Old Russophobe avows that hedonistic overconsumption is dragging the US into the quagmire of decay and alienation

THE FALLACIES OF THREE PRESIDENTS

An American in the first generation, Zbigniew Brzezinski performs as a spiritual teacher for the whole of the United States. If National Sobors could exist in the US, he would be their keynote speaker, "grilling hearts with his verb", like Alexander Pushkin's paradigmatic prophet.

In his most recent book, entitled "Second Chance: Three Presidents and the Crisis of American Superpower", Mr. Brzezinski is trying to inspire his nation for a strategic mobilization, using arguments that curiously recall old Soviet experience.

Brzezinski acknowledges that with the disintegration of the USSR, the United States has found itself a sole superpower, and was thus obliged to vigorously implement a new world order. This task suggested (and suggests), in particular, to guarantee that Russia give up any nostalgic ambitions, walk up to the trough and never try to claim on Ukraine and Belarus. In addition, Russia should be deprived of the "monopoly" for gas deliveries to Europe.

To the author's view, all the three US presidents of the post-Cold War period were sincerely trying to fulfill their mission but committed a number of fatal fallacies. George H. W. Bush, being in fact embarrassed with the fall of the Red Empire, was more focused on the issue of security, viewing the mission of the United States as the role of a global policeman. His successor Bill Clinton, performing as an adherent and social advocate of globalization, viewed the role of the nation rather as that of a moral vanguard, concentrating on informational means of political influence, and pursuing liberalization, political correctness, minority rights, environmentalism, etc. However, this attempt, according to Brzezinski, was in fact a failure, particularly due to an erroneous policy approach towards Russia.

The fault of both George H. W. Bush and Clinton is seen by the author in their careless reliance upon Boris Yeltsin and his cronies disguised as democrats. In fact, most of the massive financial assistance, provided to Russia by the United States (over $3 billion in food contracts and health grants, over $8 billion of subsidies for stabilization of the foreign balance and almost $49 billion of loans), was banally embezzled. Meanwhile, the Russian society was plunged into unprecedented poverty, social standards collapsing to the amount of the American Great Depression. Meanwhile, the bold reports about democratization in Russia, regularly issued by both political sides, were discredited with massive and arrogant self-enrichment in privatization of especially energy resources that involved US consultants as well.

"Bush II", arriving with a message of outright imperialism, based upon simple force, cynicism and primitive manipulation, made up mind to launch wars of conquest that predetermined America's most devastating failure, writes Brzezinski.



THE DISCREDITED HEGEMONY

Brzezinski claims that Bush's intervention in Iraq buried the American global leadership. Until 2003, the world used to believe the American leadership, and "whatever the President declared was supposed to be true". Bush's lies over Saddam's WMD, as soon as they were exposed, have stolen this belief from the humanity. In earlier times, US hegemonism was viewed as legitimate and serving to vital global interests. Today's US pursuit of global democratic standards is broadly viewed as exercise of a brutal illegitimate coercion. Torture, practiced in the penitentiaries of Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo, has deprived Washington of moral superiority, laments Brzezinski.

Declaring war against terrorism, America failed both to mobilize the world for the common endeavor and to succeed in a resolute military offensive, Brzezinski says. Its behavior separated its allies, teamed up its enemies, and created additional possibilities for its rivals and ill-wishers. The Islamic world was irritated and brought into a state of blazing rage. With the collapse of respect towards the US leadership, America's leading potential was drastically impeded.

Developing into a geopolitical disaster, the war in Iraq has distracted resources and attention from anti-terrorist war and thus facilitated the revival of the Talibs in Afghanistan, who promptly created a new refuge for Al Qaeda, writes Brzezinski. While Iraq and Somali, where the development is similar, absorb billions of dollars, "undermining America's military and economic health", the terrorist threat has only expanded. Hate towards the United States expanded, reaching the state level of Ibero-American states. The ensuing dissemination of nuclear weapons is a natural phenomenon, as many states believe purchase of nuclear technologies as the only guarantee from arbitrary violence from the United States. At the same time, the United States has failed to unify the Western community, impelling Europe into alienation.



THE DOOM OF THE AMERICAN DREAM

The quoted arguments are not new at all. It is more remarkable that speaking of disappointment of the international audience in the American way of life, Mr. Brzezinski concentrated on the moral aspect of the US development. To his view, the Americans have sunk into overconsumption, luxury, and hedonism. As soon as the Americans encountered domestic economic problems, their example became increasingly unattractive. The author correctly reminds that the crisis of the Soviet Union started with the loss of attractiveness of its model.

Brzezinski emphasizes that the continuing efforts to transplant democracy on a different soil degenerate into connivance to weakness of partners, and multiply to lack of knowledge of relevant societies. Meanwhile, the universal image of an American is associated with arrogant overconsumption, luxurious entertainment, along with indifference towards environment and exploitation of natural resources. To make a plausible example, Brzezinski proposes the audience to imagine a world in which every Chinese or Indian consumes as much as an ordinary American, even in the conditions of economic recession.

"Our standards of consumption are going to get into a conflict with more and more intolerant egalitarian aspirations", warns Brzezinski. Therefore, to his view, the United States has to be "socially attractive" – which requires broad national accord vis-à-vis one of the major flaws of the American social model.

The author reminds that in his book "Out of Control", issued a decade earlier, he had pointed out twenty drawbacks that prevent the United States from serving a positive example for the mankind. Since that publication, nine of the fourteen measurable parameters have even more deeply deteriorated. In particular, the US foreign debt has zoomed both in absolute and relative figures; foreign trade deficit is growing exponentially. At the same time, net savings have significantly melted, along with the possibilities for a social success for the poor.

Other parameters, quoted by the renowned US strategist, reflect an impressive extent of social stratification in his country. The share of the rich in aggregate income is rising reversely proportional to the share of elderly people who can't afford life insurance. Meanwhile, the share of Afro-Americans among the pauperized population is increasing directly proportional to drug addiction. In general, the nominal average salary has only slightly increased while the amounts of top personal incomes have reached "impudent proportions".

What Brzezinski is actually describing is the general crisis of the ultraliberal capitalist model. This policy design, chosen by America under Ronald Reagan, suggested elimination of any socialist hue in distribution of national income, suggesting austerity of social expenses, along with spending for science and culture, and deregulation of every possible sphere of economy and municipal management. The collapse of the USSR could only increase these phenomena, as there was no more necessity to rival with the socialist model, and therefore, to flirt with the lower classes. Eventually, the vices of the economic system, once exposed by Karl Marx, became so blatantly ugly that even an arch-anti-Soviet theorist like Brzezinski is using Marxist arguments.



DUMB & DUMBER

The austerity of expenses for science and education inevitably spawns ignorance. In his new book, Brzezinski quotes a recent poll conducted by the National Geographic Society. It revealed that 85% of young Americans have appeared to be unable to find Iraq and Afghanistan on the global map; 60% failed to find England, and 29% – even to locate the Pacific Ocean. Therefore, the double election success of George W. Bush just reflects the common level of competence of the US populace. Blatant illiteracy is displayed not only by "Dubya" Bush. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice quite seriously stated that on arrival Afghanistan, the US military did not reproduce the mistake of the Soviets, as they occupied Kabul. John Kerry, the Democratic nominee for Presidency in 2004, declared that Vladimir Putin has originated from Treblinka, confusing the Nazi concentration camp with Lubyanka, the site of the KGB headquarters in Moscow. Though the level of Russian education has significantly declined in the last fifteen years, our compatriots are still able to discern the Republic of Georgia from the State of Georgia.

Painting this unimpressive picture and blaming George W. Bush's administration for embezzling all of the earlier advantages of the American society, Zbigniew Brzezinski still gives America a chance to maintain the status of the only superpower and the guiding force of the human civilization. He associates this exceptional opportunity with the term frequently used by Russian thinkers: mobilization.



"CEASING TO SERVE TO ITS IDEA, THE GREAT POWER LOSES ITS STRENGTH"

Borrowing this excerpt from Raymond Aron's "Imperial Republic", Brzezinski proposes to start the fight against decay and social disintegration from subtle moves. He insists that the necessary social re-evaluation should be provided with deliberate civic education that justifies work with a higher purpose than just a means for personal success and consumption.

In order to propagate the priority of this higher purpose, every American young man should pass a period of obligatory civil service at home and abroad, in accordance with special legislation. "Today, the only obligation for all Americans is to pay taxes, with certain indulgences for the rich", admits Brzezinski.

In fact, the old Russophobe has arrived to the ideas of the Russian Communists of 1920s, who claimed that every youngster should dedicate himself to the common benefit of global revolution and mobilization of masses for a higher universal purpose, preaching improvement of mundane morality and personal self-restraint as opposed to capitalist luxury. Without a bit of irony, one should add that implementation of the tasks, formulated by Mr. Brzezinski, requires a leading political party – the "intellect, dignity, and conscience" of America.

In fact, the proposed recipe reflects the extent of the crisis, confronted by the US society. With much or no compassion towards ordinary Americans, Russians should consider the whole range of relevant global implications.



ARE WE GOING TO USE OUR OWN CHANCE?

In his speech at the State Council on February 8, Vladimir Putin publicized the strategy of an innovative model of national development, with a special emphasis of making the national model more attractive. Leaving the President's post, Putin did not need to use populist slogans for boosting his popularity. It was rather an inspiring address to his successor, now having the opportunity to use the national opportunity to make Russia a leading nation – in a certain way, possibly, to take the torch from the hands of the declining United States.

The same inspiration, substantiated with particular proposals for comprehensive transformation of the political and economic system of Russia, was reflected in the Russian Doctrine, in Yury Krupnov's writings on Russia's transformation into a global power, and Igor Gundarov with his concept of sociohumanism. This author contributed as well in the "Third Project" book written together with Sergey Kugushev. The fact of decline of the Western community, the inability of the Western establishment to develop an image of future, even more imperiously suggests that Russians are obliged to put forward and pursue their own model of development.

Brzezinski's book is precious as a social mirror. In fact, the Russian society is infected with most of the diseases he describes in his nation – namely, social stratification, bureaucratic corruption, poverty of scientists and blatant luxury of the top corporate class, and finally, absence of "social elevators" for young people. In case we fail to overcome all these tendencies, we'll follow the Americans in their mudslide into the abyss.

Bush has already declared a national emergency. Indeed, Bush declared one in September of 2001. NSPD-51 merely creates a red herring or smokescreen by phrasing a national emergency in the future-tense, when -- in fact -- America has continuously been in a state of national emergency from 9/11/01 to the present.

Many people have expressed outrage at NSPD-51 -- a presidential directive that gives Bush dictatorial powers in the event of a national emergency.

For example, well-known conservative writer Jerome Corsi writes:

President Bush, without so much as issuing a press statement, on ay 9 signed a directive that granted near dictatorial powers to the office of the president in the event of a national emergency declared by the president.

The "National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive," with the dual designation of NSPD-51, as a National Security Presidential Directive, and HSPD-20, as a Homeland Security Presidential Directive, establishes under the office of president a new National Continuity Coordinator.

That job, as the document describes, is to make plans for "National Essential Functions" of all federal, state, local, territorial, and tribal governments, as well as private sector organizations to continue functioning under the president's directives in the event of a national emergency.

The directive loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."

When the president determines a catastrophic emergency has occurred, the president can take over all government functions and direct all private sector activities to ensure we will emerge from the emergency with an "enduring constitutional government."

Translated into layman's terms, when the president determines a national emergency has occurred, the president can declare to the office of the presidency powers usually assumed by dictators to direct any and all government and business activities until the emergency is declared over.

Ironically, the directive sees no contradiction in the assumption of dictatorial powers by the president with the goal of maintaining constitutional continuity through an emergency.

The directive specifies that the assistant to the president for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism will be designated as the National Continuity Coordinator.

Further established is a Continuity Policy Coordination Committee, chaired by a senior director from the Homeland Security Council staff, designated by the National Continuity Coordinator, to be "the main day-to-day forum for such policy coordination."

A Congressional Research Service study notes that under the National Emergency Act, the president "may seize property, organize and control the means of production, seize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute martial law, seize and control all transportation and communication, regulate the operation of private enterprise, restrict travel, and, in a variety of ways, control the lives of United States citizens."

NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 appears to supersede the National Emergency Act by creating the new position of National Continuity Coordinator without any specific act of Congress authorizing the position.

NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 also makes no reference whatsoever to Congress. The language of the May 9 directive appears to negate any a requirement that the president submit to Congress a determination that a national emergency exists, suggesting instead that the powers of the executive order can be implemented without any congressional approval or oversight.

Most writers, like Corsi, are justifiably concerned that Bush can more or less "make up" a national emergency so as to invoke martial law authorities under NSPD-51.

(2) It creates a red herring or smokescreen by phrasing a national emergency in the future-tense, when -- in fact -- America has continuously been in a state of national emergency from 9/11/01 to the present.

I'm watching the OMB hearings on the Iraq war supplemental funding request. In every hearing on funding for the Iraq war, the money has been requested as an emergency supplemental funding request - and in every hearing, the members of Congress question, "why the emergency supplemental funding request". Why not just the regular funding stream.
Today Senator Gregg Judd, pinned Jim Nussle down on the issue of 'emergency' and he got Nussle to say that he doesn't need the word emergency in the supplemental request. But Nussle is dumb as box of rocks and I'll bet anything that his handlers in the administration are having fits tonight because .... the ah ha moment.... they need emergency war supplemental funding because the nation is in a state of emergency ..... and that means..
GEORGEWASHINGTON IS RIGHT !!!!!

The eighteenth century was the heyday of the imperialist lust for world-wide hegemony and control. Wealthy European Ashkenazim, who were facing discrimination in Europe, wanted to use this opportunity in order to establish a state of their own and rid themselves from the discrimination they face in Europe.

Creation of a Jewish State in Palestine could not have happened without the help provided by the imperialist powers. For the imperialist powers, such a state would form a militarized outpost and a base for control of an area that is rich with oil resources.

Napoleon Bonaparte was the first European leader to appreciate the special services a Jewish state would offer in facilitating his imperialist and colonial ambitions and issued an invitation for a Jewish convention for all European Jews in 1807.

Palmerstone of Great Britain was interested in facilitating Jewish immigration to Palestine in 1840. When Britain bought the Egyptian share in the Suez Canal Corp. in 1875, Lord Rothschild (Baron de Rothschild) financed the deal. Two years later, Lord Rothschild financed the first Jewish settlement in Palestine, Betah Tekfa. Herzl made it clear that if the Great powers granted Palestine to the Zionists and guaranteed their existence, they would there [in Palestine] "Form a portion of the rampart of Europe against Asia, an outpost of civilization as opposed to barbarism" (Theodor Herzl, The Jewish State: An Attempt at a Modern Solution to the Jewish Question., p. 30)

General Shlomo Gazit, a former Israeli Military Intelligence commander, stated that "The geographical location of Israel at the center of the Arab-Muslim Middle East predestines Israel to be a devoted guardian of stability in all the countries surrounding it. Its [role] is to protect the existing regimes: to prevent or halt the processes of radicalization, and to block the expansion of fundamentalist religious zealotry. For this purpose Israel will prevent changes occurring beyond Israel's borders [which it] will regard as intolerable, to the point of feeling compelled to use all its military power for the sake of their prevention or eradication." When the Zionists began to talk about creation of a state in Palestine, the number of Jews living in Palestine did not exceed 10,000. Accordingly, creation of a "Jewish State" in Palestine required Ethnic Cleansing and Land Theft. And this is exactly what started in 1948 and is still going on to this date.

Yossef Weitz, director of the Jewish National Fund (JNF) Lands Dept. and a major settlement executive, wrote in his diary in 1940: "it must be clear that there is no room in the country for both peoples If the Arabs leave it, the country will become wide and spacious for us The only solution [after the end of World War II] is a Land of Israel, at least a western Land of Israel [i.e., Palestine], without Arabs. There is no room here for compromises There is no way but to transfer the Arabs from here to the neighboring countries, to transfer all of them, save perhaps for [the Arabs of] Bethlehem, Nazareth and old Jerusalem. Not one village must be left, not one [bedouin] tribe. The transfer must be directed at Iraq, Syria and even Transjordan. For this goal funds will be found And only after this transfer will the country be able to absorb millions of our brothers and the Jewish problem will cease to exist. There is no other solution." According to Weitz, "Transfer does not serve only one aim ­ to reduce the Arab population ­ it also serves a second purpose by no means less important, which is: to evict land now cultivated by Arabs and to free it for Jewish settlement." Therefore, he concluded: "The only solution is to transfer the Arabs from here to neighbouring countries. Not a single village or a single tribe must be let off". (Ilan Pappe, The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine, p. 62)

This is exactly what started in 1948 and is still going on to this date. And after sixty years of wars and bloodshed what was the result for Zionists? The number of Palestinian Arabs within the boundaries of Mandate Palestine is almost equal to the number of Jews and the land is still owned by the Palestinian Arabs.

On 30 March 1976 Palestinians under occupation since 1948 and holding Israeli citizenship held a general strike and demonstrated peacefully against a wave of land confiscation. Six young Palestinians were shot dead by the Israeli army. The Rabin government, at the time, refused to set up a commission to investigate the killings. It is about time for the Jews living in Palestine to admit the fallacy and bankruptcy of the Zionist project and to accept to live in peace and harmony with the Palestinian Arabs as equal people with equal rights and to allow the Refugees to go back to the lands and homes that were stolen from them.

GAZA, (PIC)-- Two IOF artillery shells slammed into the Wafa'a hospital east of Gaza city at dawn Wednesday severely damaging the ground floor, X-ray department and the laboratory, the hospital administration said in a press release.

The shelling also severed electricity, water and telephone lines, it said, strongly denouncing the act especially when the hospital serves hundreds of aged persons, wounded and handicapped.

It noted that the eastern fence of the hospital was destroyed in the bombing, and underlined that the hospital is specialized in extending rehabilitation services and specialized surgeries.

The hospital appealed to international institutions, legal groups and WHO to immediately intervene to save the health sector in Palestine, which is experiencing difficulties due to the siege and closure of crossings and now shelling.

In even the largest reference libraries, there are almost no books stating the true history of America's highest tribunal, the U.S. Supreme Court. The same is true of law libraries and those of law schools.

Early in the 19th Century, for upwards of 35 years, the Chief Justice of the high court was John Marshall. Portraits of him, in gold edged frames, hang in many law schools. In Chicago, a law school is named after him.

From the beginning of this nation, one of the greatest crimes against the inhabitants here, was the huge land swindles. With the formation of the United States of America, formed from the 13 colonies, only the State Courts, not the Federal Courts, were equipped and inclined to combat terrible offenses committed by the plutocrats of that era.

Chief Justice Marshall, issuing a ruling of his court with flowery language, in so many words, arrogantly proclaimed that the federals are the dominant force and that the State Judges, are, in effect, mere vassals, handcuffed, powerless peons. Law students, starry eyed from consuming perfumed windbags of idealistic law, are forever mouthing off that supposedly "wonderful" decision, Marbury versus Madison.

The Chief Justice's own brother was one of the great land swindlers whose case ended up in the high court. The Chief Justice did NOT disqualify himself. Guess who won in his crooked Court? Nowadays, as we have dared point out, the banker-judges sitting in high tribunals, likewise do not disqualify themselves when their own financial interests are the subject matter before their Court.

So, state court remedies against big land pirates, were snuffed out by the Chief Justice and his well-disguised pronouncements.

As set forth in this website series, since the War of 1812, when the British invaded this nation and burned down the Capitol, the British have repeatedly vowed to overthrow the American Republic, reverting this land to British rule, with Americans becoming mere subjects of a London Monarchy, rather than citizens and residents of a duly formed Republic operating here.

For the benefit of British rulers, three U.S. Presidents were assassinated, Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, and William McKinley, all of whom opposed British interference with the American industrial development. In its true significance, the American Civil War, also known as the War Between the States, was in great part, instigated by the British. They added to the natural and historical friction between the industrial North, and the agricultural, non-industrial, slave-owning South. British ships ran the Northern blockade to supply the Confederacy with weapons made in England.

In preparation for civil war, the pro-British Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, Roger Taney, a devout Catholic (not really a contradiction), in 1856 added to the North-South agitation. He ruled in the Dred Scott case, that black slaves in America were mere chattel, mere baggage, that could be moved from place to place without any restraints of law. And get this, by the 21st Century, the Dred Scott decision has not been excised from the law books.

In Persian Gulf War One, 1990-91, Daddy Bush, as President, sent great numbers of black GIs to fight for the backward Monarchies of Saudi and Kuwait. Yet, that late in the 20th Century, those two dictatorships had large numbers of black chattel slaves. I was about the only one to raise the issue at the time that it was unconstitutional for an American ruler to send black soldiers to fight for the benefit and protection of black slave owners. [Visit part 30, of this website series.]

Published early in the 20th Century was a heavily-documented book, dealing with the U.S. Supreme Court as well as the legal history of America, "Supreme Court", by Gustavus Myers. The book is so much as banned, not to be usually found in even the largest law libraries.

As to the post-Civil War era, see the book entitled simply "1876" by Gore Vidal. Published in 1976, it deals with how the 1876 Presidential election was stolen by corruption of Congress and the high court. Was it a mere concidence that the book was re-issued in paperback in the Spring of the year 2000, ahead of the presidential election? A key part of the theft of the presidency revolved in 1876---get this---on election ballot finagling in Florida. Samuel Tilden was the duly elected President but was blocked, apparently by federal troops, from approaching the Inauguation stands in 1877. In that year, like occurred in 2001 with George W. Bush, Rutherford Hayes became the "fictitious" president. Gore, like Tilden, was the duly elected President BUT NOT INAUGURATED. A result was many called him Rutherfraud. We see fit to call the present occupant, Bushfraud.


Rutherford Hayes and his gang made corrupt deals, including with the U.S. Supreme Court. The result, a group of cases with the ominous title called "The Slaughter House" cases. In 1883, the high court arbitrarily nullified the federal civil rights laws of 1871, which had granted to blacks and others the right to bring their demand for remedies of injustice into the federal courts such as against nightriders of the Ku Klux Klan. The poisonous and corrupt high court ruling of 1883 was not corrected until almost 80 years later in the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Monroe versus Pape, granting blacks the right to be in federal court Chicago to sue corrupt Chicago police who had a system of beating blacks until they admitted to something, in the meantime, arbitrarily shooting blacks in Chicago without established reasons or provocation, such as while the blacks were in their own apartment asleep.

In 1970, was formed a subcommittee to consider the possible impeachment of U.S. Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, for his links, while on the bench, in business with known gangsters, the Albert Parvin Foundation matter. Part of the subcommittee came to Chicago and met in my residence to hear and write down my testimony. The details about me, Chief Judge Campbell and high court Judge Douglas, became part of a U.S. government printed report. Most of the subcommittee agreed with me. The two judges involved, however, hired lobbyists with suitcases of money who apparently leaned on the subcommittee and Justice William O. Douglas was not made subject to impeachment.

At a later date, I and my colleagues dug up data showing that Chief Judge Campbell was secretly the owner of several tall downtown Chicago buildings, all in the maiden name of his wife. Campbell used his judicial clout to compel several federal agencies to lease space in his skyscrapers, despite the fact that it was not appropriate to their work and was way overcharged per square foot. Judge Campbell moreover got into a ruckus with some of his former business partners who sued Campbell's cronies. My testimony succeeded in wrecking the Chief Judge's extortion attempt against his former business partners.

In the 1930s, to the great injury and damage to ordinary Americans, the U.S. Supreme Court, packed with banker-judges, arbitrarily ruled in the gold clause cases that ordinary Americans cannot insist on gold to support contracts and other dealings. In1937, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the greatest counter-revolutionary in modern history, tried to get an arm-lock on the banker-judges by his own "court-packing" scheme, to fill up the court with more judges than previously by law provided for. The FDR trick failed, and the banker-judges succeeded in smashing down laws of Congress designed to alleviate the suffering of workers in the Great Depression.

In 1967, I brought as a Chicago voter, on behalf of myself and all other Chicago voters similarly situated, a class action federal suit (Skolnick versus Mayor & City Council of Chicago, U.S. District Court, Chicago.) I sought to remedy the situation wherein Chicago's 50 election districts for City Council, called Wards, were grossly gerrymandered. That did not comply with the re-apportionment provisions of the Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment, requiring districts, wards, of equal population. Further, the ward boundary lines were so abitrarily drawn, that it prevented blacks and latinos from having proper representatives in the city government tribunal. The case was assigned to Chief District Judge William Campbell; despite me being self-educated in law, he ordered a lawyer to speak for me. I told the lawyer, who I did not authorize to speak for me, that if he did claim to speak for me, that I would sue him for malpractice in another court. In a stand-off, the Chief Judge relented, and I was allowed to speak for myself as well as the class of Chicago voters. I proceeded with my suit under the "one man, one vote" doctrine. [Eventually, my litigation succeeded in getting more complete representation in the City Council for latinos and blacks.]

I filed a motion to remove Chief Judge Campbell from the case. As i showed, without challenge or dispute, the Chief Judge, while on the bench, was also the director of a gangster-operated money laundry, called the Albert Parvin Foundation, named for a Chicago hoodlum who moved to Nevada. Get this: while on the bench of the U.S. Supreme Court, the President of the Albert Parvin Foundation was U.S. Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, a supposed liberal who in his spare time was a mountain-climber.

My city council case generated lots of mentions in the monopoly press, such as for 40 seconds or so on the radio or tv. So I came one day to the courtroom of Chief Judge Campbell to present my motion to remove him from the case. I asked that he disqualify himself in that I and the Chicago voters could not be assured of a fair hearing and adjudication at his hands, he being in business with known gangsters, and thus subject to blackmail and corrupt manipulation.

Having heard of the expected hearing, eighteen reporters showed up, sitting right behind me as I silently waited my turn to present my motion to the Chief Judge. Without provocation, suddenly two of the Chief Judge's court bailiffs grabbed hold of my wheelchair and began to turn me upside down. All of the reporters were witnesses to this outrage. None of their reports or comments appeared in print, on the radio, or on the tv.

Chief Judge Campbell released a statement, that he heard from certain unspecified sources, that I was there, not to present any court papers, but rather to shoot him. He offered no details from my long public career to support such ridiculous contentions that I was anti-social and would use violence.

I brought a damage suit against his two court bailiffs, contending that I was the son of orthodox Jews and that I obeyed my parents orders never to handle or carry weapons. (Skolnick versus Guadno, et al., Chicago U.S. District Court.) My case ended up before the banker-judges in Chicago's federal appeals court. They ruled, in a law book published decision, that I was not entitled to any remedy. There was no dispute or challenge to the facts that I was there to seek to remove Chief Judge Campbell because of his undisputed position, while a judge, as a Director of a hoodlum Foundation. The judges ruled that despite the fact that I am a defenseless cripple silently sitting in a wheelchair in the courtroom, that the bailiffs were immune from being sued despite the undisputed facts that they perpetrated, in full view of 18 witnesses, an assault and battery upon me, without cause or provocation.


In 1971, I had won a successful verdict against the U.S. government spying on anti-war activists, like myself, while they pretended to be a news media service. (Skolnick versus 113th Military Intelligence Group, pretending to be Midwest Audio-Visual News, Chicago U.S. District Court.) In 1971, William Rehnquist was the top U.S. Justice Department official heading a secret unit, arranging through ulterior means to block verdicts in federal court against spying by the U.S. Military against anti-war activists.A few years later, when being ratified as a new Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court, Rehnquist sought to conceal this role from the U.S. Senate ratifying committee.

Later, Justice Rehnquist was the key judge on the high court in a ruling favoring Military Intelligence Units sued for illegal spying on anti-war activists. He did not disqualify himself and his rotten ruling destroyed the validity of my court verdict against U.S. government spying.In plain lingo, Justice Rehnquist had committed a fraud upon his own court.

In 1986, he was appointed Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, requiring him to be again before a U.S. Senate ratifying committee. He sought to conceal his role, before becoming a federal official, that he was a lawyer in the Southwest. Witnesses were available to prove that there were a line of blacks and latinos, waiting to register to vote. Rehnquist assaulted and harassed them, stating in so many words, "Hey, get out of here. You have no right to vote!"

In his book, "The Myth of Democracy", Ferdinand Lundberg set forth the true basis for the supposed de-segregation decision of the high court in 1954, Brown vs. Board of Education. Namely, that at the time in Africa, British and French colonies were breaking away from the mother country to become independent nations run by blacks.

American foreign policy in Africa was being ridiculed and discredited by actions within the U.S. by hundreds of years of mistreatment of blacks in America. Such as the continuing lynching of blacks, by hanging them from trees, while whites nearby were amused as they sat watching and eating their picnic lunch. Lundberg in his classic book of 1968, "The Rich and the Super-Rich", pointed out that the very wealthy are some of the most stupid persons in the world and continue to abuse and beat down common people until one day, there is a revolution where the heads of the rulers and top clergy are chopped off.

According to witnesses, just as the results of the year 2000 Presidential Election were coming in, Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Associate Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, were heard each separately commenting that if Albert Gore, Jr., were to become President, that they could not carry out their plan, based on their advanced age and suffering from illinesses, to retire from the high court.

Justice Clarence Thomas' wife was a key figure in a group operating with GOP money to promote Bush. Justice Antonin Scalia's son was the lawyer participating with presenting the litigation to the high court, Bush versus Gore. These plus one other, made up the Military-Style Junta, called by some "The Gang of Five" that installed George W. Bush as the occupant and resident of the White House. Recall the details of comparisons between the 1876 corrupt installation of Hayes as the occupant and resident of the White House and that of George W. Bush. Both, revolved in part on corruption of Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, and finagling with the election authorities in Florida. To meet a deadline in December, 2000, the high court released their arbitrary ruling just before midnight. Justice Scalia scornfully announced that Americans did NOT have the right to vote for President, only the very limited right to vote for Electors, that antiquated appendage called the Electoral College (that became the basis for the corruption in Florida, and the bribery of top DEMOCRATS in southern Florida to stop the recount of the Gore ballots).

Acknowledging the arbitrary nature of the Bush vs Gore ruling, the Gang of Five put in their decision that it was NOT to be used as a precedent in any other election case or similar controversy. Thus, they admitted it was tainted, and should not be used, as is otherwise customary, in some other litigation as a prior binding precedent decision.

Justice Antonin Scalia and two Chicago federal appeals judges, were together law professors at Rockefeller's University of Chicago Law School. [That is 7th Circuit appeals judges Richard A. Posner (312) 435-5806 and his shadow and side-kick, Frank H. Easterbrook (312) 435-5808 ]. A third Judge on the 7th Circuit federal appeals court is Judge Diane P. Wood (312) 435-5521. She was Dean of the Law School. Together these four judges, while on the bench, also represent the multi-billion dollar stock and bond portfolio of Rockefeller's University of Chicago.

These four judges are required to file an annual mandatory federal judicial financial disclosure form. They did NOT disclose their financial links, as required, to the Rockefellers.. Further, these forms require their signatures making them liable to federal criminal prosecution for perjury if they falsified or omitted any required details.And they did so omit and falsify.

So three federal appeals judges, one step below the high court, and their crony on the high court, have committed a fraud upon their own court. Also, they have committed a fraud upon the American common people and committed blatant injustices against them. How many ordinary litigants were rejected by these judges in fronting for the Rockefellers and depriving Americans of Equal Justice under Law? These judges have failed to disqualify themselves in numerous cas es involving the financial ownership and interests of the Rockefellers.

So, Americans are being plundered by the scoundrels over the years occupying the U.S. Supreme Court. In violation of the social compact underlying our organic law, namely the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, we are NOT governed by rulers with our consent. The high court judges are not for the common people, but represent the interests and mandates of The Establishment, "the powers that be", the Ruling Class, in others words THEM.

The failure to prosecute such Judges for high crimes or to remove them from office by impeachment trial, convinces some commentators that the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights are a dead letter.

Iran should be "Set Up for an Attack"

When Gen. David Petraeus along with U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker gave their testimony to the Senate on April 9, they did nothing more than to confirm in spades what had been being mooted and duly leaked by the Washington-based press: that the Bush-Cheney Administration had officially endorsed the line that Iran should be set up for attack, on grounds that it--and not any indigenous resistance--were responsible for the mounting death toll among American troops in Iraq.

While claiming security had improved, Petraeus said the violence involving the Mahdi Army of Moqtadar al Sadr "highlighted the destructive role Iran has played in funding, training, arming and directing the so-called 'special groups'" which, he added, "pose the greatest long-term threat to the viability of a democratic Iraq." (See Washington Post, April 9, 2008). Petraeus even granted that Syria had cut the alleged flow of fighters into Iraq, only to stress by con trast, that "Iran has fuelled the violence in a particularly damaging way, through its lethal support to the special groups." Finally, Petraeus specified that the "special groups" were run by Iran's Qods force, the Revolutionary Guards recently placed in the category of terrorists.

There was nothing new about the line: Dick Cheney had dispatched Maj. Gen. Kevin Bergner last year to Iraq, with the task of finding a smoking gun, or, better, a couple of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) with "made in Iran" stamped on them. What was new in the testimony of the top U.S. military and diplomatic officials in the war zone, were the categorical statements, uttered with an air of certainty usually backed up by courtroom evidence, that Iran was the culprit, and the implicit conclusion that Iran must be the target of U.S. aggression. In order to make sure that (as Nixon would have said), the point be perfectly clear, National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley was trotted out to tell an enthusiastic Fox News reporter on April 13, that indeed Iran was the casus belli; Iran is "training Iraqis in Iran who come into Iraq and attack our forces, Iraqi forces, Iraqi civilians." And, therefore, Hadley went on, "We will go after their surrogate operations in Iraq that are killing our forces, killing Iraqi forces." (www.foxnews.com).

Although Defense Secretary Robert Gates was saying almost simultaneously that he thought "the chances of us stumbling into a confrontation with Iran are very low," he, too, repeated the mantra that the Iranians were sending weapons into the south of Iraq, etc. etc. President George W. Bush could not be left out of the dramatic build-up, and blessed Petraeus's testimony with an order for a halt in the troop reductions.

Pat Buchanon performed an important service in immediately blowing the whistle on this fraud, and his piece, "General Petraeus Points to War with Iran," has fortunately received wide coverage. Netanyahu says 9/11 terror attacks good for Israel

The Israeli newspaper Ma'ariv on Wednesday reported that Likud leader Benjamin Netanyahu told an audience at Bar Ilan university that the September 11, 2001 terror attacks had been beneficial for Israel.

"We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq," Ma'ariv quoted the former prime minister as saying. He reportedly added that these events "swung American public opinion in our favor."

Netanyahu reportedly made the comments during a conference at Bar-Ilan University on the division of Jerusalem as part of a peace deal with the Palestinians.

Meanwhile, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad cast doubt over the veracity of the September 11 attacks Thursday, calling it a pretext to invade Afghanistan and Iraq.

"Four or five years ago, a suspicious event occurred in New York. A building collapsed and they said that 3,000 people had been killed but never published their names," Ahmadinejad told Iranians in the holy city of Qom.

"Under this pretext, they [the U.S.] attacked Afghanistan and Iraq and since then, a million people have been killed only in Iraq."

Family's Sole Surviving Son Denied GI Benefits

Forced to leave the combat zone after his two brothers died in the Iraq war, Army Spc. Jason Hubbard faced another battle once he returned home: The military cut off his family's health care, stopped his G.I. educational subsidies and wanted him to repay his sign-up bonus.

It wasn't until Hubbard petitioned his local Congressman that he was able to restore some of his benefits.

Now that Congressman, Rep. Devin Nunes, plans to join three other lawmakers in introducing a bill that would ensure basic benefits to all soldiers who are discharged under the sole survivor policy. The rule is a holdover from World War II meant to protect the rights of service people who have lost a family member to war.

"I felt as if in some ways I was being punished for leaving even though it was under these difficult circumstances," Hubbard told The Associated Press. "The situation that happened to me is not a one-time thing. It's going to happen to other people, and to have a law in place is going to ease their tragedy in some way."

Hubbard, 33, and his youngest brother, Nathan, enlisted while they were still grieving for their brother, Marine Lance Cpl. Jared Hubbard, who was 22 when he was killed in a 2004 bomb explosion in Ramadi.

At their request, the pair were assigned to the same unit, the 3rd Brigade of the 25th Infantry Division in Hawaii, and deployed to Iraq the next year.

In August, 21-year-old Cpl. Nathan died when his Black Hawk helicopter crashed near Kirkuk. Jason was part of the team assigned to remove his comrades' bodies from the wreckage.

Hubbard accompanied his little brother's body on a military aircraft to Kuwait, then on to California. He kept steady during Nathan's burial at Clovis Cemetery, standing in dress uniform between his younger brothers' graves as hundreds sobbed in the heat.

But Hubbard broke his silence when he found his wife, pregnant with their second child, had been cut off from the transitional health care the family needed to ease back to civilian life after he was discharged in October.

"This is a man who asked for nothing and gave a lot," said Nunes, R-Calif., who represents Hubbard's hometown of Clovis, a city of 90,000 next to Fresno. "Jason is one person who obviously has suffered tremendously and has given the ultimate sacrifice. One person is too many to have this happen to."

Hubbard went to Nunes, who began advocating for the former soldier in December, after hearing the Army was demanding that he repay $6,000 from his enlistment bonus and was denying him up to $40,000 in educational benefits under the GI bill.

After speaking with Army Secretary Pete Geren, Nunes got the repayment waived, and a military health policy restored for Hubbard's wife.

But the policy mandated that she be treated at a nearby base, and doctors at the Lemoore Naval Air Station warned that the 45-mile trip could put her and the fetus in danger. Hubbard said doctors offered alternative treatment at a hospital five hours away.

Meantime, Hubbard and his two-year-old son went without any coverage for a few months.

The family's predicament also prompted the Congressman to inquire about the well-being of the 51 other sole survivors whom the Department of Defense has identified since the Sept. 11 attacks.

The Hubbard Act, scheduled to be introduced Wednesday, would for the first time detail the rights of sole survivors, and extend to them a number of benefits already offered to other soldiers honorably discharged from military service.

The bill -- co-sponsored by Rep. Jim Costa, D-Calif., Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga. -- would waive payback of their enlistment bonuses, allow them to participate in G.I. educational programs, give them separation pay and access to transitional health care.

Meanwhile, Hubbard, his wife Linnea and his son Elijah, have permanent health coverage now that he is once again working as a Fresno County sheriff's deputy, the job he left in 2004 to serve in Iraq.

The Army will adopt to any changes in policy springing from the legislation, said Army spokesman Maj. Nathan Banks.

"Foremost the Army itself sympathizes with him for the loss of his brothers," Banks said. "We will do everything within our means to rectify this issue. He is still one of ours."

Hubbard's father, Jeff, said that resolving the family's bureaucratic difficulties would provide some comfort, but would not help lessen their pain.

"We're still very much deeply involved in a grieving process. We're pretty whacked," he said. "This doesn't relate back to the loss of our boys, it can't, but we would consider it a positive accomplishment."

Iraq Oil to be Shipped to Israel

The United States has asked Israel to check the possibility of pumping oil from Iraq to the oil refineries in Haifa. The request came in a telegram last week from a senior Pentagon official to a top Foreign Ministry official in Jerusalem.

The Prime Minister's Office, which views the pipeline to Haifa as a "bonus" the U.S. could give to Israel in return for its unequivocal support for the American-led campaign in Iraq, had asked the Americans for the official telegram.

The new pipeline would take oil from the Kirkuk area, where some 40 percent of Iraqi oil is produced, and transport it via Mosul, and then across Jordan to Israel. The U.S. telegram included a request for a cost estimate for repairing the Mosul-Haifa pipeline that was in use prior to 1948. During the War of Independence, the Iraqis stopped the flow of oil to Haifa and the pipeline fell into disrepair over the years.

The National Infrastructure Ministry has recently conducted research indicating that construction of a 42-inch diameter pipeline between Kirkuk and Haifa would cost about $400,000 per kilometer. The old Mosul-Haifa pipeline was only 8 inches in diameter.

National Infrastructure Minister Yosef Paritzky said yesterday that the port of Haifa is an attractive destination for Iraqi oil and that he plans to discuss this matter with the U.S. secretary of energy during his planned visit to Washington next month. Paritzky added that the plan depends on Jordan's consent and that Jordan would receive a transit fee for allowing the oil to piped through its territory. The minister noted, however, that "due to pan-Arab concerns, it will be hard for the Jordanians to agree to the flow of Iraqi oil via Jordan and Israel."

Sources in Jerusalem confirmed yesterday that the Americans are looking into the possibility of laying a new pipeline via Jordan and Israel. (There is also a pipeline running via Syria that has not been used in some three decades.

Brazil oil field could be huge find

A deep-water exploration area could contain as much as 33 billion barrels of oil, an amount that would nearly triple Brazil's reserves and make the offshore bloc the world's third-largest known oil reserve, a top energy official said Monday.

National Petroleum Agency President Haroldo Lima cautioned that his information on the field off the coast of Rio de Janeiro is unofficial and needs to be confirmed — but his comments sent shares of state-run oil company Petrobras soaring in New York and Sao Paulo.

Petrobras said in a statement that more studies are needed to determine the potential of what could be the planet's largest oil find in decades. Analysts said the magnitude of the find, if confirmed, could have far-reaching global energy ramifications.

"This would lay to rest some of the peak oil pronouncements that we were out of oil, that we weren't going to find any more and that we have to change our way of life," said Roger Read, an energy analyst and managing director at New York-based investment bank Natixis Bleichroeder Inc., which buys and sells stock in offshore drilling contractor Seadrill, a Petrobras contractor.

Lima told reporters that Petrobras "may have discovered a huge petroleum field that could contain reserves large as 33 billion barrels," amounting to the world's third-largest reserve, according to his spokesman, Luiz Fernando Manso.

His agency later issued a statement saying the comments were based on a recent report in World Oil magazine and a report last November from Brazil's Agencia Estado news agency.

Brazilian Planning Minister Paulo Bernardo declined later Monday to discuss the discovery, saying, "It's better to wait for official confirmation."

Lima's agency regulates Brazil's oil industry, and his initial comments appeared to represent confirmation of what experts have long suspected: That extremely deep exploration areas hundreds of miles off the nation's coast may hold potentially huge reserves.

Brazil's current proven oil reserves are 11.8 billion barrels, according to the U.S. Energy Department. The U.S. has 21.8 billion barrels in proven reserves.

"You're talking about a reserve the size of total U.S. reserves," said Tim Evans, an analyst with Citigroup Inc. in New York. "It's a big, big number."

If proven, the oil in the exploration area called both Carioca and Sugarloaf Mountain by analysts would also be five times larger than the Tupi oil field, whose estimated reserves of 8 billion barrels were announced by Petroleo Brasileiro SA in November. Petrobras also announced a blockbuster find of natural gas in February in an Atlantic Ocean field nicknamed Jupiter.

"More conclusive data about the potential of the discovery will only be known after the conclusion of the other phases of the evaluation process, and the market will be informed at the opportune moment," Petrobras said in its statement to Brazilian securities regulators after Lima made the comments.

While the potential Brazil find could add significant supplies to a global oil market many see as tight, it would likely take the better part of a decade before any of the oil finds its way to market.

Evans said it's impossible to say whether more 33-billion-barrel oil fields exist under the sea.

"Nobody really has data on what's out there in the middle of the ocean," Evans said.

Petrobras' American depository shares closed up 8.3 percent in New York, or US$9.33 (euro5.88) to US$122.18 (euro76.99).

The company's shares went on a wild ride on Sao Paulo's Bovespa exchange, fluctuating between 2 percent and 7 percent higher and settling up 4.8 percent while the benchmark Ibovespa index fell 0.7 percent.

Oil prices were unaffected by the news. Light, sweet crude for May delivery rose US$1.62 (euro1.02) to settle at a record US$111.76 (euro70.43) a barrel.

Meltdown of U.S. Dollar Underway as China Dumps the Currency

Comments by China that it intends to move away from its reliance on the dollar triggered a sharp drop in the Dow Jones Industrial Average and heightened worldwide fears about the U.S. currency's stability. Chinese Central Bank Vice Director Xiu Jian said that his country is planning to shift much of its $1.4 trillion national currency reserve from dollars to more stable currencies, such as the euro or Canadian dollar. After these comments, the dollar fell to record lows relative to other currencies -- the lowest ever against the euro, the lowest in a generation against the British pound, and the lowest in 57 years against the Canadian dollar.

"The big issue on any currency is if its rate of depreciation is so fast that it scares away all capital, and the announcement that we heard from China sort of feeds those fears," said Larry Smith, chief investment officer at Third Wave Global Investors.

China is the world's largest investor in U.S. Treasury bonds and securities, holding more U.S. debt than any country but Japan. Because China's currency is linked to the dollar, the country also maintains a massive reserve of the currency.
But this policy had already begun to shift at the time of Xiu's comments. China has divested approximately 5 percent of its $400 billion holdings in the U.S. Treasury and established a $200 billion fund to help diversify its investments in equities and stocks around the world.

"We will favor stronger currencies over weaker ones, and will readjust accordingly," said Cheng Siwei, vice chairman of China's National People's Congress.

It is not just U.S. investors who are concerned. Because the dollar's fluctuations have driven up the euro, exports in Europe have fallen and sparked fears for the stability of that continent's economy. In a recent speech, French president Nicolas Sarkozy added his voice to those calling for the Bush administration to act to stabilize the currency.

"The dollar cannot remain 'someone else's problem,' " Sarkozy said. "If we are not careful, monetary disarray could morph into economic war. We would all be its victims."

Obama's Slip Revealed His True Colors

Barrack Obama's remarks caused an uproar because they remind Americans that they are being duped and American democracy is mind control.

Americans want to be deceived but they demand a certain level of competence. They don't want the harsh truth thrown in their face.

Obama's remarks were incendiary because he let his mask slip and showed his true feelings. He is a Communist. His father and mother were Communists and he is proud of his heritage.

We've gotten past the idea that Communism is a working class rebellion for public ownership and social justice. That's just window dressing to capture the idealistic "useful idiots." Communism is government tyranny designed by the London-based Illuminati bankers who sponsor it to absorb all wealth. Communism is the true face of the New World Order.

The Illuminati is the highest rung of Freemasonry, an octopus-like secret society which the bankers use to exercise power. Obama is a member of the Illuminati, as are Clinton and McCain. He is related to Bush and Cheney.


PARSING OBAMA'S REMARK

As I have said, the Illuminati is enslaving us by destroying the four pillars of human identity: race, religion, nation and family. This is also the Communist platform.

Obama's statement demonizes people who resist their rapacious and evil program. This is what Communists (and Socialists and Liberals) do as a reflex. They need to dehumanize people who believe in God and want to preserve their country, heritage and family. They need to think we are prejudiced, hate-filled fanatics, yokels and fascists. They cannot see how they have been brainwashed.

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

Obama depicts religion as an irrational prejudice fed by economic frustration. "Antipathy to people who aren't like them" refers to the homosexual and feminist activists who are destroying the institution of the family. "Anti immigrant or anti trade sentiment" refers to policies that protect national or racial character. "Guns" refers to the fact these people must be rendered powerless.

Osama managed to touch all the bases.

Americans have been distracted by a faux Presidential race for over a year and this will intensify for the next seven months. This exercise makes them believe there is a chance for democratic change. There is not. This should be obvious from the Congressional elections when the public gave the Democrats a mandate to end the Iraq war. What happened? The opposite. Bush sent more troops.

Clearly the Iraq war will end not when the Democracts or anyone says, but when the Illuminati bankers decide it will. It was the same with Vietnam.


CLINTON'S LIES

Hillary Clinton's slip about dodging sniper fire caused an uproar for the same reason. It was a reminder that the candidates are telling boldfaced lies and the process is a charade.

When she was asked how she could "oppose" Free Trade when her husband is getting millions of dollars to lobby for it, she just laughed and shrugged. Caught red-handed again.

Look at the choice the Illuminati have given Americans. A Black Communist; a crooked lesbian; and a fossil who represents a continuation of the disastrous policies of the Bush administration. Who represents the majority of good hardworking honest Americans? Who really represents change? No one.

When will Americans recognize that the Illuminati is destroying their country and laughing at them? Humiliating and ridiculing and killing them? When will they realize that 9-11 was perpetrated by the Illuminati, and that their leaders and mass media are betraying them? When will they realize US democracy has been hijacked?

When they do, Americans will take to the streets with guns. And that is what the "war on terror" is really about: creating a police state to oppress the American people who will be called "terrorists."

That's when soldiers and policemen will have to ask, where do their loyalties belong? With the foreign- based satanic cult that runs the government or with their fellow citizens.

“Much ado in the papers about the major drug companies. We note that certain very popular drugs made and sold by major drug companies kill or disable too many people. Much shock and horror. Why, I do not know. These people are friends of George W. Bush and he has made it very plain to the Federal regulatory agencies that interfering with his friends is not to be done.

The drug companies can absolutely count on being supported by the Bush-appointed judges and left alone by the regulatory people. Any Federal employee who dares to contradict Bush is immediately fired, as have been a number of high-ranking military leaders who won’t put up with his puerile lies.

The Chinese, who have no problem bribing people, have whined that their lead-tainted toys are quite safe and that their medicines, heavily contaminated with dangerous chemical residues, are even more safe. And because Bush is known to take bribes, they get away with it.

Woodrow Wilson was a Democrat, a prig and an asshole but he never took bribes. U.S. Grant had a very corrupt administration but Grant never took a dime. Bush has been on the take since he used his family influence to get various oil industry jobs.

The whole family is as crooked as a Swiss mountain road and George is no exception. Also, Georgie is a vicious little rat who loves to torment people and if he can do this and get bribe money for it, so much the better.

George W. Bush is a drunk, a liar and a thief and the sooner he leaves office, the better off for every man, woman and child in the United States.

Is the Hillary Clinton campaign being deliberately sunk?

American Presidential politics are at best a cynical business. The outcome is typically determined, at least since the ill-fated campaign of George McGovern in 1972, by major corporate lobbyists and behind-the-scenes money interests who have little interest in national issues other than their own. Now, with the sudden departure of Hillary Clinton’s main campaign strategist, Mark Penn, it is clear that the powerful interests originally backing Clinton have decided to end the game with her.

On the surface the issue was a discovered conflict of interest between Penn and Hillary over Penn’s outside consulting for the government of Colombia on a policy which Hillary stated she opposed. Penn had agreed to be hired as a high-price lobbyist by Colombia to help secure Congressional passage of a bilateral US-Colombia free trade bill that US unions claim would cost American workers hundreds of thousands of jobs. Hillary desperately needed trade union support to win the primary in Pennsylvania, and unions are strongly opposed to the US-Colombia trade deal.


The curious career of Mark Penn

The figure of Mark Penn is revealing as to what the machine of Hillary Clinton represents in terms of power politics. Penn had been a political adviser of the Clintons since managing Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election fight. His firm ran the election polls that helped define Clinton’s campaign strategy, itself a cynical modern US electoral innovation, updating with high tech means the motto, “tell the people what they want to hear.” Penn’s polling firm, Penn, Schoen and Berland (PSB) has been used by Britain’s Tony Blair, Italy’s Silvio Berlusconi, by Menachim Begin in Israel and Senator Joe Lieberman to shape election strategy.

PSB has played a pioneering role in the use of polling operations, especially "exit polls," in facilitating various US-backed “Color Revolutions” in Serbia and elsewhere. Its primary mission is to shape the perception that the group installed into power in a targeted country has broad popular support. The PSB group began work in Serbia during the period when Mark Penn, was President Clinton's top political advisor.


Manipulating exit polls

The PSB website boasts that they, “have played critical roles behind the scenes of the elections in Serbia and Zimbabwe, helping the opposition parties craft strategies, messages and organize a credible and effective campaign that has enabled them to weaken the dictator, his political party, and eventually throw him out of power. The introduction of cutting edge political and communications techniques is as well as the advice of the best Western political consultants and image makers, is as potent a weapon as the planes, bombs, and intelligence technology used in such conflicts as the Persian Gulf War, Bosnia, Kosovo, and, most recently Afghanistan.” In short, PSB is at the cutting edge of the modern politics of images.

In 2004 it was PSB which ran the “exit polls” in Venezuela asserting even as voting was still open, that their polls showed “major defeat for Chavez.” The opposite was the case with Chavez winning an overwhelming 59%. Investigation revealed that Penn’s PSB had emailed and faxed their poll results to international media four hours before polls were to close proclaiming, on the basis of the fraudulent polls that Chavez had lost. That was in violation of Venezuelan election law and was intended to rally international support behind a campaign to declare Chavez guilty of vote fraud and organize a recall. It backfired and PSB came under public fire as a result.

Referring to Mark Penn, the influential Washington Post once referred to him as “the most powerful man in Washington you've never heard of." According to PSB’s website, Penn helped elect 15 overseas Presidents in the Far East, Latin America, and Europe. Clients include heads of state or opposition politicians in Greece, Turkey, Israel, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, Bermuda and Yugoslavia.


About the “permanent establishment”

Mark Penn is exemplary of what US political insiders refer to as a person of the “permanent establishment,” the shadowy institutions and insiders behind the curtains who really determine critical policy issues and shape the choices gullible voters then are given to “democratically choose among.”

It has been referred to by strategists since the time of Edward Bernays as the “illusion of choice.” Penn is above political party, serving the interests of what some call the permanent establishment. As a case in point, he also is CEO of the influential global public relations firm, Burson-Marsteller, which includes among clients the largest US mortgage lender, Countrywide Financial and Blackwater Inc. the Republican led mercenary security firm that has been accused of repeated killings of innocent Iraqi civilians. Penn’s firm was to make sure the “image” of such clients remained positive to the US public.


…political incest?

More interesting is that “Democrat” Penn’s Burson-Marsteller Worldwide owns BKSH & Associates, a major political lobbying firm run by Charles R. Black, Jr. counsellor to Republican Presidents. Black now works full time for the campaign of Republican John McCain. In other words, Black heads a firm whose boss is “Democrat” Clinton top strategist, at the same time Black is Republican opponent John McCain’s top strategist.

In turn, Penn’s firm, Burson-Marsteller is owned by British advertising and Public Relations giant, WPP Group which employs as lobbyists a former Republican National Committee chairman, Ed Gillespie; a former House of Representatives Republican leader, Robert S. Walker, top Republican fundraiser, Wayne L. Berman and the former media adviser to George W. Bush, Mark McKinnon.

In the wake of the resignation of Mark Penn, reports in Washington are that James Carville, former 1992 campaign adviser to Bill Clinton, to Tony Blair and Israel’s Ehud Barak, will assume the role of campaign strategist. It is worth noting that Carville is also deep in Washington political incest. While Carville was running the 1992 Clinton strategy, Carville’s fiancee, Mary Matalin was running the campaign strategy of President George Herbert Walker Bush. As the old expression goes, US politics at least, has indeed strange bedfellows.

Iran says it will "eliminate" Israel if it attacks

Iran will respond to any military attack from Israel by "eliminating" the Jewish state, a senior army commander said on Tuesday.

Deputy commander-in-chief Mohammad Reza Ashtiani was echoing Iran's late leader of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, who said Israel should be wiped off the map.

Some analysts have speculated that Israel might attack Iran to stop its nuclear activities, which the West fears are a front for weapons development. Iran, which does not recognize Israel, insists it wants nuclear technology only for electricity.

"If Israel wants to take any action against the Islamic Republic, we will eliminate Israel from the scene of the universe," the semi-official Mehr news agency quoted Ashtiani as saying. "Our answer to any military attack against Iran will be strong."

Speaking later, Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak did not respond directly to the remarks but said Israel was pressing ahead with its efforts to counter any Iranian nuclear threat.

Barak told reporters at an air base in central Israel that there remained much to do in "intelligence, in prevention and in formulating diplomatic and practical sanctions".

"We have to prepare, and if there's a need, to take action, not just to talk idly," he said, in apparent reference to reported remarks last week by cabinet minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer that Israel would destroy Iran if attacked.

Opposition to Israel is a fundamental principle in Shi'ite Iran, which backs Palestinian militants opposed to peace with the Jewish state but says it offers only moral support.

A 2005 statement by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad saying that "Israel should be wiped off the map" outraged the international community.

Washington says it wants a diplomatic resolution to the nuclear dispute but has not ruled out military action if that fails. Tehran insists it will not bow to Western pressure.

Iran, the world's fourth-largest oil producer, says it has developed ballistic missiles able to hit Israel and U.S. bases in the region.

Israel's Defence Ministry has announced the successful test of the "Blue Sparrow", a missile that will serve as a target for tests of its Arrow anti-ballistic missile system.

Israeli media have reported that the target missile would simulate the ballistic trajectory of Iran's Shehab-3 missile, which Israel fears could carry a nuclear warhead.

Tehran's failure to convince world powers of its peaceful nuclear intentions has prompted three rounds of U.N. sanctions, and the United States is pushing for another, tougher set of penalties.

The five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council plus Germany are due to meet on April 16 in Shanghai to discuss whether to sweeten incentives offered to Iran in 2006 to curb its nuclear work.
