Watergate-Era Judiciary Chief of Staff: Hillary Clinton Fired For Lies, Unethical Behavior

As Hillary Clinton came under increasing scrutiny for her story about facing sniper fire in Bosnia, one question that arose was whether she has engaged in a pattern of lying.

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.

Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.

Why?

“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

How could a 27-year-old House staff member do all that? She couldn’t do it by herself, but Zeifman said she was one of several individuals – including Marshall, special counsel John Doar and senior associate special counsel (and future Clinton White House Counsel) Bernard Nussbaum – who engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

Why would they want to do that? Because, according to Zeifman, they feared putting Watergate break-in mastermind E. Howard Hunt on the stand to be cross-examined by counsel to the president. Hunt, Zeifman said, had the goods on nefarious activities in the Kennedy Administration that would have made Watergate look like a day at the beach – including Kennedy’s purported complicity in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro.

The actions of Hillary and her cohorts went directly against the judgment of top Democrats, up to and including then-House Majority Leader Tip O’Neill, that Nixon clearly had the right to counsel. Zeifman says that Hillary, along with Marshall, Nussbaum and Doar, was determined to gain enough votes on the Judiciary Committee to change House rules and deny counsel to Nixon. And in order to pull this off, Zeifman says Hillary wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents to hide her deception.

The brief involved precedent for representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding. When Hillary endeavored to write a legal brief arguing there is no right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding, Zeifman says, he told Hillary about the case of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who faced an impeachment attempt in 1970.

“As soon as the impeachment resolutions were introduced by (then-House Minority Leader Gerald) Ford, and they were referred to the House Judiciary Committee, the first thing Douglas did was hire himself a lawyer,” Zeifman said.

The Judiciary Committee allowed Douglas to keep counsel, thus establishing the precedent. Zeifman says he told Hillary that all the documents establishing this fact were in the Judiciary Committee’s public files. So what did Hillary do?

“Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public,” Zeifman said. Hillary then proceeded to write a legal brief arguing there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding – as if the Douglas case had never occurred.

The brief was so fraudulent and ridiculous, Zeifman believes Hillary would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.

Zeifman says that if Hillary, Marshall, Nussbaum and Doar had succeeded, members of the House Judiciary Committee would have also been denied the right to cross-examine witnesses, and denied the opportunity to even participate in the drafting of articles of impeachment against Nixon.

Of course, Nixon’s resignation rendered the entire issue moot, ending Hillary’s career on the Judiciary Committee staff in a most undistinguished manner. Zeifman says he was urged by top committee members to keep a diary of everything that was happening. He did so, and still has the diary if anyone wants to check the veracity of his story. Certainly, he could not have known in 1974 that diary entries about a young lawyer named Hillary Rodham would be of interest to anyone 34 years later.

But they show that the pattern of lies, deceit, fabrications and unethical behavior was established long ago – long before the Bosnia lie, and indeed, even before cattle futures, Travelgate and Whitewater – for the woman who is still asking us to make her president of the United States.

Lucky Larry wants $12.3 billion more for 9/11

Like the proverbial bad penny, Lucky Larry Silverstein keeps popping up. He’s back and he’s bad again. Not content with the nearly $4.6 billion in insurance payments he received to cover his losses at the World Trade Center, he is now seeking $12.3 billion in damages from the airlines and airport security companies for the 9/11 attack in a suit filed in 2004.

Not tainted enough by the fact that Silverstein & Partners took out a lease for 99 years in July of 2001 on the WTC, two months before the attack . . . not content Larry & Partners upped the insurance at that time to $3.5 billion and (presciently) to cover potential hits by airliners flown by “terrorist hijackers” . . .

Not content that Silverstein & Partners subsequently sued the insurers for $7 billion, considering the attack a double strike because separate liners hit Towers One and Two. Not content that Larry spent the next six years in litigation with the insurance companies, only to have the deal fortunately settled, brokered by then Governor Spitzer in 2007, yielding $4.55 to Lucky Larry and Partners . . .

Not content either that his personal stake in the lease was only some $14 million, the balance supplied by his partners. Not content that he made another $500 million on the destruction of his Tower 7, which he owned and quickly rebuilt bigger and better. Not content that no liner hit Tower 7 and that the fires were out, he announced at 3:30 p.m. on 9/11 that there had been so much pain and suffering that he and the NYFD decided to “pull it” -- Tower 7 . . .

Not content that in fact at 5 p,m,, not even two hours later . . . Tower 7 went down at the freefall speed of gravity in a matter of seconds neatly into its own footprint, a classic “internal demolition.” Not content that you can’t set up an internal demolition on a 47-story steel-framed building in less than two hours or two days, or even two weeks. Not content that his “smoking gun” has attracted the attention of every 9/11 critic around the world . . .

Not content that the BBC made an incredible gaffe as a TV journo of theirs, supposedly in New York, reported that Tower 7 had fallen, that is, 26 minutes before it actually fell and with a News24 “time stamp” video to prove it. Not content that even Google had to pull the video . . . Larry Silverstein, the Oliver Twist of 9/11 disaster, is back, asking for more, sir, more please. Incredible! What colossal chutzpah!

But hey, Larry’s got reasons; boy, does he have reasons. His lawyers aired them in the United States Southeastern District Court in Manhattan, the same court in which the 9/11 victims families have been plaintiffs for cases to sue the airlines and security companies, and by the way, where 90 families have been turned down for lawsuits and only two remain who haven’t taken the money and shut up, and where Ellen Mariani has been consistently turned down and continues to be . . .

Yet,Larry’s lawyers have come to ask the wonderful Judge Hellerstein for more, the same Hellerstein who asked all the families to take the money and “move on” and told them that “money was the universal lubricant . . ." What goes around comes around.

By the way, the total claims involved come to about $23 billion. Silverstein’s chunk could endanger claims from other businesses and property owners, defense lawyers say. Why, Donald Migliori himself, the lawyer for the victims’ families, said he was confident “that their claims would not be affected because they would take priority over the property claims,” as reported by the New York Times. So they won’t be taking food from widows’ and children’s mouths to feed Larry, not this week at least.

Nevertheless, Desmond Barry, a lawyer for the airlines, said that if Lucky Larry won his claims, “He could push the total claims beyond the amount of insurance that the airlines and security companies have available. 'There ain’t that much insurance,' Mr. Barry said."

Silverstein’s laundry list for the $12.3 billion goes like this, “$8.4 billion for the replacement of destroyed buildings and $3.9 billion in ‘other costs,’ including $100 million a year in rent to the Port authority and $300 million a year in lost rental income, as well as the cost of marketing and leasing the new buildings.”

Mr. Barry, the Times tells us, reminded Silverstein’s folks that he “had been more than compensated by the nearly $4.6 billion insurance settlement, reached after almost six years of litigation. He argued that Mr. S. was entitled to the market value of the property, which he said had been established by the $3.2 billion.”

Judge Hellerstein was skeptical about Mr. Silverstein’s claim, and asked why he hadn’t sucked up his losses by just “walking away.” Hellerstein asked, “What’s the nature of your recovery,” to which Larry’s lawyer, Mr. Williamson, answered, “For damages suffered by the events of 9/11, not value. Damages.” He claimed the lease required Silverstein to rebuild and keep on paying rent.

Hellerstein retorted, “And so I’m putting to you if you walked away from the lease, you would lose the value of the lease . . . Would you have a further obligation to pay money?” Williamson answered, “You have to examine that question . . . But to me that’s not the test of what are our damages.”

When Hellerstein pressed for a dollar figure on damages, not the “precise amount,” i.e., “some order of magnitude would be appropriate,” Williamson balked. Barry said, “I think their claim is $12.3 billion.” Williamson added, “Plus prejudgment interest,” To which Hellerstein “tartly replied, 'We shouldn’t forget that.'” They won’t let you, Alvin.

Plaintiffs’ lawyers added that even after many settlements, there are seven wrongful death and two injury cases remaining from the more than 90 filed. Migliori, the victims’ survivors’ lawyer, felt that the claims with property damage, including Lucky Larry and some insurance company looking to recoup payments, should allow the death and injury cases priority of payment of damages. Fair enough.

Judge Hellerstein passed on setting a trial date. He said that would be “fictitious,” yet set a deadline for fact-finding for Silverstein to offer more documentation of his claim -- or risk losing it. Any trials, by the way, seem to be more than a year away.

The real caveat here is that to win a case of that size for damages, Silverstein would have to go to court for discovery. Meaning his lawyers could bring in every fireman who heard a blast, Silverstein himself for his “pull” remark, and even Hizzoner Rudy Giuliani for saying that morning, at 9:15 to ABC’s Peter Jennings, on the street that someone told him the towers were coming down. In short, you could grill ass like the devil until you found out what really happened.

Bottom line, Larry could get a billion dollar bone thrown at him, a take-the-money and-shut-up bone. Or Larry could end up in cement shoes, for real or legally. After all, Larry knew, going into the lease purchase that the Towers were asbestos-laden bombs, the first 60 floors sprayed with the building material when built from 1968 to '72. And they were supposed to be taken down eventually, according to a 1971 New York Council ban on asbestos.

Obviously, the buildings couldn’t be legally taken down by explosion or implosion. They would have to be taken down piece by piece. The cost would be in the billions by today’s standards. But there was another way to take them down, wasn’t there?

Testimony Before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Iraq

Good morning Mr. Chairman and members of the committee. It is an honor to appear before you again. The last occasion was in January 2007, when the topic was the troop surge. Today you are asking if it has worked. Last year I rejected the claim that it was a new strategy. Rather, I said, it is a new tactic used to achieve the same old strategic aim, political stability. And I foresaw no serious prospects for success.

I see no reason to change my judgment now. The surge is prolonging instability, not creating the conditions for unity as the president claims.

Last year, General Petraeus wisely declined to promise a military solution to this political problem, saying that he could lower the level of violence, allowing a limited time for the Iraqi leaders to strike a political deal. Violence has been temporarily reduced but today there is credible evidence that the political situation is far more fragmented. And currently we see violence surge in Baghdad and Basra. In fact, it has also remained sporadic and significant in several other parts of Iraq over the past year, notwithstanding the notable drop in Baghdad and Anbar Province.

More disturbing, Prime Minister Maliki has initiated military action and then dragged in US forces to help his own troops destroy his Shiite competitors. This is a political setback, not a political solution. Such is the result of the surge tactic.

No less disturbing has been the steady violence in the Mosul area, and the tensions in Kirkuk between Kurds, Arabs, and Turkomen. A showdown over control of the oil fields there surely awaits us. And the idea that some kind of a federal solution can cut this Gordian knot strikes me as a wild fantasy, wholly out of touch with Kurdish realities.

Also disturbing is Turkey's military incursion to destroy Kurdish PKK groups in the border region. That confronted the US government with a choice: either to support its NATO ally, or to make good on its commitment to Kurdish leaders to insure their security. It chose the former, and that makes it clear to the Kurds that the United States will sacrifice their security to its larger interests in Turkey.

Turning to the apparent success in Anbar province and a few other Sunni areas, this is not the positive situation it is purported to be. Certainly violence has declined as local Sunni shieks have begun to cooperate with US forces. But the surge tactic cannot be given full credit. The decline started earlier on Sunni initiative. What are their motives? First, anger at al Qaeda operatives and second, their financial plight.

Their break with al Qaeda should give us little comfort. The Sunnis welcomed anyone who would help them kill Americans, including al Qaeda. The concern we hear the president and his aides express about a residual base left for al Qaeda if we withdraw is utter nonsense. The Sunnis will soon destroy al Qaeda if we leave Iraq. The Kurds do not allow them in their region, and the Shiites, like the Iranians, detest al Qaeda. To understand why, one need only take note of the al Qaeda public diplomacy campaign over the past year or so on internet blogs. They implore the United States to bomb and invade Iran and destroy this apostate Shiite regime. As an aside, it gives me pause to learn that our vice president and some members of the Senate are aligned with al Qaeda on spreading the war to Iran.

Let me emphasize that our new Sunni friends insist on being paid for their loyalty. I have heard, for example, a rough estimate that the cost in one area of about 100 square kilometers is $250,000 per day. And periodically they threaten to defect unless their fees are increased. You might want to find out the total costs for these deals forecasted for the next several years, because they are not small and they do not promise to end. Remember, we do not own these people. We merely rent them. And they can break the lease at any moment. At the same time, this deal protects them to some degree from the government's troops and police, hardly a sign of political reconciliation.

Now let us consider the implications of the proliferating deals with the Sunni strongmen. They are far from unified among themselves. Some remain with al Qaeda. Many who break and join our forces are beholden to no one. Thus the decline in violence reflects a dispersion of power to dozens of local strong men who distrust the government and occasionally fight among themselves. Thus the basic military situation is far worse because of the proliferation of armed groups under local military chiefs who follow a proliferating number of political bosses.

This can hardly be called greater military stability, much less progress toward political consolidation, and to call it fragility that needs more time to become success is to ignore its implications. At the same time, Prime Minister Maliki's military actions in Basra and Baghdad, indicate even wider political and military fragmentation. We are witnessing is more accurately described as the road to the Balkanization of Iraq, that is, political fragmentation. We are being asked by the president to believe that this shift of so much power and finance to so many local chieftains is the road to political centralization. He describes the process as building the state from the bottom up.

I challenge you to press the administration's witnesses this week to explain this absurdity. Ask them to name a single historical case where power has been aggregated successfully from local strong men to a central government except through bloody violence leading to a single winner, most often a dictator. That is the history of feudal Europe's transformation to the age of absolute monarchy. It is the story of the American colonization of the west and our Civil War. It took England 800 years to subdue clan rule on what is now the English-Scottish border. And it is the source of violence in Bosnia and Kosovo.

How can our leaders celebrate this diffusion of power as effective state building? More accurately described, it has placed the United States astride several civil wars. And it allows all sides to consolidate, rearm, and refill their financial coffers at the US expense.

To sum up, we face a deteriorating political situation with an over extended army. When the administration's witnesses appear before you, you should make them clarify how long the army and marines can sustain this band-aid strategy.

The only sensible strategy is to withdraw rapidly but in good order.

Only that step can break the paralysis now gripping US strategy in the region. The next step is to choose a new aim, regional stability, not a meaningless victory in Iraq. And progress toward that goal requires revising our policy toward Iran. If the president merely renounced his threat of regime change by force, that could prompt Iran to lessen its support to Taliban groups in Afghanistan. Iran detests the Taliban and supports them only because they will kill more Americans in Afghanistan as retaliation in event of a US attack on Iran. Iran's policy toward Iraq would also have to change radically as we withdraw. It cannot want instability there. Iraqi Shiites are Arabs, and they know that Persians look down on them. Cooperation between them has its limits.

No quick reconciliation between the US and Iran is likely, but US steps to make Iran feel more secure make it far more conceivable than a policy calculated to increase its insecurity. The president's policy has reinforced Iran's determination to acquire nuclear weapons, the very thing he purports to be trying to prevent.

Withdrawal from Iraq does not mean withdrawal from the region. It must include a realignment and reassertion of US forces and diplomacy that give us a better chance to achieve our aim.

A number of reasons are given for not withdrawing soon and completely. I have refuted them repeatedly before but they have more lives than a cat. Let try again me explain why they don't make sense.

First, it is insisted that we must leave behind military training element with no combat forces to secure them. This makes no sense at all. The idea that US military trainers left alone in Iraq can be safe and effective is flatly rejected by several NCOs and junior officers I have heard describe their personal experiences. Moreover, training foreign forces before they have a consolidated political authority to command their loyalty is a windmill tilt. Finally, Iraq is not short on military skills.

Second, it is insisted that chaos will follow our withdrawal. We heard that argument as the "domino theory" in Vietnam. Even so, the path to political stability will be bloody regardless of whether we withdraw or not. The idea that the United States has a moral responsibility to prevent this ignores that reality. We are certainly to blame for it, but we do not have the physical means to prevent it. American leaders who insist that it is in our power to do so are misleading both the public and themselves if they believe it. The real moral question is whether to risk the lives of more Americans. Unlike preventing chaos, we have the physical means to stop sending more troops where many will be killed or wounded. That is the moral responsibility to our country which no American leaders seems willing to assume.

Third, nay sayers insist that our withdrawal will create regional instability. This confuses cause with effect. Our forces in Iraq and our threat to change Iran's regime are making the region unstable. Those who link instability with a US withdrawal have it exactly backwards. Our ostrich strategy of keeping our heads buried in the sands of Iraq has done nothing but advance our enemies' interest.

I implore you to reject these fallacious excuses for prolonging the commitment of US forces to war in Iraq.

The Public Execution Of John F. Kennedy

Circulating for many years in the alternative media underground have been the notes of what some contend were the true perpetrators of the political assassination of John F. Kennedy.

Some of these reports had titles such as "The Gemstone Files", and "The Torbett Document", and were copied and re-copied, and shared as background by various political assassination researchers. These details were often discussed when such researchers got together at meetings.

According to some alternative commentators, these notes were to be read and considered in conjunction with the book "Farewell America". Published in Europe about 1968, and circulated in about fourteen languages, the book was not permitted by U.S. postal and customs authorities to be imported into the U.S. to be sold in bookstores. This censorship in the U.S. ended about 2002, when amazon.com began selling a paperback edition of the book now listed on their website. Until 1973, I was only one of two researchers in the U.S. who found a way to get "Farewell America", in English, in hardback, into the U.S. At nationwide college seminars by me, I gave them away to students in return for small donations to support our work.

Here are matters necessary to understanding the political wipe-out of JFK:

Starting in 1841 and continuing until the first year of the 20th Century, were the visible results of violent struggles between the Vatican/the Jesuits and the Protestant Church in America as well as the efforts of Great Britain to take-back the American continent, reverting the inhabitants to being mere subjects, not U.S. citizens, of the British Monarchy and returning this land to being puppet colonies of the Crown.

In furtherance of these ends, five U.S. presidents were assassinated for the benefit of Great Britain and the Vatican/the Jesuits.

===William Henry Harrison, killed by being poisoned, in 1841, a month after being inaugurated as President. U.S. Senator Thomas Benton in his book stated as to President Harrison, "that the deceased President had been closely preceded and was rapidly followed by the deaths of almost all of his numerous family, sons and daughters." ===Zachary Taylor, like Harrison, killed by being poisoned 1850, during the slavery controversy, called the Compromise, instigated by Great Britain to divide up and conquer the United States. These efforts by England eventually led to the American Civil War, also called The War Between the States, in which England financed and outfitted with weapons the Jefferson Davis Confederacy, breaking away from the United States of America.

===Abraham Lincoln,, assassinated, as a symbol, on Good Friday, April, 1865, a few days after the South surrendered. Part of the plot against Lincoln included the guard at the door of Lincoln's box at Ford's Theater. The guard fled to the Vatican and was sheltered as part of the Vatican Guard. The Vatican, through various strategies, including making their presence and power known to a U.S. jury, effectively kept the guard from being convicted and jailed for being part of the plot against Lincoln,upon the guard returning to the U.S.

===James Abram Garfield, murdered 1881. He was against England interfering with the industrial development and finance of the U.S.

===William McKinley. Prior to his first term as President, he promoted U.S. industrial and financial interests in opposition to Great Britain by the McKinley Tariff. In his first Presidential term, he promoted U.S. imperialism, in the U.S. war against Spain, in opposition to England. Like Garfield, he was opposed to Great Britain interfering with U.S. industrial and financial development. He was assassinated in 1901, a few months after being inaugurated President for the second time.

===John F. Kennedy. The 18th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified January 16, 1919 and repealed by the 21st Amendment, December 5, 1933. It prohibited the manufacturing, sale, and importation of intoxicating liquor within the U.S., and exportation of the same from the U.S. The period was called "The Prohibition".

John F. Kennedy's father, Joseph P. Kennedy, during Prohibition, made the British royalty beholden to him for financial benefits. The Brits controlled the manufacturing and export of booze from England and Scotland. Joe Kennedy arranged to smuggle into the U.S. the British royal products through a transit point, being a small French island in the mouth of the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Old man Kennedy distributed the spirits in the U.S., in violation of Prohibition, mainly through his financial arrangements with gangsters, in Boston, Chicago, and Detroit and the massive bribery of state and federal U.S. officials. The British royals, for their financial gain, tolerated Joe Kennedy, despite the fact they considered him a lower level being, as an Irish Catholic. In the 1930s, as a reward, despite Joe being a Catholic, he was made U.S. Ambassador to England.

Joe Kennedy made the Rockefellers as well, beholden to the Kennedy Family. The Second World War started September 1, 1939. Three weeks into the war, England arranged a secret supposed "peace-time" arrangement between Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey with the German chemical and synthetic rubber cartel, I.G. Farben. With the corrupt aid of Ambassador Kennedy, the deal was fraudulently back-dated as if arranged prior to the start of the war. The Rockefellers treasonously shared profits with I.G. Farben, through supposed South American neutral countries, all during the war. See "The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben" by Joseph Borkin.

Joe Kennedy, in October, 1940, gave up being Ambassador and returned to the U.S. Being heavily anti-Jewish and pro-Hitler (similar to the British royals who were actually German royals from the House of Hanover), Kennedy tried to persuade President Franklin D. Roosevelt for the U.S. to stay neutral, since Kennedy was convinced Hitler would win the war against England. After delivering U.S. weapons to Britain, U.S. ships sometimes returned, not empty to U.S., but with loads of liquor from the British Royals spirits industry headed for Joe Kennedy's firm, Somerset Imports, Ltd., even during World War Two.

What happened to Joe Kennedy's son John F., was similar to the supposedly fiction book "Winter Kills" by Richard Condon who was also author of the political murder thriller "The Manchurian Candidate". "Winter Kills" is about an Irish patriarch, thick with hoodllums, who through them, arranges to get his son elected President. And then the gangsters join with others to assist the assassination of his son. (For a while, the movie version of the book was blocked from presentation in the U.S. At a limited showing at the Art Institute theater in Chicago, I taped an interview with the movie producer, how the Kennedy Family went about destroying him.)

Joseph P. Kennedy's booze firm was Somerset Imports, Ltd., with offices in Chicago. I taped an interview with the company manager who told how the ownership changed hands exactly at the time of the murder of President Kennedy. Despite that, he said, the Kennedy Family continued post-assassination to get financial benefits from five out of eight British/Scotch booze labels distributed in the U.S. We also interviewed a key salesmen from the firm.

John F. Kennedy in an extremely close election against Presidential candidate Richard M. Nixon, won the Electoral College vote and hence the presidency, by Chicago gangsters stealing some eight thousand votes used to have JFK carry Illinois' necessary electoral vote.

Shortly after being inaugurated in 1961, President Kennedy proceeded with the plan, started by President Eisenhower, to invade Cuba at the "Bay of Pigs". In so doing, JFK, nominally a Catholic, violated Catholic Church canon law and doctrine, by proceeding to make war against another Catholic country, namely Cuba, and its leader, Fidel Castro, a Jesuit. The invasion plan became a fiasco when JFK refused to have U.S. war planes aid the invaders on the beach.

Joseph P. Kennedy had a financial interest in toppling Fidel. Through a bank he owned in Boston, the elder Kennedy owned North Cuba Railroad Bonds, made worthless by Fidel but having value if he was removed.

Catholics in the American CIA considered John F. Kennedy a traitor and a butcher. Three weeks before the Dallas murder, President Kennedy ordered a coup against the devout Catholic South Viet Nam government in Saigon. Murdered on Kennedy's authorization for geopolitical reasons, was the South Viet Nam premier, Ngo Dinh Diem, and his two brothers. The premier's widow, Madame Ngu, taking up residence in Paris, supervised the American CIA's assassination of JFK, using French assassins previously part of a failed plot by disgruntled French Generals against French Premier DeGaulle. (The French military was sore at DeGaulle for not defending French interests in Algeria.)

Madame Ngu was in charge of huge dope funds from the "Golden Triangle" of Southeast Asia. In later years, participating in the financial benefits was the unholy trio of George Herbert Walker Bush, Colin Powell, and Powell's sidekick, Richard Armitage. The American CIA arranged for General Powell to avoid being prosecuted for war crimes in his role in the vast murders of Vietnamese women and children known as the My Lai Affair.

To harass the Lyndon B. Johnson administration, Madame Ngu used part of the illicit funds to finance the American CIA's agents provocateurs posing as supposed leaders of the anti-Viet Nam War Movement, 1966 and thereafter. A fake peace-nik leader, Rennie Davis, had his father as consultant in the later war-mongering Nixon White House. Because I early on with my associates investigated Rennie and the Madame Ngu links to the peace fakers, I was numerous times falsely arrested or threatened with arrest.

Every U.S. president following the murder of JFK, either assisted the assassins in some way, or participated in covering up the CIA/Nazi War Criminal murder of Dallas witnesses, or kept incriminating U.S. records from being revealed.

===LYNDON B. JOHNSON, just prior to the JFK assassination, told his mistress, who later wrote about it, that "after tomorrow that bastard Kennedy will not be able to embarass me anymore". Johnson's war industry cronies stood to make billions from the Viet Nam War that JFK opposed spreading out. Johnson abandoned JFK 's order to issue Two Dollar genuine U.S. Paper money, NOT phony-baloney Federal Reserve notes masquerading as the "U.S. Dollar". (More on this later.) Johnson using the fraudulent Gulf of Tonkin Affair to justify enlarging the Viet Nam struggle, pandered to the Aristocracy financially benefitting, as they do, from Wars and Depressions, to the great detriment of the American commonfolk.

Johnson appointed the Warren Commission to whitewash the high-level murder of JFK.

===RICHARD M. NIXON. According to writings by the highly-skilled assassination researcher, Penn Jones, Jr., and others, there was a meeting in Texas, just prior to the assassination, of U.S. Generals together with FBI dictator J. Edgar Hoover, Richard M. Nixon, and others, plotting out all the details. Living in the Dallas suburb of Midlothian, Jones found out plenty and wrote about it.

After leaving office as Vice President, Nixon, as little-known, headed-up and supervised, for the American CIA, the plan to invade Cuba in 1961, at the "Bay of Pigs". Later, as President, Nixon kept blackmailing the Aristocracy on the high-level plot to murder JFK, the details of which Nixon knew. The CIA, through the instigated Watergate Affair, forced Tricky Dick from the Presidency in 1974.

By the way, the CIA through their Foundation fronts, sponsored the 1968 commotions in Chicago at the Democrat Convention, discrediting the Democrats and enabling Nixon to win the election as President on the GOP ticket.

Nixon's false statement, which ended up in the Warren Report, was that he left Dallas on the morning of the murder. He was there as General Counsel for the Pepsico Bottlers Convention. Years later, a Pepsico director who was on a Dallas radio program with me, confirmed from his own direct knowledge, that Nixon was there all that day. In fact, said the director, Nixon outraged others at the Convention by demanding that the Convention proceed even after JFK was killed just after high noon. Nixon stayed at a hotel next to a suite occupied by movie star Joan Crawford whose husband, heading up Pepsico, was apparently conveniently wiped out.

===GERALD FORD. Becoming President through the Rockefeller-instigated 25th Amendment, without an election, following the resignation of Nixon, Ford was in a perfect position for the JFK murder cover-up. Ford in 1964, had been a member of the infamous Warren Commission, falsely proclaiming a "lone assassin" killed JFK. Ford was a spy, for J.Edgar Hoover, on the Warren whitewash, and acted along with staff faker Arlen Specter to promote the ridiculous single-bullet theory. Specter was later rewarded by the American CIA which purchased for him the position of U.S. Senator (R., Pa.)

As part of a scheme to stop Nixon, after resigning, from continuing to blackmail the CIA and others, Ford, without much formality, pardoned Nixon from any federal criminal prosecutions.

===JIMMY CARTER. Selected for the Presidency by the Rockefellers and the infamous Council on Foreign Relations (members of which flooded the Carter Administration), Carter was, like the other Presidents following the murder, a perfect choice. During the 1976 Presidential Election, a doctor with apparent direct data, claimed Jimmy Carter was actually an illegitimate off-spring of Joseph P. Kennedy, "Founding Father" of the Kennedy clan. Seldom-noted, the Kennedys remain silent about the high-level plots that snuffed out JFK, the attempt in 1964 by a sabotaged plane crash to wipe out Teddy Kennedy, and the murder of Bobby Kennedy in 1968 as he was possibly on the way to occupying the Oval Office. The Kennedys, with the possible exception of JFK daughter Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg, are reputed blackmailers. Unable to do anything about the high-level plots against the Kennedy Family, they get great financial benefits from their blackmailing the Aristocracy.

===RONALD REAGAN. For many years prior to being California Governor and U.S. President, Reagan was a stooge for General Electric and their propaganda series on network television, the "General Electric Theater". G.E. helped finance the rise of Adolf Hitler and their facilities in war-time Germany, Second World War, were NOT bombed. [See Antony Sutton's documented book "Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler".] Hence, Reagan was as well entangled with the Bush Family and their pro-Hitler past. [See "The Unauthorized Biography of George Bush" by Webster Griffin Tarpley et al., 1992.]

In the late 1960s, New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison conducted criminal prosecutions of those involved in the Louisiana aspect of the JFK murder plot. Reagan, as California Governor, blocked the Garrison investigation by refusing to extradict a key witness from within the California jurisdiction.

In 1981, a few weeks after being inaugurated as President, Reagan was violently reminded to keep his mouth shut. He was hit in the chest by some kind of a projectile while coming out of the entrance of a hotel in the District of Columbia. Although some network TV reporters, as eyewitnesses, said there were multiple shots fired from several directions, the monopoly press blamed it all on John Hinckley, a member of the American Nazi Party, and whose father was in the oil business with George Herbert Walker Bush who as Vice President, itched to take over the Oval Office.

===GEORGE HERBERT WALKER BUSH. The elder Bush, as shown by an FBI document, was part of the witness cover-up of the JFK murder. He was entangled with those who were part of the high-level plot against JFK. Bush played a role in supervising, with Nixon, the aborted invasion of Cuba, 1961, for which the head of the CIA, Allen Dulles, called JFK "a traitor". No stranger to Nazis and Nazi war criminals then living in the U.S., Bush was implicated with the Nazis in the U.S. used to snuff out JFK murder eyewitnesses. ===WILLIAM ROCKEFELLER CLINTON. The person using the name "Bill Clinton" is actually the illegitimate great grandson of old John D. Rockefeller, founder of the infamous monopoly Standard Oil. On our website, in various articles, we tell why we feel justified in using Rockefeller as Bill's middle name.

From an early age, Bill Clinton was recruited for doing agent provocateur acts for the American CIA. He was most of the time under the supervision of the London Station Chief of the U.S. spy agency. Falsely posing as a draft-dodger (despite the statements of the monopoly press, he was NOT but rather a cover story as CIA spy), Bill in the late 1960s traveled in Europe, while compiling reports for the CIA on the anti-Viet Nam War Movement in Europe. He helped keep track of Madame Ngu, widow of premier Diem in Saigon along with Diem's two brothers, ordered assassinated by JFK. She was stationed in Paris and headed up the CIA acts resulting in the murder of JFK and the killing thereafter of eyewitnesses.

Starting in 1970 and thereafter, at various seminars, I commented, to no avail, that JFK ordering the wipe-out about November 1, 1963, of the Diem brothers running the Saigon government, was instrumentally involved in two events. First, the aborted plot in Chicago, two and a half weeks before Dallas, to murder JFK at a football game. He cancelled his visit. All the details became part of a federal court lawsuit by me against the National Archives and Records Service. I attached eleven documents to my lawsuit, April, 1970, apparently stolen from the government records repository. A judge previously CIA Counter-Intelligence Chief in Europe, put my lawsuit out of court without legal formality. Assassination researchers, spending all their book-authoring and lecture efforts as to which way the bullets went in Dallas, all the years ignored my lawsuit and often condemned me for not joining with them as to the Dallas aspect.

Secondly, Madame Ngu headed up the American CIA murder of JFK. More than thirty-three years after my revelations about this, a few details related to this came out in a book published November, 2003. "Triangle of Death: The Shocking Truth About the Role of South Vietnam and the French Mafia in the Assassination of John F. Kennedy", by Bradley S. Leary and L.E. Seymour, World Net Daily Books.

A member of the Warren Commission, Congressman Hale Boggs (D., La.), in later years had misgivings about the "lone assassin" finding of the Commission. He began publicly grumbling about this and about the FBI Dictator J. Edgar Hoover spying on Congress by wire-tapping. In October, 1972, a month before Nixon was re-elected President, Boggs was to take a private plane on a planned trip to Alaska. Guess who, as a young man, drove him to the airport? Why, none other than Bill Clinton!

Boggs' plane disappeared in Alaska. The CIA and Military Intelligence falsely claimed the plane was never found. Boggs' daughter, Cokie Robert (nee Boggs), knowingly made false statements that her father's plane was never found and, that her father believed a "lone assassin", Lee Harvey Oswald, killed JFK. She was rewarded by getting a multi-million dollar per year position on Sunday morning programs on ABC-TV network.

Our interviews with private investigators as to the Boggs' Alaska event, convinces us the plane was found and the matter covered up. This was a month BEFORE Nixon's re-election. A month AFTER Nixon's re-election was the murder of Dorothy Hunt, wife of the Watergate burglar, E. Howard Hunt, and eleven other Watergators through a sabotaged plane crash in Chicago, December, 1972. [See my four part website series, "The Secret History of Airplane Sabotage".]

===GEORGE W. BUSH. Like his father, he has been part of the JFK murder cover-up. Bill Clinton, as Arkansas Governor, participated in the CIA weapons/dope smuggling through the Southern States, including through the tiny airport at Mena, Arkansas. Clinton co-operated in these illicit activities with Daddy Bush and Ollie North. Clinton, from time to time, visited at the Bush Family mansion in Kennebunkport. Maine and Bill is part of the Bush/Clinton Crime Family. [See the book, "Boy Clinton", by Tyrell, page 2.]

George W. Bush, like his father, surrounds himself with those with purported Nazi links, including Karl Rove. And Bush met quietly with Arnold Schwarenegger two years before Arnold became recall Governor of California. Arnold's immediate family in Austria were Nazi officials under Hitler. Remember, as pointed out by the late master assassination researcher, Mae Brussell, the Nazi criminals quietly residing in the U.S., post-World War Two, were involved with their criminal specialty, murdering witnesses, in particular those who knew too much directly about the Dallas details.

The actual duly elected President in 2000 BUT NOT INAUGURATED, namely Albert Gore, Jr., to his credit as U.S. Senator and thereafter, told others in Congress he was in favor of getting to the bottom of who all was involved in the JFK murder.

In sum, John F. Kennedy was the subject of a public execution, November 22, 1963, having his brains blown out in an open car in Dallas.

The motives for the Aristocracy arranging the political assassination of JFK, justifying at least to themselves why the murder was necessary for THEM to survive running the United States of America, WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE:

[1] Kennedy angered the oil tycoons headquartered in Texas where he was executed. He announced he favored scrapping the tax loophole enriching them, namely the oil depletion allowance. The once-banned book, "Farewell America", has a whole section on this subject.

[2] Kennedy antagonized the Aristocracy and their ownership of the PRIVATE central bank, pretending to be part of the U.S. Government, namely the Federal Reserve. A month before the wipe-out, JFK invoked a little-known provision of federal law, authorizing him to issue genuine U.S. currency paper money in the form of Two Dollar Bills. To counter this over the years, the spy-riddled, oil-soaked monopoly press made jokes about the Two Dollar Bill. JFK did not live to see his authorization of the genuine U.S. paper money issuance to be carried out, the same having been nullified by President Johnson.

As ruled by the U.S. Court of Appeals, for the Ninth Circuit, headquartered in San Francisco, and not challenged or disputed, "The regional Federal Reserve banks are not government agencies....but are independent privately owned and locally controlled corporations." Lewis vs. United States, 680 F.2d 1239 (9th Circuit, 1982). [Can be referred to in a law library, the reference to be read as Volume 680, Federal Reporter 2nd series, starting at page 1239.]

[3] Kennedy angered the Aristocracy by threatening to wind down the Viet Nam struggle, depriving the Ultra Rich of war profiteering benefits.

[4] On the other hand, Catholics in the Aristocracy justified his execution on the basis he committed, even nominally as a Catholic, violations of Church canon law and doctrines. Namely, proceeding to attack a Catholic nation and leader, Cuba, with Fidel Castro, a Jesuit. And ordering the assassination of the Diem brothers, in a coup, for geopolitical reasons, against the devout Catholic Saigon government.

[5] The most important motive for his public execution: By his charming ways and speechs, he gave the impression to the American commonfolk that the era of the common man had arrived, a dangerous mindset that had to be quickly ended for the Aristocracy to survive. This psychological trend was ended when JFK's brains were blown out, as a warning to would-be charming leaders who departed from the orders and rules of the Ultra Rich.

Higher Prices Sink Consumer Spending, US Outlook: Survey

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--The Discover U.S. Spending Monitor fell to a fresh low in March on increasing concerns over the economy and rising household expenses.

The monthly index fell to 85.1, a full point lower from the previous month and 11 points lower than six months before.

In the accompanying survey of 14,000 U.S. adults, nearly 50% rated the economy as poor - the highest reading on the monitor yet. Also, 73% feel that economic conditions are getting worse, and nearly 60% view personal finances as fair or poor. More than half expect personal finances to turn more negative.

"Consumers are extremely concerned about the economy and how they are going to continue to manage rising expense pressures," said Margo Georgiadis, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Discover Financial Services. "Even upper income groups are hitting new highs in their concerns about the economy and personal finances. This does not bode well for a struggling economy that needs a good dose of consumer spending to help fuel a rebound."

The survey showed a 12 point jump in the number of consumers anticipating higher household expenses next month - 52% from 40% a month earlier. That means less discretionary spending and savings. More than 39% of respondents said they would save or invest less next month, up from 36% in February.

Those earning $75,000 or more are feeling the pinch too - 49% expect to spend more on necessities, 19 points higher than in February and the largest increase since a surge in oil prices in November.

The cutback in discretionary spending and savings did lead to an increase in the number of consumers claiming to have money left over after paying their monthly bills for the first time since September.

U.S. Senators Agree on Foreclosure-Prevention Bill (Update4)

April 2 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Senate leaders agreed on legislation aimed at curbing home foreclosures, dropping a provision that would have allowed judges to alter mortgages for borrowers in bankruptcy proceedings.

The plan includes funds for foreclosure-prevention counseling, tax credits for people who buy foreclosed homes and clearer loan disclosures for consumers buying a home, according to an outline of the proposal released today by Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd and the panel's top Republican, Richard Shelby.

``We're trying to provide some real assistance for people out there who are struggling to hold on to their homes, as well as to deal with properties that could end up being foreclosed,'' Dodd, a Connecticut Democrat, said today at a news conference in Washington.

Dodd said the senators couldn't agree on how to handle the bankruptcy provision. Senate Republicans have blocked previous efforts to advance the idea, saying the bankruptcy changes would have forced lenders to recoup court losses by raising interest rates on other borrowers.

Senator Richard Durbin, a lead supporter of the bankruptcy court idea, said he will offer the provision as an amendment ``as soon as this bill is brought to the floor.''

``The mortgage bankers have been working overtime to try to kill'' the provision, Durbin, an Illinois Democrat, said in an interview with Bloomberg Television.

Tax Credit

Dodd and Shelby's plan would offer a $7,000 tax credit for people who buy homes in foreclosure to be claimed over two years, $10 billion in federal tax-exempt, private-activity bonds for refinancing subprime loans, and $100 million for housing counseling to help homeowners avoid foreclosure.

It would also reform the Federal Housing Administration, a Washington-based agency that insures mortgages for low-income borrowers, and offer $4 billion in grants to communities to buy and rehabilitate foreclosed homes.

Shelby, of Alabama, said the senators will bring the measure to the Senate floor tomorrow.

``This is a solid, bipartisan start to keeping families facing foreclosure in their homes, helping other families avoid foreclosures in the future and helping communities already harmed by foreclosure to recover,'' Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, said today in a statement.

Congress is seeking legislative fixes to stem foreclosures and bolster the economy amid increased concern the U.S. is in a recession. Foreclosures jumped 60 percent in February after reaching a record rate in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Second Time

The Senate yesterday voted to move forward on the measure after Democrats and Republicans agreed to write the compromise plan. Dodd and Shelby were assigned to write the substitute proposal.

This week's vote was the second time the Senate took up the bankruptcy measure this year. In February, Democrats failed to get the 60 votes needed to trigger debate on the measure after the White House threatened a veto. Democrats control the Senate with 51 votes.

Reid said yesterday the legislation will still be subject to amendment on the Senate floor, and the chamber will probably vote on the bankruptcy provision.

``On principle, the package is a good first step to help many Americans avoid foreclosure,'' said Drew Hammill, a spokesman for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat. ``But we will need to review the details and fine-tune any specific provisions that need to be stronger.''

White House spokesman Tony Fratto said the administration has ``serious concerns'' about the tax-credit provision and the funding for communities to buy foreclosed homes.

The Good Guys Dance While the Beat Goes On

While the general public sits, in a drugged stupor, as hallucinating television sets bring them Donald Duck reporting the news, or Porky Pig from the runway at Milan, other things are being said and done which might have escaped the notice of the wider world. Japanese lawmaker and former Chief Cabinet Secretary under Koizumi has had a lot to say about 9/11 and then there is the former President of Italy as well as the one time head of their secret service who has said 911 was done by the CIA and Mossad and then there is the former German Minister Andreas Von Buelow who has something to say and all those professional airline pilots who have something to say as well as all those scholars and scientists who have something to say and then, there’s me. I’ve got something to say too and we’ll get to that.

I want everyone reading this essay who is in denial about 9/11 to ask themselves what they base that denial on. Ask yourself, “Why do I believe that Bin Laden attacked the WTC and points south?” Go stand in front of the mirror people and ask yourself what your credentials are for determining the scientific aspects of the 9/11 attacks. Ask yourself if you are or were at a high level in your government and privy to classified information. Ask yourself if you are trained in the sciences represented by those doubting the official version of the event or a commercial pilot like those linked here. Ask yourself if that really is Porky Pig talking to you from the runway in Milan.

The answer to the first question has to be, “Donald Duck told me so.” He may have been dressed like whatever wax figure reads you your news but it was Donald Duck who actually said it. You believe it because it is what you were told and nobody is going to tell you different because the people in charge are the good guys or they wouldn’t be in charge, right?

These are the good guys that told you the proven lies that have led to the mass murders in Iraq. These are the people who orchestrated and are covering up THIS! Go ahead… read it. You see Halliburton, the former playground of the vice president, reaping obscene profits from the war and poisoning American soldiers with bad water and you say, “These are the good guys.” You see Dick Cheney go to Saudi Arabia and right afterwards you see that the Saudis are now preparing for nuclear war and you say “These are the good guys.” You see the sub prime mess and the food and energy shortages and the bees dying from genetically modified seeds and all of it because your government takes their orders from the money men who run the corporations and banks (and which is the clinical definition of fascism) and you say, “These are the good guys.”

April is here and strange doings are afoot. Al Sadr has shown the world that the U.S. and Israel along with ‘The City’ in London have lost control of the Iraq War, as if they ever had control outside of an insulated bunker on a small piece of real estate. What’s a fascist to do? Next stop Iran. The good guys are working out the details of the next false flag that will justify their long term plans.

Zionist controlled AOL is shutting down websites that question 9/11 while newscasters call for 9/11 truthers to be put in camps.

Twenty eight million Americans are on foodstamps. Isn’t that about one in ten people? Repossessed houses are being stripped of their copper and other fittings. And the beat goes on. And the beat goes on.

A person still in possession of a mind would ask themselves… why? You can’t say that the people responsible for these things are just stupid and incompetent. You have to know that there is a point to all of this. Ask yourself what this point must be. Why does the big freight train of life seem to be heading for a collective disaster of monumental proportion while your news sources are chattering away like Ritalin infused chipmunks searching for Jodie Foster and D.B. Cooper's parachute?

I’m not Nostradamus but you don’t have to be a seer to see. Most of you know that the official 9/11 story is garbage. By a wide margin you have been polled and found to have said so and yet… and yet… the beat goes on. High ranking figures in governments around the world are coming out and flat out saying that the CIA and Mossad engineered this event. Scientists and scholars are rebutting every aspect of the lies and still the beat goes on and these are still the good guys; over a million dead, people tortured and children raped and… these are the good guys.

It is a dark and dreadful thing, given that 9/11 was done by the intelligence services of certain governments that elements of those same governments can imprison and torture men for information they could not possibly have since the events they are being questioned about are being carried out by the forces that are torturing them. This is beyond Kafka folks and it is happening in real life.

Mark my words people… the day will come when all of these things will be widely known and you will remember that you did and said nothing.

As the arrogant, rogue nation of Israel carries out it’s genocide on the original inhabitants of the land they occupy, your voice is not heard. Hundreds of thousands of people who have committed no crime live under the iron boot of a merciless regime which has abandoned all pretense of humanity and it is not only the Palestinians who suffer. And you say nothing because you are ignorant or afraid. You are afraid that you will be tagged with bankrupt terminology for daring to question the methods and motives of mass murdering demons dressed in human form. Because you cannot stand up, one day you too will kneel and receive the same tender ministrations that others have before you.

It is not a question of maybe this or maybe that any more. The stark truth is there before you in black and white and Technicolor and the beat goes on. It is within yourself that you must finally deal with your silence, your indifference and fear. All of the convenient lies that you tell your conscious mind percolate in the depths beneath your awareness and one day… one day they will rise to the surface and convict you as the beat goes on.

There is no hiding place from the truth of your complicity in the tragic events of your time. While you feed in your dreams in the land of plenty, the land of plenty is no more. While you imagine any one of your candidates will address the real issues that surround you, they mouth platitudes and bend their knee to the forces that cause all of the horrors of the time. You will have to answer for why you did and said nothing as the beat went on.

I gain no pleasure from having to tell you these things. I do not fabricate these things in my imagination. They are there for you to see for yourselves but something within you has failed. Something that should have been there went missing. Some quality that made you human has traveled on to more willing locations and you remain as something indefinable… not human… not yet a beast. But when the thin veneer of civilization is at last stripped away we shall see what you become.

For the moment the music is still playing. You travel to your jobs and you go about your activities and entertainments. Despite all of the evidence of these uncertain times you do believe it’s just a rough patch in the road and that mysterious elves will come out in the night while you are sleeping and fix your world. We shall see what ‘the good guys’ have to say about that. We shall see how you dance in time as the beat goes on.

Millions of Americans have been presented with a video of Senator Obama’s Pastor when he angrily stated “God Damn America” and alleged that AIDS was a man-made disease aimed at blacks in Africa and the United States. Reverend Wright was promptly branded as a conspiracy nut and radical - but now it appears that he might have been half-right in his belief that AIDS was man-made, although evidence now suggests it wasn’t made to target blacks, but instead, a much worse threat (sic) to America - the growing gay community:

There is no doubt that AIDS erupted in the U.S. shortly after government-sponsored hepatitis B vaccine experiments (1978-1981) using gay men as guinea pigs. The epidemic was caused by the “introduction” of a new retrovirus (the human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV for short); and the introduction of a new herpes-8 virus, the virus that causes Kaposi’s sarcoma, widely known as the “gay cancer” of AIDS. The taboo theory that AIDS is a man-made disease is largely based on research showing an intimate connection between government vaccine experiments and the outbreak of “the gay plague”

The widely accepted theory is that HIV/AIDS originated in a monkey or chimpanzee virus that “jumped species” in Africa. However, it is clear that the first AIDS cases were recorded in gay men in Manhattan in 1979, a few years before the epidemic was first noticed in Africa in 1982. It is now claimed that the human herpes-8 virus (also called the KS virus), discovered in 1994, also originated when a primate herpes virus jumped species in Africa. How two African species-jumping viruses ended up exclusively in gay men in Manhattan beginning in the late 1970s has never been satisfactorily explained.

Researchers who claim AIDS is a man-made disease believe it is much more likely that these two primate viruses were introduced and spread during the government’s recruitment of thousands of male homosexuals beginning in 1974. LONG ARTICLE, But well worth the reading!

The above article is a long read, and while it’s hard to ascertain whether the AIDS virus was purposely introduced or by accident remains a matter of speculation, and one that should be followed-up and investigated thoroughly, but is being hampered by governmental “privacy concerns.” Since most, if not all of the primary subjects in this “test” are now deceased, the argument of privacy seems to be moot and only serves to keep the facts away from those who are seeking the truth, a hallmark of a government that constantly works in secrecy and never accepts responsibility for their actions.

Granted, the experiment and subsequent AIDS epidemic are reminiscent of the The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, but in this case, it appears that Gays were the target - not blacks.

Research debunks health value of guzzling water

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The notion that guzzling glasses of water to flood yourself with good health is all wet, researchers said on Wednesday.

Dr. Stanley Goldfarb and Dr. Dan Negoianu of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia reviewed the scientific literature on the health effects of drinking lots of water.

People in hot, dry climates and athletes have an increased need for water, and people with certain diseases do better with increased fluid intake, they found. But for average healthy people, more water does not seem to mean better health, they said.

Their scientific review, published in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology, is the latest to undercut the recommendations advanced by some experts to drink eight glasses of 8 ounces (225 ml) of water a day.

Dr. Heinz Valtin of Dartmouth Medical School in 2002 also put those recommendations to the test, finding them to be more urban myth than medical dogma and lacking in scientific basis.

Goldfarb and Negoianu examined what Goldfarb called "four major myths" regarding claims of a benefit for extra water drinking: that it leads to more toxin excretion, improves skin tone, makes one less hungry and reduces headache frequency.

"Our bottom line was that there was no real good science -- or much science at all -- behind these claims, that they represent probably folklore," Goldfarb said.

As far as facilitating toxin excretion, Goldfarb said that was not verified by any sort of scientific study.

IRAQ: 'Handed Over' to a Government Called Sadr

BAGHDAD, Apr 2 (IPS) - Despite the huge media campaign led by U.S. officials and a complicit corporate-controlled media to convince the world of U.S. success in Iraq, emerging facts on the ground show massive failure.

The date March 25 of this year will be remembered as the day of truth through five years of occupation.

"Mehdi army militias controlled all Shia and mixed parts of Baghdad in no time," a Baghdad police colonel, speaking on condition of anonymity, told IPS. "Iraqi army and police forces as well as Badr and Dawa militias suddenly disappeared from the streets, leaving their armoured vehicles for Mehdi militiamen to drive around in joyful convoys that toured many parts of Baghdad before taking them to their stronghold of Sadr City in the east of Baghdad."

The police colonel was speaking of the recent clashes between members of the Shia Muqtada al-Sadr's Mehdi Army, the largest militia in the country, and members of the Iraqi government forces, that are widely known to comprise members of a rival Shia militia, the Badr Organisation.

Dozens of militiamen from both sides were killed in clashes that broke out in Baghdad, Basra, Kut, Samawa, Hilla and most of the Iraqi Shia southern provinces between the Mehdi Army and other militias supported by the U.S., Iran and the Iraqi government.

The Badr Organisation militia is headed by Abdul Aziz al-Hakim, who is also head of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council (SIIC) that dominates the government. The Dawa Party is headed by Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.

The number of civilians killed and injured in the clashes is still unknown. Iraqi government offices continue to keep largely silent about the events.

"Every resident of Basra knew the situation would explode any minute between these oil thieves, and that Basra would suffer another wave of militia war," Salman Kathum, a doctor and former resident of Basra who fled for Baghdad last month told IPS.

For months now there has been a struggle between the Sadr Movement, the SIIC, and the al-Fadhila Party for control of the south, and particularly Basra.

Falah Shenshal, an MP allied to al-Sadr, told al-Jazeera Mar. 26 that al-Maliki was targeting political opponents. "They say they target outlaw gangs, but why do they start with the areas where the sons of the Sadr movement are located? This is a political battle...for the political interests of one party (al-Maliki's Dawa party) because the local elections are coming soon (due later this year)."

The fighting came just as the U.S. military announced the death of their 4,000th soldier in Iraq, and on the heels of a carefully crafted PR campaign designed to show that the "surge" of U.S. troops in Iraq has successfully improved the situation on the ground.

"I wonder what lies General David Petraeus (the U.S. forces commander in Iraq) will fabricate this time," Malek Shakir, a journalist in Baghdad told IPS. "The 25th March events revealed the true failure of the U.S. occupation project in Iraq. More complications are expected in the coming days."

Maliki has himself been in Basra to lead a surge against Mehdi Army militias while the U.S. sent forces to surround Sadr City in an attempt to support their Badr and Dawa allies.

News of limited clashes and air strikes have come from Sadr City, with unofficial reports of many casualties amongst civilians. Curfew in many parts of Baghdad and in four southern provinces had made life difficult already.

"This failure takes Iraq to point zero and even worse," Brigadier-General Kathum Alwan of the Iraqi army told IPS in Baghdad. "We must admit that the formation of our forces was wrong, as we saw how our officers deserted their posts, leaving their vehicles for militias."

Alwan added, "Not a single unit of our army and police stood for their duty in Baghdad, leaving us wondering what to do. Most of the officers who left their posts were members of Badr brigades and the Dawa Party, who should have been most faithful to Maliki's government."

The Green Zone of Baghdad where the U.S. embassy and the Iraqi government and parliament buildings are located, was hit by missiles. General Petraeus appeared at a press conference to accuse Iran of being behind the shelling of the zone that is supposed to be the safest area in Iraq. At least one U.S. citizen was killed in the attacks, and two others were injured.

"The Green Zone looked deserted as most U.S. and Iraqi personnel were ordered to take shelter deep underground," an engineer who works for a foreign company in the zone told IPS. "It seemed that this area too was under curfew. No place in Iraq is safe any more."

Further complicating matters for the occupiers of Iraq, the U.S.-backed Awakening groups, largely comprised of former resistance fighters, are now going on strike to demand overdue payment from the U.S. military.
