I found out on April 13, 2006 that active military and vets may get the same polite: 'Go to Hell Message' from all VA facilities that I got from one of the major ones. It seems that there are not enough caring and competent bureaucrats around, and not enough professional medical people to offer any services to any of us unless we were wounded in actual combat in a war theater, and are one hundred percent disabled. Then we may possibly get some consideration from the intake screening bureaucrats only on complications of that combat wounding and no other services or help of any kind. I imagine that will be the end of help for active and vets' families too. My best guess is that funding has been diverted by the elite criminals, politicians, and bureaucrats to themselves or their offshore companies or bank accounts. My voluntary service in the Korean War Theater got me nothing but seeing America taken over by the worst of all people that have ever lived on this Earth. The Obama Communist Police State is not what we Vets fought for over the last 400 plus years, but the elite criminal Zionist ethnic Jews forced it on America. That is what we got for staying mentally lazy and fat, dumb, and happy. We brought it on ourselves. We should have stayed awake and destroyed the elite criminals, killed all the crooked controllers, and constantly educated ourselves to keep from becoming stupid and lazy.

Surely universal jurisdiction is not a bad thing. It is actually an ethically orientated idea that is there to prevent world leaders from abusing their powers and committing crimes against humanity. It is also there to chase war criminals and to stop them from celebrating their freedom. Yet, it is not very surprising that the only political lobby in Britain that acts against such a set of universal laws is the Zionist lobby. I wonder how long it will take for British people to wake up and say enough is enough. How long will it take before they say NO to Israeli and Zionist infiltration into their politics, laws and value system.

There is No Justice In America. The most efficient elite criminals who have looted our country have enough assets to buy off everyone in the system; and get the presidents and governors and judges to pardon them so they can get back to looting and bribing and enforcing. I often wonder if there was some merit to the wild west system of ropes and tree limbs. Now we could use it to generate billions from body parts, at a sales value of $200,000 per useable body, that the elite criminals and others need for transplants so they can continue their looting. This could become true conservation of resources. Only uninformed, mentally lazy Americans continue to tolerate elite criminals in power; most other countries throughout history found ways of getting rid of them. My bet is that soon, when the worldwide depression becomes reality, all American Politicians, Bureaucrats, Agency Spooks, Business Controllers, Elite Criminals, etc. will be killed by the lowly common people and military whose families and friends are dying of starvation and exposure from lack of living quarters, food, heating, and cooking facilities; families and friends put in cheap labor concentration camps for elite criminal exploitation will be a compelling reason to also eliminate the worst of all people on Earth. I wonder how many other countries will aid Americans trying to take their country back; probably all except Israel, Germany, England, Canada, Australia, and Mexico.

My greatest hope: That Mother Nature will remove one of the Elite Criminals for each Common Citizen they remove. This could help improve World Integrity and reduce Corruption. It might even save America. If any one has an idea for negating the implied requirement of the census forms for total information, and threat of fines or jail for those who do not conform, pass it around to the rest of America. The States can stop every bit of it! That's right, the individual States can stop "Obamacare" and all other forms of out-of-control federal government mandates and "big brother" tactics. If Arizona, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Texas, etc. want nothing to do with National Health care as proposed by Barack Obama or Congress, then all they have to do is say "No!" So the Framers of our Constitution came up with ten; ten God-given freedoms that would forever be held inviolable by our own governments. The last of these basic foundational principles was the one to protect the power, sovereignty, and the autonomy of the States; the Tenth Amendment. This amendment and law underscores the entire purpose of the Constitution to limit government and forbids the federal government from becoming more powerful than the "creator."

To the contrary, you will see that the states actually and expressly stated in their ratification documents that they could recall the powers granted at any time at their will. This would form part of an initial commitment of $10 billion (US) a year from 2010 to 2012, climbing to $50 billion (US) annually by 2015 and $100 billion (US) by 2020, although these figures will inevitably increase if the UN ramps up its climate fear-mongering as it has done at each successive climate conference since the Rio Earth Summit in 1992.
The treaty outlines, "Penalties or fines for non-compliance," in developed countries and the creation of an international police force to "enforce its will by imposing unlimited financial penalties on any countries whose performance under this treaty they don't like," Monckton told the Alex Jones Show, saying that it amounted to a total global government takeover on an "unimaginable scale".

Water, the origin of Life, contains 2 parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Alkaline water is water that contains a larger amount of oxygen as compared to hydrogen. By drinking alkaline water, we increase our intake of oxygen compared to drinking plain water. The advantage of drinking alkaline water is that while being absorbed by the body, it helps neutralize acidic wastes, making them more soluble in the blood vessels. Thus, acidic wastes will be easily drained out of the body in the form of urine or sweat.
If we were to ask what is killing us, the answer might be ACIDOSIS. I’ve already reported on irregular physical gold settlements which occurred in London, England back in the first week of October, 2009. Specifically, these settlements involved the intermediation of at least one Central Bank [The Bank of England] to resolve allocated settlements on behalf of J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank – who DID NOT have the gold bullion that they had sold short and were contracted to deliver. At the same time I reported on two other unusual occurrences:
1] - irregularities in the publication of the gold ETF - GLD’s bar list from Sept. 25 – Oct.14 where the length of the bar list went from 1,381 pages to under 200 pages and then back up to 800 or so pages.
2] - reports of 400 oz. “good delivery” bricks of gold found gutted and filled with tungsten within the confines of LBMA approved vaults in Hong Kong.
Why Tungsten?
If anyone were contemplating creating “fake” gold bars, tungsten [at roughly $10 per pound] would be the metal of choice since it has the exact same density as gold making a fake bar salted with tungsten indistinguishable from a solid gold bar by simply weighing it.
Unfortunately, there are now more sordid details to report.
When the news of tungsten “salted” gold bars in Hong Kong first surfaced, many people who I am acquainted with automatically assumed that these bars were manufactured in China – because China is generally viewed as “the knock-off capital of the world”.
Here’s what I now understand really happened:
The amount of “salted tungsten” gold bars in question was allegedly between 5,600 and 5,700 – 400 oz – good delivery bars [roughly 60 metric tonnes].
This was apparently all highly orchestrated by an extremely well financed criminal operation.
Within mere hours of this scam being identified – Chinese officials had many of the perpetrators in custody.
And here’s what the Chinese allegedly uncovered:
Roughly 15 years ago – during the Clinton Administration [think Robert Rubin, Sir Alan Greenspan and Lawrence Summers] – between 1.3 and 1.5 million 400 oz tungsten blanks were allegedly manufactured by a very high-end, sophisticated refiner in the USA [more than 16 Thousand metric tonnes]. Subsequently, 640,000 of these tungsten blanks received their gold plating and WERE shipped to Ft. Knox and remain there to this day. I know folks who have copies of the original shipping docs with dates and exact weights of “tungsten” bars shipped to Ft. Knox.

According to the FDA warning, "articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease in man-are drugs." Cherries are now drugs, and therefore they are now in need of more regulations.

My old home Wisconsin, a once reasonably decent place to live, has now created a way to eliminate Estate Probate control and honesty by using Probate form PR-1831 and applicable statutes which allows heirs, guardians, etc. to walk into a bank and leave with the cash or grab other assets without filing at the Probate office of Jurisdiction, etc. You can bet the corrupt members of a family love this; but it creates enemies in the family which then make attorneys rich screwing both sides of a civil cause of action. I was poisoned in mid June 2007 by someone with a passkey to my third floor apartment who doctored up some of my foods. No visible damage so they must have had a key. My immune system rescued me, but it too is going down the drain since it seems my liver and kidneys no longer work very well. I know who did it, but the elite and lowly criminal legal people just smirked when asked to file criminal charges. I got this as a result of trying to help get rid of a lot of criminals and criminal negligence affecting the oldtimers, vets, and the last of the good people in America. Best you all start protecting yourselves; nobody else will. Criminal defendants have been sentenced to death on undisputed circumstantial evidence, with no actual witnesses. If 'something' happens to me, I suggest you consider probable cause may have emanated from where I lived. I lived in a HUD subsidized rent building. I was born in '31, joined the Navy in '48, Korean War Vet, was self employed for more than 40 years of my working life. Am extensively self educated in many fields. Trusted friends ran off with everything of value that I had in 1995. Filed a civil suit against them in Houston District Court. Apparently the judge got bought off and threw the case out before it came to jury trial. I put in 3 years of work on this case because I could not afford an attorney. Got a contract to program and install a bar code inventory control system for a Laredo firm. Relocated to Eagle Pass where the new facility is now located. A former S.W. Bell service man destroyed everything in my computers so I Could not finish the contract. Tried to get a new commercial truck drivers license to try to make a living. Was blocked by people in Eagle Pass from passing the truck inspection part of the test. Whites and blacks are hated on the Tex-Mex border. Finally got a license in Del Rio by going to truck driving school which cost the state and federal governments (taxpayers) $4,300 and lasted only 3 weeks. I had driven commercial trucks and been licensed in many states since World War 2, including Texas in 1965. Also had a pilots license since I was 17. Drove for 6 Mexican-American owner operators. Only one of them paid me what I had coming, some of the rest paid me eating money while on the road, but most paid me nothing. Had about $10,000 coming in April of 2000. Never got any of it. Could not pay my apartment rent. Moved to the Vets Hospital in Temple TX. Had $500 per month coming from Social Security. Lived in the Vets parking lot in my '78 Dodge Van (which I still have) so what little I had left would not get stolen. Got a few meals from them, and an occasional shower. Found a HUD rent subsidized apartment. They lied to me by telling me I could not under any conditions start or operate a business from the apartment, it was for living only. Was too old to get a job, but in good enough shape to start a service business, but I did not have enough income to find a facility to work out of. I had a life, health, accident, and hmo insurance sales license then; plus 60 years of high tech experience and education in many fields. It seems they wanted me to never be able to leave their slave ridden building. The penalty for not following their orders is usually immediate eviction to a homeless status. They also have been known to, behind the veil of secrecy, fix it so that an evicted person can never again get a HUD rent subsidized unit or a HUD Federal Section 8 Voucher Program. Another of their punishments is to send you to a Hospice Care Facility where for some unpublished reason you will be dead in a few days. They did that to an 80 year old true friend that I had in the building. The same happened to my mother in 1996. They also seem to condone having criminals living in their facilities so the criminals can steal from the old, frail, mentally deficient, and those no longer qualified to get a job or profession or business to make a living. I wonder if they and the police get a cut from the criminals. They are not in compliance with HUD, and other Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, etc. regarding the absolute requirement to provide safe and secure facilities, which means they should lose their HUD contract and have to rent their units to people who cannot afford the over priced rentals. That would be some justice to those behind the veil, who really own facilities such as these, and a lot of empty apartments for them to cry about. Since I got poisoned, I have tried to get the controllers to rectify the worst situation I have ever been in. They have no system to prevent this problem of pass key access, and have not kept track of dishonest people so that many criminals now have pass keys and master keys with which to walk into any unit and steal money or items, destroy property, poison food, or club or shoot someone to near death or death in the unit, etc. The controllers refuse to fix this situation because it would be 'inconvenient'. All my suggestions to help them fix this problem were instantly rebuffed. The parking lots there have had so many cars stolen from them I lost count. I guess they have to keep the local chopshops in business. I was there 7 years before the poisoning. I told them If they throw me out I will file a U.S. Federal District Criminal case to get this situation corrected and the guilty prosecuted (there is no statute of limitation for attempted murder); it would also be against HUD for providing rental assistance money to this group and overlooking the criminal negligence of the group. There supposedly has been lots of theft, etc. there, but the residents are so scared of the management that they will not testify against the ones that are guilty, and the management usually ignores them when they try to report the incident. I have since found out the criminals have stolen over $10,000 from a WW2 Vet friend of mine from that building with pass keys, so I now believe a civil case also would be in order in the same district court in addition to the criminal case. The Texas Court Corruption in all court systems would dictate that the cases be filed in another state where there might be a little fairness and partially honest judges, prosecuting attorneys, federal marshals, investigators, and support staff. I had $34,000 coming from my Father's estate and his Brother's estate. My crooked relatives and a crooked attorney ran off with all the money, and the attorney almost hooked me into making me pay him in addition to what he already should be prosecuted for grabbing. I had planned to use it all to get the case into court. You can file a court case if you have low income and no money or assets to pay with, but usually it takes cash to pay the fees and expenses of the court or they will not even talk to you (I wonder who really gets that cash).
