.
When I learned that Santa Cruz, my previous hometown was to be aerially sprayed, I was in a state of shock. This was followed by a long period of disbelief. Larry Hawkins, a spokesman for USDA, which is working with CDFA on the moth eradication, said the East Bay Area will be included in future treatments. So we have a federal agency, the USDA, telling millions of people that they will be sprayed. This announcement comes without any democratic process.

Deputy head of the National Iranian Oil Company for international affairs says Iran has completely dropped dollar in its oil sales.
“We issue invoices in dollars and agree with clients that the letters of credit and other means of payment will have a non-dollar basis,” he said.
In an interview with The Financial Times, Hojjatollah Ghanimifard said that over the past three months, Iran has received 75 percent of the proceeds from its oil sales in euros and the remaining 25 percent in the Japanese currency, yen.
Analysts are of the view that Iran’s oil revenues have enabled the country to bear the costs of UN sanctions and US attempts to prevent dollar transactions through third party banks.
Ali Shams-Ardakani, head of the energy committee of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce, said the move away from the dollar was “absolutely right” and was economically justifiable on the grounds that it helped prevent losses due to the fall in the value of the US currency. “It should have happened much earlier,” FT quoted him as saying.
Ghanimifard did not deny there have been some problems for Iran in opening letters of credit but did not elaborate on the extent of the problem or which banks were involved.
“Sanctions could not harm our exports and those banks that have problems issuing letters of credit for our clients are the ones that lose income,” he said, insisting that trying different channels did not cost Iran “even one single cent”.
“We understood that money does not exist only in the west,” Ghanimifard said.

Having made the mistake of confirming Michael Mukasey as US attorney general, the Democrats again find their efforts to hold Republican government officials accountable for illegal and unethical behavior stonewalled by the Department of Justice [sic] and blocked by the Brownshirt tactics for which the Bush Regime is now infamous.
White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolten and former White House counsel Harriet Miers were found in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with subpoenas and refusing to cooperate with congressional committee investigations of the Bush Regime’s political firings of eight Republican US attorneys. The eight fired US attorneys declined to politicize their offices by investigating only Democratic officials and ruining their election chances with leaks from "investigations" designed to smear their reputations.
Mukasey gave House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the majority Democrats in Congress the finger and refused to refer the House of Representatives charges against the two Bush Regime operatives to a federal grand jury for investigation. Following the now established practice by the Bush Regime, Mukasey told the speaker of the House that members of the executive branch are above the law and are not accountable to the US Congress, formerly a co-equal branch of government under the US Constitution in the days now past when the executive branch felt obliged to abide by the Constitution.
Mukasey boldly asserted in his letter to Congress that Miers and Bolton are immune from congressional subpoenas and, thereby, their "noncompliance did not constitute a crime." According to Mukasey, "The contempt of Congress statute was not intended to apply and could not constitutionally be applied to an executive branch official who asserts the president’s claim of executive privilege." The way matters stand in America today, the executive branch can falsely prosecute, frame-up, and imprison members of Congress and governors of states at will, but itself cannot be held accountable to law.
Pelosi herself was instrumental in making the executive branch unaccountable to Congress or to law when she declared impeachment of Bush to be "off the table." This declaration by the speaker of the House has effectively released the Bush Regime from any accountability, just as the Enabling Act released Hitler from any accountability to the Reichstag, the German constitution, or statutory law.
Pelosi herself was instrumental in making the executive branch unaccountable to Congress or to law when she declared impeachment of Bush to be "off the table." This declaration by the speaker of the House has effectively released the Bush Regime from any accountability, just as the Enabling Act released Hitler from any accountability to the Reichstag, the German constitution, or statutory law.
Moreover, the case for impeaching Bush and Cheney — indeed the entire administration — is by far the most powerful and necessary case for impeachment that has ever existed. By declaring Bush unimpeachable, Pelosi is giving away Congress’ only remaining power to prevent tyrannical rule by the executive branch. If Bush is above impeachment, every future president will be as well.
The Democrats naively believe that just one more year and the Bush Regime horror will be gone. But that is not the case. No matter who is the next president, the Bush Regime has established that the executive branch is no longer a co-equal branch of government. It is the primary branch, armed with unaccountability and the discretion to consult with other branches of government if it so wishes. The US Congress cannot give up the powers it has given up during the Bush years and ever expect to get them back.
The US Congress cannot conspire in Bush’s destruction of US civil liberty and expect a future restoration of civil liberty.
Republican federal judges who have aided and abetted the rise of an executive branch dictatorship cannot expect the judiciary to continue as a check on the unconstitutional and illegal behavior of the executive branch.
The Bush Regime, with the complicity of Congress and the judiciary, has destroyed the American constitutional system. For the Brownshirt Republicans only THE AGENDA is important. Law, Constitution, separation of powers, truth, decency, honor — all of these things and any others in the way of THE AGENDA are dispensable.
While neoconservatives used 9/11 to pursue American and Israeli hegemony, Republicans used 9/11 to pursue executive branch hegemony. Whether or not Republicans can hold on to the executive branch through election theft or declaration of national emergency, the power that they have accumulated in the executive branch will remain. In the November 2006 congressional elections, voters gave Democrats control of Congress in order to rein in the Republican administration, but by then Congress had been reduced to an impotent branch of government and has proven to be incapable of reining in even an unpopular president with a 19 percent approval rating.
If a regime that has come to be despised and deplored by a majority of Americans and the world can ride roughshod over law and the Constitution, constitutional government obviously has no future in America.
Pelosi says the House of Representatives is going to file a civil suit against the Bush administration for refusing to help it enforce its subpoenas.
Who does Pelosi think is going to prosecute the suit — the politicized Republican US attorneys? The Republican federal judges who have helped to create the unaccountable executive?
The White House branded Pelosi’s request for a federal grand jury to enforce the House subpoenas "truly contemptible." Pelosi’s House Republican colleagues dismissed her request as "a partisan political stunt." White House spokesman Tony Fratto played the fear card and denounced Pelosi for trying to investigate loyal Americans instead of passing legislation that makes Americans safe by allowing the executive branch to spy without warrants. House GOP leader John Boehner’s spokesperson accused Pelosi of making Americans unsafe by "pandering to the left-wing fever swamps of loony liberal activists."
The only power the House has left is impeachment, and Pelosi is too frightened to use it. Why is the speaker of the House afraid to use the power the Constitution gives her to remove from office a president who deceived Congress and the American people, who violated US and international law, and who is a clear and present danger to American liberty, to the US Constitution, and to peace and stability in the world?

Having continuously read your articles and Casper Updates on the Fourwinds10.com Web Site, I have decided it is time to strike out and enlighten you to the truth. However, I must undertake this in a careful manner because, 1). A very large percentage of what I know is classified "Top Secret", 2). One of our number has already been assassinated, 3). A further assassination attempt was undertaken on another of our number some 3 months after 2), above, 4). My life and the lives of my family would be in jeopardy if this information was known to have come via myself.
Your stories have a degree of truth, but there are some mistruths which seem to be guiding you in the wrong directions and leading you away from the real truth, so I will therefore reveal to you certain facts, yes facts, that most are "Secret" but some are, or should be verifiable.
I will start with the Leo Wanta Funds, for which we need to go back in time to the era of Ronald Reagan's Presidency.
Reagan implemented a very secretive group of top people, which was totally under his control. This group consisted of Seven (7) top people (I was later informed, but not verified that it was Eleven people. not Seven). There were also Two (2) Presidential Decrees on this matter, which were subsequently classified "Top Secret" and are only accessible by a few at the very top of the US hierarchy.
The constituted task of this group was to STEAL the assets of the Combined Internal Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility, by whatever means were deemed necessary or required. This meant, lies, deceit, plunder, destruction of records, plus many other things, including and above all, murder, assassination of those who stood in the way.
The group of seven were charged with putting together teams to actually carry out the group's mandate.
Leo Wanta was one of these people.
The "group"¯ (as I will call them) illegally obtained and fraudulent used, assets of the Durham Trust, of which V.K.Durham is the Senior Trustee. The trust does not own the assets they hold, they are only custodians of the assets. Durham Trust is actually owned by another Trust above it, which is owned by another Trust above that, which is owned by Foundation Divine. Foundation Divine is a Foundation owned by the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility, and is a primary Foundation as Custodians of the assets of the accounts.
The fraudulent use of the assets illegally gained by the "group" were to generate funds used in the destabilisation of the then USSR. Billions were generated, from which US Dollar Notes were printed. These were not ordinary US Dollar Notes. There were differences on the front and rear of the notes, meaning they were actually fake US Dollars. The physical US Dollar Notes were moved into the USSR and the Ledger entries on the US Accounts (The hidden ones that no one ever sees) remained.
What US Dollar Notes that were sent to Russia, remained after the collapse of the Soviet Empire, remained in Russia (They cannot be used outside Russia), whereby some are stored, even to this day, in 4 x 40 ft Railway Containers sited at a large railway yard in the south of Moscow.
There were various countries and Presidents of Countries that were involved in all of this, some innocently, some deliberately. All these Governments and Presidents executed agreements with Reagan's Government to split any remains of this illegal wealth generated by fraudulent means, once the USSR had fallen.
From the Ledger accounts, the US Government have extracted all their costs (plus more), which leaves a balance to be split between Nations, based on the Agreements with Reagan's Government. These accounts are disbursed throughout the world into numerous International Banks as the amount is too great for one bank, but also to hide same from public eyes. It is these accounts and the contents of these accounts that everyone is referring to the Wanta Funds, and the very same (or a percentage of) accounts that Leo Wanta is claiming he owns because everyone strongly believes that no one owns them, and Wanta is claiming them. Other members of the "group" have since died, as far as I am aware, leaving Wanta the sole survivor of the "group"¯.
In reality, and under International Law, Wanta does not own, nor can legally claim ownership of the surplus funds remaining on these accounts, and neither does any Country / Nation hold any legal right to these funds under the illegal Agreements executed under the Reagan Government. Wanta is not, and can never be, the saviour of the World with these funds as the funds originated from the illegal use of assets fraudulently acquired from the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility, via the Durham Trust, whereas the surplus funds legally belong to the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility.
This is where G.W.Bush Jnr., and his cronies are in trouble. They cannot authorise release of the funds as they do not hold the authority, or any signatory rights, over the Combined International Collateral Accounts, to do so. At the same time, and there are two prominent points here, successive US Governments from 1963, following the execution of the Green Hilton Treaty by President Kennedy and President Soekarno (Note: Kennedy was assassinated 10 days after the signing of this Treaty), refused to recognise the Combined International Accounts and the Green Hilton Treaty.
The second point here is that successive US Governments have continuously been stealing and plundering the assets of the Combined International Collateral Accounts, for their own purposes.
Therefore to sign off on the accounts in favour of Wanta would be illegal and fraudulent, which they will not do as they have been informed and are being watched carefully. To recognise the accounts as a Government would mean that they hold the responsibility, as a Government and Custodian of the assets, and must therefore ensure that any surplus must be credited to the Combined International Collateral Accounts, which for your information are held at the Federal Reserve, The US Treasury, The Swiss National Bank, The BIS, The Swiss Federal Banking Authority, with UBS being the Primary Custodian over all other banks.
This would mean that their little games of plunder and theft, to enhance their own financial standings and those of certain other covert groups, would come to an abrupt end and all of them would be held personally liable to the Combined International Collateral Accounts for the amounts, losses, or otherwise, involved with their continuous fraudulent activities. They are to say the least "Up the river, in a canoe, without any paddles", and the world ponders as to what happens next, not knowing the real truth.
In respect of the "World Court" as is quoted by you, I assume you refer to the International Court of the Hague. This being the case, there are again several points of issue. The first being that the US does not (deliberately I have to add) recognise the International Court and is not bound by any rulings it makes in respect of US Citizens, Government actions, or similar. The second point being that even the World Court (International Court) does not have the jurisdictional control over any factor related to the Combined International Collateral Accounts. The decisions of the Owner and Sole Arbiter of the Combined International Collateral Accounts, take precedence over all / any laws, or judicial decisions / judgements, of any other nation, any Supreme Court of any Nation, and even the International Court. This is all bound in "Secrecy" under numerous International Treaties executed by the Governments of the World as far back as 1910. There are no International Treaties in existence that dispel, withdraw, annul, make void, or similar, the rules as agreed to under International Treaties executed by the Nations of the World.
The J Lobby, are relishing in all of this fiasco, as it is doing for them what they want to achieve, without them doing anything. That is the collapse of the US Dollar, and subsequently all other Fiat Currencies of the World, leading the world to total disorder and the strongest possibility of World War III. Whilst all this in-fighting has been going on, the J Lobby has been acquiring most of the World's Gold, Silver, Platinum, plus other valuable commodities, land, property via foreclosures through their own banks, plus numerous other strategies to gain total power. It is that Power that will see the rest of the World's population become the slaves of the J Lobby, with or without a World War III. We are all being thrown backwards to Medieval Times and people like G.W. Bush Jnr and his cronies, which includes G.W.Bush Snr, are perpetuating this by their own illegal and fraudulent activities against the Combined International Collateral Accounts, which by the way is the only means left in the world today that can save the world from this mayhem and possible World War III, but whilst these accounts, their existence, and their use for the World and its people are being denied by the US Government, The President, his cronies, The US Treasury, The Federal Reserve, and many others, including the top International (J owned) Banks who are also Custodians, the fiasco will continue.
Coming back to the very Countries / Nations who executed Agreements with the Reagan Government, many are fully aware of the situation and are equally as guilty of denial as the US Government, GWB and the cronies them selves. All they want is the money for their own pockets as payment for their support to Reagan is destroying Russian Communism. Japan, U.K. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgian, Holland, Norway, are just some of those Nations, now add in other primary Nations and some higher tier Secondary Nations and a few Lower Tier Secondary Nations, and you have it all in a Nutshell. One big International con job operated and initiated by the very top people of world Government society, which has gone wrong, all because the real truth has never been revealed by the US. A deliberate act of International Sabotage.
Do not make the mistake of saying that the IMF or World Bank are openly on the side of the International Courts and the so-called creditor Nations. They too are all part of the scam, and they want what they think and believe what they are entitled to.
For your information the Gold possessed by the IMF is not owned by them. It was passed to them by the US who gain an annual rental / lease fee from the IMF. Again another illegal and Fraudulent act by successive US Governments, as they do not own the gold either. The Gold is part of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility that the US and other Colonial Powers have been illegally using and denying its existence, for decades. I can advise you in the strongest possible way that NO authority has been given, or will be given, by the Owner / Sole Arbiter of the Combined International Collateral Accounts, for the IMF to sell any of its Gold stocks as that belongs to the World and its people.
This is reality. The World is being mislead by these fantasies of Wanta and his cronies, and robbed daily of it's future by the illegal activities of every successive US Government, President and Friends, since 1963.

One last point. The Queen's Gold, stolen by the US. Yes it was stolen and Tony Blair played a senior part of its theft (Isn't that the reason he was appointed a US Envoy with Full Diplomatic Immunity, so he could never be brought to justice on it). However, the Queen does not own the Gold that was stolen. The Queen is Custodian and also a signatory to some accounts of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility, as was Princess Diana, as is Prince Charles and other prominent members of the Queens Court and British Hierarchy. The Queen is furious, bloody furious, because she, as Head of State and Head Custodian, is responsible under the terms of Custodianship.

Sunnis make merry on US's dime

WASHINGTON - For months, US President George W Bush and General David Petraeus have been touting the program of recruiting tens of thousands of Sunnis into US-financed "Awakening Councils" as a master stroke of Iraq strategy which has weakened al-Qaeda in Iraq and helped reduce sectarian conflict through "bottom-up reconciliation".
But the mainstream Sunni insurgents who have been fighting al-Qaeda appear to have outmaneuvered US strategists by using the councils to pursue their interests in weakening their most immediate enemy, reducing pressures from the US military and establishing new political bases, while continuing to mount attacks on US and Iraqi government forces.
The biggest question surrounding the strategy from the beginning

was whether the Awakening Councils - called Sahwa in Arabic - would be a haven for Sunni insurgents.
High-ranking US officers issued public assurances last year that former insurgents would not be allowed to enter the program, but last month, Iraqi government officials, including Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, began raising the specter of "infiltration" of the Awakening groups by al-Qaeda or "Ba'athists". Those are terms which have often been used by Shi'ite leaders to refer to the mainstream Sunni insurgents.
The US command responded by denying they have been infiltrated systematically by either al-Qaeda or other "extremists". At a February 17 press briefing, Rear Admiral Gregory Smith admitted that individual extremists may have infiltrated some units, but rejected the idea that any "complete unit" of the Awakening had gone "bad".
Nevertheless, by the end of 2007 it had become clear the Sahwa were dominated in many places by the Sunni insurgent groups, and US specialists were openly acknowledging it. The 1920 Revolution Brigades, a major Sunni armed resistance organization, is the primary element in the Sahwa in Diyala province as well as in parts of al-Anbar province. One commander of the Brigades, Abu Marouf, brought 13,000 of his fighters into the Sahwa in Anbar. His background as an insurgent commander is well known locally but has never been acknowledged by US officials.
Meanwhile, the 1920 Revolution Brigades also continues to wage war against US forces. In March 2007, it announced the creation of two separate military "corps", one of which, the "Iraqi Hamas", was clearly intended to continue military operations against the US in Diyala and other Sunni provinces.
The 1920 Revolution Brigades did not join a new "political council of the Iraqi resistance" formed in October to unify the Sunni armed organizations fighting the US occupation - at least in its own name. But the Iraqi Hamas "wing" of the organization, which continues to be affiliated with the parent organization, did join the new council.
The de facto security force in Amiriya district of Baghdad is under the command of Abu Abed, a former Iraqi army captain who led a unit of another major resistance organization, the Islamic Army of Iraq (IAI). He claims that the local Sahwa is drawn from both IAI and the 1920 Revolution Brigades. The IAI has distanced itself from Abu Abed, at least publicly, but that move should be understood in light of the great reluctance of Sunni armed organizations to admit they are cooperating overtly with institutions associated with the United States.
A recent incident in which US troops killed or detained members of the Sahwa during operations against insurgents suggested that the line separating the Sunni insurgents targeted by the US military and the Sunnis working with the US military was nonexistent.
On February 13, US forces carried out an attack on an insurgent target west of Kirkuk, killing six insurgents and detaining 15. But members of the local Awakening Council complained that the six people killed and some of those detained were members of the Sahwa.
One of those detained was the head of the local 700-member Sahwa and leader of the Baghzawi tribe.
Colonel Martin Stanton, who is in charge of reconciliation and engagement for the Multinational Corps-Iraq, acknowledged to the New York Times last December that the Awakening Council members came from the Sunni insurgency.
He described the Sunnis who joined the US paramilitary groups as having been "hammered" by both al-Qaeda and the United States. Stanton suggested that joining the Awakening groups was "probably a distasteful choice" for them, "because, after all, they viewed us as invaders, and they probably still do, but it was a survival choice and they made it".
Stanton had told investigative journalist Spencer Ackerman in November that the participants in the Awakening groups hadn't made "a fundamental break" with the insurgency.
Participation in the Sahwa appears to serve the interests of mainstream Sunni insurgent organizations at multiple levels. It has isolated al-Qaeda's "Islamic State of Iraq" (ISI) and associated jihadi groups, which in turn causes some guerrillas factions to come back to the mainstream insurgency.
It also may have reduced US military pressure on the Sunni nationalist insurgents. As the lines between pro-ISI and anti-ISI Sunni insurgents have hardened during 2007, US military operations have apparently focused more on ISI and the insurgents aligned with it and less on the mainstream insurgents fighting against al-Qaeda.
The US command in Iraq provides no data indicating how many of its operations are directed at each of its adversaries. But Dan Gouré, vice president of the Lexington Institute, a conservative Virginia think-tank, told Inter Press Service he estimates that the US military command in Iraq has been targeting ISI in 60% of its operations and other Sunni insurgents in 30% of them. The other 10%, he says, are focused on the Shi'ite Mahdi Army of Muqtada al-Sadr.
Insurgents are still mounting about 700 improvised explosive device (IED) attacks every month, according to the latest statistics issued by the US command. Although they are not broken down by source, the vast majority are certainly carried out by the same Sunni insurgent organizations that fight al-Qaeda and have contributed tens of thousands of men to the Sahwa.
Participating in the Sahwa also gives insurgent groups a new semi-legal political base. When the rape and murder of two Sunni women, allegedly by Shi'ite militiamen, provoked Sunni protests in Baquba against the government this month, hundreds of 1920 Revolution Brigades fighters belonging to the Sahwa demonstrated to demand the dismissal of the provincial police chief. The organization's spokesman in Baquba said they would "take up arms" against the police and US troops if their demands were not met.
One US colonel with long experience in Iraq told Lieutenant Colonel Douglas McGregor (Army retired), a senior fellow at the Straus Military Reform Project, that the Sunni insurgents' participation in the Sahwa may be a transitory stage in a "fight, bargain, subvert, fight approach" to achieving their long-term aims, as McGregor testified before a sub-committee of the House Foreign Affairs Committee on February 8.
Those aims include the complete withdrawal of US occupation forces and reducing the power of a Shi'ite-dominated government they believe represents Iranian interests in Iraq.
The Sunni insurgent strategy of flooding the US-sponsored paramilitary forces with their own fighters appears to make the Sunni insurgency stronger than ever. Far from being a device for "bottom-up reconciliation", the Awakening Councils have added powder to the powder keg of Sunni-Shi'ite tensions.

A new plan by a California lawmaker would allow schools to be used to promote the overthrow of the U.S. government, and let teachers in public district classrooms "inculcate in the mind of any pupil a preference for communism," according to a traditional values advocacy organization.
"Just when we thought the indoctrination in California's public schools couldn't get any worse, state lawmakers introduce bills that will further brainwash innocent children," said a statement from Capitol Resource Institute, a traditional values and family advocacy organization based in California.
"We're in California. Of course it has a chance of succeeding," CRI spokeswoman Karen England told WND. "These people get bolder and bolder every year."
Her organization, along with several others, already has been battling over lawmakers' orders, already placed in law, that public schools in the state teach nothing but positive messages about homosexuality, transsexuality, bisexuality and other alternative lifestyles.
Those plans are being challenged in court, by citizens' attempts to place the issue on the 2008 election ballot and by family advocates who say the best option is for families to abandon public schools for private schools or other alternatives.

Nevzlin being tried for murder

The former president of the Russian Jewish Congress is being put on trial in Russia for murder.
Proceedings against former Yukos co-owner Leonid Nevzlin, who now lives in Israel, are scheduled to begin March 4 in Moscow, according to the Web site Jewish.ru.
The Jewish businessman and philanthropist is being charged with the ordering of multiple murders committed between 1998 and 2002, including those of Moscow businesswoman Valentina Korneyeva and Nefteyugansk Mayor Vladimir Petukhov.
“Preliminary hearings in the matter will be put forth next Tuesday," said Anna Usacheva, head of the press service of the Moscow City Court. "In accordance with the law, those preliminary hearings will take place in a closed courtroom.”
Nevzlin's defenders say the charges are baseless and the trial is politically motivated.
Nevzlin, who fled Russia in 2003 as the Kremlin was beginning what many observers said was the politically motivated prosecution of his Yukos partner Mikhail Khodorkovsky, is expected to be tried in absentia. In Israel, Nevzlin is considered one of the country's wealthiest citizens.
The Russian Jewish Congress refused to comment on the trial.

Religious investors call for boycott of GM sugar

05-Mar-2008 - A coalition of ethical stock market investors have called on 63 US food, beverage and restaurant companies to stop using genetically modified (GM) sugar beet.
The coalition of nearly 300 faith-based investors with over $100bn in invested capital, which goes under the name of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR), has launched a web-based campaign against the planting of GM sugar beets from the April 2008 planting season.
The campaign, at www.DontPlantGMOBeets.org, claims that allowing GM sugar into the US food chain would affect thousands of the most widely consumed products in the US.
Among the companies being targeted by the campaigners are McDonald's, Campbell Soup, Kellogg, Kraft Foods, Sara Lee, PepsiCo and Hershey's.
The ICCR says it is concerned about sugar beets and other genetically modified crops because of "weak governmental review and oversight, and the lack of long-term, independent and peer-reviewed safety studies" - a concern more often seen among European consumers, who remain largely opposed to any GM crops.
Consumers visiting the site will be encouraged to print off a letter to send to the food companies concerned. It reads: "As a consumer, I am writing to urge your company to publicly oppose the spring 2008 planting of genetically modified sugar beets in the United States.
"You have the power to tell agribusiness firms that you won't buy sugar made from genetically modified sugar beets. You should know that I am among the more than 50 percent of Americans who avoid genetically modified foods if given a choice."
It ends: "I do not want to be 'forced' to eat genetically modified sugar either because it is sneaked into my food on an undisclosed basis or because it is added into virtually all food and beverages."
The new sugar beet strain, created by Monsanto, was approved by the US Department of Agriculture in March 2005, and is modified to be resistant to Monsanto's Roundup herbicide.
"If the sugar beets in question are planted, genetically modified sugar will enter the food supply in early 2009," said Leslie Lowe, director of the energy and environment program at ICCR.
"If the US companies at the focus of the new ICCR campaign use genetically modified sugar, their exports to the European Union will require documentation and testing, an additional cost and inconvenience.
"These companies face major potential backlashes if they do not act now to stop the use of genetically modified sugar from sugar beets. Not only can these companies send a clear signal that they will not buy, but they have done this sort of thing before."
She explained that, under pressure from consumers, McDonald's has already pledged not to use genetically engineered potatoes for its French fries, while General Mills does not use genetically engineered wheat and brewer Anheuser-Busch does not use genetically engineered rice.
"Campbell's Soup Co does not use genetically engineered tomatoes even though the company helped to develop such a tomato. Now, it is time for these companies and others to make it clear again that they are not going to try to sneak genetically modified sugar into the diets of Americans," said Lowe.
The increasing presence of GM crops in the US food chain has led to a growing 'resistance movement'.
Activists groups have filed a lawsuit in California calling for the USDA to review its approval of the GM sugar beet, while planting of Monsanto's alfalfa, also genetically modified to resist Roundup, has been delayed after a major campaign against the crop in 2006 calling for a federal environmental review.

Washington, DC—Many of the recent proposals to help homeowners facing foreclosure provide little relief for most of the families at risk of losing their home, according to a report from the Center of Economic and Policy Research. Under these rescues, taxpayers end up underwriting a bailout that could reap billions of dollars in profit for banks and mortgage holders.
The report, "Subprime Rescue Plans: Backdoor Bank Bailouts", examines the basic logic of these plans, focusing on the proposal offered by the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), to illustrate which parties stand to gain most if the government buys or guarantees bad mortgage debt.
“House prices have been falling at a 16 percent annual rate and will likely continue to fall. This means homeowners will build little or no equity throughout the duration of plans like this,“ said Dean Baker, author of the report.
This study shows that under these plans, homeowners will get to keep their house, but will be paying 85 percent more than if they rented a similar property. They will have little hope of accruing equity in a house that is falling in price and in which the initial terms of the mortgage have already put them underwater. Furthermore, depending on the rate of foreclosure, taxpayers could plausibly end up paying as much as $75,000 for each homeowner who stays in their home.
Under the OTS plan, falling house prices are particularly problematic, since a homeowner would need to accumulate enough equity to offset the bank’s loss on the initial mortgage before they can claim a dime for themselves. Since most moderate-income homeowners only stay in their house for relatively short periods of time (the median is four years), most will accumulate no equity at all.

WASHINGTON (March 3) - An outbreak of hepatitis C at a clinic in the Western state of Nevada might represent "the tip of an iceberg" of safety problems at clinics around the country, says the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The city of Las Vegas shut down the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada last Friday after state health officials determined that six patients had contracted hepatitis C because of unsafe practices including clinic staff reusing syringes and vials. Nevada health officials are trying to contact about 40,000 patients who received anesthesia by injection at the clinic between March 2004 and Jan. 11 to urge them to be tested for hepatitis C, hepatitis B and HIV.
In Washington, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, met Monday with CDC director Dr. Julie Gerberding, and the Democratic leader shared a media conference call with her after their meeting. Both strongly condemned practices at the clinic.
Health care accreditors "would consider this a patient safety error that falls into the category of a `never event,' meaning this should never happen in contemporary health care organizations," said Gerberding.
"This is the largest number of patients that have ever been contacted for a blood exposure in a health care setting. But unfortunately we have seen other large-scale situations where similar practices have led to patient exposures," Gerberding said.
"Our concern is that this could represent the tip of an iceberg, and we need to be much more aggressive about alerting clinicians about how improper this practice is," she said. At the same time, she said, inspectors also should continue "to invest in our ability to detect these needles in a haystack at the state level, so we recognize when there has been a bad practice and patients can be alerted and tested."
Reid said he would work with Gerberding to try to get the CDC more resources in an emergency spending bill Congress is to take up in April.
State health officials said they were unsure how many of the 40,000 patients they had been able to contact since making the risk public last Wednesday. At least initially they did not have correct addresses for 1,400, officials said.
The clinic's head, Dr. Dipak Desai, bought space in the newspaper the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Sunday in which he expressed "my deepest sympathy to all our patients and their families for the fear and uncertainty that naturally arises from this situation."
Desai offered no apology but said a foundation was being set up to cover testing costs. He also defended practices at his clinic, which performs colonoscopies.
"The evidence does not support that syringes or needles were ever reused from patient to patient at the center," Desai wrote.
A spokeswoman, Nancy Katz, declined Monday to comment further.
The Clark County district attorney is investigating, as are various health agencies, including the Nevada State Board of Nursing. Several lawsuits already have been filed and a hearing is scheduled Thursday before a Nevada legislative committee.
It may never be known how many people contracted hepatitis C because of unsafe practices at the endoscopy center, state health officials said. Brian Labus, head epidemiologist of the Southern Nevada Health District, said that because 4 percent of the population has hepatitis C, he expects to get numerous positive results after the at-risk clinic patients are tested and it may be impossible to determine which of those were infected at the clinic.
Of the six cases that health officials traced to the clinic, five happened on the same day and genetic testing was used to make the connection, Labus said.
Hepatitis C can cause fatal liver disease as well jaundice and fatigue, but 80 percent of people infected show no symptoms. Hepatitis B is a more rare and serious disease that attacks the liver.

In 2004, eleven Christians were arrested for peacefully protesting a gay pride parade in Philadelphia. You can watch their irreproachable actions on YouTube. Evangelicals across the nation were shocked. What kind of freedom do we enjoy if we can't even sing hymns at a public event?
Since then, more attention has been paid to "anti-hate" laws, which threaten to totally destroy our freedom. But still not enough. The injustice done to the Philly 11 has been repeated again and again since 2004. And, still, how many Christians even know about the Philly 11 or these other cases?
In New York State last July, seven Christians were arrested for silent prayer at a gay pride rally. A police officer warned them not to enter the public event or "share their religion." Within four minutes of entering the site and lying prostrate on the ground with Bibles, the Christians were arrested. They hadn't uttered a single word.
In Kansas, pastor Mark Holick was arrested for distributing flyers near a park hosting a homosexual festival. The city dropped charges after viewing a video that showed Holick's peaceful actions. Apparently the arresting officers were so indoctrinated by sensitivity training that they couldn't sense Holick's American rights.

Of course, it's even worse other places. Nations of Europe are also surrendering individual rights. In 2006, South Wales evangelist Stephen Green was arrested for handing out tracts.

Colin Hart of the Christian Institute said, "This was a very gentle leaflet. There was no use of words like "perversion". I have to wonder if churches, bishops and archbishops are now vulnerable to arrest for their views on homosexuality."
That Daily Mail piece warned, "The decision to prosecute Mr. Green is the latest in a series of police initiatives aimed against those who have expressed public disapproval of homosexual behaviour Another warning about future behaviour was delivered by Lancashire police who visited the home of a Christian couple after they complained about their local council's gay rights policies."
Imagine that meeting. You're at home having dinner one evening and the knock on your door turns out to be uniformed police. They inform you that you may be arrested if you keep criticizing the local government. What is this? North Korea? Nope. It's Wales, where they have tea and polo and cute princes. For all of Wales' apparent civilization, it's become a crime to speak out against aberrant sexuality or even criticize your government's "gay-friendly" policies.
On their website, the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith-creator of "anti-hate" laws and "hate crime" police training-helpfully reassures anyone worried that hate laws steal freedom. They suggest you might wonder if hate laws punish thought and answer blithely, "No. Hate crimes laws punish violent acts, not beliefs or thoughts - even violent thoughts. Hate crime statutes do not punish, nor prohibit in any way, namecalling, verbal abuse or expressions of hatred toward any group even if such statements amount to hate speech. It is only when the perpetrator crosses the line from speech to criminal action that hate crime laws might come into effect." Boy, isn't that reassuring.

Also in "Great" Britain, a Christian couple has been banned from providing foster care to young kids, because they refuse to agree to tell their charges that homosexuality is acceptable. Owen and Eunice Johns have been married 39 years and raised four children of their own, but the state has now declared them unfit because they won't submit to the state's dogma about sexual ethics!
When we see the fruits of "anti-hate" and bias crime legislation, only an idiot would believe the ADL's reassurances.

(NaturalNews) Androgen deprivation therapy, commonly used in the treatment of prostate cancer, may actually make cancer more likely to spread to other parts of the body, according to a study conducted at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and published in the journal Cancer Research.
Because prostate tumor growth is generally stimulated by male sex hormones, androgen deprivation therapy, in which those hormones are suppressed, is often given to patients in order to slow tumor growth.
Prior research has demonstrated that a protein called nestin tends to be produced by prostate cancer cells that have metastasized to other parts of the body. Nestin does not appear to be produced by cancer cells, however, in cases where the cancer has not spread.
Researchers experimented on androgen-dependent prostate cancer cells in the laboratory. When they cut off the cells' access to androgens, the cells increased their production of nestin.
The researchers then use the technique known as RNA interference to make the cancer cells less able to produce nestin. When the cells were transplanted into the bodies of mice, they were found to be less likely to spread to other locations than unmodified cells were. The nestin-production-hampered cells were also found to have a decreased ability to move through or around other cells when compared with unmodified prostate cancer cells.
The researchers did not find any evidence that levels of nestin had any impact on tumor growth.
"What all this suggests is that nestin levels increased when prostate cancer cells are deprived of androgens and may encourage the cells to metastasize," said researcher David Berman.
But the researchers warned that there is not yet enough evidence to advise the abandonment of androgen deprivation therapy as a treatment.
The study was funded by the Evensen Family Foundation, the German Cancer Foundation, the National Cancer Institute and the National Institutes of Health.
